Already on September 1, children begin to wait for the autumn holidays at school. And here it is, a week of long-awaited rest. It would be nice to take the whole family on a trip, forget about everyday life, enjoy the novelty - but this is not always possible.

However, this is not a reason to set the child to study textbooks or scold him for endless sitting with a tablet. Kidpassage offers a new program of autumn holidays, in which there is no place for boredom and idleness. Be careful: our ideas are captivating!

1. Week of quests

A mysterious story, adventures in search of a clue and a well-deserved prize - these are the three successful components of the quest. The game can be arranged right at home by coming up with an original scenario.

The quest "The Case of the Bed Monster" will help dispel the unreasonable fears of the child, and during the game "Journey of the Lonely Sock" you will also be able to put things in order in children's things.

The fun can be transferred to the street or to the supermarket, only the route with the tasks will have to be thought out in advance. Offer teenagers a trip to the quest room - professionals come up with tricky scenarios for them.

Tip: ask in which museums they conduct quests for children.

2. Cooking school at home

When it's gloomy and cold outside, it's so nice to have tea at home with homemade cookies. And all you need to do is find a simple recipe and organize a festive tea party in an hour.

It is quite possible to entrust junior schoolchildren with rolling out dough, cutting out figures from it and decorating finished gingerbread cookies. The older ones can handle the kneading of the dough and even the icing if needed.

Tip: Cooking school classes can be devoted to healthy desserts or quick breakfast dishes.

3. Fashion show

Entrusting a child to clean the closet is not always successful. But to offer a fitting of things and the compilation of fashionable bows is a much more promising option.

Several tasks are solved at once: the child learns to combine things, select the right clothes for different occasions, dress according to the weather; nothing interferes with imagination and creativity; it is easier to notice what clothes you need to buy and what time to remove from the closet; order takes care of itself.

Tip: Successful outfits can be photographed and used as a hint of what to wear.

4. View educational channels

Have you seen modern popular science videos? Short clips clearly and clearly explain anything: why zebras are striped, how to fool the compass, where to get a lightsaber, why you need to sleep.

There are channels that help improve the school curriculum in various subjects.

Tip: from the video you can get ideas for chemical and physical experiments and arrange an evening of tricks with your child for his friends.

5. New board games

If you don’t associate board games with the words “laugh”, “fantasy”, “invent”, “investigate”, “rush”, then you are not familiar with the latest board games.

Games for endurance and logic, for the development of strategic thinking and memory, for ingenuity and speed of reaction, for pampering and entertainment - all these are great ideas for the autumn holidays.

Tip: good board games are not cheap, so it’s better to get acquainted with new types of games in specialized studios or anti-cafes.

6. Photo shoot in the autumn park

A traditional and very good idea for a holiday with a child in the fall. But this lesson can be beaten in a new way. Let's say, leave the child on the other side of the lens - let him be a photographer and catch his parents, yellow leaves, red mountain ash in the frame.

You can take a series of photos about autumn emotions, about sadness and dreaminess, about joy and peace.

Tip: if by the end of October there is no trace of golden autumn, a bright detail of clothing - a hat, scarf, gloves - will add color to the photo.

7. Family trip to the cinema

Among the premieres of November, there may well be a film that everyone wants to watch together. But if the SARS season has already begun, it’s better to arrange a cinema hall at home - stock up on popcorn, if you are used to buying it at the cinema, turn off the lights and devote a couple of hours to a good movie.

Advice: younger students will gladly draw tickets for a home movie show, and they themselves, as a cinema employee, will watch the movie for free.

8. Master classes

Perhaps the first weeks at school were so busy that there was not enough time for extra classes. But rest during the autumn holidays with children can be devoted to finding a new hobby by attending master classes or one-time classes in circles and studios.

Tip: interesting workshops are held during city holidays. Sometimes classes for children are arranged by museums, cafes and pizzerias, art stores.

9. Children's camps for the autumn holidays

The programs of autumn children's camps are very intensive - holidays, hikes, master classes, quizzes, discos and many other things fit in one week. Sometimes during the autumn holidays there are school or city camps where children can spend several hours a day.

Tip: the idea of how to spend the autumn holidays can be suggested by the child's hobby. There are thematic, language, sports camps that work in the fall.

10. Vacation travel book

Even vivid impressions are erased from memory. Therefore, it is worth creating a more reliable storage for them. It can be a photo collage that reflects every day of the holidays, or an album with important signs - an autumn leaf, a paper form for a muffin, a quest card, movie tickets, and even inscriptions in invisible ink.

The child himself will be surprised how many interesting things fit into a short vacation.

Tip: Encourage your child to write a short description of each day or find one word that accurately conveys the mood.

A calm morning, an unhurried joint breakfast and a day full of adventures are the characteristic features of not only successful holidays, but also successful travels. Winter is coming, and you can already look for a good place to relax with children. At your service - .

Autumn holidays last only a week, and this is far from the best week of the year. There is slush on the street, the mood is so-so, you want to sleep until dinner, bury yourself in TV and watch cartoons.

But the best vacation is a change of activity, so don't waste your time and take the holidays into your own hands.

A few rules for a good vacation:

  • In the first two or three days that fall on the weekend, allow the child to be lazy and do nothing at all. Sleep, eat, get stuck in the tablet, take a walk to the nearest cinema - that's all right. Autumn holidays are needed for a respite. A few days of seal rest will be just right.
  • Then you need to do your homework in order to forget about them, like a nightmare, until the end of the week and not remember every evening that the lessons have not been done, but time is running out.
  • And only then come to grips with entertainment.

Where to go on vacation

Don't sit at home. If there is no way to escape for a week and go to, spend more time outdoors. When you get tired of collecting leaves and acorns for crafts, come up with something more exciting.

Museums, exhibition centers and theaters are preparing special programs for the autumn holidays. For some 10 minutes spent looking at posters, you will make a program for all the holidays.

Allow your child to choose which activities he wants to attend, so as not to drag him out of the house against his will.

2. Go to another city

flickr.com

A good way to spend your holidays when everything in your hometown has already been explored. The main thing is not to choose an excursion in a travel agency, but to go on your own.

Choose one of the neighboring cities, find the sights you want to visit, book a hotel for a couple of days and go.

Explain to your child how to use city maps, how to navigate unfamiliar streets, how to politely ask for directions and specify where the bus is going. Such studies are even more interesting than new museums and exhibitions.

At the same time, show the children how to plan a trip correctly, where and how to buy tickets, what services to use to find a hotel. It will be useful for high school students, especially if they are going to study in another city.

3. Find the deepest puddle in the park

Fighting bad weather is useless, so use it. Fun for younger students: bring rubber boots, a stick, a marker and a ruler. Mark the stick and go measure the depth of the surrounding puddles. Record the results in a special notebook. In addition, each puddle must be sketched.

If you take measurements every day for a week, you will get a finished project that will come in handy at school. This will help to look at the slush from a different angle and spur interest in research.

4. Lay out a maze of leaves

happyhooligans.ca

On a walk in the park, take advantage of what nature has given and lay out a labyrinth from the leaves. First, you will work hard to make an interesting track. Then the kids will play with it.

5. Ride a horse

This is not about a five-minute ride in the park, but about a full-fledged lesson in an equestrian club. Horse riding is an active sport that will keep you warm in any weather. And getting to know the horses will cheer you up: the horses are warm, huge, each with a unique character.

6. Take part in a charity event

Volunteer with older students: help organize a charity event, spend a day at an animal shelter, plant a tree, or help clean up the playground. Socially useful work ennobles and gives a lot of interesting experience.

What to do at home

When rain and wind are keeping you out, find something warm and cozy to do. Someone likes quiet activities, but someone does not want to sit at the table and collect another craft from leaves and cones. For such there are entertainment more interesting.

7. Host a board game championship

flickr.com

Bring out a new board game every night to keep the whole family busy. Record the results in a table so that at the end of the holidays you can sum up the results and distribute prizes.

Aerobatics - come up with your own board, draw cards and write down the rules.

8. Start exercising

On the autumn holidays, you should not get out of the regime too much. After the first days of unbridled rest, you need to return to the working rhythm so as not to go to school completely broken.

But try waking your child up early during the holidays. It's time to introduce family into the daily routine with some fun music.

9. Throw a pajama party

At school, children communicate a lot with classmates, so there may not be enough staff during the holidays, especially towards the end of the week. Encourage your child to invite friends over for a pajama party with cartoons (or movies, depending on the child's age), fun and not-so-healthy snacks, and horror stories.

10. Get a pet

flickr.com

If you wanted to, then the autumn holidays are the time. The child will have a lot of free time, which he will spend on a new friend, and the animal will be able to adapt to your home in a week.

During the holidays, the child will learn the basic rules for caring for an animal and will be able to integrate communication with him into his schedule.

11. Have a Dress Up Marathon

It requires a little more imagination than other activities, but the result is more fun.

Think about what each new day will be dedicated to. For example, Monday - to the sea, Tuesday - to the sky, and so on. On Monday, put on vests or something striped, assign roles (who is the captain, who is the boatswain) and communicate until the end of the day as if you were on a sailing ship. During the day, have time to scrub the deck, load supplies into the hold (that is, go to the store and fill the refrigerator). At the same time, tell the child everything related to “marine” affairs: why watches are needed, what a compass is for, how to navigate by the stars, and so on.

This marathon is combined with any other entertainment. Choose exhibitions, cartoons and games on a given topic.

Costumes are made from improvised materials. Dressing up helps to quickly immerse yourself in the topic. Don't forget to take pictures in person.

12. Make new sweets every day

Cookies, pies and everything that will help you get more warmth and energy on autumn evenings. At the same time, teach your child how to cook.

13. Make a feeder

flickr.com

It will be quite cold soon, but you will have time to make a bird feeder out of anything: wood, a tin can or a plastic bottle. Perhaps it is useful not only for birds.

The question of what to draw in the picture about the past holidays has many answers. After all, the most beautiful time in the school year is the holidays. Drawing about them should convey the mood of the child.

Since such a task is usually set before elementary school students, it is most likely to advise the child to depict exactly what he remembers from all the events that happened to him during the vacation period.

Since vacations are summer, winter, autumn and spring (slightly different from winter ones in our latitudes), the theme of the picture will vary, depending on the time of year allotted for rest from hard student days.

For the most part, younger schoolchildren are impressionable natures, vividly reacting to the world around them, if not by external manifestations, then by internal emotional experiences. Usually, trips leave the brightest trace in a child's soul. If the child managed to visit a new country or city, then you can invite him to draw exactly the impressions of what he saw. Unfortunately, a rare child is ready to offer an original plot on his own. Most often, children remember the sea, animators and children's parks with crazy rides that plunge adults into bouts of seasickness.

So the sea. Or a lake. Or a river. They go to the sea in summer or to a sea where you can swim in winter. That is, it is definitely a summer sea. Therefore, the figure will have three plans: the sky, the sea and the sand (pebbles, grass, or whatever else can lie or grow on the bank). The background is more convenient to paint with watercolors. The sky will be blue, the sea will be blue-green or azure, the coast will be yellow-brown. The paint is applied in layers. Each background must dry before the next one is painted. If the sun is planned in the sky, it must be drawn in advance, in order to avoid mixing colors and shining an evergreen apple in place of the luminary.

Further, individual details are drawn on the finished background. For a child who owns paints and a brush, after completing a pencil sketch, you can suggest drawing details with paint, and outline the contours with felt-tip pens, and apply shadows if necessary. A flock of black dolphins and a cute pleasure steamer or yacht can be launched into the sea in the background. Surfers also look good with their boards. Individual seagulls can fly in the sky. Umbrellas, sun loungers, towels and cute children playing volleyball are drawn on the beach. It is better to refrain from drawing gamblers for pedagogical purposes. Sand castles and a couple of kids with a ball and a bucket look cute. It is strictly forbidden to draw adult uncles blowing beer, and topless German tourists of retirement age.

The next story related to water is fishing. A great option for boys who have a good idea of \u200b\u200bthis process. The background is no different from the marine theme. The only difference will be the presence of green forest contours at the junction of water and sky (horizon line). An obligatory pier, large stones and small bushes are drawn in the foreground.

The central part of the picture will be occupied by a boat. It is better to draw it closer to the shore, so that it can be enlarged and it is easier to draw the figures of fishermen. The moment of hooking a large fish or its extraction from the water looks spectacular. As a variation, you can leave the boat with a lone fisherman, and move the main action to the shore. In this case, in the foreground there will be a fire, a bowler hat and happy fishermen waiting for the fish soup.

The forest is a very grateful summer theme. Large pines, spruces or deciduous trees part and make room for a green meadow where children relax or pick berries or mushrooms (although this theme is more suitable for autumn vacations, in which case do not forget to add bright colors from yellow to ocher red to the image the woods) . For kids, it may be interesting to add figurines of animals (squirrels are better, this is more reliable and will not cause complaints from a teacher who stands firmly on the platform of classical realism in art). Birds also look great (magpies, tits), which you can learn to draw separately.

The children's park is another fertile ground for the implementation of the most fantastic ideas. The variety of attractions in modern parks of culture and recreation, seeking to snatch the laurels of Disney Land, allows the young artist to develop his talent. A painted inflatable castle with a slide, on which children jump and slide down, will look great. Some sky, some sun, and a close-up of the foreground with a colorful inflatable and some children.

To enhance the celebration of a happy childhood, you can draw colorful balloons in the sky. The same plot with the shift of the miracle slide to the middle or background allows you to depict a cheerful clown or any fairy-tale character next to the main character, in which modern animators are so willing to dress up. The same picture, complemented by a huge cake with candles, will turn into a pictorial account of the birthday of a friend or loved one. The main thing is not to forget a modest mountain of gifts in the background, which should not be inferior in size to its inflatable sister.

The budget option is summer holidays at the grandmother's in the village or in the country. All the same sky, a forest in the distance and a log hut or a whitewashed mud hut. An indispensable garden, a booth with a ball on a chain. Desirable are chickens and a couple of piglets lying on a green lawn. In the garden there are green tops of potatoes, carrots, beets and herbs. Trees in the garden with large apples or pears look great. The country theme is complemented by a swing or a hammock between the trees and indispensable barbecues with parents.

Cycling is a great illustration for summer. Bicycle images can cause technical difficulties, but this is eliminated by pre-training. In such a picture, you can use the perspective effect, which is mastered by students in the third grade. The road, wide at the beginning, gradually narrows away from the viewer. On the sides of the road are fields or trees or houses. The horizon line separates the road and the sky. With this option, with the image of bicycles and figures of people, you don’t have to bother, because it will be a view from the back, which means that it’s enough to depict the frontal projection of the rear wheel and the back of the cyclist.

Having finished with summer holidays, you can smoothly move on to winter holidays, associated, as you know, with Christmas, New Year, Christmas trees, sticks, skis, sleds and other snowboard skates. The main background of such pictures will be white or bluish, so that there is no impression of an empty sheet at all. The background is painted with watercolors. At the same time, it is remembered that most of the winter in European latitudes the sky has a grayish tint. The foreground will be occupied by a snowman with a carrot nose and two snow fortresses (see Surikov’s painting “The Capture of a Snow Town”, with the only difference being that in the foreground, instead of a lathered horse, it is worth depicting a neighbor who was decorously returning to himself and got into this snowy skirmish).

Ski trip in the forest. Christmas trees or other equally snow-covered trees in the background. The front part is given to skiers with backpacks on their backs, overcoming a snow-covered forest.

Rolling down the hill. A huge sloping hill, from which an ice path stretches, occupying the entire sheet (draw a hill from the edge). Children with sleds and plywood. Bullfinch on a lonely branch. Jackets are bright. Red cheeks. Mass of snow.

Rink. Blue oval in the center of the picture. Cloudy or night sky with stars. Snowdrifts on the edges of the rink. Lanterns on poles around the perimeter of the oval. Ice skating children. Tree, titmouse on a branch. Lots of snowflakes of all sizes and shapes.

Well, the main event. Christmas tree. Christmas tree in the center. She is tall and green. It has balloons and toys on it. As well as garlands and other tinsel. As the classic wrote, "snow and lights." Santa Claus is well-fed, bearded and has an obligatory bag with him, preferably a large one (with gifts). The Snow Maiden is sweet and simple. Children are happy in costumes. Variations at the discretion of the author of the painting.

It is somewhat more difficult to portray spring or autumn holidays, which are extremely short, which is why most children spend them at home on a computer or TV. Here you can depict walking through the autumn forest, going to the theater or museum, or even just the autumn city, its parks and streets. You can also draw the heroes of a book read during this time or the plot of a computer game. Many children go to clubs or go in for sports, this can also be reflected in the pictures.

Those lucky ones who manage to make a trip or go to the circus during this period should certainly draw just this. Pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds and fish). Close-ups of a child's face and dog muzzle, walking and training. Favorite parrot on the shoulder. An aquarium with all the algae, fish and a sunken ship. Possible illustrations with the names "Mom and I are baking pies", "Grandma came to visit", "My dad and I are playing Minecraft", "My beloved little brother painted the wallpaper and breaks my Lego".

The options are endless and there are plenty to choose from. To begin with, it is worth asking the child himself what he especially remembered from the time spent.

Drawing "How I spent my holidays" is better to completely and completely entrust the child. After all, a rare child's imagination is not able to cope with the choice of plot on this topic. It makes sense to help in performance techniques and drawing details.

Five days of vacation - a little and a lot. During this time, it was possible to forget about school days and homework for a while, take a walk in the park, go to another city, visit grandparents and, finally, get a good night's sleep.

Berdnikov F.:

During these autumn holidays, I spent a lot of time with my father, walking in the parks of our city. We talked on various topics, shared our impressions and even argued. It was a wonderful pastime!

However, I did not stop going to English classes. It was almost my only student duty. Of course, I tried to use my vacation time to good use. Finally, I finished reading F. Cooper's historical novel The Last of the Mohicans!

Too bad the holidays are ending soon!

Grigorieva A.:

My autumn holidays were very fun and eventful. I visited my grandparents, who live in Gryazi, where I often rode a bicycle, because frosts will soon begin, and I will not see my two-wheeled friend for a long time. With my four-year-old brother, I played with toys, various active games. My brother was glad that I spend many days at home and can devote a lot of time to him. We walked, drew, and sometimes I rode him on a bicycle.

Arriving home, I was very surprised to see how snow flakes descend from the sky to the ground. Since winter is my favorite time of the year, I was very happy that I saw snow, because waiting another two months is a very long time. It snowed often, but I was always happy, like the first time.

I also drew a lot during the holidays. I love drawing animals on paper, especially ponies. I have a whole album of drawings of these cute animals.

Autumn holidays are the time when you can play the guitar and gain musical experience. I love this activity, and I spent a lot of time playing the guitar.

These holidays were great, I had a rest - and now I'm ready to get knowledge and good grades again!
