2014-2016 - Decillion
Decl is currently writing three albums at once, which will be released, presumably, during 2014-2016. New releases of the artist will be created in several languages, as the rapper works with musicians from different countries: Jamaicans, Americans, Japanese, French and Spaniards.
The first to be released is an album under the working title "DancehallMania" in the style of reggae dancehall (there is a track with the same name on the album "Here and Now"). The disc sampler will appear online on August 31 on Decl's pages on social networks. According to the artist, this is an album with a completely new sound - it is recorded in English with melodic choruses and, unlike the last works, is more danceable. Thomas DaVilli, soul4soul project, Medycin Man, Imal, X-Factor and other Jamaican and African artists took part in the creation of the disc.
The second to be released is a classic hip-hop album, which will include tracks with Decl's colleagues from America, Europe and Asia, where Kirill himself also plans to use English lyrics.
The third is a Russian-language album, on which El Toro and his brother Black Jacket, Johnny Johnson from the Animal Jazz group, and others help Kirill to work. Some tracks from the upcoming record are already in rotation on radio stations in New York and Jamaica. In addition, last year several tracks were recorded with the Spanish band Yall, and this year they are already being played in European clubs.
dancehallmania
In March 2014, the first album from the Decillion trilogy, DancehallMania, was released. The album was co-recorded with Jamaican musicians in the local Patois dialect. This album is the first serious international album in Russia, recorded in the genre of reggae-dancehall, which received recognition from local residents in Jamaica itself. MXXXIII
In September 2014, the second album of the Decillion trilogy, MXXXIII, was released. The album is a mixture of different genres: trap, dirty south, jazzy hip-hop, electro and R&B - the disc has absorbed the best traditions of the EDM and hip-hop genres. Colleagues from the USA and Japan took part in the album, the songs were recorded in English, Russian and Japanese. The presentation of the album took place in Spain, in Barcelona
2016 - Who? you (reissue)
Since the release of Decl's debut album “Who? You" 15 years have passed. Kirill decides to re-release the album and re-record all the songs with his current voice, as well as re-record all the music and make it better. This task faced the young composer and arranger Ivan Zasidkevich, it was he who recreated all the instrumentals for the album.
The release of the album is scheduled for autumn 2016, but the anniversary tour dedicated to the 15th anniversary of its release has already started.

This is how my wonderful “guests”, who at the beginning amazed me so much, became almost a common occurrence for me, in which I honestly invested a part of my heart and was ready to give much more, if only it could help someone . But it was impossible to absorb all that endless human pain without choking on it and without destroying itself. Therefore, I became much more careful and tried to help without opening all the “gateways” of my raging emotions, but tried to remain as calm as possible and, to my greatest surprise, very soon noticed that in this way I can help much more and more effectively. , while not getting tired at all and spending much less of their vitality on all this.It would seem that my heart should have “closed” long ago, having plunged into such a “waterfall” of human sadness and longing, but apparently the joy for finally finding the much-desired peace of those who managed to help far exceeded any sadness, and I wanted to do it is endless, as far as my, unfortunately, still childish, strength was enough then.
So I continued to talk with someone continuously, to look for someone somewhere, to prove something to someone, to convince someone of something, and if I succeeded, even to reassure someone ...
All "cases" were somewhat similar to each other, and they all consisted of the same desires to "fix" something that in the "past" life did not have time to live or do right. But sometimes something not quite ordinary and bright happened, which was firmly imprinted in my memory, forcing me to return to it again and again ...
At the moment of "their" appearance, I was sitting quietly by the window and drawing roses for my school homework. Suddenly, I very clearly heard a thin, but very persistent children's voice, which for some reason said in a whisper:
- Mommy, mommy, please! We'll just try... I promise you... Let's try?..
The air in the middle of the room thickened, and two very similar entities appeared, as it turned out later - a mother and her little daughter. I waited in silence, watching them in surprise, because until now they had always come to me exclusively one at a time. Therefore, at first I thought that one of them most likely should be the same as me - alive. But I could not determine in any way - which one, since, in my perception, there were no survivors among these two ...
The woman remained silent, and the girl, apparently unable to stand it any longer, touching her a little, whispered softly:
- Mother!..
But there was no reaction. Mother seemed absolutely indifferent to everything, and only a thin childish voice that sounded nearby was sometimes able to pull her out of this terrible stupor for some time and light a small spark in her green eyes, which seemed to have gone out forever ...
The girl, on the contrary, was cheerful and very mobile and seemed to feel completely happy in the world in which she lived at the moment.
I could not understand what was wrong here and tried to stay as calm as possible so as not to frighten off my strange guests.
- Mom, mom, speak up! - the girl could not stand it again.
In appearance, she was no more than five or six years old, but she was apparently the leader in this strange company. The woman was silent all the time.
I decided to try to “melt the ice” and asked as affectionately as possible:

I got goosebumps at this confession. But this, apparently, did not bother the girl at all, and she calmly said:

The very same head of the family was called Arthur, and he was the same cheerful, cheerful person as his wife was before her death. And now no one and nothing could help him find at least some peace in his pain-torn soul. And he grew in himself hatred for his beloved, his wife, trying to protect his heart from complete collapse.

I didn't want to ask and upset her even more, so I figured I'd figure it out myself.

The place they named made me a little sad because it was quite far from my house and it took a long time to get there. Therefore, I couldn’t think of anything right away and asked my new acquaintances if they could appear again at least in a few days? And having received an affirmative answer, she “hard-wired” promised them that I would definitely meet their husband and father during this time.
Vesta looked at me slyly and said:

I couldn't let my new guests down in any way...
The next day was Friday, and my grandmother, as usual, was going to the market, which she did almost every week, although, to be honest, there was no great need for this, since so many fruits and vegetables grew in our garden, and the rest of the products the nearest grocery stores were usually packed to capacity. Therefore, such a weekly "trip" to the market was probably simply symbolic - sometimes grandmother liked to just "ventilate", meeting with her friends and acquaintances, and also to bring something "especially tasty" to all of us from the market for the weekend.
I spun around her for a long time, unable to think of anything, when my grandmother suddenly asked calmly:
- Well, why don’t you sit, or is it impatient for something? ..
- I have to leave! – delighted at the unexpected help, I blurted out. - For a long time.
For others or for yourself? Grandma asked with a frown.

Grandmother, as always, looked at me studying (few people liked her look - it seemed that she was looking right into your soul) and finally said:

I was very grateful to her for her faith in me and my strange actions. Sometimes I was even almost sure that she knew exactly what I was doing and where I was going ... We left the house together, as if I was also going to go to the market with her, and at the very first turn we parted amicably, and each had already gone her own way and on her own business ...
The house in which the father of little Vesta still lived was in our first “new district” under construction (as the first high-rise buildings were called) and was about forty minutes of a quick walk from us. I have always loved to walk, and it did not cause me any inconvenience. Only I really didn’t like this new area itself, because the houses in it were built like matchboxes - all the same and faceless. And since this place was just beginning to be built up, there was not a single tree or any kind of “greenery” in it, and it looked like a stone-asphalt model of some ugly, fake town. Everything was cold and soulless, and I always felt very bad there - it seemed that there was simply nothing for me to breathe...

Debut album "Who? you", released in 2000, sold over a million copies (excluding pirated copies). For this album, Decl received the Record 2000 award in the Debut of the Year nomination. Clips for songs from the album (such as "Tears", "Party", "My Blood, Blood") were in hot rotation on radio and television for a long time. At this time, Decl becomes the face of Pepsi's long advertising campaign " Pepsi, pager, MTV".
2001 - Street Fighter [ | ]
Decl's second album "Street Fighter" also became very successful; for him, he received several awards, including Muz-TV, UNESCO (best cover of the year), "Stop hit" and "MTV Music Awards" (Choice of Russian Viewers). During this period, the characteristic composition is "Letter", for which Decl and Marusya received the Golden Gramophone in 2001.
2004 - Detsl a.k.a. Le Truk [ | ]
Two years later, the third completely new album was released under the laconic name "aka Le Truk", which marked the birth of the new Decl as an independent artist. Decl no longer collaborated with his former partners in studio work (in particular, Vlad Valov), and wrote all the texts himself. Among the composers of the album were A. Karpunin,. Decl himself also acted as a sound producer. The album contains many live instruments and female vocals (,). Songs such as "Let's drink", "Legalize" and "There is a God" became real hits. Video clips were shot for all three songs, two of which received heavy rotation on MTV. The animated video for the song "Legalize" was banned from television due to the song's controversial subject matter.

Decl writes three albums at once, which will be released during 2014-2016. New releases of the artist will be created in several languages, as the rapper works with musicians from different countries: Jamaicans, Americans, Japanese, French and Spaniards.
The first to be released was an album under the working title "DancehallMania" in the style of reggae dancehall (there is a track with the same name on the album "Here and Now"). The disc sampler appeared online on August 31 on Decl's pages on social networks. According to the artist, this is an album with a completely new sound - it is recorded in English with melodic choruses and, unlike the last works, is more danceable. Thomas DaVilli, soul4soul project, Medycin Man, Imal, X-Factor and other Jamaican and African artists took part in the creation of the disc.
The second to be released is a classic hip-hop album, which will include tracks with Decl's colleagues from America, Europe and Asia, where Kirill himself also plans to use English lyrics.
The third is a Russian-language album, on which El Toro and his brother Black Jacket, Johnny Johnson from the Animal Jazz group, and others help Kirill to work. Some tracks from the upcoming record are already in rotation on radio stations in New York and Jamaica. In addition, last year several tracks were recorded with the Spanish band Yall, and this year they are already being played in European clubs.
