"They got the language" (1943)

F.P. Reshetnikov turned to the world of childhood during the war years, after he once watched the children play in the fascists and the Red Army.

From that moment on, paintings began to come out from under his brush, the main characters of which were children.

"Arrived for vacation"

(1948)

F.P. Reshetnikov’s painting “Arrived on vacation”, written in 1948, is a kind of record holder. The total circulation of postcards with a reproduction of this painting amounted to over 13 million copies - more than any other postcard issued in the Soviet Union.

"Again deuce" (1952)

Everyone knows the picture in which the artist depicted a boy upset that once again he upset his mother with a deuce brought from school. This familiar picture from childhood attracts, first of all, with the image of the main character - a boy, of which there are many around.

"Doves of Peace"

(1956)

"View from the window"

(1969)

Consider the picture

F.P. Reshetnikova

"Boys"

Above the Earth at a late night, Just stretch out your hand, You will grab onto the stars: They seem to be nearby. You can take a Peacock feather, Touch the hands on the Clock, Ride a Dolphin, Swing on the Scales. Above the Earth at a late night, If you cast a glance at the sky, You will see, like clusters, There are constellations hanging.

Consider the picture

What time of day is shown in the picture?

Into what parts can the picture be divided?

What colors and tones prevail on the canvas?

Who are the characters in the picture?

Where do we see them? How did they get there?

late evening, dark blue sky, lights of the evening city, illuminated windows of houses, shadows on the roof ...

sky, city, boys on the roof

dark, muffled; vague, blurry contours ...

three friends, of the same age, probably classmates, neighbors ...

on the roof of the house, carefully peering into the night sky, watching the stars ...

Consider the heroes of the picture

Which of the boys more than others attracts the attention of the viewer?

How is he different from his comrades?

What indicates that he is a good storyteller?

Describe the facial expressions of the other characters in the picture?

What can be said about the character of each boy?

the boy who is in the center of the group is the center of the picture

he points to something in the starry sky, shares what he heard or read

he managed to interest friends who listen attentively to his story

one boy is fascinated by what he saw and heard, froze with admiration

the second, without looking up, looks at the sky with a thoughtful, dreamy look

serious, purposeful; very impressionable; romantic, dreamer

What do you think attracted the attention of students?

What are they dreaming about?

Space is so cool!

Stars and planets

In black weightlessness

Swimming slowly!

Space is so cool!

sharp rockets

At great speed

Rushing here and there!

So wonderful in space!

So magical in space

In real space

Stay once!

What mood do you think

the artist had when

did he work on the painting?

Choose the exact words to define

bright, joyful, light, admiring, enthusiastic, sincere, cheerful, lyrical, inspirational, beautiful, creative, festive, dreamy.

Reshetnikov was born on July 15 (28), 1906 in the village of Sursko-Litovsky, Ekaterinoslav Governorate of the Russian Empire, in the family of an icon painter. The boy showed interest in painting early. Little Fedya looked closely at everything that his elder brother, an artist, did, often helped him: he rubbed paints, stretched canvases, washed brushes, and sometimes he painted himself. As a fourteen-year-old boy, Reshetnikov left his father's house: it was time to start an independent life, to earn a piece of bread himself. He traveled around the country, worked in various workshops, in mines, but did not forget his favorite craft from childhood. With particular pleasure, he painted scenery for local theaters. He worked in the club of railway workers of the Grishino station in the Dnepropetrovsk region. He studied at the Workers' Faculty of Arts in Moscow, entered the Higher Artistic and Technical Workshops, where he studied in 1929-1934, in particular with D.S. Moor. Participated in the Arctic expedition on the Chelyuskin steamer. The harsh and unusual nature of the Arctic, the heroic work of courageous people - all this captured the artist. Together with other Chelyuskin heroes, he was taken off a drifting ice floe by brave pilots and, returning, painted several paintings dedicated to the Arctic.Active member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR since 1953, vice-president (since1974). During the Great Patriotic War, he was at the front, defended Sevastopol, liberated Crimea from the Nazis. After the war, the artist returned to his profession. F. Reshetnikov's paintings are varied. Among them there are works dedicated to children and childhood. These include the painting "Boys", written in 1971.

It depicts three boys on the roof of the house, the sky is dark blue, the windows of the houses are burning brightly, the lanterns illuminate the streets. So it's late evening. The author uses dark, muted tones, there are no bright colors, the picture conveys calmness and tranquility.

The picture can be divided into three parts: the upper part is occupied by the evening sky, the center city in the lights, in the foreground - the boys.

It seems to me that the characters in the picture are friends. The guys are about the same age, so perhaps they are classmates. And if at such a late time they are together, then they probably live in the house on the roof of which they are, they are neighbors. The guys came here to look at the starry sky, admire its beauty, find some kind of constellation. The boy is pointing at something. He probably read an interesting book about space, about space flights, about constellations, about satellites, and now he shares his knowledge with friends. The author emphasized his role with a white shirt, which stands out as a bright spot against the dark sky. He is a good storyteller: the other two boys listen to him with great interest. A boy standing nearby, head held high, holding on to the railing on the roof, stares wide-eyed at the sky. He was so captivated by the story that he opened his mouth and froze. Another boy is listening, leaning on some structure on the roof. He is also interested, but he has completely different feelings. His gaze is dreamy, thoughtful, he admires the beauty of the starry sky. By the way the artist depicted the guys, one can tell about the character of each of them. They are completely different: the narrator is smart, well-read, serious, probably an excellent student; standing next to him - very impressionable, shy, quiet; the third boy is a romantic, a dreamer, probably an inventor. And they are interested in each other precisely because they are different.

I really liked the picture. It seems that you yourself are on the roof with these guys. How I wish I had such friends!

The artist Fyodor Reshetnikov was widely known for his various paintings at the time when he created a new canvas that interested many art lovers. In his works, he described children, showing that at any time, even after the war, the child remains himself. Therefore, he wants to enjoy life and the world that surrounds him. It is known that the painting "Boys" was written by Fedor Pavlovich in 1971.

This time the canvas of the artist Reshetnikov is divided into three parts. The painter gave the first and central part of the picture for the main characters, which were three boys dreaming about the future. They have long been attracted by space and the starry sky with their unsolved riddles, but now they have the opportunity to reveal at least some small secret of the vast starry space. Maybe this is how they were influenced by the lessons of astronomy, where they passed some constellations.

The night is quiet and calm, so the boys decided to use it for their experiments and discoveries. Secretly from their parents, they climbed onto the roof and began to observe what was happening in the night sky. These boys are depicted by the artist Fyodor Reshetnikov quite realistically. They are alive and bright, and the author of the picture captured them at the moment when, looking at the beautiful and dark night sky strewn with stars, they are trying to discuss something and tell each other, explaining and supplementing the stories. One of the boys, who is more passionate about the sky than the rest, leads a long and interesting story about what he himself recently learned. But on the other hand, he tells his comrades with great enthusiasm and delight.

This boy put his hand on the shoulder of one of his friends and, pointing with his other hand to the sky, where there are so many interesting things, he leads his inspired story. He's wearing a white shirt that matches his short dark hair perfectly. From his posture, inspired look and how confident he is in his story, you can understand that he knows much more about the starry sky, about mysterious galaxies, and indeed about the whole cosmos than the rest of the guys. But he stands out among the rest of the guys not only for his activity, knowledge, but also for his seriousness in his eyes. Probably, he not only listened well in the lessons, but also read a lot about astronomy in some special additional literature.

The second boy is standing next to a friend, and he slightly leaned his elbows on a low parapet. His friend's story interested him very much, so he continuously and, almost without blinking, looks at the starry and wonderful sky. His mouth is slightly open, most likely, something from what his friend tells, still surprised him. Maybe he is even a little scared, because he has never climbed so high before. That's why his hand clings so tightly to the railing. His hair is light and silky. The child is dressed in dark clothes, and a clean and white T-shirt is visible from under the sweater.

No less interesting is the third hero of the painting by Fyodor Reshetnikov. This is also a short boy who, standing on the roof next to his friends, dreams and thinks about something. His clothes are blue: a shirt and a vest. But only the vest is a bit small and cramped. His thoughtful face is turned towards him, and the boy decided to prop his head up a little with his hand. This is the pose of a real teenage dreamer.

These three boys, standing on the roof, do not notice anything around, but only see the night sky, which, by some unknown force, is so interesting and mysteriously dotted with stars. In their eyes, only interest and delight. But besides this sky around the boys there is a life that is also interesting and beautiful. And, probably, these boys ended up that evening on this dark roof of a large multi-storey building. Maybe they are even neighbors, and live in this very house. But, most likely, they are also best friends. Maybe they are even in the same class.

The big city slowly plunged into the dark embrace of the night and now sweetly fell asleep under the light and airy breath of the warm season. The city was already so asleep that it practically began to merge with the sky. And only small luminous lights are the light in some apartments of multi-storey buildings. The artist uses only dark colors and the same color shades to depict all three parts of his canvas: children, the starry sky and the night city. You can even say that the colors that Reshetnikov used in his canvas are muted and soft. And in the night city, bright lights have already lit up, which illuminate the streets.

The painting by the artist Fyodor Reshetnikov tells about the friendship of the guys, about their dreams and mood. Looking at them, the viewer also has a desire to look at the night sky in the evening, enjoy the brilliance of bright and sparkling stars, see how beautifully and quickly the star falls and make the most secret wish.

Slide 14

Reshetnikov's painting "Boys" was created in 1971 and is also dedicated to children. Ten years have passed since the legendary first manned flight into space. All the boys dreamed of space and as one wanted to be like Yuri Gagarin. The picture shows three boys who, on an August night, climbed onto the roof of a multi-storey building to watch the starry sky. As you know, in August in central Russia it is very often possible to observe starfall and the boys, seeing another falling "star", try to make their most secret wish as soon as possible.
Summer night. Night city, only the windows of houses are burning, there is silence around, neither the voices of people, nor the noise of cars are heard. Three boys climbed onto the roof of a multi-storey building. They look at the starry sky with enthusiasm. All the guys are depicted in different poses, one lay down on the railing, the other just leaned on them, the third stands and points his finger up, and tells something about the constellations. He probably saw the constellation Ursa Major or found the North Star. But he talks so interestingly that his friends, opening their mouths, listen to him, they really like to look at the sky. Maybe the guys dream of becoming astronauts and imagine how, when they grow up, they will rise high up to an unfamiliar planet and study it. Maybe they think about who lives there, imagine and discuss these creatures. In the eyes of the boys, romance, dreaminess, a kind of fabulousness are read, they believe in a miracle, maybe they saw a shooting star and make a wish while it flies. At the moment, the boys are not interested in anything except the sky and stars, they are surrounded by a beautiful night city, but they do not look at it. The boys are so fascinated by the sky that they are not afraid of the height at which they are, and yet they are standing right at the edge of the roof. Meanwhile, burning windows resemble sparkling stars in the sky, and the blue-black sky seems like outer space. The picture is interesting, it gives the viewer to think out the picture, its plot, it is somewhat reminiscent of a fairy tale. It perfectly shows the enthusiasm of the guys. After watching it, I wanted to look at the starry sky and admire the amazing stars, and childhood memories flooded back, once I also dreamed of becoming an astronaut and flying into space.

Boys

The painting "Boys", like most of the paintings by F.P. Reshetnikov, dedicated to children. This is one of the most poetic works of the artist.

In the center of the picture are the guys who climbed to the roof of a multi-storey building. Their spiritualized faces are especially brightly highlighted by the artist. Boys, so different, differing from each other in hair color, eyes, height, are similar in one thing: their eyes are directed upwards and, perhaps, in dreams they are in a distant galaxy. And this is no coincidence, because the picture was painted ten years after the first manned flight into space, and astronauts were the idols of every boy.

It can be seen that they differ from each other in character. The white-headed boy tensely holds on to the railing, perhaps the first time he has risen to such a height. Everything seems new to him, as evidenced by a naive look and a slightly open mouth in surprise. The second guy feels much more confident and, putting his hand on his friend's shoulder in a friendly way, points to something interesting: a bright star or a meteorite. It seems that of the three he is the most well-read. The boy is enthusiastically talking about something. It can be assumed that these are entertaining stories about stars or about the first astronauts, whose fame stirred the hearts of teenagers. The third boy, with his cap cocked to one side, perched comfortably on the ledge of the roof. The dreamy expression on his face betrays in him a dreamer who is already traveling in a spaceship in his thoughts.

In the background of the picture is an evening city. The boundless starry sky and the lights of lanterns scattered in the darkness, the light of the windows in the houses fascinate and evoke memories of the same moments of admiring the stars, which everyone undoubtedly experiences. The artist used dark colors: shades of dark blue, gray, black. But, despite this, the picture evokes bright and joyful feelings, because it is all permeated with the light of dreams and faith in a wonderful future.

The artist Reshetnikov painted the painting "Boys" in 1971. The first man has already gone into space. And humans have already landed on the moon. Active exploration and development of new space is already underway. And every boy dreams of being an astronaut when he grows up.

So in the picture, we see three boys who climbed onto the highest roof in the city to admire the night starry sky. This is noticeable by the way the rest of the houses are far and low in the background.

One is clearly interested in the stars more than anyone and enthusiastically explains to his friends which star is where and what is the name. And maybe he shares his fantasies about how humanity will fly through space to distant planets and galaxies.

His friends enthusiastically listen to him, also peering into the starry space. One of them even opened his mouth in surprise and admiration for what he heard. And the third boy dreamily threw back his head and hovers in his thoughts already far from the earth, flies in a starship to conquer new spaces.

The artist very accurately described the daydreaming of the boys. The viewer sees this in the poses, as they threw back their heads to the sky. In eyes and facial expressions. I also want to throw my head back and dream of distant stars and planets.

Composition based on the painting Boys Reshetnikov

The work of the wonderful Soviet artist Fyodor Pavlovich Reshetnikov allows everyone to completely immerse themselves in the wonderful world of childhood, regardless of the age of the viewer. The most famous of his paintings is “Again the deuce”, but the “Boys” written in 1971 are in no way inferior to her.

The plot of the picture is quite unusual: night, children, the roof of a multi-storey building and a huge dark blue summer sky spread over a sleeping city.

What prompted three teenagers to go up to the roof on a summer August night? The desire to get off the ground and get closer to the stars, or to admire the August meteor shower? Be that as it may, three boys look into the boundless sky with enchanted eyes, delight is read on their young faces, and one even opened his mouth from overwhelming emotions. A handsome teenager in a white shirt with his story helps his comrades take a tour of the vast starry sky. He points his finger at the celestial bodies and, together with his comrades, admires their remoteness, beauty and mystery.

The boys do not look down at the beautiful city, sparkling with lights, they are attracted to other planets, other galaxies. It can be seen that this quiet beautiful night will remain forever in their tenacious boyish memory.

It is not known who the guys will become in the future, what they will decide to devote their lives to. The main thing is that they always remain the same inquisitive and enthusiastic, and the craving for unknown space distances does not decrease over the years.

In the picture, all her young heroes are united by one thing - the fascination with the endless expanses of space, admiration, amazement and awareness of the wonders of the universe.

In general, the picture evokes positive emotions in the viewer, evokes reflections on the versatility of life, children's curiosity and the unknown space.

Description of the painting Boys

The teacher told us to carefully look at the picture "Boys", think and write an essay. I looked long and carefully. I like the picture!

She has a beautiful blue color. So thick, as it happens late-late in the evening. If suddenly my mother was carried away by cooking dinner or watching Malakhov and forgot to call me home ... Then you can still sit in the yard - not to look at the stars. They are so beautiful! I think mommy forgot to invite the boys to dinner too. Or even the guys got away! To look at the stars.

In general, it's great to climb onto the roof - high! The whole city is visible. They probably have Moscow there - the windows in tall buildings are lit up. In general, just a city! On the roof it is beautiful, clean, safe - there is a railing. And so my friends (guys of the same age, they can study in the same class) are watching. One of them saw something - shows it to a friend. "Won, look!" What is there?

For example, it could be a shooting star. Rare, but important. You can make a wish. Then he - well done, shares a miracle with a friend. Or there is an airplane! So beautiful… You always think where he flies. Or Mars or Saturn. More precisely, one boy saw it and shows it to another. Suddenly this boy is fond of astronomy? Then he can, like a teacher, tell his friends everything about the starry sky.

A cunning artist - makes you guess what they see there. Couldn't draw!Although it's more interesting.

The second one looks and listens very attentively. And his sweater is beautiful. The third - completely dreaming! Sitting, watching the stars. All the guys are lovable!

The boys could climb onto the roof just as a joke - to look at the city, but then the sky turned out to be so close. Now they definitely do not notice anything but the beautiful sky. They all, for sure, dream of becoming astronauts! Although it is possible for artists ...

This picture even looks like a photograph! Of course, I wouldn’t be able to draw like that, even my mother couldn’t, even our art teacher ... But in this picture everything is as simple as life.
