Infusion of ginger root in water. Take 5-6 g of crushed dry rhizome, place in a preheated (scalded with boiling water) dish and pour 1 cup of boiling water. Insist under the lid, wrapped in a towel for about half an hour, strain. Use inside and out.

Ginger infusion for alcohol. Take a medium-sized root (about 30 g), rinse it well and chop it along with the skin.
