If a non-working holiday coincides with a day off, the day off is transferred to the next working day after the holiday. The scheme of the postponement of the holidays of 2020 submitted for approval is shown in the calendar - there are only two such transfers:

Victory parade on Red Square in 2018 - in honor of the 73rd anniversary of the Great Victory
The festivities on Victory Day in Moscow 2018 traditionally begin with a military parade and a demonstration of new types of weapons. The victory parade in 2018 will be the largest of all that has been held before. It will be attended by 194 units of armored vehicles, 150 helicopters and aircraft, 14,000 military personnel.
On May 9, the traditional Victory Parade will take place on Red Square. The program of the event is always kept in the strictest confidence. The plan and some details of the parade will be revealed only a few days before the start of the celebration. It is already known that the event will be attended by members of the Yunarmiya - students of the cadet boarding school No. 1 "The First Moscow Cadet Corps" and the cadet boarding school No. 9 "Moscow boarding school for state pupils".
Immortal Regiment 2018
In addition, the Immortal Regiment campaign is held annually on Victory Day in the capital. During the procession, people carry photographs of their relatives and friends who took part in the Great Patriotic War.
Usually the start of the event in Moscow is scheduled for 15:00 from the Kremlin wall.
Participants of the annual march "Immortal Regiment" gather at 13:00 near the Dynamo metro station and will march from the Belorussky railway station along 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya and Tverskaya streets to Red Square with portraits of relatives-front-line soldiers and home front workers.
Anyone can join the action and honor the memory of those who fought for victory in the Great Patriotic War. Last year, despite the cold weather, more than 850,000 people took part in the procession. The column of the "Immortal Regiment" stretched for several kilometers. This year, the organizers expect that the number of participants in the action may increase to one million people.
Celebrations on Victory Day 2018 on Poklonnaya Hill
The 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War will be celebrated in the Victory Park on Poklonnaya Gora.
On the morning of May 9, everyone will be able to watch the broadcast of the parade on Red Square. This will be followed by a performance by the Mariinsky Theater Symphony Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev.
Then another concert will be held in Victory Park. Modern compositions and songs of the war years will be performed from the main stage.
Also in the program of the holiday is the horse show "Traditions of Russia". Cavalrymen will pass in front of the audience, a parade with the flags of hero cities will take place, as well as joint demonstration performances by riding schools, the legendary T-34 tanks and the SU-100 self-propelled artillery mount. In addition to equipment in this part of the parade, you can see historical companies of pilots, Cossacks, sailors and infantry with weapons of those times.
Victory Day on Theater Square
Theater Square is one of the traditional places for celebrating May 9 in Moscow. This year, the square in front of the Bolshoi Theater will again become a meeting place for veterans, where a musical program will be waiting for them. Opera singers and Russian pop stars will perform on stage. The program includes performances of opera arias accompanied by an orchestra, as well as wartime music.
Also, on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a concert will be held on Theater Square with the participation of the winners of the All-Russian festival-competition "Crystal Stars".
Victory Day at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior 2018
Muscovites and guests of the capital are invited to celebrate Victory Day on the square near the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the RosRegister website informs. There will be festive concerts with the participation of Russian pop stars. They will perform songs of the war years in different genres. Also on the site near the temple will sound classical music in orchestral processing.
On the morning of May 9, a live broadcast of the parade on Red Square will be organized on the big screen. And in the evening, a beautiful view of the festive fireworks will open from the Patriarchal Bridge.
Celebrations on Victory Day 2018 in Kolomenskoye
The Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve invites you to celebrate Victory Day on Voznesenskaya Square. There will be a festive concert.
Pop groups and soloists will perform songs from the pre-war period, songs about the war and dance compositions. The program will end with the concert “String of bells”. The best ringers will play under the direction of Valery Gergiev on the bells of St. George's Church.

Events for May 9 in Kuzminki
Children's art school "Center" invites you to the traditional concert program "Salute, Victory!" to the Kuzminki park. More than 200 students aged 6 to 17 and their teachers will perform. Young artists will thank the veterans with their creativity.

Events in the Park of Culture. Gorky and Museone
On Victory Day in Gorky Park, the Flageolet ensemble, a team of pupils of the V.S. Kalinnikov. The children will perform works by domestic and foreign composers, a medley of songs from the war years.

Victory Day in Northern Tushino
On May 9, Severnoye Tushino Park will host a festive program dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Victory Day in Babushkinsky Park
Visitors to Babushkinsky Park will be able to leave congratulations to veterans, learn about holders of the Order of Victory and watch a festive concert.
From 09:00 to 20:00 on the fountain square you can see military exhibits and take pictures with them. Also, all day in the park they will talk about the Order of Victory. Only the best were able to receive the highest military award of the USSR, those who commanded the fronts and under whose leadership the country won the Great Patriotic War.
An animation and concert program will be held from 13:00 to 20:00. Folk and thematic works will be performed, the song and dance ensemble of the Airborne Forces will perform.
In the photo zone, guests will be able to attach photos and stories about their relatives who participated in the Great Patriotic War to the interactive wall, as well as leave words of gratitude to the front-line soldiers.
Victory Day 2018 in Solntsevo
In Solntsevo, near the pool of the Voskhod sports and recreation complex, a festive program will be held for the Victory Day. Songs of the war years will be heard here. The guests will be shown thematic performances, reconstructions and broadcast of the Victory Parade on Red Square.
Red Square will traditionally be the central point of the celebration of Victory Day in Moscow. There are 12.5 thousand military personnel and 120 pieces of equipment here. If on May 9 it didn’t work out to be in the stands, you can go to one of the many festive venues scattered throughout the capital. the site is ready to talk about the most interesting of them right now.
Concert, parade broadcast and photo exhibition in the heart of the capital
May 8 and 9 on the square in front of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. On Tuesday the program will start at 19:00 and continue until 22:00. Vocal duet of Fyodor Rytikov and Sergey Shtyrov, opera duet of Vasilisa Nikolaeva and Vladislav Kiryukhin, vocal group Pyatero, Moscow Symphony Orchestra Russian Philharmonic and others will perform before the audience. On Wednesday, the holiday will be celebrated here from the very morning. At 10:00, street screens will broadcast the Victory Parade on Red Square (an excellent option for those who were in the center, but did not get to the square). And from 12:00 a concert will begin, the participants of which will be the winners of the All-Russian festival-competition "Crystal Stars", soloists and orchestra of the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center, the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra for Children and Youth, together with conductor Ivan Rudin and soloist Alisa Grebenshchikova, and also the vocal group Quatro.
Theaters in the parks
The broadcast of the Victory Parade will also be available to visitors to numerous parks in the capital (beginning at 10:00). After the passage of troops and military equipment, theatrical performances and concerts await the guests. So, the Moscow Youth Experimental Theater under the direction of Vyacheslav Spesivtsev and the Moscow New Drama Theater. And then they will be replaced by Gleb Matveychuk, Yulia Nachalova, Dina Garipova, Evgeny Kungurov, the exemplary group of the Smile dance ensemble, the State Academic Ryazan Russian Folk Choir named after E.G. Popova, Maxim Kaluzhskikh, Ost Up group, Bayan-mix duet, Vasily Lanovoy and Dima Bilan.
Moscow Drama Theater on Perovskaya, Moscow Theater of Illusions, singer Prokhor Chaliapin, Quatro group, singer Zara, singer Ostap will perform. After a minute of silence, at 18:55, Alexander Buinov, Rodion Gazmanov, Brandon Stone and Yulia Nachalova will continue the concert program.
At 13:00, the actors of the Shalom Theater will come out. And after that, the artists of the Kapotnya Palace of Culture, the Alexei Rybnikov Theater, the Zarechye House of Culture and the Cultural Center named after I.M. Astakhov. The concert and musical program will begin at 19:00 with a performance by the Quatro group and continue with performances by singers Zara and Elena Terleeva, singer Dmitry Koldun, participants in the art project TenorA of the XXI century.
The celebration in honor of the Victory Day will begin at 11:00. Groups of the Moscow Department of Culture will perform on stage. And at 13:00, a city-wide program will start, in which the Musica Viva chamber orchestra, the Moscow Theater of Music and Drama under the direction of Stas Namin, the Trombone Show jazz ensemble, Alexei Garnizov, the New Ballet Theater, Svetlana Krinitskaya, State academic Russian folk choir named after M.E. Pyatnitsky. At 19:00, a musical concert will begin, in which the artists of the art project "TenorA of the XXI century", Yulia Kovalchuk, Alexei Chumakov, Oleg Gazmanov and the Fabrika group will take part.
Large daytime and evening programs will be held. On the main stage of the park, artists from the Praktika theater center, the Kaskader sports and entertainment theater and other groups will perform (beginning at 13:00). At 19:00 Russian pop stars will take the stage. The concert will continue until 22:00.
The festival will begin at 12:25 The concert will be opened by the Moscow Theater of Russian Drama under the direction of Mikhail Shchepenko. Then the actors of the Pokrovka Theater, the Moscow State Musical Theater under the direction of Gennady Chikhachev, the School of Dramatic Art Theater, the Taganka Actors Commonwealth Theater, artist Vasily Ovsyannikov, artist Lyubov Isaeva will perform. The evening will continue with Diana Gurtskaya, Ruslan Alekhno, Gleb Matveychuk and singer Zara.
The Victory train departs from the square of three stations
On the squares of the three stations on May 9 is scheduled. So, at 08:00 at the Rizhsky railway station, the concert of the art group Soprano by Mikhail Turetsky will begin. At 08:50, everyone will be able to lay wreaths at the monument on the territory of the local museum.

Holiday close to home
Spectators on the celebratory program. Performances will start at 13:00. The theater center "The Cherry Orchard" will open the program. Next, performances by Damir Basyrov, artists of the Russian spiritual theater "Glas", the cultural center "Ivanovsky", the collective "Russian Soul", as well as Rodion Gazmanov, Sasha Santa, Kristina Orbakaite, Yulia Nachalova, Eteri Beriashvili and Alexei Vorobyov are planned.

Victory Day is celebrated in Russia on May 9th. Festive events have been prepared in the capital in honor of the holiday. Procession "Immortal Regiment"
One of the central events will be the traditional procession "Immortal Regiment". Hundreds of thousands of citizens will gather at the Dynamo stadium to carry portraits of their relatives who participated in the Great Patriotic War and honor their memory.
The action "Immortal Regiment" starts in Moscow at 15:00
The organizers of the event note that the number of participants in the action in 2018 could reach a million. Citizens will have to cover a distance of 5.9 kilometers on foot. The procession will end on Red Square.
Volunteers will distribute water along the way. You can have a bite to eat in 47 field kitchens, which are placed along the route of the column.
Victory Day in the Parks
Festive venues will open in 21 parks in the capital. Visitors of all ages will be able to try their hand at passing a historical quest based on the battles on the Kursk Bulge, watch theatrical performances, and see military equipment of those years. Guests will also enjoy military band performances and retro-style dancing. In addition, everyone will be able to taste real soldier's porridge from the army field kitchen.
The Hermitage Garden on this day will be transported back to the difficult war years: the atmosphere of the 1940s will be recreated here. From the very morning, a brass band and a male chamber choir will perform military songs, and at 18:00 a costumed Victory Ball will begin on the dance floor. Here you will hear melodies of tango, waltz, Spanish rio-rita dance popular in the 1930s, as well as fast and incendiary Polish Krakowiak. Even if you don’t know how to dance at all, don’t be scared: professional dancers will help beginners.
A military-historical quest dedicated to the battles on the Kursk Bulge is being organized in Tagansky Park. It was one of the largest tank battles in world history: about two million people and six thousand tanks took part in it on both sides. Teams of participants will learn how front-line reconnaissance, defensive operations and counter-offensives took place. The quest will last from 13:00 to 18:00, and you can join it at any time.
A "Wall of Memory" will appear in Babushkinsky Park. At this stand, visitors will be able to write the names of their relatives and friends who participated in the Great Patriotic War. It will also be possible to leave wishes to veterans there. By the way, the T-34, the most famous tank of the war years, will be exhibited in the park (this model was massively used in 1942-1947 and later served for a long time on the remote borders of the country).
