How to draw a panda. How to draw a big panda

18.06.2019

Since now, pandas have become very popular thanks to various cartoons. For example, the cartoon "Kung Fu Panda", where the main character was a black and white bear who loves to eat bamboo. In this tutorial, we'll take a step-by-step look at how to draw.

Our final drawing

Necessary materials:

  • black marker;
  • paper;
  • pencil;
  • eraser;
  • colored pencils in black, blue and blue.

1. Draw the panda's head in the form of an oval.

2. Draw two large figures on the head to indicate black spots.

3. In the middle of the spots, draw circles that will become the eyes of the panda.

4. Add two more circles for full eye detail.

5. Draw a small nose on the head, located between the spots.

6. Draw ears in the form of semicircles on the panda's head.
From the bottom of the nose, draw lines that will become the panda's mouth.

7. From the bottom of the head, draw the upper paws in the form of ovals.

8. Under the upper paws, draw the lower ones. We will depict them in the form of large circles.

9. In the middle of the big circles that are the lower legs, draw two more circles.

10. Draw a line in the form of an arc from the left lower paw to the right one.

11. Now that the step by step drawing of a panda in the form of a pencil sketch is ready, you can circle all the lines with a black tool. For example, a marker or felt-tip pen with a thin rod.

12. So that small details are not lost, we will decorate them with a black marker. These include the eyes and nose. We do this very carefully and slowly so that the lines do not crawl out of the edges.

13. Now with a black pencil we will decorate the ears, the spots around the eyes, the upper and lower paws. At the bottom, just above the arcuate line, draw another one of the same. Color the space between them with a black pencil.

14. Highlights can be added to the white areas to make the panda look more natural. To do this, take a blue and blue pencil. Let's add color first with blue, and then with a blue pencil. We do this on the tummy, in the middle of the lower legs and head.

15. Completely paint over the iris with a blue pencil. This will give our panda a dreamy and cute look.

16. A step-by-step drawing of a panda with colored pencils is ready!

Complexity:(4 out of 5).

Age: From five years.

Materials: a sheet of thick paper, wax crayons, a simple pencil, an eraser, watercolor, a large brush.

Purpose of the lesson: draw a panda, applying your skills acquired earlier. We develop mindfulness and perseverance.

Drawing Lesson Materials

Let's start drawing our funny panda from the muzzle. We take a black wax pencil, draw eyes and black spots around the eyes, then immediately paint. We draw a nose and a highlight on it, then a smile.

The next step is to draw a shaggy head. The line looks like an uneven zigzag. The difficulty is to draw it exactly around the already drawn muzzle. If the kid is not completely confident in his abilities, then he can always try with a simple pencil from the beginning, and then just decorate. Don't forget to draw the ears on top.

We draw shaggy legs and a back with an arc. We draw a back leg with nails. Color the remaining parts, do not forget about the white spots. There is a white crayon in the wax crayon kits, use that.

We invent our own story for our panda. For me, it will just sit on the grass. Your bear cub can sit in a bamboo forest, on a log, or in a clearing with flowers. For the last step, use watercolor.

We have created a new drawing lesson - as you can see, today we will try to draw a panda step by step.

Step 1

First, draw three circles. Our panda will stand on all fours, like on a walk, therefore we will draw his torso in a horizontal position. So, our circles - the one in the middle should be the largest (at least from this angle), and the front circle is the smallest in size.

Step 2

Okay, we got something like a caterpillar. Now let's draw four paws so that our panda can move around. In the same step, mark the panda's muzzle - draw a vertical line of facial symmetry, it will pass right through the middle, as well as a horizontal line of the eyes, it is shifted down and slightly curved.

Step 3

Let's work with the face of a panda. Let's draw small ears located on the top of the head. They are similar in shape to kidney beans. By the way, pay attention, the ears are located asymmetrically.

Next, draw the eyes - their contours have the same shape as the ears. At the end of the stage, we will draw the outline of the front of the muzzle, on which the nose and mouth will subsequently be located. We circle the contour of the body with dark contours and get something like this:

Step 4

We have a drawing lesson on how to draw a panda with a pencil step by step and we continue. Look at the illustration for this stage - it would seem that there are too strong differences here. However, if you move step by step, then there will be no confusion. So:

  • Erase extra guide lines from the muzzle, give the outer contours a finished look;
  • We draw a mouth and a nose, we draw circles around eyes;
  • We erase the extra lines from the body, give it a more streamlined shape;
  • We draw clawed paws.

Well, it looks pretty nice already.

Step 5

First, we apply hatching to all areas that should not remain perfectly white. The light falls directly from above, so we will impose shadows on areas hidden from direct light.

Hatching is superimposed on the stomach and lower part of the face in one layer (or two, but without pressure). Note that the hatching should be unidirectional, there should not be a grid. Next, we impose another layer of hatching on the dark areas of the panda. The last step is to apply a drop shadow that the panda casts on the surface.

Panda in pencil with step by step tips

Panda is a very rare and really unusual animal. The panda belongs to the bear family. Despite their huge size, they spend most of their lives sitting on bamboo trees. They live in China, Korea and southern Japan. There are very few of them left in the world, they are endangered, therefore the panda is listed in the international red book and is a symbol of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

Panda is a very kind, funny, and most importantly, harmless animal. We hope that soon it will be possible to stop, which seems inevitable at the moment, the process of the disappearance of this species from the face of the Earth.

In this lesson we will draw a big panda sitting on a branch of a bamboo tree. We will need: a piece of paper, a simple pencil, an eraser, colored pencils (or paints) and, of course, free time.

We start drawing with a tree branch. To make it easier for us to observe all the proportions of the picture, first draw the auxiliary lines, as shown in the figure on the left, and then, focusing on these auxiliary lines, draw the bamboo tree branch itself (the picture on the right).

Let's draw small parts of the branch (picture on the left) and from above add to our drawing, hanging down, small branches with leaves (optional)

Now we erase with an eraser the auxiliary lines that we needed to draw the tree, and draw the auxiliary lines now to draw our cute panda (picture on the right)

With the help of auxiliary lines, we begin to draw our big panda sitting on a tree. We first draw the contours of her muzzle (on the left), and then we add the ears to the panda (figure on the right)

Let's draw the eyes, nose and mouth of the panda. With the help of auxiliary lines, it will not be difficult to draw a muzzle. As soon as you have done it, we erase the auxiliary lines with an eraser, but only on the muzzle! We still need the rest.

Let's move on to drawing the front paws. Do not forget to draw claws on the paws (as shown in the picture on the right)

Now we draw the hind legs. First, draw the right paw (it is easier to draw, since half of the paw is hidden behind a tree branch). Then we draw the left paw as shown in the picture on the right (Do not forget to draw the claws, what kind of bear is without claws ?!)

Well, the final stage, we carefully erase all the auxiliary lines with an eraser, and color our panda

That's all! Our beautiful panda drawing is ready. Leave comments below, and do not forget to attach photos of your resulting drawings to the comments!

Beautiful and cute pandas are liked not only by children, but also by adults. Due to their unique coloring and herbivory, which distinguishes these bears from the rest, as well as the fact that these babies are listed in the Red Book, they are invaluable in the eyes of wildlife advocates and ordinary people. Unlike their fellow grizzlies and brown bears, pandas are very friendly and never attack people. They often feed on bamboo stalks, less often they choose other plants, such as fragrant saffron and iris.

In short, pandas are magnificent mammals that deserve special attention. Therefore, in today's article, we propose to depict these babies on paper, morally supporting the World Wildlife Fund, which advocates the conservation of the species.

Panda drawing with a pencil in stages, how to draw?

Drawing a small copy of a panda is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. It is enough to follow the step-by-step instructions to get a good final result that matches more than 90% with the original.

Important! For drawing, as always, you will need improvised tools to create a sketch, as well as a black colored pencil to add saturation to the pattern on the panda's fur.

  • Stage 1

Visually outline in what framework the drawing will be drawn. To do this, divide the sheet into 4 equal squares, marking the borders at the top and bottom for proportionality. At the bottom, draw two parallel circles that do not differ in size; on top, draw two more, but of a smaller diameter. Make an arc on the border of the top line.

  • Stage 2

Draw two more circles or sketch the panda's paws. Draw a smooth line between them.

  • Stage 3

Connect all the circles together so that the panda has an outline. And another circle - the nose.

  • Stage 4

Draw the muzzle of the bear by adding eyes, mouth, cheeks and ears.

  • Stage 5

The matter remains for small things - drawing, erasing extra lines and shading techniques with a pencil.

  • stage 6

The color of the finished panda can be highlighted with a black pencil or felt-tip pen.

Panda pencil drawing for children

Many children dream of learning how to draw animals beautifully. So why not make it easier for them by demonstrating an easy master class consisting of two circles drawn with a compass. It is not necessary to explain the step-by-step scheme in detail, just look at the photo to understand how the stage of drawing a cute panda with a pencil takes place.

How to draw an anime cartoon panda with a pencil?

Cartoons are easier to draw than a smaller copy of a living bear. An example of this is a few master classes below. It is enough to have a pencil inserted into the compasses and an eraser at hand to achieve an amazing result, comparable to a cut out frame from an anime.

Just take a look at the two step-by-step tutorials below, demonstrating the ease of drawing and the simplicity of the plot. Wouldn't you like to repeat them?

Panda with bamboo pencil drawing, photo

The next master class can be repeated by both an adult and a child. Thanks to a light sketch, reproducing the figure of a panda is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. It is enough to trust your eye to draw equal proportions.

little panda bear

There is no simpler version of a panda drawing in pencil, like her cub. A large muzzle occupies a large area of the entire pattern, the rest is only a protruding torso, paws and protruding ears.
