A very interesting and unusual salad, the combination of fish in oil and apples adds spice to the salad. To prepare this salad you will need:

  • Mackerel in oil - 240 gr.
  • Apples - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Walnuts - 100 gr. purified
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr.

Cooking:

Eggs must be boiled in advance. Then cool in cold water and remove the shell. Then finely chop them. Add a small amount of mayonnaise and mix until smooth.

Grate the cheese with large holes, season with a small amount of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.

Wash apples well under running water. Peel off the skin in a thin layer. Grate them with large holes or cut into thin bars.

Remove the mackerel from the oil, mash with a fork and brush with a little mayonnaise.

Finely chop the walnuts.
