Cooking method:

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water.

  • 3 red onions;
  • 4 pork sausages in a natural casing;
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika;
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds;
  • 300g cheese that melts well (Jamie uses cheddar)
  • 2 pickled chili peppers;
  • 200 g of any boiled meat;
  • olive oil;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • 4 forms with high sides (diameter no more than 25 cm).

Cooking method:

  1. For the dough, in a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Pour flour into a food processor and pour in water with yeast, mix thoroughly.
  3. Dust the work surface with flour, lay out the dough and knead it well so that it becomes elastic and does not stick to your hands.
  4. Place the dough in a floured bowl and cover with a towel. Leave to rise for 2 hours, the dough should double in size.

  1. Put the rice in a saucepan and pour boiling water over it. Place over medium heat, cover and cook until done.
  2. Remove the zest from the lemon, finely chop the chili pepper and garlic.
  3. Arrange the scallops on a work surface, carefully slicing each one in a criss-cross pattern. Spread the zest, chili and garlic evenly over the scallops. Season with Chinese seasoning, drizzle with olive oil. Thoroughly rub all this into the scallops and leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the green onion and mix with lightly beaten eggs. Add soy sauce and a little olive oil. Mix. Pour the mixture into the pot of rice, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Fry the scallops in a mixture of butter and olive oil for no more than 3 minutes. At the end add honey and salt. Cook for another minute.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium mozzarella (150 g);
  • 16 small (8 medium) slices of ham;
  • a handful of bitter lettuce (arugula or red endive);
  • 2 young onions;
  • olive oil;
  • balsamic vinegar;

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the mozzarella into sticks and dry them lightly on napkins.

Cooking method:

  1. For pancakes, mix milk, eggs, butter, sugar and salt.

  4. For the filling, beat off the meat with the back of a knife. Cut into small pieces.
  5. Finely chop the onion and fry for 4-5 minutes in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil until golden.
  6. In another pan, heat the remaining oil and quickly brown the veal on all sides over high heat. Reduce heat and sauté until cooked through, 7-10 minutes.
  7. Finely chop the cooked meat again. Add chopped dill, corn, fried onion, pepper and salt. Mix.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g salted crackers;
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan or other hard cheese;
  • 0.5 tsp paprika;

  • 1 tsp water;
  • 4 chicken legs.

Ingredients:

  • half a medium-sized boiled beef tongue;
  • 1 medium-sized onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 1 medium-sized beetroot;
  • lemon juice;
  • 1 parsley root;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 6 small potatoes;
  • half a bell pepper;
  • 1 can of canned beans (preferably red);
  • meat broth;
  • 1 small head of cabbage;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • freshly ground pepper mixture, salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add to the onion. Fry for a few minutes. Add grated beets, sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry for a minute. Put the parsley root grated on a coarse grater and chopped garlic.

Before you buy or prepare food for the road, check if it meets a few basic rules:

From drinks it is worth stocking up with bottled water, preferably without gas, tea or coffee in a thermos. But about beer, it is worth remembering that drinking alcoholic beverages on trains is prohibited.

Products on the plane

Flying in an airplane is much easier in terms of products. Firstly, there are few places where you can fly for more than ten hours, and secondly, along the way you will be fed anyway. In addition, it is forbidden to import products into many countries, so there is no point in stuffing your luggage with sandwiches.

If you are not sure about the service of the airline you are traveling with, take with you mineral water or juice (bought at the airport after security), chocolate or snacks that can satisfy a slight hunger, and in extreme cases, salads in transparent containers are suitable.

By the way, remember that animal products, such as milk, cheese and meat, are not allowed in hand luggage on connecting flights, so security may ask you to eat all this before boarding. Yoghurts are also classified as liquids, which can only be carried in containers up to 100 milliliters and packed in a transparent bag. Products in the car

Traveling by car is convenient because you can plan your own route, stop at cafes and hypermarkets along the route and replenish your food supply.

By the way, you should choose a cafe, focusing not on the sign, but on the number of cars in the parking lot in front of it. The best and most inexpensive cafes are usually those where truckers dine, so a line of trucks in the parking lot guarantees tasty and fresh food and low prices.

  • In the car itself, you should take with you a supply of drinking water, a thermos with tea or coffee, energy drinks for the driver (if he drinks them), sandwiches for the first time, sweets for tea, fruits and vegetables, sausage and cheese.
