The construction took almost a year. During this time, Syabitova had to change the team of builders, the first team did not cope with the tasks. The whole Rosa family joined the process: son Denis mastered the profession of a handyman, daughter Ksenia was engaged in the financial side and the supply of building materials. And the TV star herself turned into a foreman for a while.

For several years now, the TV presenter has been building a dacha 40 kilometers from Moscow, not far from Noginsk. Without a man, according to Rosa, it is very difficult. In 2016, one of the popular repair programs came to her aid. On an undeveloped plot with a small guest house, they erected a warm covered frame-type veranda.
Several comfortable zones fit inside: a soft one with sofas and a fireplace, a dining room with an oval-shaped table and a kitchen.

Furniture was installed in the house. The fronts of the kitchen are made of MDF and topped with a high-quality black ash film. Fronts with milling and silver patina, which create the effect of aged wood. Window sills and countertops are made of artificial stone, it is resistant to scratches and impacts and is several times stronger and more durable than plastic, but not as capricious as natural stone. Massive candlesticks and artificial orchids add sophistication to the interior of the TV presenter's new guest house. Rosa Syabitova was completely delighted with what she saw. "I have no words! I couldn't even imagine that this was possible. You read minds. It's just amazing. Here everything is done in a royal way. And I'm already at the age when I want to live that way, ”the TV star said emotionally.
