Liberation of Europe (European Wars) is a military online strategy about the Second World War with great historical accuracy and presentation of the era as a whole, both in terms of passage and in terms of units. All art and the graphics itself with traced soldiers and animation are made in the style of bright propaganda posters from the times of the Great Patriotic War.
All actions take place in real time, but in a step-by-step mode, the main combat theatrical performance takes place on a global map. The player has three sides to choose from: the Soviet Union, the Wehrmacht, and the Allied Forces. Depending on which side you choose, you will have to defend Moscow, Berlin, or London and Paris. The game has the ability to turn history on its head and change the outcome of this confrontation.
Interface and control
The interface in the Liberation of Europe is so rich that the exclamations of the players that the training is too long can be safely considered unfounded. On the global map, it consists of a top, bottom, and sidebar. On the top is your portrait, when you click on it, statistics appear. You can also change the side of the conflict at any time, but all progress will be lost. Here on it you can see a list of cities and their population in order to collect taxes. There are three indicators of points, such as capture, tournament and tax.
Resource indicators: commodities, money and gold (premium currency). On the side there are active events to which you can connect. Below are lists of cities with factories, markets, factories, shops and banks that currently exist in them, as well as a rating and a list of friends. After completing the training, you should not have any questions regarding management.
Gameplay
The gameplay is boldly divided into economic with elements of urban development, where you need to extract resources to organize and complete the army. And on the military, where in turn-based, but not automatic, your game success in the Liberation of Europe depends entirely on you. Starting from the stage of recruiting, training, and ending with the deployment of troops on the battle map. After all, you can arrange your superior troops in this way and carry out an attack on a weak enemy, while demolishing 10% of the composition, and when counterattacking, he will demolish all 90%. Here the rule of whoever has a larger gun is cooler, it does not always work. Careful selection of units to capture a particular city is one of the main success factors in a combat operation.
After the capture of the city, the first thing to do is to resume the production of goods, because before the surrender of the city, its owners destroy the factories so that the enemy cannot get valuable buildings. Having taken possession of the capital, immediately throw all the resource forces into its development, since it gives six times more resources per turn than an ordinary city. One day you get tired of butting with bots (AI), and in this case, PvP is provided, where you can challenge someone to a duel and, in case of a successful battle, receive a significant reward. Tournaments are held daily, where you can compete for a place in the standings with other players and get medals that increase prestige. The combat mechanics here are identical to PvE, but it will be much more difficult to defeat a real player, so take the strongest soldiers in such modes.

Army and combat system
In Liberation of Europe you will see all four main branches of the military, both on land, at sea and in the air, you can also build defensive structures. For the development of technology, it is necessary to pay due attention to two sections, the barracks, where the purchase of equipment and soldiers takes place directly, and the academy, where technologies, skills for upgrading and opening different units of a certain type are studied. As you level up, new types of weapons will be available to you, but in turn, you will need to research the necessary technologies. At your disposal:

- Defensive fortifications - trenches, pillboxes, fortifications.
Each combat class has three main characteristics: numbers, damage and ammo. Each group of units has a table of effectiveness against other units. The combat system looks like a card game, you will have cards with images of units available and before the battle you need to form your own set of cards to participate in the battle. Next, you choose which of your units you want to attack which group of enemy troops, some units can hit multiple targets. And then watch how the battle takes place in automatic mode based on your arrangements. After a successful skirmish, it will be necessary to rebuild the city from the ruins, but you can complete this procedure for gold in one click.
Economics and science
Success on the battlefield directly depends on your economic success. There are six types of different buildings that can be upgraded to increase productivity, such as: factories, plants, combines, markets, shops and banks. The higher their level and quantity, the more resources and money you will receive. But that's not all there are special economic buildings, such as the White House, the Department of Industry, the Federal Reserve Bank and the National Reserve, which promote upgrades and increase profits. In addition, there is a function to collect taxes from the population, which can be used periodically depending on the available action points.
Science helps in the game Liberation of Europe to discover new units, which at the time of the review were 145 and improve them. For these purposes, there are three academies in the science tab: Ground Forces, Airborne Forces and Fortification. Improving one or another academy increases defensive, quantitative, numerical and damage indicators. Each side has 45 squads, 9 from each type, access to them is gradually opening up. That is, as in similar games, one cannot ignore the study of technology and successfully build an army for oneself.

By playing Liberation, each participant will be able to imagine themselves as a spy who was caught on a mission and handcuffed. The mission is to free yourself faster than the rest of the players from these shackles. This spies and agents will help a special master key. But don't think that everything will be so easy. The whole secret of handcuffs lies in their locks! In the kit you will find labyrinth castles with three difficulty levels: easy, medium and hard.
In order to start the mission, you need to prepare everything for the game. Remove and unpack all parts from the box:

From above, you will notice a small hole, insert a master key into it and the handcuff mechanism will open! In the board game "Liberation" can take part from two to four people. Fasten the chains of the handcuffs to each other, put the lockpicks next to it. You can put two or one hand in handcuffs. As soon as the handcuff mechanisms click into place on your wrists, the game is on! Rather, grab the master keys and try to open the labyrinth lock. Attention!!! Removing the handcuffs and opening the labyrinth lock can catch even an adult by surprise!
To open the labyrinth lock, the agent needs to keep his cool and turn the lock pick without haste in order to complete all the stages of the labyrinth correctly. Whoever can get out of the handcuffs first gets the winner's token.
If you want to make the game more difficult, try wearing sleep masks over your eyes. With your eyes closed, it will be much more difficult to figure out how to open the lock. The Liberation Game was created on the basis of Buddhist cosmology by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, Emeritus Professor at Naples Eastern University and master of the Tibetan Dzogchen tradition. This game is played on a large colored field - a mandala, where each position symbolizes one of the dimensions of being. The goal of the game is to achieve Liberation from samsara and gain the Dharmakaya dimension, the state of ultimate Enlightenment.
To play, you need to have a board for the game Liberation, a guide with instructions and moves, two dice, a chip for each participant (included). The game goes like this:
Each participant starts the game by placing his chip in the "World of People" circle. When it comes to a player's turn to make a move, he:
1. Rolls two dice;
2. Refers to the manual page that corresponds to the cell on which the player's token is located;
3. Finds the appropriate lot on this page and makes a move.
In accordance with the number dropped on the dice, the player either remains in the same dimension, or moves to another, or follows additional instructions if there are special symbols. The game continues until all players have reached the Dharmakaya dimension - the blue sphere in the center of the circle, which symbolizes full realization.
The game is equipped with numbered dice, as well as dice with Tibetan syllables ‘a A HA SHA SA MA. These syllables are symbols of six lok(Skt. fate of being) or dimensions of existence and correspond to the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. In the game, you can use both the first and second methods.

The text of the game "Liberation" was compiled by me in 1995 during a vacation in the resort of Hua Hin in Thailand. Upon my return to Merigar, I transferred the text to a computer, translating the Tibetan calligraphy into a printable form. I later gave a copy to my student Jim Valby, who made the original English version of this text.
At a Dzogchen Ati retreat in Russia in 1998, I realized that thirteen talva and measurements of eight classes. As a result, 108 dimensions were obtained, which are described and used in the game.
Later, I gave this text to my student Laurie Denyer with instructions on the structure of building a mandala and asked her to make drawings according to the instructions. Laurie put all her energy into this project and got an excellent result. Her work has been invaluable to the realization of this project - I am very grateful to her.

Designed by Namkhai Norbu, the Liberation game can be played by as many people as can fit around the game board.
In the game, it becomes clear how difficult it is to achieve liberation, how much it is worth appreciating the opportunity of a precious birth in the higher dimensions, and how difficult it is to be free when born in the lower dimensions. And once having reached the Dharmakaya, it is necessary to wait until the last player has completed the game, because the game is not over until EVERYONE is released, and no one ever really plays alone.

As you take over a city, you will engage in combat that is similar in style to board games or something like that. The enemy will have a certain number of units opposing yours. When choosing a unit that will fight against the enemy, you must take into account many characteristics - damage, numbers, ammunition and attack ratios. The outcome of the battle will be formed from the little things, and the main thing is your readiness for war. Of course, at first there will be difficulties, but with experience it will pass.
Economy in the game
The biggest part of the game is the economic one, without which everything else is impossible. You will be given the main currencies - money and goods that you get through the collection of taxes, production and construction of buildings. You will need money and goods to hire troops, build buildings, and then improve and upgrade. Gold is a currency bought with real money. It allows you to make the game easier in many ways. And, unfortunately, a little dishonest in this game.As you already understood, it will take a long time to tinker with the economy in order to become successful from a military point of view.
