Lottery erase the protective layer with your own hands. How to enlighten the protective field of a lottery ticket? How to find out what is under the protective layer of the lottery

03.03.2020

Millions of Russians dream of becoming owners of a large amount of money without any effort. Many people in the above category are not averse to buying a lottery ticket in order to try their luck. Unfortunately for the players, the vast majority of attempts to win a prize are unsuccessful. As a result, many people begin to wonder if it is possible to know in advance whether the ticket is winning. The prospect of transillumination of the protective field of the lottery scratch card will be discussed below.

What does a player need to know?

Many people at least once tried to find out in advance whether the purchased ticket is winning, using an ordinary flashlight. It should be noted that this attempt is doomed to failure, since lottery scratch cards are made of thick cardboard, which does not transmit light visible to the naked eye.

People who have firmly set themselves the goal of enlightening the protective field often look for alternative ways to complete the task. In particular, persons wishing to know whether a lottery scratch card is a winning one sometimes try to scan the ticket with the device used during the ultrasound. However, the protective layer shields the ultrasonic waves, preventing the hidden information from being read.

The most stubborn people try to enlighten the lottery ticket with the help of x-rays. Persons in the above category should be aware that electromagnetic waves cannot penetrate the protective layer either.

Having exhausted, it would seem, all available methods, the majority of players refuse the idea of translucent lottery ticket. However, on the Internet you can find commercial offers from people selling technology and equipment to access scratch card information. In particular, the sellers claim that by means of many punctures of the protective layer invisible to the naked eye, it is possible to find out which areas of the field need to be opened in order to receive a win. However, players should be aware that this method is fraudulent, and the scam will be revealed during the examination, which is a standard procedure carried out by the founder of the lottery before issuing large prizes to winners.

You can, but it won't make any sense.

What raises the question of the possibility of enlightening a lottery ticket? The answer is very simple - to know whether there is a gain or not. But after all, when buying a lottery ticket, you don’t run to the seller with a request: “Change my ticket, please, I don’t like this one)”. Of course, it is advisable to look for ways to enrich yourself if you are the same lottery seller. But in this case, you run the risk of being left without a job and without a win, since you have a very high chance of getting noticed.

The task is also complicated by the rules of the lottery, in almost every lottery there is a clause stating that the lottery administration has the right to seize a lottery ticket for an examination, which will show traces of translucence at once.

So, how can you still enlighten a lottery ticket? Each ticket has a security code, which is made of an infrared film, which makes it impossible to see the ticket through ordinary light. Therefore, the only available way to view the contents is to remove the infrared film, and after viewing, return it to its place. Naturally, you will need a new infrared film, which is quite problematic to get, you can try to find it in online stores. There will also be difficulty in cutting the infrared film exactly the same size as it was. If you use this method for fraudulent purposes, it is likely that your malicious intent will be revealed, and maybe you will incur some punishment.

Be honest with yourself, do not look for easy ways to get rich, they usually end in failure. Very often, laziness and envy pushes a person to commit crimes, so you must always remain hardworking and decent people.

In our lives, we often meet with secure documents. These are identity documents, notarial papers, securities and, finally, money. But few people think about the fact that lottery tickets, sold at kiosks and other places of distribution, and sometimes just from the hands of the subway, also have protection. Protection refers to watermarks and other methods of protection. That's what I want to talk about.

Naturally, we will talk about lottery tickets that comply with the Federal Law on Lotteries.

When making tickets, the manufacturer must be guided by the requirements for security printing products of level "B", which of course does not make them money, but the level of protection is not much lower.

For the production of tickets, paper with a halftone watermark and security fibers is used. Tickets for instant and draw lotteries are printed on such paper.

The following elements are used to protect lottery tickets:

  • paints that luminesce under ultraviolet light
  • grid with built-in raster inscription or alternatively guilloche lattice
  • microtext
  • numbering in high way

Tickets for instant lotteries, where already applied winning combinations are used, are printed on special paper with chemical protection. The winning information is applied using a special UV-reactive ink, which is covered with an erasable coating. The coating, in turn, protects the winning information from being seen through.

In addition, the manufacturer of a lottery ticket must have a license for the manufacture of this type of product, issued by the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

All manufacturing methods are prescribed in the orders of the Ministry of Finance and are mandatory. Thus, when purchasing a lottery ticket, you can be sure of its security. Naturally, this all applies only to lottery tickets held by the state or firms that have the permission of the Russian Ministry of Finance. If the ticket or the place of its sale seems suspicious to you, then it is better to refuse such a purchase.

Completed projects for the production of lottery tickets

When the printing house has only 5 days to print more than 40,000 lottery tickets, and only a few hours remain before the delivery of circulation to the train, only professionals can cope with such a task. Effecton has its own know-how!

A young man from Novosibirsk was sentenced to two years in prison for major lottery fraud. Together with his accomplices, he bought instant lottery tickets at the post offices of the Altai Republic, erased the protective layer from them and exchanged them for winnings - the profit exceeded 5 million rubles. Experts are perplexed as to how the Novosibirsk craftsmen managed to get money with impunity for six months at the offices of the Russian Post and remain unnoticed at the same time. Lottery tickets rarely become the object of fraud - at least, such facts are unknown to the Novosibirsk police. About frauds with fortune - in the material NGS.NEW.

On March 7, the Mayminsky District Court of the Republic of Altai passed a sentence on Okhrana Mamedov, born in 1987. An unemployed resident of Novosibirsk was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison in a penal colony for fraud committed by an organized group of persons or on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In December 2012, his accomplices, Novosibirsk residents Yuri Sosnin and Mansur Azimov, were convicted under the same article. Each of them will spend 4 years and 6 months in the colony.

The prosecutor's office of Gorno-Altaisk reported that the young people, having entered into a criminal conspiracy, went to the Altai Republic, where in just three months, from April to June 2011, they earned 5 million 18 thousand rubles. on lottery scams. In the offices of the Russian Post in Gorno-Altaisk and Maima, they bought instant lottery tickets, and then brought them back with combinations of numbers, which are supposed to win big.

Okhran Mammadov, who appeared before the court later than his comrades, as he was on the federal wanted list, received a prize of 1,515 tickets at the post office in the village of Maima.

Mammadov himself has not pleaded guilty and can still appeal against the verdict, which has not yet entered into force. In December 2012, his accomplices Sosnin and Azimov tried to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court of the Altai Republic, but their sentence remained unchanged.

Assistant Prosecutor of the Republic of Altai Larisa Shestak declined to explain the essence of the scheme by which the scammers acted, referring to the fact that resourceful young people may have no less enterprising followers. It is known from the message of the Maiminsky District Administration that the criminals have found a way to discreetly remove the protective layer from the tickets and return it back.

Young people chose three types of instant lottery tickets for fraud: the All-Russian Housing Lottery, the All-Russian Social Lottery and the All-Russian Lottery-Subsidy, which are sold at Russian Post offices.

On each of the tickets there is a field with two columns and two cells - "floors", covered with a protective film. In each column, only one cell promises a win - a number is hidden in it. The player begins to erase the film, starting from the first "floor" - it promises a minimum amount of 50 rubles - and gradually rises higher. If the player stumbles upon a failed cell, then the winnings are burned. If you get to the top - you can get 20,000, 50,000 or 100,000 rubles. The maximum win is an apartment.

Irina Pidoprigora, the state prosecutor of the Mayma village prosecutor's office, said that the scammers took money - the prospect of winning real estate did not attract them.

Fraud was suspected by the employees of the Russian Post when they realized that the same young people too often come to win, presenting tickets where the cells with the amounts are open almost to the upper "floors", Ms. Shestak said. The postal staff first puzzled their own security team, but their check turned up nothing. Then the lucky tickets were handed over to the police - they ordered an examination, which proved the fact of illegal influence. The Altai police established operational surveillance of the mail and detained Novosibirsk residents.

“No charges were brought against the employees of the Russian Post, and the version that [the fraudsters] were helped at the post office did not appear in the case file,” Ms. Pidoprigora added. According to her, the fact of external influence on lottery tickets was confirmed in the course of the trial.

Printing experts questioned whether the protective film could be discreetly opened and put back in place. “The protective film is not removed like a sticker, even under the influence of chemicals,” an employee of a Moscow company that manufactures lottery tickets shared on condition of anonymity. “A special solution is applied under the scratch layer, which has an adhesive base and does not allow the film to be removed without damage.”

According to the expert, if the film was actually filmed, the sellers could not help suspecting this, because the rules of the game contain a clause obliging them to refuse to pay the winnings if there is even “the slightest dot” on the field.

CJSC "Sibpro" (Novosibirsk printing company) complained that the organizers of lotteries, before paying out the winnings, often neglect their own rules - they do not send the ticket for examination. The Altai tour of the lottery scammers from Novosibirsk left the police officers in bewilderment - the department of economic security of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the NSO could not recall such cases. An employee of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the NSO, Anton Surnin, assured that lotteries do not give rise to fraud - Novosibirsk police have not encountered fraud like the Altai one in the past 10 years.

We used to have such cards to pay for the Internet. I was too lazy to get my nails dirty and litter, tearing off the protective layer as it should be. I took a Swiss knife and carefully cut it all off. Then, if desired, you can stick it back.

The card was laminated, but the ticket was not. So it is unlikely that you can remove the protective layer from the ticket ...

Veter_k 15-03-2013 09:55

They did not return the protective layer, but most likely found a way to interrupt the numbers below it.

sleight of hand and no fraud .. (C)
ticket protection means did not provide protection for tickets .. claims must be made to the organizer of this very lottery .. otherwise you can completely discourage people from buying already not popular lotteries ..

rawmeathunter 15-03-2013 11:30

Yes, they probably just applied a new "protective layer". I think the technology there is not so cosmic.

about how they cheated and what the deception is not a word
only about the fact that they won a lot

so what's the fault?

It can be assumed that they collected statistics during the passage of radiation through the cell (X-ray for example) and could know exactly where it is empty and where it is dense. By the way, you need to try In Mon I'll try - I'll unsubscribe here according to the result.

the link says
"From the message of the Maiminsky district administration, it is known that the criminals have found a way to discreetly remove the protective layer from the tickets and return it back."
Further, the "empty" cell was probably determined, and erased to it.

Militarist 18-03-2013 03:54

I have a slightly different assumption, more simple.
We freeze the ticket in the freezer, after that we take it out into the light of day, the condensate on the surface of the erasable layer should not lie evenly due to the different heat capacity of the ticket itself and the paint with the symbol under this layer.

Kill_Maker 18-03-2013 12:05

in general, everyone who spoke here about the methods of how to determine the winnings in this lottery should be screwed!)) because there is no need to invent here!

shakra 19-03-2013 12:10

It was in Yekaterinburg a couple of years ago. So the technology has already been developed.

jacker2000 19-03-2013 15:03

I played this washer .. I almost got to the top level)) Most likely they changed it for my ticket and did it like that. We bought a ticket .. erased the bastards. and went home .. at home they learned in what order it was necessary to wash and applied a new layer. When they arrived at the post office, they took another ticket .. went aside and changed it to their own, and washed it in the right order)

IDS 19-03-2013 23:53

"and applied a new layer"

Another question arose: in theory, the ticket should be sent for examination. So here's a question - and not "proe ... but" him on the way? And the postal workers won't pocket it?

As for layered tomography, this is interesting, if you pass a ticket through a CT scanner (I just have a familiar radiologist working on CT). Who knows the rules of the lottery, share how you can win? And if ultrasound is done with a linear sensor?

TIR 23-03-2013 19:20

Do not be stupid - CT does not have such resolution this time. Secondly, the density of the paint is insufficient. It looks like you are SIGNIFICANTLY overestimating the capabilities of the tomograph. Have you seen any pictures from him?

TIR 23-03-2013 19:23

About ultrasound, too, zachod. What else - MRI, hadron collider?

gray76 23-03-2013 19:58

In CT devices, the thickness of the cut plays a role (a step of 1 cm is already a low resolution), if you find a device with a small step (1 mm), then you can try to experiment, the only thing you need to take into account is the negligible thickness of the dye under the protective layer (I think a few hundred and maybe thousands of molecules) to which the sensors may simply not respond. Here it would be more reasonable to use a linear ultrasonic sensor that responds to different densities in the protective and ink layers, the main thing is that the protective layer is permeable to the same ultrasound and a miniature ultrasonic flaw detector would be useful, which is used, for example, for troubleshooting electronic circuit boards.

shakra 23-03-2013 23:43

Too complicated, well, a maximum of a thousand people across the country have access to MRI. And they do not need Urki accomplices.
All these methods are born in the camps. And there, from the available reagents, acrylic, fats, paints, varnishes. The old protection is erased entirely. The new one is simply drawn on top. On examination it is determined that there is no bank employee. The greed of lottery organizers. All these losses are included in the cost of circulation and they are paid by honest citizens, read suckers. Their fate is to pay for everything and always. And no one is sorry. Those who play the lottery are stupid goons. Hoping to do nothing and get rich. Who organizes, well, cannibals who profit from the stupidity and ignorance of people certainly should not be pitied. Crooks steal, the police sometimes catch, everything is fine.

TIR 25-03-2013 13:17

Shakra - what about the MRI? You have probably heard about it somewhere, but what is it, at least approximately?

shakra 25-03-2013 15:07

gray76 25-03-2013 18:13

Shakra, handsome, rebuffed the ignoramus well, only this TIR is partly right, because with an MRI an isotope needs to be injected into the body, it is not known how to do this with a piece of cardboard (soak it with a solution). By the way, a colleague in which hospital you work, it would be possible to cooperate against the dark forces

gray76 25-03-2013 18:19

How do you consider the option with a portable thickness gauge (these are used to measure the thickness of car paintwork, they are available and inexpensive), the only thing is that the substrate must be made of metal (which is allowed by placing the object under study between two thin planes, the back of which is metal) and the tip of the sensor should be thin 1-2 mm.

gray76 26-03-2013 13:34

TIR-ear, you are my golden one, MRI is performed not according to programs, but according to protocols, to be more precise, for patients of various body densities and age categories). And I am an orderly-shooter in the MB OUP in Krasnoye Selo.

TIR 26-03-2013 13:58

Phew. Tough. MRI eyes for orderlies - works according to the protocol. Have you heard of Peter Mansfield in your village?

My daughter Daria and I decided to do something unusual for St. Valentine's Day. Different valentines were already given in the first and second grade, so we decided to make lotteries. We climbed the entire Internet, took something there, invented something ourselves, as a result we got original valentines with prizes. Classmates and the teacher liked the idea very much, everything went well and the daughter is happy. And since February 23 is coming soon, so I decided to make a lottery for our male employees, that's what happened. And now everything is in order.
To make a lottery, you need the following materials:
matte cardboard (not glossy),
candle,
liquid soap or shower gel,
gouache of the chosen color,
scissors,
figured large hole punchers or figured scissors,
outlines, glitter glue (optional), stencil paper or ready-made stencil

I will show both processes at once: our first experience with my daughter - valentine lotteries and a new experiment - lotteries by February 23. As prizes for children, they used small stationery, sweets, balls, lollipops. From experience, children are not even interested in the prize, but the process of intrigue, erasure and, lo and behold, I have a prize :).
Prizes for men will be comic ... something like this: a car - a small toy car, a machine gun - a water pistol for children, a title - a medal for courage, etc., a sports complex - a candy bar, a laptop - a notebook, etc. We have men very little, so in addition to the lottery, we will also give something "serious" :)

In general, we need to print on matte cardboard (or thick matte photo paper) the names of our prizes or our lottery template. In haste, in the Photoshop program, I put on a template for the future lottery and printed it out on a printer. For Daria's school lottery, we simply printed out the name of the prizes, without color drawings.

Next, you need to arrange our lotteries with scissors, curly scissors or hole punches.
Valentine's lottery cards, my daughter and I, "punched" with the help of our favorite huge hole punchers (cutting diameter 5 cm) ... very beautiful valentines turned out! You can cut lotteries with scissors or curly scissors, as fantasy tells.

I cut out lotteries for men with curly scissors. After the lotteries are cut out, we will create a protective layer (in order to wipe it off with a coin :). On the inscription (the name of the prize) you need to apply a layer of paraffin, then smear it with liquid soap and, after drying, apply gouache through a stencil. And now everything is in detail.

I have a self-adhesive film lying around, apparently defective .. it does not adhere well to any surface, and if it sticks, then after a couple of hours it leaves by itself. Therefore, it was decided to use this film - as a stencil. The film easily leaves the cardboard. In general, a film (normal) is not suitable for use as a stencil on cardboard, as it can come off later along with a layer of cardboard. But just in case, I'll tell you about our option :). You can use just a sheet of office paper for a stencil, I’ll talk about it below.

On an old sheet of paper, we laid our blanks with inscriptions, then removed the protective layer from the film and glued them directly onto the blanks, so that all the inscriptions were clearly visible. Since the stencil squares are larger than lottery blanks, they stuck to the paper. It turned out very convenient, the blanks do not move, and everything is clearly visible.

To protect our inscription, we need a candle. I use a small candle, freed from the stand. You can use an ordinary long candle, but for convenience it is better to cut off a small piece of the candle.

Next, you need to apply a layer of paraffin on the inscription, we do this so that the paint applied further is well removed without damaging the inscription. It is better to apply a layer of paraffin in a circular motion with slight pressure. Please note that the entire inscription is covered with a layer of paraffin.

I do the same with employee lotteries. If you can do this process without a stencil (gently) you can immediately apply to the lottery.

After that, you need to apply (on a layer with paraffin) liquid soap, just rub it with your finger. When the liquid soap dries, proceed to the next step. Liquid soap is necessary so that the paint (gouache) lays well on the paraffin.

After the layer of liquid soap dries, apply gouache with a wide brush (or sponge), apply with two or three strokes. On valentines, we used red gouache, and applied a layer of gold on top. I tried to use gold gouache, but the paint is not quite dense and the inscription is translucent. Red gouache is easy to lay down, covers the entire inscription and does not shine through. But it is better to use silver gouache, the protective layer is obtained just like on a lottery from a store.

On the lotteries by February 23 we apply silver gouache. I like it better when the paint is applied with a sponge, the layer is obtained without streaks. In order for the protective layer to be even and beautiful, I first cut out a stencil from paper ... as in the photo

Then she picked up paint with a brush and applied it to the "window", then evenly distributed the paint with a sponge ("pochpokala"). As a sponge, I use a cut off piece of an ordinary kitchen sponge.

It turned out very nice

And these are our, with my daughter, valentine lotteries

At the stage of decoration, you can use whatever your heart desires. We use contours and glitter glue ... we decided not to bother too much, because the lottery is a one-time one :)

After decorating.
