Nelly was born and raised in a small town in the Samara region, picturesquely located on the left bank of the Volga - Novokuibyshevsk.Her parents are quite wealthy people, so they spoiled their daughters (Nellie has a younger sister Liza) and they were not denied anything.

N. E .: After childbirth, the body becomes flabby. This is the truth of life. But the main thing is not to let yourself go, eat right and, over time, start to bring yourself into shape through sports and cosmetology.

N. E .: Having given birth to a child, you remain bloated and flabby, just without a big belly. However, you need to love yourself in any state. If you radiate confidence, sexuality, sincerely consider yourself as such, then those around you will believe in it, because they will feel your energy.
A woman in an interesting position glows. It seems to me that girls who take care of themselves in everyday life will remain the same during pregnancy. The main thing is to continue to be interested in something, find something to do, and not just lie on the couch all day. Pregnancy is not a disease. You need to enjoy life and charge everyone with your energy.

N. E .: You just need to remember that in addition to the new role of a mother, you still remain a wife. It is important to give time to your spouse and show that he is no less important to you than before. Kirill and I have already accustomed Miron to such a regimen so that he sleeps soundly at night, and we have time for the two of us. A child is not a hindrance to a relationship.

N. E .: I was lucky with my husband: I can leave my son with him for a while. So I have time for myself.

N. E .: I am a very freedom-loving, reckless and spontaneous, if I may say so, person. Previously, my husband and I could break loose in the middle of the night and fly to another city. Now there is no such spontaneity. But we will still try to accustom Miroshka to our way of life. Already now he has made his first two trips - to the Bahamas and to Moscow. We flew on the plane with the permission of the doctor, and the baby felt good. He is clearly comfortable.
