BTS members

Bangtan Boys, whose members are a special subject of discussion on social networks, is a well-coordinated creative team of young people. The oldest of them is 25 years old, and the youngest is 20.

Let's figure out who is who and what each of the members of the boy band "breathes" with:

  • Kim Nam Joon(pseudo - Rap Monster) is the twenty-three-year-old leader of the group. This is the tallest guy in the group. Of all sports, he prefers basketball. Fortunately, his height (181 cm) allows him to play. The guy was born in Seoul, but spent some time in America and on the islands of New Zealand. He has a younger sister. Namjoon hates choreography, suffers from his own busyness, strives for self-development, studies languages, prefers dark colors in clothes.

  • Kim Seokjin(pseudo - Jin) - the face of the group. The vocalist was born in the city of Anyang in 1992, so the team is considered the "oldest". The guy is the eldest in the family. He has a bright appearance and seems perfect. However, in order to keep fit, Kim has to train a lot and go on diets. He loves to eat, knows how to cook, only the dishes come out inedible. Kim Seok Jin did not envision becoming a singer as he was preparing to become a detective. The closest friend of the vocalist is V.

  • Jung Hoseok(pseudo - Hope) - twenty-four-year-old rap artist, dancer. Born in Gwangju. Despite his dislike for sports, he manages to maintain perfect physical shape (weighs 65 kg with 177 cm of height). The guy loves green and collects Lego. Chong is a perfectionist. The female ideal of a young man is a smart, long-haired young lady.

  • Kim Taehyung(pseudo - V) is the twenty-two-year-old vocalist of the boy group BTS. Daegu is his birthplace. V is the older brother, he has a little sister and brother. The guy tries to be like his father - a sympathetic and intelligent person. However, he has a number of bad habits: when he is nervous, he bites his nails, and loves all sorts of trifling, but cute little things. Friendly with all the guys in the team. He has non-standard thinking, always original in his judgments. It was recently revealed that Jungkook and V are a same-sex couple. In any case, this idea was prompted by “cute” photographs and video frames that testify to a special connection between young people.

  • jeong jeong kuk- the youngest member of the group, rapper. Born in Busan. He draws well and loves chaos, so his room is a mess. In clothes and interiors, she prefers a combination of black and white, and also loves red.

  • Min Yoon Gi(pseudo - Suga). In March 2018, the guy turned 25 years old. He was born in the city of Daegu in a family where, in addition to him, the eldest son was also growing up. In BTS, Suga is not only a performer, but also a composer of new songs. He rhymes words with ease. Because of his fair skin, the band member was nicknamed Sugar. Suga is very lazy when it comes to rehearsals and performances. He is friendly and sociable. When nervous, he uses dialect expressions in speech.

  • Park Jimin- the second member of the team who does not have a pseudonym. The young man is 22 years old. In the group, Jimin serves as the vocalist. He is friends with Kim Taehyung (V), who is the same age, and Suga, whom he allows to take care of himself by bringing food and drinks during rehearsals and after concerts. Jimin loves the combination of black and blue. He has no talent for rhyming, so his element is the performance of compositions and choreography.

The BTS group is a collective of young rappers whose consciousness and culture have been created by social networks. It was they who became the springboard for their creative start.

History of creation

The well-known South Korean entertainment company Big Hit Entertainment approached the creation of the team meticulously and, by the standards of world show business, leisurely. Since 2010, the producers have been scouting candidates, creating a fan cafe along the way long before BTS made their debut in public. Initially, the project was conceived as a duet of RM (Rap Monster, real name Kim Nam Joon) and Iron (he never joined the group, performed in Show Me The Money), but during the casting and auditions, it was decided to change the concept to a boy band with a large number of participants.

The formation of the group lasted almost three years, during which the composition was constantly changing, undergoing training. The backbone of BTS was formed only in 2012. Members of BangTan Boys are: Rap Monster (Rap Monster), Jin (Jin), Suga (Suga), J-Hope (J-Hope), V (V), Jungkook (Jungkook), Jimin (Jimin). As trainees (students), the guys themselves composed about a hundred tracks (according to rumors), and six months before the official debut on stage, they became active users of social networks, posted their compositions on YouTube.

PR via Twitter and the presentation of songs on the Internet - only part of the campaign invented by the producers. For example, there was also a news channel they invented that actively promoted a parody show starring members of the BangTan Boys.

Creativity of BTS is distinguished by the content of the texts, which, according to the press, are written by the guys themselves. Music for them, arrangement and production of numbers are also the work of RM, Suga and J-Hope. It is worth noting that the group sings in both Korean and Japanese.
