How to draw rabbit paws. How easy it is to draw a hare

18.06.2019

Hello dear readers!

A lot of requests come to the site to make a lesson,. This cute animal is found both in fairy tales and in folk proverbs. All children are madly in love with him, precisely for his cute and funny appearance. A hare can be found at all holidays, from children's matinees to adult corporate parties.

As usual, the drawing process will take place in stages, for a more correct work.

Stages of work

Making a general simple outline

As usual, we start with the outline of our future work. Here we roughly lay out the drawing into proportions, roughly outline the head, ears and torso. Based on these control points, in the future it will select individual elements with their subsequent drawing.

We highlight the features of the picture

Now we need to build a more "live" and realistic shape of our bunny. To do this, we, as it were, smooth our contour from the previous stage. We begin to draw the ears, muzzle and paws.

Shaping and basic detailing

Now you can roughly throw in the location of the elements of the muzzle of our character - the nose, eyes and mouth. I also advise you to get rid of the remaining contour lines at this stage, i.e. just gently remove the excess.

Almost done

The penultimate stage - we proceed to the detailing and elaboration of the elements. We can start painting the fur to make our hare more realistic. We will also finish work with the muzzle. Don't forget to remove the extra outline and marking lines.

Finished drawing of a hare

Let's finish our work. At the last stage, it is worth paying more attention to the details - drawing the fur, highlighting the eyes and nose, paws, ears. I also advise you to add a small shadow, for more volume.

Congratulations! You have drawn our beautiful hare step by step. The animal, as for me, turned out to be very sweet and kind, a real children's favorite. Then you can print it out and give it to your child to paint with paints or pencils.

Hello dear friends and guests! Today the main character of our work is a hare! In the old days, it was believed that almost every animal is associated with various gods and is a conductor of his will. The Slavs believed that every god could turn into an animal. It depends on the traits of the animal itself. Animals have their own character, are the patrons of man. Each person is endowed with features of different animals. We can trace the features of animals in the folklore of the Slavs. The Slavs created a huge number of fairy tales, epics, where the heroes, along with humans, are various animals. They help a person, they can harm him. Animals live by their own laws. These laws are sometimes cruel, but always fair. In Slavic mythology, there are legends about people who turn into various animals: into a wolf, into a lynx and others.
Slavic spinning wheels, towels were decorated with ornaments, in which one can easily trace the image of one or another animal. In a later period, images appeared on the shutters of houses, platbands.

Among the people, a hare is called differently: vytoropen, crooked, lop-eared, hare, skormcha, ushkan, oblique, billy, zec. Moreover, for different times of the year, the hare has its own name: in the spring it is a yarovnik, in the summer it is an annual or herbalist, in the fall it is a leaf fall, and with the advent of winter it is a master. Both the hare, and the white hare, a steppe and forest animal, respectively, were held in high esteem by the Slavs at the same level - it symbolized young strength, the power of nascent life, fertility and procreation.

The hare, like the capercaillie, was dedicated to Yarila, the spring god of the sun and procreation. The hare is cunning and saves his own life by opposing the formidable, but not very intelligent force of other animals. It was often associated with the spring madness that comes in March. Despite its cowardice, the hare always fights to the end, fighting off the enemy with its powerful hind legs.

For speed and lightness, a hare is compared either with a ray of light running through the water, or with blue sparks on the coals of a fire. The Indians considered the hare (saya) a lunar animal, because of its white coat, comparing it with the reflections of the moon on the water surface. With the advent of Christianity, the image of the hare, as an ancient totemic animal, was declared unclean. Hence the sign - the hare ran across the road, to be in trouble. ‘Stump to you and a deck, we have a way and a road,’ they say after the fleeing hare to drive away trouble.

Often fast hares were compared with lightning, faithful companions of the thunder god Perun. Lightning was also called sea bunnies, which bathe in a sea of rain, rapidly cutting through water jets. Hares, like other rodents, squirrels and chipmunks, have strong teeth that gnaw through the strongest wood, like lightning. Hares and squirrels carried with them a storm and bad weather, destructive for people. Sailing in a storm never mentioned the name of a hare, fearing the wrath of the water. The first spring hare hunt was dedicated to the supreme thunder god and symbolized the arrival of the new season. Just as Perun pursued cowardly lightnings, which hurried to hide from his anger in dark clouds, so the hunters drove hares and squirrels, to the glory of the thunder. The time of the hare is the beginning of spring.

Materials and tools:
- sheet of A3 paper
- simple pencil, eraser
-gouache
-brushes
- bank for water
-cloth for hands and hands
-palette

Master class progress:

We begin work with a preliminary sketch of the silhouette of a hare. With the help of auxiliary construction lines, we find the middle of the sheet. At the bottom of the picture, under the horizontal auxiliary line, draw a line for the chest and back of the bunny.

Next, we continue the line of the back up to represent the ears of the hare, and above the chest line we draw an oval-shaped line of the hare's head.

We finalize the ears, draw an eye and a nose.

The preliminary drawing is completed, we erase the auxiliary lines and start working with gouache.

We start with yellow gouache, apply color at the very top of the work with horizontal strokes. The next color is green, we smoothly connect these two colors together.

After green, we work with white, and again we create smooth transitions, carefully mixing colors with each other (we apply strokes in a horizontal direction).

We finish working on the background in blue, at the very beginning we combine it with white, getting blue.

Let's add some green to the blue.

Now with vertical strokes we draw a grass-ant. We paint from top to bottom, starting with the tip of the brush and ending with the entire pile. When drawing grass, you need to remember that these are not "persistent tin soldiers", the grass is alive - it sways, reaches for the sun, wriggles under the breath of the breeze, as if every blade of grass is whispering to each other.

The grass is obtained in different tonality due to the wet background and the mixing of green with the previously applied colors.

We decorate the bunny with ocher color using the "adhering" method (ocher color can be done independently: yellow + brown).

Further, the eye and nose are gray (white + black), and the ear is pink (white + red).

Now we need a brown color, if necessary, it can also be created on the palette: green + red. We work with a semi-dry brush (the “sticking” technique), first the muzzle and ears.

Then the torso (here we teach the children to be attentive, we suggest repeating the color spots as accurately as possible).

After brown, we introduce white into the work, shade the ears and muzzle, torso and draw antennae with cilia (semi-dry brush).

Add a little more black to the ears (semi-dry brush).

Draw the antennae in black, select the nose and eye.

Add a white highlight to the eye. It remains for us to hide the bunny in the grass - we draw vertical strokes of green and yellow colors.

If you are interested in drawing a hare, then you have come to the right place! Here you will find visual instructions for a step-by-step drawing of this cute wild animal.

How to draw a hare step by step

Realistic drawing is quite difficult. You need to pay attention to all the details.

Stage 1
Draw the outlines of the head and torso. It's simple: a circle and an oval. Draw a line to evenly distribute your character's limbs on a horizontal plane. Then carefully draw the ears, paws and tail.

Stage 2
To maintain proportions, divide the muzzle vertically and horizontally, as shown in the example. There will be eyes on the horizontal line, and the vertical line will tell you where the nose will be.

Stage 3
Erase unnecessary lines. Draw a believable eye. Show a shadow on the ears, this will add volume to your drawing. With light strokes, separate the line of the head from the torso. Draw clear outlines of the limbs and give fluffiness to the animal.

Stage 4
Draw fur with light strokes, starting with the muzzle, then go to the body, then to the paws, and at the very end make a fluffy tail.

Stage 5
To achieve the greatest realism, draw a shadow falling on the bottom plane.

How to draw a hare for a child

Surely your baby will be delighted with the drawn bunny. For you, this will not be difficult, since you do not need to draw small details or make believable eyes.

Step 1
Start from the head. Draw the outline of the head and ears.

Step 2
Draw a pear-shaped torso and one hind leg, as shown in the figure below. Erase the guide line. Now draw the rest of the paws and fluffy tail.

Step 3
An important step is the image of the face: do not stick to realistic proportions and shapes. Color the drawing as you wish.

An example of drawing a hare with a pencil

Drawings with a simple pencil always look impressive. They are distinguished by accuracy and realism.
With a not too thick pencil, sketch in the form of three circles, they will help you distribute the torso and head.

Divide the smallest circle into 4 even parts and draw the ear and muzzle. Connect the circles, outlining the body. Sketch the paws for the other two circles.

We'll have to try hard to portray such a face:

Draw paws and tail and erase unnecessary lines. Draw fur along the contour of the body with small strokes.

Shade the hare and apply chiaroscuro. So it will become more realistic.

Example for beginners

In a beginner's mind, sketching a hare is a rather complicated process. But in fact, everything is much simpler than it might seem.
