On July 2, the international exhibition "The Art of Zhen Shan Ren" (translated from Chinese - Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance) opened in the concert complex "Bulgaria" in Sofia. The exhibition was created in 2004 with the aim of reviving human morality and morality through the classical methods of fine art.

So far, it has been represented in more than 900 cities in 50 countries of the world, as well as in the European Parliament and in the parliaments of countries such as Canada, Australia, Great Britain and the USA. In Greece and Bulgaria the exhibition is held for the second time, the first time Bulgaria hosted the exhibition in 2007 in Sofia and Plovdiv.

Over the past 4 months, the international exhibition "The Art of Zhen Shan Ren" was held in a number of cities in Bulgaria: Balchik, Dobrich, Burgas, Plovdiv, Varna and Stara Zagora, which received a wide response from the public and the media.

The exhibition is available to residents and guests of the capital from 2 to 22 July 2018 from 10.00 to 18.30 in the gallery "Bulgaria", located in the concert complex "Bulgaria", at the address: Sofia, Aksakov street No. 1. the entrance is free.

The traditional oil painting, used by the masters of the Renaissance, opens up to guests a new round of fine art - the "New Renaissance". Some of the paintings depict classical Chinese motifs painted on silk or paper, as well as calligraphy.

Based on traditional classical techniques, Zhen Shan Ren's twenty painters emphasize the play of hues with perfect geometry and lines to deepen meaning and add emotional power to the perception of paintings. They tell real stories coming from the East, complete with real images of people. Guides in the gallery hall will help each visitor to reveal the meaning of the content of each work.

"OUR ART COMES FROM A PURE HEART AND OUR WORK REFLECTS OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE"

The paintings embody the hierarchy of being - place, spirit and matter, through the structure of the macro- and microcosm and the place of man in them. The connection between soul and matter, characteristic of the Renaissance, recreates the eternal relationship between morality and art.

The themes of the exhibition's works reveal the inner spiritual world of artists whose rights have been repeatedly violated by the state. The authors are mostly Chinese artists inspired by the traditional meditation practice of Falun Dafa.

"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" is the characteristic of the universe, the source of human morality, and the foundation of peace and freedom. It exists outside of time and space, religion and politics. Traditional Chinese culture reflects the balance between man and nature, existing in the present moment and in a favorable space.

“ART CAN HIGHLY INFLUENCE HOW PEOPLE THINK, AND IT IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO HUMAN MORALITY, INTERACTING WITH EACH OTHER”

Some of the artists dedicate themselves to the meaning of life. Their works praise the divine and deepen the theme of the struggle between good and evil. Their artistic efforts are directed not only to sense gratification, but rather to higher wisdom and truth. "The Art of Zhen Shan Ren" stands the test of time. The main motive of the exhibition is to reveal the truth about the earthly and heavenly world. These are works of art that transcend outer beauty and purify the human spirit.

The exhibition may be of interest to a wide range of people. It encourages people who are interested in the connection between art and society, and the ability of man to cope with all adversity and trials.

1. General information about China.
Student:
slide 1.
China is the largest country in Foreign Asia, its area is 9561 thousand square meters. sq. km. This is the 3rd place in the world, after Russia and Canada. In terms of population, the country has been ranked first for a very long time. China's form of government is a republic. This country is a unitary one, although it is administratively divided into 23 provinces (including Taiwan), five autonomous regions and four cities of central subordination - Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and Chongqing. The capital of China is Beijing (
Begin) . The monetary unit of the country is the yuan.
Slide 2.
What region does the country belong to?
Slide 3.
2. Economic and geographical position of the country
The country is washed by the waters of the Yellow, East China and South China seas of the Pacific Ocean. There are many islands off the coast of China, among them the largest are Taiwan and Hainan.
China borders with more than 10 states: in the north - with Mongolia and Russia, in the west - with Kazakhstan and Afghanistan, in the southwest with India, Nepal, Bhutan, Burma, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, in the east with Korea, has a maritime border with the Philippines and Japan. The length of the maritime borders is approximately 11 thousand km, the length of the land borders is about 15 thousand km. The country has one time zone. Time is ahead of Moscow by 4 hours in summer and 5 hours in winter.
Teacher: Heraldry is the science of state symbols.

slide 4

Student:
The word "China" ” came from the name of the tribe Khitan who ruled in the north when the first contacts between European and Chinese civilizations took place. In European languages, this word originally came as catai - this is the name given to China Marco Polo during his trip to Asia . Literally, the word China means “middle state”. The current official name of the country isPeople's Republic of China
The mythological symbol of China is the dragon, which in the Celestial Empire was a kind, gracious, merciful creature to people. For this, the Chinese loved their dragons and gave them high honors. Even the imperial throne was called the “dragon throne”. The state emblem also featured a dragon.

TEACHER : China is the birthplace of many inventions. Each of them has its own history. We will meet two of them.

Teacher: THE COUNTRY HAS NO PRESENT AND FUTURE IF THERE IS NO PAST. THE HISTORY OF CHINA, RICH WITH VARIOUS EVENTS, CAUSES GREAT INTEREST AND RESPECT.

Teacher: One of such majestic structures that has come down to us is the Great Wall of China.

Slide 9
Student:
The Great Wall of China is so huge that you can't even see it completely from the plane. But it is the only structure on Earth that is clearly visible from space. Scientists are still arguing about its length, naming two numbers - more than 4000 km and more than 5000 km. And the width of the stone road is such that a row of ten infantrymen can pass along it or five horsemen can pass. Locals call the wall "a divine thread that connected the shreds of the Chinese state." Its other names are less poetic - "Wall Section of the Great Wall of Tears and Suffering" or - "The longest cemetery in the world." According to rough estimates, at least a million Chinese are buried in the Wall, as if stretching to infinity, who died at a truly great construction site during the reign of the powerful Emperor Qin Shi-Huangdi (which means “The First Sovereign of the Qin Dynasty), who lived in the 3rd century BC. BC It is believed that this stone mass, stretching along the entire northern border of the country, was built to protect China from enemy attacks (in ancient times, these were the Huns, Mongols). However, an insurmountable barrier in fact did not always save us from the raids of the conquerors. The wall, for example, did not confuse the battle-hardened army of Genghis Khan. And the last successful assault on the wall was made in 1933, when the Japanese invaded China.)

Near the city of Xi'an, archaeologists discovered a whole army - 7 thousand soldiers with carts and horses. This find is part of the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi, the first emperor of China (221-209 BC), it was he who put an end to state fragmentation and proclaimed an empire, built the Great Wall, introduced a single script. The tomb was built for 36 years by 700 thousand prisoners. Columns total -38. No warrior is like another. Details of the costume correspond to military ranks and branches of service. The burial chamber of the emperor himself is not yet available. He is buried under a mound 76 meters high.

  1. country nature

Teacher: The nature of China is rich and diverse. Sea coasts stretch for thousands of kilometers. The further inland the country, the less precipitation. The northwestern regions are the driest, in the deserts located there (Takla Makan, Gobi, Ordos) there is almost no precipitation. High mountains and uplands (Tibet is more than 2000 m above sea level) and vast plains occupy vast areas. The country has deposits of 150 world-famous minerals. China is one of the 8 mining powers in the world.
- On the map of the atlas, name what minerals the country is rich in, which ones it exports to the world market?
Yangtze, Huanghe, - the most famous rivers, have access toQuietocean
About 500 species grow in China
bamboos, forming 3% of the forests in which the bamboo bear lives - the panda. In China, pandas are a symbol of peace and friendship. There is a legend that says that the panda used to be white. But one day, when a leopard was hunting her, a good fairy rushed to protect the panda, who died, and the rescued animal cried bitter black tears, which dyed the white fur.

  1. Population of the country

Slide 10
AT november2000China held the fifth all-Chinapopulation census. As shown statistics, the total population in the continental part of the country is 1 billion 265 million 830 thousand people and isthe largest in the world. To slow down population growth,1979year, China switched to a plannedchildbearing. Target governments- one child per family, with exceptions for ethnic minorities. It is resisted, especially in rural areas. Families that break the policy often lie duringcensus.
slide 11
Despite the fact that natural population growth in China has already fallen to the average level, it is still growing significantly year after year.
slide 12
The country is multinational. About 55 different people live in China
peoples- each with their owncustoms, national costumesand in many cases with their ownlanguage. But for all their diversity and richnessculturaltraditions- these peoples make up only about 7% of the populationcountries. The main people are the Chinese, who call themselves "hantsy". Population density is very different: max - in the east (why) less in the northwestern parts.
slide 13
There are many large cities, of which 50 are millionaire cities. The largest of which is Shanghai.
In terms of the number of citizens, China ranks first in the world. There are 370 million of them in China, but this is 38% of the total population. China is a medium urbanized country.
Slide 14
It is very difficult to learn Chinese. Writing is even more difficult. There are still about 250 million illiterates in the country.
China is a country with the richest traditions in the field of culture, medicine, weaving, national cuisine, painting, etc. It is impossible not to note the wonderful qualities of this people - diligence, perseverance, patience, patriotism.
Student
The Chinese are very sensitive to gifts and consider them as an important part of communication. Contrary to Western notions, odd numbers, according to Chinese notions, are unfortunate. So wedding gifts and birthday gifts are always given in pairs, according to an old belief, luck accompanies the couple. The number four is considered the number of death in China and should be avoided. Watches are also not customary to give in China, they symbolize the funeral, so this is a taboo.
From ancient times, the basis of the Chinese costume (male and female) was long pants and a loose swinging jacket or robe with a wrap from left to right and a ribbon tie. Later, women changed into jackets and skirts similar to European ones. Women's outfits differed from men's mainly in the exceptional beauty of embroidered color patterns. sleeves covered the entire brush. . Of the jewelry, women preferred earrings made of greenish-milky jade and the same bracelets. Chinese women paid special attention to the hairstyle, which was most often based on a knot of hair fixed with hairpins. Hairstyles were decorated with complex structures of pearls and jade, flowing pendants. Given the ideals of beauty, femininity, grace, small arms and legs, restraint of movements, gestures, and gait were valued in Chinese women. Throughout China, it was customary to tightly bandage the feet of girls to stop their growth. The length of the shoe of an adult woman reached only 9-12 cm. Despite the natural swarthyness, the whiteness of the face was appreciated in women. Therefore, white and blush were widely used in decorative cosmetics.

slide 16
OF INTEREST IS THE FORECAST FOR 2050.
Slide 17
Despite all the above, China is still classified as a developing country. The reason is GDP per capita. According to it, the country ranks 121st.
Slide 18
.The dynamics of GDP growth is the largest in the world. Over the past 50 years, more than 370,000 new industrial enterprises have been built in China. Today, factories and plants in China produce products worth 2.1 billion yuan daily. The PRC industry is represented by 360 industries. In terms of the total number of factories and plants, China ranks first in the world. The "face" of the country in the modern world is determined by heavy industry.

  1. Industry geography of the most important industries

Slide 19
In China's ferrous metallurgy, iron smelting traditionally predominates over steel smelting. Surplus pig iron is partly used for the production of agricultural implements, household products, castings, and partly exported. At the same time, China has to make up for the shortage of many types of rolled products and special steels through imports.
Slide 20
Mechanical engineering in China is developing rapidly. The largest centers of mechanical engineering are Shanghai, Harbin, Beijing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Dalian. The needs of China's domestic market for cars are currently almost entirely met by domestic production, imports account for 9-10% of sales, although back in 1993-1994. the market was divided equally between imports and domestic production. The production of passenger cars in China is 90% provided by joint ventures with foreign manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Toyota, Peugeot, Citroen, Honda, Renault, Nissan, BMW.
slide 21
4/5 electricity production is based on coal and oil-fired thermal power plants. A hydropower development program is underway, and cascades of hydroelectric power stations are being built in the upper reaches of the Yangtze and the Yellow River.
slide 22
The textile industry is represented by 23 thousand enterprises. These are mainly cotton and silk factories that work both for the domestic and foreign markets.
There are 4 major industrial bases in China:-
1.Beijing-Tianjin-Tanshan
2) Shanghai-Ningbo-Hangzhou
3) Liaoning - Dalian - Shenyang
4).Guangzhou

8. Geography of agriculture
slide 23
China's agriculture plays a huge role in the country's economic development, since up to 70% of the supply of raw materials to light industry is carried out precisely at the expense of its own potential. More than 313 million people are employed in agriculture, and about 850 million people with family members.
The main problem is the constant lack of land. Of the 320 million hectares of plowed land, only 224 million hectares can be used. Main industry
- crop production. The main food crops are rice, wheat, corn, kaoliang, millet, tubers and soybeans.Wheat is the second most important grain crop. To date, no other country in the world has such high yields of wheat as in China. Corn and wheat growing areas are called "yellow China"

slide 24

About 20% cultivated area occupied by rice, it accounts for about half of the total grain harvest in the country. The main rice-growing regions are located south of the Yellow River. Over the centuries-old history of rice cultivation in China, about 10 thousand varieties of this cereal have been bred. In China, the cultivation of industrial crops is of great importance. As a result of the prevailing price structure, their production is much more profitable than grains, cotton, vegetables and fruits.
China is not the last place in the world in terms of growing
tea, which has been used as a medicine since the 4th century AD, and since the 6th century has been a common drink. Until now, most varieties of green and black tea are almost exclusively exported. Rice and tea growing areas are called "Green China"

In agricultural lowland areas, they are bred mainly pigs (in terms of their livestock, China ranks first in the world), draft livestock and poultry.
The northwestern regions are characterized by extensive, nomadic or semi-nomadic pastoralism. This is "dry China"

In the southwest, agriculture is not developed at all. This is Cold China.
Production and consumption of livestock products, especially per capita, are low. Interestingly, until recently, dairy farming was poorly developed. Milk was almost never used.

  1. Country transport

Transport is one of the main componentseconomy. In terms of the length of railway tracks, China ranks second in the world, behind the United States, but ahead of Russia. During 2010, active construction of new lines, as well as electrification of existing ones, continued. China has the world's largest networkhigh speed rail. Train speed over 350 km/h.
Qinghai-Tibet Railway in
Tibet- the highest mountain railway (up to 5072 m above sea level), the construction cost of which amounted to $ 4.2 billion.
Maritime transport serves the country's foreign trade. There are more than 2000 ports in China, 130 of which accept foreign ships. The largest 16 ports in China have a turnover of 50 million tons per year. (world ports). By 2010, it is estimated that 35% of the world's shipping will be in China.

Spacious, well-paved roads, complex multi-level interchanges are worthy of respect. So far, China has little idea of traffic congestion.

10. Features of life and everyday life (at home, kitchen)
Teacher: Take a closer look at the appearance of cities. They are very modern and organic, amaze with bright illumination and aspiration upwards. Our journey is coming to an end, but first we will visit a Chinese restaurant. Let's get acquainted with the peculiarities of Chinese cuisine

Student:
Chinese cuisine is widely popular, very diverse and not for the squeamish. The Chinese themselves say that they eat everything that has four legs, except for tables. In most cases, this is simply the preparation of gourmet dishes with a limited number of ingredients. Chinese cuisine can roughly be divided into four regional categories: Beijing and Shandong (with reheated buns and paperclip-shaped pasta), Catongese and Qiaorhou (lightly cooked meats and vegetables), Shanghainese (the birthplace of "red" dishes and ribs), and Xi'an (very spicy, with a lot of chili sauce). Tea is one of the most common non-alcoholic drinks. Another favorite drink is maotai, which is made from sorghum, with the smell of medical alcohol, which successfully replaces gasoline and paint thinner.

The originality of Chinese cuisine lies not so much in the original product, but in the way it is processed. All dishes are usually multi-component, and each component is subjected to a separate heat treatment in a special mode. Heat treatment does not take long. All products are cut into the same small pieces for “one bite”, so that it is convenient to eat. You can fry or boil such pieces in 2-3 minutes. Often, batter is used for cooking to preserve the original juiciness of the product.
It is characteristic that the Chinese try to give the product an unusual taste: "pork with fish flavor", "beef with fruit flavor", etc. If the chicken had the taste of chicken, then why did you have to work, do something with it?

4. The result of the lesson:
Teacher: China is an amazing country with a long history, unique culture and philosophy. Ancient pagodas and mirrored skyscrapers, traditional culture and cutting-edge production coexist peacefully here! Today we got only the most general idea about the country, but I want to believe that it did not leave you indifferent and gave rise to a desire to get to know it in more detail.

This article attempts to shed light on the question, "What does Falun Gong teach?" What the author thought was the most important was chosen. To familiarize yourself with the teachings of the Falun Dafa cultivation school, I recommend that you read the book Zhuan Falun on your own. This publication is for a preliminary acquaintance with the teachings of this school and may be superficial.

moral ideal cultivator - compassion, not based on feelings.

“Desire or unwillingness, joy or sadness, love or hate – everything in human society stems from these feelings. If you don't let go of these feelings, you won't be able to cultivate. When a person is freed from them, then nothing can hurt him, and the thoughts of an ordinary person will not be able to shake him. They, these feelings, will be replaced by mercy, which is something even more noble.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 4, "Improving Xinxing")

“People live to fight for their honor – this is nothing but the reasoning of ordinary people. Think about whether such a view of life will bring suffering and torment to a person? Is it worth living for this?

About the property of the Universe

“Outer space was originally good, that is, it had a natural property « zhen shan ren » 1. From birth, a person is endowed with the same property as the Universe.
("Zhuan Falun", lecture 1, « To truly lead people to higher levels")

“By dedicating yourself to self-improvement and merging with the properties of the universe, you will become a person who has comprehended the Tao. That's such a simple principle."
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Zhen Shan Ren" is the only criterion for judging a good or bad person)

About Salvation

“The meaning of the expression in the Buddha system about the salvation of all sentient beings is to take you from the most miserable state of an ordinary person and raise you to high levels where you will never endure suffering and be liberated.”

“If I fail to save you, then no one will save you. In fact, at present, finding a genuine teacher of the righteous Fa to teach you is more difficult than ascending to Heaven, in general, no one cares about it.”

“Saving people means that you are truly improving yourself, and not just curing diseases and healing the body.”

“A person must return to the source and to the truth - only this is the real goal of being a person, therefore, when a person has a desire for self-improvement, it is believed that Buddha nature has awakened in him. Such a thought is the most precious, since he had a desire to return to the source and to the truth, and he wanted to leave the level of ordinary people.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Truly Leading People to the Highest Levels")

“In the Buddha system, people are saved unconditionally and free of charge, they unconditionally help a person, therefore we can do a lot for students. However, for an ordinary person, for someone who only wants to be an ordinary person, who wants to cure diseases, this will not help.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Truly Leading People to the Highest Levels")

Features of Falun Gong

“This is the most convenient school, besides, in it self-improvement is carried out directly according to the property of the Universe, self-improvement goes very quickly and in the shortest way. It is directed directly at the human soul.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 8, "Whoever Practices Will Receive Gong")

The process of self-improvement

“Whether you can cultivate yourself depends on whether you can endure, make an effort, and endure suffering.”

“This is karma, and it and all the stubborn aspirations of man condition each other.”

“You should be doing internal improvement, and not looking outside. Many ask for help from outside, today they ask for one thing, tomorrow for another, and besides, they stubbornly pursue superpowers - there are all sorts of goals. Some of them still aspire to become qigong masters, they want to get rich by treating the sick! True cultivation requires the cultivation of your heart, which is called xinxing cultivation. For example, being in various contradictions between people, we must weaken all human emotions and passions.

“You want to develop gong2 but don’t pay attention to xinxing cultivation, then your gong can’t increase at all.”
(Zhuan Falun Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

“The vast majority of our Falun Dafa cultivators are engaged in cultivation among ordinary people (except for cultivators — professional
cash), therefore, they cannot escape normal life in society and ties with society. Everyone has his own work, and besides, everyone needs to do it properly; some do their work just by talking.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 8, "Controlling Your Speech")

“Our school is the most convenient, where you can cultivate among ordinary people, and you don't have to go to a monastery. But this is where the greatest difficulty lies - to cultivate in the most difficult environment of ordinary people. However, this is its main advantage, because it allows you to acquire gong2 yourself, which is the most important thing in our school, and what I have told you about today.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 8, "Whoever Practices Will Receive Gong")

De and karma
“White matter was acquired by man, thanks to the fact that he endured adversity and torment, did good deeds. And black matter arises as a result of bad deeds and bad deeds - this is karma.

“When a person does bad deeds, he loses De3. How does this happen? When a person insults another, he believes that he has won, avenged evil. However, in the Universe there is such a principle: if you don’t lose, you won’t gain. If you want to gain, you must lose. If you don't want to lose, they will force you to do so. Who performs this function? This function is performed just by this property of the Universe, therefore it is unacceptable that you only acquire. How then to be? Offending someone, offending someone, a person gives Te to others; and the opposite side is considered the offended side, the side that suffered the loss, subjected to grief, therefore, receives its due in compensation. When the offender begins to insult another, at that time a part of Te flies out of his space and passes to another, settling on his body. The stronger these insults, the more the other acquires Te. The result will be the same when hitting back and hurting another."
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

“The cause of all diseases and torments of a person is the karma done earlier by a person. The torments experienced are retributions for sinful deeds.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Truly Leading People to the Highest Levels")

“Black matter is karma. Suffering leads to the elimination of karma, which turns into Te.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 4, "Transforming Karma")

“There is another sense here: let’s say you are allowed to accumulate Te, you consider some business to be good and you take it on, but it turns out to be bad; you consider it a bad thing, and if you interfere in it, then it may turn out to be good. Why? Yes, because you do not see the predestination behind him.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 9, "A Person with a Great Natural Basis")

Oh xinxing
“What is xinxing? Xinxing includes Te (De is one of the matters), patience, enlightenment, renunciation, rejection of various aspirations of a person, various addictions, as well as the ability to experience grief, and so on - includes things from very many areas. One's xinxing needs to be improved in every way. Only in this way can you really improve. This is one of the key reasons for increasing gong strength.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

“As your xinxing improves, great changes will occur in your body. Improving your xinxing will certainly change the matter of your body. To what change? You will discard all that vicious thing that you have so stubbornly pursued. For example, in front of you is a bottle full of dirt. Close the lid, drop the bottle into the water and it will immediately sink. Now you clean the bottle of dirt, and the more you throw away, the higher the bottle will float. When you throw everything away, it will fully float to the top. In the process of self-improvement, we just need to discard various bad things that exist in the human body, and only in this way can you rise - this property of the Universe plays such a role.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

About spirit and matter
“In our ideological circles, from time immemorial there has been a discussion about what is primary: matter or spirit, they are constantly discussing and arguing on this issue. Actually, I'll tell you: matter and spirit are identical. Scientists involved in the study of the human body believe that the thinking that occurs in the human brain is matter. So, on the one hand, it is an existing material thing, and on the other hand, it is a thing of a spiritual nature. Is not it? Aren't they identical?"
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

On the treatment of diseases
“The cause of all diseases and torments of a person is the karma done earlier by a person. The torments experienced are retributions for sinful deeds.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Truly Leading People to the Highest Levels")

“We do not treat diseases, but we regulate the body of students as a whole so that you can practice. Poor health cannot acquire gong. So don't ask me to cure your diseases, I don't do that. The main purpose of my coming is to guide people to higher levels, and I really lead people to higher levels.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Truly Leading People to the Highest Levels")

Qigong is self-cultivation

“As soon as it comes to qigong, some people start saying: “Why would a healthy person practice qigong?” This implies that the purpose of qigong is only in the treatment of diseases. It's a very superficial, very superficial concept."
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Qigong is Cultivation")

About Gong Increasing

“Your xinxing increases if someone insults you and you remain silent and remain calm; he hit you with his fist, you again remained silent, responded to the blow with only a smile, and all the xinxing of such a person is already very high. You are a practitioner, what should you get? Shouldn't you get gong? As your xinxing improves, so does your gong. What height xinxing reaches, such a height and gong is the absolute truth.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

“Therefore, from the point of view of the Great Enlightened Ones, when a person receives more personal benefits among ordinary people, and although the better he lives, what people consider good, but the worse it becomes. How worse? The more he gets, the more he harms others by getting what he shouldn't get; he may pay great attention to fame and profit, and because of this he may lose Te. If you want to develop gong but don't pay attention to xinxing cultivation, then your gong can't increase at all.

For those who have a lot of white matter, it is easier to engage in self-improvement. If only he merges with the properties of the universe in the process of cultivation, if only his xinxing rises, then his Te will directly turn into gong. And a person who has a lot of black matter resembles a factory processing raw materials.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 9, "Natural Basis")

On the origin of human life and humanity

“We believe that in this universe, human life did not originate in a society of ordinary people. The birth of real human life took place in the space of the Universe, because in this Universe there are a lot of different matters that create life. These substances, when interacting, can create life, which means that the primary life of a person originates in the Universe. Outer space was originally good, that is, it had a natural property « zhen shan ren » . From birth, a person is endowed with the same property as the Universe. However, with the reproduction of living beings, social relations were formed among populations. Some of them have added selfish motives, and their level gradually decreased. They lost the ability to stay at this level and fell down. However, at the next step they became even worse, they again could not resist, continued to fall further and, in the end, ended up at the level to which humanity belongs.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Truly Leading People to the Highest Levels")

On reaching a state of rest

“The desire to achieve a state of peace with the help of some tricks and methods, I say, means a request for help from outside. And asking for something from the outside is just a deviation from the correct path in self-improvement and a fall into heresy. Especially in Buddhism they say: whoever asks for help from the outside, he went on about the devil. If you want to truly cultivate yourself, you must cultivate your soul. Purity and the spirit of non-action will reign in the soul only when you improve your xinxing.”

“They turn to famous masters with a request to teach them some of the best techniques that would help them enter a state of peace. I think they are asking for outside help. If you want to raise your level, you must look for the cause in yourself, you must work on your soul.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 9, "Calm and Pure Heart")

About the death of a person
“At a time when a person has died, how can atomic nuclei in a human body just “die” like that? Therefore, we found that when a person died, only the largest of its elements, molecules, decay in our space, while in other spaces the human body does not decay.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 1, "Why Doesn't Gong Gong Increase with Practice?")

“From the point of view of higher levels, we know that after the death of a person, his Yuansheng4 continues to live. Why is Yuansheng retained? In fact, we see that the corpse in the mortuary is only the cells of the human body in our space. All cellular tissues of internal organs and other parts of the human body in this space disintegrate, but human bodies, consisting of corpuscles, which consist of particles smaller in size than molecules, atoms, protons in other spaces, have not died at all. They exist in other spaces, in micro-spaces.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 2, "The Supernatural Ability of Clairvoyance")

“Why is gong so precious? Because it directly grows in your Yuansheng, a person can bring gong at birth and take it with him after death, moreover, it directly determines your Guo Wei5, so cultivation is difficult.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 4, "Loss and Gain")

About rebirth
“In religions they say that if a person has a lot of Te, then after rebirth he will become a big official or a rich man – he will exchange Te for all this.”

("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 9, "Enlightenment")

“Why do we pay attention to holding Te? Yes, because they saw such a circumstance: the accumulation of Te is spoken of among ordinary people; if someone has accumulated a lot of Te, has done good, then everything will be fine in his next rebirth. We do not have such a problem, if you achieve Consummation and comprehend the Tao, then there will be no problem for you to be reborn.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 9, "A Person with a Great Natural Basis")

About giving to the poor
“Let's say we do some good or give someone some money, but look, now some beggars on the streets have become professionals and they are even richer than you. We should pay attention to the main thing, and not to the little things.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 4, "Loss and Gain")

About alcohol
“In the Buddha system it is forbidden to drink alcohol. Have you seen any Buddha with a jug of liquor in his hand? Never".

“However, once you quit drinking, never drink again.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 7, "The Question of Eating Meat")

About smoking
“Therefore, I will tell you: if you want to devote yourself to self-improvement, quit smoking, smoking is bad for your health. In addition, it is one of the thirsts, which just contradicts our requirements, the requirements of cultivators.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 7, "The Question of Eating Meat")

On the killing of living beings

“Killing living beings is a very sensitive issue. With respect to practitioners, we have a relatively strict requirement that practitioners are not allowed to kill living beings. All those who practice according to the Buddha system, the Tao system, the Qimen school, or some other schools, as long as they cultivate themselves according to the righteous Fa, should not kill living beings. The demand is very categorical, no one should kill living beings, this is beyond doubt.”

“But if you suddenly interrupt one life, whether it be an animal or another living being, then you can immediately accumulate huge karma. Previously, killing living beings, which created great karma for you, mainly meant killing a person. But killing ordinary living beings also creates quite a lot of karma.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 7, "The Question of Killing Sentient Beings")

“On the one hand, we should not purposely harm living beings, on the other hand, we should not get stuck in trifles. For example, you can not refuse vegetables and other products because they have life. Otherwise, how to improve? Be broader in your views on things. For example, when you were walking, ants, other insects got under your feet and were crushed, which means they may be destined to die - after all, you did not harm them on purpose.
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 7, "The Question of Killing Sentient Beings")
On the Moral Decline of Mankind
“Fiction literature, in pursuit of large circulations, does not come out without tabloid content, otherwise there will be no demand for it. Movies and TV movies without erotic scenes do not seem to find an audience; in the film business, they strive to increase cinema attendance so that the television screen attracts more and more viewers. In terms of fine art, who knows whether it is really fine art or something else, only in our ancient Chinese national art there were no such things.”
("Zhuan Falun" Lecture 9, "Calm and Pure Heart")

    1. Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance
    2. 1-improvement method; 2-energy generated as a result of cultivation
    3. a kind of white matter
    4. soul, primordial spirit (Chinese)
    5. "fetal status"
    6. a kind of black matter

3.3. Simultaneous cultivation of Zhen Shan Ren (Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance)

In our school, they are simultaneously improving in " zhen shan ren"(Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance)." Zhen” means to speak the truth, do a true deed, return to the source of life and finally become a true person. “ Shan” means to show mercy, do good deeds and save people. It needs to be emphasized " Ren". Only thanks to Ren the practitioner will be able to cultivate into a person with a high De. Ren- this is a very strong thing. It exceeds Zhen and Shan. The whole process of self-improvement requires you to Ren, keep xinxing, do nothing unworthy.

Not easy to manifest Ren in unpleasant situations. Some say: Isn't it "A-Q" when you don't return blow for blow, curse for curse, even when you embarrass yourself in front of relatives or close friends? I say, no one will say that you are a fool, if you show yourself normally in all respects, your mind is not at all weaker than others, only you are indifferent to personal interests. Patience is not cowardice, but a manifestation of strong will, a manifestation of restraint. In the history of China there was a hero Han Xin. He endured the insult by crawling out from under someone else's bottom. This is what great patience is. In ancient times there was such an expression: “A man will not endure insult, he will respond to humiliation with a drawn sword.” When an ordinary person is insulted, he will stand up and draw his sword. He can scold others, beat others with his fists. It is not easy for a person to enter our world. Some live only for revenge. It’s not worth it to behave like that, and it’s too tiring. In China, there is an expression: “A step back, and boundless expanses will open before you.” When you meet an unpleasant situation, take a step back, you will notice that everything looks different.

As a practitioner, you not only have to endure and show generosity, but also thank the person who contradicts you and directly insults you. If he does not give you a contradiction, how can you raise xinxing how can you turn black matter into white when suffering, how will you grow up gong. A person in trouble suffers very much, but at this time one must definitely control oneself, because with increasing strength gong suffering grows to see if you can improve your xinxing. At first, maybe they hurt you, which makes you very angry, painfully endure, even because of this your liver and stomach hurt, but you didn’t get angry, you endure everything. This is good. You have already begun to endure. You deliberately endured. Then you can gradually improve your xinxing. When you are truly indifferent to such a case, then there will be a significant increase. Ordinary people often take some friction and little things seriously. They live for their honor and cannot endure. If you push them against the wall, they are ready for anything. But, what ordinary people consider very important, in your eyes, in the eyes of a practitioner, is very, very insignificant, too insignificant. Since your goal is very far and very high, you will live as long as the universe. Think again about these things, you will become indifferent. Think even wider, and you can overcome all these problems.

3.4. Getting rid of envy

Envy is a huge obstacle to cultivation, has a strong effect on the practitioner, directly affects his strength gong and harms other practitioners, seriously preventing us from cultivating upwards. As a cultivator, you must completely eliminate jealousy. Some have reached a certain level in practice, but they cannot get rid of envy. When such envy cannot be removed, it often becomes stronger. This resistance makes his other already elevated xinxing aspects very fragile. Why is it necessary to talk separately about envy? Because envy among the Chinese is most pronounced, has a very clear manifestation, and holds a lot of weight in the soul of people, but many cannot realize this. Envy is peculiar to the East, and therefore is called "Eastern envy" or "Asian envy." The Chinese are very secretive and reserved by nature, very rarely show their feelings, which easily causes envy. All things and phenomena contain opposite qualities, so that the secretive nature also has both positive and negative sides. Western people are more open. For example, a kid got one hundred points at school, he runs home from school with a joyful cry: “I got a hundred ...” Neighbors, opening doors and windows, congratulate him: “Tom, congratulations!”, rejoice for him. If this happened in China, imagine that the cry of the boy would cause antipathy: “I got a hundred points - I found something to boast about! What an unseen!” - the reaction is quite different. This is where jealousy comes into play.

An envious person treats others with disdain, does not allow others to exceed him. If he saw that others are stronger than him, then he loses his balance in his soul, became out of his element, cannot put up with it. The salary should be increased by everyone together, the amount of the bonus should be equal to everyone, even if the sky collapses, then keep it all together. When others have made a lot of money, his eyes light up. In general, you can not be higher than him. It's just unbearable for him to be outdone. A certain one has achieved success in scientific research, but did not dare to receive an award, fearing someone else's envy; Someone was awarded an honorary title, but he does not dare to talk about it, fearing envy and ridicule. When other qigong masters are giving lectures, some of them lost their peace and went to interfere with the classes. This is the xinxing problem. People work together to harden the gunas, but some of them have superpowers, although they did not do it for long. And some say: “What an importance! I have been studying for many years, I have a lot of certificates of course completion. I didn't even have a superpower. How could he possibly have powers?” envy immediately spoke. Self-improvement requires delving into oneself, improving oneself more, looking for reasons within oneself. If in some respect you are not doing well enough, then you yourself should try to achieve a promotion. You have to dig inside yourself. People tend to look for the cause in others. When others have all improved and go up, and you don't stay down, aren't you wasted? Self-improvement is your own business!

Jealousy can still harm other co-practitioners. For example, he will say bad words so that a person cannot enter a state of contemplation. When a person has certain superpowers, out of envy, he may use them to harm co-practitioners. For example, one excellent practitioner sits in a contemplative posture. Since his body carries gong, he sits there like a mountain. At this time, two substances fly by. One of them used to be a monk. Because of envy, he could not cultivate upwards any further. Although he has some gong power, he has not reached full perfection. When they arrived at the place where the practitioner was sitting, one of them said, “This is someone N who is cultivating here, let's go around him!” and the other one said, “At one time, I cut down the top of Tai Shan Mountain with my palm.” He then raised his hand to slash the practitioner. But the hand has risen and cannot go down. Because the practitioner cultivates according to the orthodox Fa, he has a protective shell. So that stuff couldn't cut him. Intention to harm a practitioner who cultivates according to the orthodox Fa is already a serious act, and it has been punished. An envious person harms both himself and others.

3.5. Getting rid of addictions

Attachment means that the practitioner persistently clings to some thing or goal, which he stubbornly pursues, shows excessive desire and from which he cannot get rid of, stubbornly insists, does not listen to any advice. Some are chasing the acquisition of some superpowers during life, which inevitably prevents self-improvement in the higher levels of the hierarchy. The stronger this psyche, the more difficult it is to give it up, the more difficult it is to maintain peace of mind and stability. In the end, he will think that he himself has not acquired anything, and even doubts what he is learning. Addiction is born from human desire. A characteristic feature of addiction is that its goal is obviously limited and is more clear and specific. But often the person himself does not realize this. Ordinary people have a lot of addictions. To chase after some thing or goals, he is ready for anything. But for practitioners, addiction manifests itself in a different way. For example, strive to achieve some kind of superpower, indulge in some kind of spectacle, get carried away with some kind of demonstration, and so on. For a practitioner, whatever you strive for will be a mistake. You must refuse this. In system Dao they talk about non-action, and in the Buddha system they talk about emptiness, about entering emptiness. We eventually need to reach the state of non-action or emptiness. You have to give up all addictions, leave everything that you cannot leave. For example, the pursuit of superpowers. You ask for them, so you want to use them. In fact, this already contradicts the property of our Universe. It is essentially a xinxing problem. Do you want to acquire to show off in front of people, to show yourself. Such things are not meant to be displayed in front of others. Even if you use them for a very pure purpose, that is, you want to do a good deed, and even then it is unlikely that the deed will be good. When you interfere in worldly affairs with a super-means, you can hardly justify yourself. Some have heard me say in lectures that 70% of people have their celestial eye opened and thought, "Why can't I feel anything?" Returning home, they do exercises, focusing on the celestial eye. With such a thought, he brings himself to a headache, as a result of which they still see nothing. This is what passion is. Each person is distinguished by his physical qualities, natural basis. The celestial eye of people cannot be opened at the same time, it is also impossible to open at the same level. Some can see, some can't. All this is normal.

Addiction can cause the practitioner to become stagnant and fluctuate in the strength of the gunas. In a more serious case, it can still lead the practitioner to a heretical path. Especially some superpowers in the presence of bad xinxing can be used to commit vicious deeds. There are examples when, due to the instability of xinxing, superpowers were used to do bad deeds. Somewhere there was a certain student who had a superpower - thought control. This superpower allows him to control the thought and deed of another person with his thought. And he used that ability to do a vicious deed. Some during practice have certain spectacles that they all want to see, to get to the bottom of. This is also an addiction. For some, some kind of hobby has turned into a passion that is difficult to give up. It is also addiction. Since the natural foundations of people are different, their goals are also different. Some are practiced to the highest degree; others only to acquire some things. The latter inevitably limit the purpose of the practice. If such addictions are not eliminated, then the gong does not grow, even you practice. Therefore, a cultivator should be very indifferent to all material interests, without any aspiration. Let everything take its course. In this way, addictions can be avoided. It depends on the practitioner's xinxing. If at the root xinxing does not increase, then with any attachment it is impossible to achieve complete perfection.

France. Zhen Shan Ren Art Exhibition Called 'Amazingly Touching'
A practitioner from France

Since 2004, the Zhen Shan Ren International Art Exhibition has been held in more than 50 countries around the world. "Zhen Shan Ren" translates to "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance", which are the main tenets of Falun Gong. All of the artists who submitted their work for this exhibition practice Falun Gong, the spiritual practice of self-cultivation of the mind and body, which is also known as Falun Dafa.

"Our art comes from a pure heart, and our works reflect our own experiences," said Professor Zhang Kunlun, the exhibition's founder and Falun Gong practitioner. “Art has a huge impact on people's thinking, and it is also directly related to human morality. And these two components interact.”

Until this year, Falun Gong practitioners have successfully presented this exhibition in French cities such as Cannes, Colmar, Périgord and Beaune.

The paintings in this exhibition depict the spiritual life of Falun Gong practitioners and the persecution of millions of Falun Gong practitioners since 1999 at the hands of the Chinese Communist Party.

“I was amazed!” said Jean Ventesitan, a local resident. “These paintings strongly reminded me of my religious faith. The contrast between good and evil, especially with Falun Gong practitioners, shows their kindness and compassion in the face of difficult trials."

The exhibition hall in Beaune was so crowded with visitors that the organizers of this event decided to extend the exhibition hours until midnight.

Art lover, intellectuals and other locals praised the art he presented. People were visibly moved by the great hope, spirit and strong determination of the characters depicted in the paintings.

International Policy Scholar: "This exhibition 'awakens people' to action"

"I was moved by the beauty of these paintings," said Georg Djukanowicz, an engineer, sociologist, and scholar of international politics. “Each picture has its own voice and wants to tell something, such as the picture that describes the merciless torture (of a Falun Gong practitioner).

"We want to stretch out our hands and tell him, 'Come here!' And in the painting “Setting the Universe in Motion”, we can see how the Master gives his heart and energy to everyone.

This exhibition encourages people, and this is important. It's time for people to wake up to action because our planet is in danger. What we are witnessing now is the self-destruction of mankind, which will not last long!”

President of St. Martin's District: "Organ trafficking is an unbearably terrible and cruel act!"

Thierry Reisenthaller, President of Saint Martin's District in Colmar, France, was deeply moved by the oil painting "Criminal Organ Harvesting" by Xiqiang Dong.

This painting describes the true story of a practitioner who had his organs forcibly removed while he was still alive. Although the main character in the painting is clenching his fists in pain, he does not strike doctors or policemen.

“All this organ trafficking is organized, which is unbearably horrible and cruel!” Resentaller said. “In the face of such extremely brutal crimes, it is absolutely unacceptable if we separate ourselves from this and do nothing.

Now is the time for the whole world to work together to make this (the crime of organ harvesting) disappear.

It will be great if the international community can find its humanity again, make illegal the acts of organ harvesting from people, and severely punish anyone who takes part in this terrible crime.

Hospital Administrator: "These paintings radiate 'great compassion and energy'"

“As soon as I entered the exhibition hall, I felt calm and peaceful,” said Chantilly Asenbeler, administrator of the hospital. “I feel a lot of positive energy in my hands.

Although some of the paintings depict scenes of torture and persecution, which is very sad, I could still feel great compassion and energy from these paintings. I felt so good being there that I didn't want to leave!

Today's moral values are rapidly disappearing, especially in the field of medicine, where doctors no longer seem to pay attention to medical ethics. It seems that their only purpose in life is to earn more and more money. Usually it is these people who are tempted to participate in the forcible removal of organs from living people,” said Asenbeler.

"The most important thing is that governments can now act correctly and establish laws that would prevent the commission of crimes related to trafficking in human organs, and that would punish anyone who puts the arrival above human decency."

Legal Consultant: "One Day the Chinese Will Leave Communism"

Florence Trinh, a legal consultant for the Vietnamese and Chinese, said she was deeply moved after seeing the paintings.

"The Chinese have a very deep, harmonious and peaceful cultural heritage," she explained. “It is a very rich and ancient culture.

One day, the Chinese will abandon communism and spread democracy and peace throughout the world."

Art teacher: "Those who persecute others are actually persecuting themselves"

“The Buddha we see in paintings is the origin of humanity,” said Agathe Bonnet, an art teacher in the city of Périgord. “It will be terrible if a person breaks this connection.”

She said that when things reach their limit, they turn into their opposite. “Those who persecute others are actually persecuting themselves,” she warned. "If they can stop, it's possible they can wake up."

"I just got to know Falun Gong," said Colm Klement, a French-Chinese researcher. “Falun Gong is a good practice for mankind. I hope it spreads widely abroad. I think it's great!"

Many visitors wrote warm comments of gratitude and appreciation for being given the opportunity to see this exhibition. Some people expressed their desire to read Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Gong, while others wanted to learn the Falun Gong exercises.
