Nadezhda Granovskaya is a singer, actress and TV presenter, ex-soloist of the female pop group ViaGra. Today, Nadezhda performs with a solo program, and also writes lyrics and music for her own songs.
Nadezhda Granovskaya (real name Meikher) was born on April 10, 1982. The official birthplace of Nadezhda is the Ukrainian village of Zbruchivka, located somewhere in the west of the country. It is noteworthy that during childbirth, Nadezhda's mother could not be taken to the hospital, and the girl was born right on the couch of her home.
The biography of Nadezhda Granovskaya is quite interesting and unusual. For the first four years after the birth of little Nadia, the Meikher family lived in the same village of Zbrudchivka. However, the girl's father drank heavily, and in order not to raise the child in disadvantaged conditions, Nadezhda Granovskaya's mother divorces her husband and moves with her daughter to Volochisk, where her relatives lived. Even in the earliest years, Nadia showed interest in music. The future star already at the age of 6 began to be interested in music and dancing. In order not to miss the show of some interesting musical program, Nadia specially ticked the boxes in the newspaper.
Granovskaya started going to school at the age of six, she studied very well. It is curious that representatives of the opposite sex began to pay attention to Nadezhda already in elementary school, and these were both peer boys and older children. Most often, children expressed their sympathy in the most proven way - they pulled the black-haired beauty by her long braid and made fun of the girl in every possible way. However, Nadia did not remain in debt and often got into a fight.
At the age of 11, Nadezhda Granovskaya became interested in dancing and enrolled in an amateur circle. She also applied for participation in a ballroom dancing circle, but she had to limit herself to folk dances, because she did not have enough pairs.
At a young age, Nadia was extremely amorous and often changed idols. At first, she "fanate" from, pasted the walls of her room with his photographs and even arranged an impromptu October demonstration. Then there was a radical change of priorities, and Granovskaya switched to an American singer. It was thanks to the pop king that Nadia realized that she wanted to connect her life with dancing, and therefore began to train for six hours a day.

However, after graduating from the 9th grade, Granovskaya chose a completely different profession - she went to the local teacher training school. In order not to go far from her dream of becoming a ballerina, Nadezhda entered the faculty of musical education and choreography. After successfully completing her studies, Nadia moved to Khmelnitsky to start working in the theater.
In 2000, a famous singer arrives in the city of Khmelnitsky, located 60 kilometers from Volochisk. Granovskaya made her way backstage and found out that Valery's brother, a producer, was recruiting a new group. Despite the fact that the girl had never studied vocals, she decided that it was worth trying to break into this musical group. She arranged a photo shoot for herself and sent the pictures to Kyiv. Konstantin Meladze and producer Dmitry Kostyuk invited Nadia to the casting, only now they advised her to lose weight a little.
The girl began a tough fight with extra pounds and a few months later came to audition. As a result, she was approved for the place of the soloist of the new ViaGra team, along with. By the way, it was Meladze who advised Granovskaya to change her surname Meikher to her mother's maiden name, which the future star, after some hesitation, did. After Nadya was taken to the group, she moved to Kyiv. A completely new life begins.

Popularity came to Granovskaya immediately after the release of the first video for the song "Attempt No. 5". ViaGra has gained wild popularity both in its native Ukraine and in Russia. The song at one moment was on the highest lines of the charts and was awarded two prestigious awards at once - the Golden Gramophone and the Golden Kettlebell. Already during the same 2000, the girls released seven songs, with which they began touring the country.
This video, as well as the subsequent video works of the group, was distinguished by the frank outfits of the vocalists. Open suits clearly showed the feminine figure of Nadezhda. The brunette's parameters immediately sparked discussions about whether the singer had real breasts. Nadezhda Granovskaya claimed that she did not do breast plastic surgery, and she even heard the word “silicone” after she became a member of the team.
Then the lips and cheekbones of the singer were under suspicion. The ill-wishers assured that Nadezhda sharpened her cheekbones and corrected the contour of her lips, while the fans were sure that the girl's beauty was natural.
Two years after the start of her musical career, Granovskaya went on maternity leave and temporarily suspended her musical activities. However, the singer was not going to stay on vacation for a long time, and four months later Nadia returned to ViaGru again. The first "post-decree" clip in which the singer took part was the video for the song "Good morning, dad."
Despite the unprecedented popularity of the team, in 2006 Granovskaya decides to leave ViaGra. After leaving the group, Nadezhda begins working on the STB channel and hosting the weekly program Incredible Love Stories. In the same year, Granovskaya participates in the show "Dancing with the Stars", which is presented by the 1 + 1 channel. Nadezhda speaks French, and therefore, in her free time, she translates arias.
In 2009, Nadezhda posed for the cover and photo shoot in the glossy men's magazine Maxim. Fans got the opportunity to see the singer completely naked, in some frames Granovskaya is dressed only in beads.
In the same year, Granovskaya again returns to the ViaGra team and therefore leaves television.
But already in 2011, the singer became pregnant again and left the band, this time for good.
In parallel with her career in show business, Nadya Meikher is fond of poetry. In 2009, Granovskaya released her own collection of poems "Momentary Attraction".
Thanks to her striking appearance, Nadezhda Granovskaya has repeatedly been included in the hundred of the sexiest women in Russia and Ukraine.
After leaving ViaGra, the singer decided to focus on her career as a TV presenter. She is recognizable, popular, in demand. Nadya Granovskaya gives an interview about her plans for the future and does not exclude her return to the stage, but in this case with a solo project.
In March 2014, Nadezhda Granovskaya decided to take part in the Rossiya channel, in which pop stars transform into domestic and foreign colleagues.
The series was based on the idea that in the modern world social inequality has not gone away. The main characters of the film - a young man and a girl from different social strata - decide to get married against the will of their relatives. But the rich are so unwilling to intermarry with the common people that they are ready to go even to meanness and betrayal, just to prevent the wedding.
