26.06.2020

Mom means a lot to every person on Earth. Mom is our first word and the most important, the most important person in our life. Mother gives us life itself. Thanks to her, we come into this world. Every child loves his mother and respects her. Mom is very capable and always manages to do everything. How we sometimes want to express our love, our tenderness for our mothers. This can be done in different ways. You can just tell your mom: “I love you very much!”. You can sing a song to your mom. You can make some kind of gift with your own hands: a postcard, crafts, etc. And we want to try to give you a lesson on how to draw a portrait of your beloved mom. Draw it following our tips and give it as a gift. We think she will be pleasantly surprised and touched. You can do it for any holiday, or you can do it for no reason - just like that. We draw a portrait of your mom with a pencil in stages.

Stage 1. To begin with, using a ruler, draw a sheet of paper into four parts using two straight lines intersecting each other at right angles. To do this, mark the sheet so that the point of intersection of the two lines is in the middle of the sheet of paper. It turns out a sheet divided into four identical squares.

Stage 2. Using a ruler, divide the segment of the lower straight line to the intersection point (center) into four equal segments. Let's mark it with dots. Draw a line through the first point parallel to the middle line. And then from the second and third points we draw segments parallel to the middle straight line to the end of the sheet of paper. Thus, the lower part turned out to be lined, as it were.

Stage 3. In the upper part of the sheet, we will draw two segments in different squares at a small distance from each other. From the bottom point of intersection of the vertical line with a sheet of paper, we begin to build the contours of the mother's face. We smoothly draw a line of the face from this point through parallel segments to the first upper square. On the other hand, we make the same line of the contour of the face, symmetrical to the first.

Stage 4. We draw mom's hairstyle with smooth gentle lines. Look carefully at the lines that we drew in the figure. It is more convenient to do it by squares. We detail the general contour of the hairstyle. We make bangs and soft strands on the sides of the head. Here we will also draw one additional segment (in blue). In the middle we make features of the bridge of the nose.

Stage 5. Now we draw even eyebrows. From the eyebrows down along the bridge of the nose, draw two equal lines. Without going beyond these features below, draw the tip of the nose and bulging nostrils.

Stage 7. Between the upper and lower eyelids, draw eyeballs with pupils. We make eyelashes for centuries. Do not forget to show light glare in front of your eyes. Draw additional straight lines from the inner edge of the eyeball down to the chin.

Stage 8. Without going beyond these additional straight lines at the bottom of the face, draw a nice neat mouth. The upper and lower lips are quite plump. At the bottom, make a dash, like a small dimple.

Drawing mother and children

Do you still have a portrait of your mother drawn by a child in your family? Today we will draw it with the children! By analogy, you can make a portrait of a grandmother, sister, beloved teacher of a child and give it to a birthday, March 8, Mother's Day.

Before drawing a portrait, be sure to have a conversation with the children.

Preparing to draw mom with preschool children

Discuss using photos of people close and familiar to the child, illustrations from children's books about the family:

What shape is a person's face?

What shape is mom's face? What are the characteristics of the face?

What color are mom's eyes?

Are your mom's eyebrows dark or light?

- What color is your hair?

- What hairstyle does mom wear (short haircut, fluffy hair, hair tied in a top or back bun)?

Draw mom: step by step drawing for kids

Step 1: Draw Mom's Face

Draw an oval face. (You need to draw with a simple pencil, here in the master class a felt-tip pen was used so that you can see the lines more clearly).

Step 2. Draw the neck and shoulders of mom

Divide the oval in half vertically (top to bottom). It is desirable to draw all lines with a very light pencil pressure.

Draw the neck and shoulders.

Step 3

- Divide the resulting vertical line into three equal segments.

- Through the points obtained, draw two thin horizontal lines dividing the oval of the face into three parts.

Step 4. Draw eyebrows, mom's eyes

- Draw eyebrows under the upper dividing line. We follow the equal distance of the eyebrows from the center of the face.

Draw almond-shaped eyes under the eyebrows.

- In the center of the eye, draw a circle - the iris.

- In the iris, draw a smaller circle - the pupil.

Step 5. Draw the nose, mouth, ears of mom

- From the eyebrow line to the lower dividing line, draw a nose.

- Divide the lowermost vertical segment in half and draw a line of the mouth - a concave line.

- Above the resulting line of the mouth, draw the upper lips with two curved segments.

- Under the line of the mouth, draw the lower lips with a more concave line

- Draw the ears between the first and second dividing horizontal lines.

Step 6

- And now we take paints and brushes of different numbers. With a thin brush with black paint, draw eyebrows, eye contours, eyelashes. If the eyebrows are light - draw them with light paint

- Draw an iris with blue paint. If the mother's eyes are of a different color, then draw the iris with the desired color.

- Draw the pupil with black paint.

Step 7

Draw lips with red paint. Highlight the line of the mouth with a thin line of darker paint.

Step 8: Draw Mom's Dress and Hair

- Draw a dress, preferably mom's favorite. Draw beads if she wears them. Or a chain with a pendant.

- Draw hair. It is important to convey to children the idea that hair is drawn in the direction of their growth. In this case, in the figure for this article, we drew a bob hairstyle. Hair falls in even strands from top to bottom, covering the ears. Let's start drawing on the right side of the face by moving the brush from top to bottom from the middle of the forehead. At the same time, do not forget to hold the brush vertically. Pay attention to the fact that we tear off the brush from the sheet of paper, and we lead again from top to bottom, and not “back and forth”.

- If mom has long hair, draw them lower, they will fall on her shoulders, on a dress.

Similarly to the right side draw the hair on the left side of the face.

If mom has a hairstyle with an open forehead, then as a result of this step, something like this portrait of mom is obtained.

Step 9

If mom has a bang, then you need to draw a bang with a thin brush with a brush movement from top to bottom. At the top we draw lines closer to the center, at the bottom - spreading the lines to the sides.

You should watch your mother's hair: maybe the bangs are short, they go only in the forehead or from the center of the head. Then in the figure you should draw lines from the center of the head in the form of a triangle.

That's how different moms are! Below you will see drawings of children who drew their mother in this master class. Notice how differently they portrayed their mothers!

Draw mom: examples of children's drawings

How to draw a portrait of mom? This question often arises before children who like to dedicate their drawings to their closest and beloved people. A master class with step-by-step photos will help them master the simple technique of depicting faces.

Work begins with a pencil sketch.

Before you draw a mother with a pencil, you need to remember the color of her eyes, lips, eyebrows, and also determine for yourself the main features of her image - in particular, the length of her hair and the shape of her hairstyle. Correctly displayed in the picture, they will make the portrait more recognizable. Having decided, we make a sketch. To make the portrait more interesting, except for the face, we draw the silhouette of the figure to the waist. In the hands of mother we lay a bouquet of flowers.

After the first, thin, sketch is made, outline the lines with a bold line. We work only on the face and hair, leave the arms, shoulders and flowers pale.

We begin to fill the picture with color. In itself, this process is simple, but in order for the result to be realistic, you need to choose the right shade of the face. We mix different colors of watercolor on the palette, saturate the brush well with water and only then take a small amount of paint to apply it to the portrait. We start painting with less noticeable areas that can be corrected if necessary. Only then we move to the center of the face. To make the head voluminous, we apply a semicircle of a darker tone under the chin on the neck.

Highlight the eyebrow line with a dark color. We are looking for a shade of color in the palette that is as close as possible to the color of my mother's eyes. If necessary, mix different shades together, and only then paint the eyes. In the same way, we fill the mother's lips with color, reflecting the shade of any mother's lipstick on them.

To make the lips voluminous, the line along which the upper and lower lip touch is left unpainted. Highlight the eyes by filling the space between the upper eyelid and the eyebrow with a darker shade of color.

We emphasize the eyebrows. The drawing begins to take on a resemblance to a portrait.

We select the shade that is most similar to the shade of mother's hair, and begin to apply this color to the hair, making some strands darker. Thanks to this, the hairstyle will be voluminous.

We increase the volume, making the contrast more noticeable.

Coloring the blouse. The flowers and hands are still intact.

First, we cover the leaves of the flowers with a pale green color.

And only then we paint their heads.

We give the flowers volume, correctly distributing the shadows and drawing the petals on top. We color the hands.

We emphasize the line of the hands with a dark stripe to show the completeness of the image.

We learned how to draw a mother beautifully and quite simply, and we also learned how to draw a mother so that the portrait turned out to be voluminous and interesting. If the portrait is successful, you can give it to your mother for

Master class on drawing a full face portrait using reference drawings in kindergarten.

Congratulations to all mothers on International Women's Day on March 8!

Everyone loved to draw as children. Another question: how did it work. Children draw everything that surrounds them: mom, dad, sky, sun, trees, cars, people, themselves.

At kindergarten age, the level of drawing is one, at school it is already different. Whatever the drawing lessons, you can’t teach everyone how to draw correctly and beautifully.

Moreover, the art of drawing portraits is not for every artist. But teachers, developing methods for raising children and teaching them to draw, found a way to teach a child to draw portraits. This was done for reasons of convenience for young children. They are not only interested in drawing a picture, but also make it so that they can give it to their mother. This technique is now used by many educational institutions and private practices, where teach step by step.

DIY mom portrait

Try to make a gift to your loved one with your baby. This question is very relevant for the child when a holiday is approaching. Little artists do not always need to see the object of drawing in front of them, since children always draw from their memory.

In this case, it would be more correct to draw a portrait with a photograph in front of you. So it will be easier to conduct a master class with the child. After all, photography is what we will start from.

It will be much easier for a novice artist to draw a portrait of mom with his own hands if a sheet of paper divide into squares vertical and horizontal lines. Art schools also teach this method. Further, referring to the photo, we draw a separate element in each square. At the same time, we explain all the steps in detail to the child. Only then will he understand how to do it.

The simplest and easiest version of a children's drawing can be called drawing mom with paints. Most children, having become acquainted with paints, begin to do all their work only with them. This can be used to advantage for learning. So, for example, a child is able to draw a beautiful image of mom, if you explain to him, how to do it easier:

A hand-drawn portrait of a mother will be given life brilliance blush on cheeks.

Such a phased drawing is within the power of both adults and children. There are no identical paintings, all portraits of mothers made by children are individual and diverse. The only thing in which they are all similar is in the method of drawing.

For work you will need: paper, a simple pencil, an elastic band, a sharpener and a photo of your mother. It is easier for a novice artist to start with pencil drawings: firstly, incorrectly drawn lines are erased with an eraser; secondly, in a pencil picture it is easier than to convey the shadows of a hair or face with paints.

Step by step option will give the kid skills that he can use in the future when drawing people. Plus, you can always check the photo to determine the various parameters of the person being drawn.

Finally with a pencil circle all the lines, creating shadows. Erase the extra vertical and horizontal lines. Outlining the nose, lips, mouth, eyes and shading the dark places in the photo, we will revive the drawing. Hair is selected according to the same principle.

The next step, if necessary, will be coloring the picture created by the child with paints or felt-tip pens.

How to prepare your child for drawing people

Starting to teach a child portrait drawing, need to talk to him. You can also talk in the process of preparing for him to paint a portrait of his mother. The main thing that he should take away from this conversation:

  • what shape her face, ears, eyes;
  • color of eyes, lips and hair;
  • how long is the hair and what hairstyle;
  • the symmetry of the location of the nose, eyes, and ears;
  • the principle of drawing people is always the same

Knowing how to hold a pencil in his hands and use paints, the new-born artist with each new creation will develop their abilities. His children's paintings will become a real hobby for him, and maybe more.
