Many of my friends have already become experienced mothers. The most active of them studied this issue for a long time, looking for the best doctors. They decided on one, tried it, and I already took over their baton. I chose a doctor on the advice, immediately went to get acquainted and realized that she suits me in all respects: experience, attitude, character.
You gave birth at the Lapino clinic, which is popular with celebrities. The children Sobchak, Kovalchuk and many others were born there. For many, it is no secret that the cost of the contract there is about a million rubles. Do you think it is justified to give such money for childbirth?
- Childbirth in Lapino will not necessarily cost you a million rubles. You can sign a contract for 150 thousand rubles, with a doctor of a category lower than mine. Yes, my dear doctor! It turned out that I was in the clinic on conservation, and if we take the total amount of time spent in the hospital, then most likely I got this amount. My husband and I wanted me to give birth in such conditions, and we did not deny ourselves this.
Did you immediately decide that you would give birth in Russia? Or did you consider the option of moving to the USA or Germany?
- In our project, Nellie gives birth in Miami. I also thought about flying to America, I wanted to be warm with the child. My husband was studying at Skolkovo at that time, I understood that he would not be able to fly with me. The last thing in my condition I wanted to be without Zhenya. And at 33 weeks I got into preservation, there was a threat of premature birth. So, the issue resolved itself. During pregnancy, the hormonal background changes, the mood jumps. How did you deal with it?
To be honest, I had a great pregnancy! I was cheerful, toxicosis was in the first trimester. I didn’t torment my husband (laughs), I didn’t have to wear strawberries at night. I wanted to eat a lot of sweets, but I didn’t torture anyone with my quirks. It was very pleasant: everyone is taking care of you, you are not tired yet, and everyone is already thinking that you need to rest. And if you're stupid, you can always say - it's my hormones! The result of my pregnancy is a calm, cheerful daughter! I tried to watch a lot of comedies, not to panic.
How did your husband take care of you during pregnancy?
— I was lucky, he was always there and gave enough time. When I gave birth, he helped and was present at the birth. Of course, I am cunning, and I hinted to him what I wanted, since he cannot speak directly. Let him think that it is he who makes the decisions, in fact it is me!
What exactly did you ask him, what did you hint at?
“I knew he didn’t want to be present at the birth. His friends did not advise him, they frightened him. And I showed him films about childbirth, arranged a dinner where he talked with the husbands of my girlfriends, who spoke positively about such an experience. When I said that I would give birth soon, he came and just stayed with me. Of course, I didn't want him to look there! But I needed to feel his presence.
If the husband did not agree, would you call your mother?
— Yes, I thought about it. It was very funny when I hinted to my husband and said: well, if you don’t go, then I’ll take my mother, he reacted with lightning speed: “What? No! It's either me or no one!" Here we figured it out!
Can you describe the moment you were given your daughter in your arms?
- When I saw that it was getting out of me, the first thought was how it happens at all! It cannot be described in words! I always wondered why everyone roars when babies are born! But then I realized that the tears roll on their own! And when you look that it is yours, you want to cry with happiness! Can't describe the feeling of love! From the outside it seems that it is very simulated, but when it happens to you, you understand that it is all mine and from me!
After the birth of the first baby, the doctors at the discharge say: come for the second!
- My husband, three months after the birth of Lisa, said that he was ready to have a second child, but I said: “No! I am not ready!". I want to enjoy my daughter, to see the first steps, to be with her. No one knows how the next pregnancy will turn out. I want it to be meaningful. - Sometimes I want to, but in words. I can even agree, and in the evening I no longer want to leave my husband and child. Everyone is used to the fact that Galya can forget about the party that she herself came up with.

- I heard that after giving birth, a man wants a woman less. So do not look there, be behind your back and come at the moment when the child appears! I myself would not want to stand there and look in the mirror, why would I! When a loving man sees how a woman with your child is suffering, then what kind of love can end? A normal man will only appreciate it, will make every effort to help and understand her. Many people experience depression and pain. I myself remember childbirth as a holiday! I was recovering for two weeks, it hurt to walk, it was very hard. My husband helped me everywhere.
How did you get back in shape after giving birth?
- I was very lucky with genetics, I left a lot in the hospital, my stomach was small. There were only a couple of kilograms extra. But with breastfeeding, it is very easy to lose weight. I've lost a lot more weight now than I did before pregnancy. I'm glad I've put on a few pounds now.
Many people are doing yoga now, what kind of loads are right for you?
— I can't, my temperament is not designed for yoga. It is difficult for me to be silent, to breathe. But, the first thing I did after giving birth was stretching, and now I have a coach, he knows that I can pump, that I can’t touch my chest now. There are no exercises for the press at all, she has not yet fully recovered. The lower back is more on the legs, my child is large and it’s hard to carry 7 kilograms on myself.
And what do you eat?
- Now I don’t follow my diet, I eat everything, nothing is postponed. I love to cook, my husband loves to eat delicious food. As a child, I ate badly and had separate meals. Therefore, I really hope that Liza and I will not have such problems and she will eat everything with pleasure! Just recently they began to introduce complementary foods, so we are growing!
