Mtsko electronic journal log in. Electronic diary of a student (Mrko)

24.09.2019

If earlier it was necessary to ask a child how much he received for a given day at school, now parents can know everything about the progress of their children even without their knowledge using a service such as “pgu.mos.ru electronic diary”.

This service is a full-fledged diary indicating all the grades of the student for the entire period of his education.

In fact, the creation of this service has made classic paper diaries simply unnecessary.

Although today many people have problems when working with an electronic diary.

Therefore, it would be useful to consider all the features of the functioning of this service.

How to connect this service

From the very beginning, you need to find out if your school and your class are connected to the electronic diary at all.

If you live in Moscow, most likely this is the case or will soon be so.

Indeed, today the government is making great efforts to make new technologies as popular as possible among all spheres of society.

Actually, the website pgu.mos.ru was created for this.

On this resource, you can pay for housing and communal services, make an appointment with an official, get any documents, find out the schedule for supplying water or other vital resources.

The site itself looks like Figure 2.

Among other services there is also a diary of a student of MRKO. Login and password to enter the system can be obtained from the class teacher.

The connection of the service is handled directly by the head of the educational institution.

And he, in turn, must find out about the connection at the local branch of the public services center.

But usually this is reported in full detail to the heads of educational institutions.

In any case, the employees of the public services center will always come to the rescue and organize the connection of the student's diary.

The conditions for using the student's online diary are as follows:

  1. Only the parents or legal representatives of the student have access, to whom the login and password can only be issued by the class teacher or another person specially appointed for this in the educational institution;
  2. The service is provided free of charge;
  3. You do not need to provide any documents;
  4. The validity period of the electronic diary is throughout the entire learning process.

And now let's move on to how to use an electronic diary.

Authorization

As for parents whose children study in such educational institutions that are connected to this service, they can go to the page of their child's diary on the same website of public services - pgu.mos.ru.

Only the official website of public services suggests that in order to use any of its options, a person must be registered.

Therefore, the use of the MRKO diary begins with registration on the public services portal.

This happens in several stages:

  • On the main page, click the "Register" button.

  • After that, you must fill in all the personal fields and click the "Register" button, which is located at the bottom of the page.

  • After registration, you need to enter the site. To do this, on the same start page, press the large "Login" button, then enter your login and password specified during registration, and press the "Login" button.

  • Now on the official page you again need to go to the "Electronic Diary of a Schoolchild (MRKO)". The system will automatically redirect the user authorized on the public services website to the authorization page in the electronic diary.

Clue: If the main page does not have the item “Electronic Diary of a Schoolchild (MRKO)”, it must be found in the “Education, Study” section. This section is located in the menu, which is located on the right side of the main window. Accordingly, to find the desired item there, you need to click on this section. Then the item "Electronic diary of a student (MRKO)" will become visible in the window to the right of the section names, as shown in Figure 6.

This page looks as shown in Figure 7. As for the field called "Account Name", you can enter anything there.

It is intended for when one parent will be checking the progress of two or more children and wants to create different diary accounts for them.

Then they should be named differently. The fields "MRKO Login" and "MRKO Password" are filled in according to the login and password given by the representative of the educational institution.

After entering all the data and clicking on the "Continue" button, a window will appear for checking the data. Its appearance is shown in Figure 8.

If all the data is correct, you must click the "Finish" button.

After that, you will enter directly to the page of the personal diary, that is, to the parent's personal account.

If you have any questions about entering the MRKO diary, the employees of the public services portal themselves advise you to contact the forum, where there is already a list of the most frequently asked questions.

About Usage

So, we have already examined how the student's diary is entered through the official website of public services.

Actually, after entering your personal account, the same MRKO diary will become visible.

It looks almost the same as a regular paper diary - the fields and format are taken from it. The appearance of the student's personal diary is shown in Figure No. 9.

As you can see, there are also days here with the same fields for each of them - subject, homework and grade.

All grades that the teacher puts in a real diary or in a class journal will be transferred here.

But the electronic diary has a huge number of advantages.

The main ones are as follows:

  1. Ability to view grades and homework in the selected subject. To carry out this task, you should click on the "Selected item" tab, which is indicated by the number 1 in Figure No. 9.
  2. The ability to find out all grades for the selected period - day, month, quarter or academic year. To complete this task, you need to click on the "All Grades" tab (number 2 in Figure No. 9).
  3. The ability to find out the final grades for each subject (this is the "Final grades" tab - number 3). Again, this can be done for the selected period.
  4. The ability to view grades, lessons and homework for the entire school year, including those days and weeks that have already passed. To select a schedule for a certain period of time, you must click on the current date and in the drop-down calendar indicate the boundaries of the week or other period of time you want to view. In figure No. 9, the date is indicated by the number 4.

As you know, Moscow is pursuing a policy of full integration of information systems for recording progress in order to form a single pool of data on progress, as well as to eliminate the need for teachers to do double work. However, at the moment, MRKO does not fulfill the requirements for integration, which puts many educational institutions in a difficult position, in connection with which we sent an official appeal to the Department of Education of the city of Moscow.

Current situation:

Position of DOGM: MCCS must implement all system changes necessary for integration by September of this year.

After receiving the evasive position of the ICAC regarding the integration plans (letter dated August 28, 2013), we sent the following appeal (Letter dated September 12, Attachment). And now we have received an answer: Letter from MCKO dated October 16, 2013.

.

Dear schools! We are convincing please join the discussion this situation, as well as expressing your experience in the comments to this material - this will serve the common good and save schools from arbitrariness, and teachers from unnecessary and inconvenient work. If you can't afford to introduce yourself and give your school number, please give your job title and county/district.

Brief history of events

August 2012

At videoconferences on integration with the OEJD, the issue of the need to upload data on intra-school control to MRCS was raised in order to save educational institutions from the need to duplicate assessments from the electronic journal in MRCS. Obviously, it is logical to implement this upload from the OEJD, since it collects data for all educational institutions. The ICAC staff proposed to implement a temporary solution that allows you to manually (via an Excel file) upload data on classes, contingent, personnel and the results of intermediate certification from electronic journals to MRKO.

October 2012

At a videoconference dated October 11, an employee of the ICCA Khoroshilov E.V. reported (recording time: 1 h. 22 min.) that if there are letters from educational institutions with a request to also implement the upload of data on the HSC, the MCCS implements it as well.

We have implemented the formation of a file for uploading data to MRKO. However, it turned out that all data (namely: the list of classes, the list of teachers and the list of teachers) are accepted in the MRCS, except for the direct results of the intermediate attestation. After an unsuccessful upload of data to the questions of the directors of a number of educational institutions, an answer was received from the ICCS staff that not a single developer of electronic journals had contacted them, and that they were ready to cooperate in the integration of MRCS with any electronic journal.

December 2012

51 educational institutions, using our system, applied to the ICSC with a request to upload data from our system to MRKO. This appeal was accompanied by a letter from our organization, where we expressed our readiness to implement this functionality on our part. This letter was sent to the MCKO addressed to the director A.I. Rytov December 26, 2012 (copies of the letter in the attachment).

January 2013

January 17 at the selector DOGM A.I. Rytov, responding to an appeal from a teacher from the educational institution of the Western Educational District, who was perplexed by the need to duplicate the grading of intermediate assessments both in the electronic journal used at school and in MRKO, publicly stated (recording time: 2 hours 20 minutes): “Educational institutions of the city of Moscow have the opportunity, if desired, to import this information from any electronic journal integrated with the Public Services Portal ... by uploading a single file that is generated automatically ... "

A.I. Rytov also claims that information about this opportunity was posted on the ICAC website in the news of September 27, 2012. However, if you carefully read this material (screenshot of the page in the attachment), then it is quite specifically written that data is uploaded to MRKO only for "Personnel", "Classes" and "Contingent", no information about uploading data on intermediate certification in this news No.

Thus, it is obvious that the statements of A.I. Rytov and the MCKO employees do not correspond to reality.

Also, in correspondence with MRKO employees, it turned out that in order to download data, it is necessary to transfer service identifiers that were not provided to the developers.

February 2013

We implemented support for these service identifiers and sent a test file for verification to the MCKO E.V. Khoroshilov, who made a test download of the file and confirmed that we are generating the correct file, however, when uploading it, a problem was discovered on the side of MRKO, which they "will fix soon". A month later, no action was taken from the MCKO.

April 2013

To resolve the issue, we were redirected to the head of the Department of Information and Technical Support and Software and Hardware of the MCKO I.V. Bolshakova. In the correspondence (copy in the attachment), Irina Valentinovna expressed complete bewilderment why schools should submit the results of the interim assessment to the MRKO. The arguments listing all the questions and the previously discussed integration procedures (including the answers of the IRCS) did not receive an intelligible answer.

May, 2013

With a long delay more than 4 months later after sending a letter to the MCCS from our organization and 51 educational institutions - instead of the prescribed 30 days), we received a response from the MCCS, in which A.I. Rytov, contradicting his speech at the selector, said that: "... integration with other [except for OEJD] systems for data transmission is not provided”(copy of letter attached).

Latest events

In May, we again began to receive information from educational institutions that they are obliged to switch from their chosen system of electronic journals to the electronic journal MRKO (a copy of the correspondence between our employee and the school is attached)

To resolve the situation that has arisen, we sent an official letter to the Head of the Department of Education of the city of Moscow, I.I. Kalina, with a request to give an official assessment of the situation and oblige the MCCS to carry out all the necessary integration procedures. This letter, as well as all accompanying materials, including the official response of the ICAC, see the attachment.

We turned to the ICAC for clarification of the implementation of the integration plans indicated by the DOgM:

Unfortunately, this letter not only does not bring clarity to the integration process, but also indicates the ongoing sequence of actions of the ICAC in the desire to remain a separate system, contrary to the position of the city and the stated goals of facilitating the certification and accreditation of educational institutions.

September 2013

Due to the fact that the educational institutions inform us that the MCCS, referring to the DOGM Recommendations, makes teachers have to fill in the MRCS system with an unreasonable amount of data (in particular, they require the mandatory full completion of the LCT section in terms of the element-by-element content of the lessons). For an explanation of the obligation to fulfill all the requirements of the Recommendations, we also turned to the DOGM:

And also we are making the following attempt to get to the bottom of the truth about the plans of the ICAC:

And again, unfortunately, and again contrary to the position of the city, The ICAC sees no reason to make it easier for educational institutions to interact with the ICAC, because:
"legislation does not provide for the simplification of procedures for certification of teaching staff and accreditation of educational activities".

Services of electronic diaries as an additional support for "paper" class journals and diaries have already been widely used in Russian schools for the past six years.

The Moscow Register of Education Quality, as a single platform for collecting data on monitoring the progress of metropolitan schools, began full-fledged work on September 1, 2014. It is he who can become a monopolist in the field of electronic performance records in the capital.

Parents are shown banner ads. Users logged in as a student or teacher will not see ads.

Schedule filled automatically (taking into account the frequency of classes) - everything is familiar. Reporting periods: quarter, trimester, year.

Response from parents: the gradebook records grades reviewed by parents and comments.

Different access rights for the teacher, class teacher, head teacher. Subject teachers have access to the subjects in their classes, the head teacher - to view the subjects of the entire school.

Reporting: is formed (progress, attendance) in the form of tables and graphs. Export to different formats (Excel, pdf), standard print version.

Modular interface: grade diary, teacher's journal, pages of lessons and homework - separate modules.

Various grading systems: 5-point, 10-point, 100-point, pass/fail.

: advertising on all pages of the web resource.

Response from parents: not provided.

Feedback from students: yes (the student can attach a file with completed homework).

Additional services: a media library of educational materials (dictionaries, fiction and educational literature), the ability to create a custom school site.

No points

Most of the information from the MRKO homepage is devoted to video tutorials on how to log in to the system, since it is integrated with the State Services portal. Access to the system for students and teachers is issued after the registration of the school in the MRKO system and the reorganization of its information system. But without an account on the State Services portal, parents will not be able to see the grades of their children: they enter the diary through the website of the State Services portal.

Functionality: ???

We did not see any screenshots or information about the functionality of the diary on the official website for teachers: neither what the teacher’s journal looks like, nor how performance statistics are collected, nor how the reporting is completed. Considering that Moscow teachers are being voluntarily-compulsorily transferred to use this electronic journal, it is doubly insulting not to know in advance what you will be working with for a whole year.

ICEC promised to make every effort to ensure a painless integration of the already functioning platforms of electronic records of progress into its system. But while this procedure is quite painful.

Integration of electronic diaries with MRKO

Diary RU- the only existing system of electronic journals that receives state support. Since 2009, its implementation has been supported by the national project "Education" and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the comment that the press service of Dnevnik.ru gave to the Roem.ru project is full of calm and confidence (so far):

In order to respect the rights of educational organizations to independently choose information systems, and organizations - developers to freedom of competition in accordance with paragraph 8 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and Art. 15 of the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 N 135-FZ "On Protection of Competition", MRKO should be able to integrate with third-party EZhD systems, which is confirmed by I. Kalina's quote. In this regard, Moscow schools continue to work in the Dnevnik.ru system.

And here Elzhur has already encountered a lack of support for the integration of electronic journals with MRKO. At the same time, the MCKO strongly opposes the possibility of integrating other electronic journals with its service. November 11, 2014 Director of ICCA A.I. Rytov responded to numerous requests from Elzhur to develop mechanisms for correctly uploading data from their electronic journal to MRKO:

“... we inform you that the solution of the issues of implementing organizational and technical algorithms for online data exchange between the EZD MRKO and other electronic journals is not within the competence of the GAU MCKO.”

Which somewhat hints at the fact that MKRO is not going to support automation procedures for transferring existing data.

In recent years, the modern world has significantly accelerated in the development of educational technologies. Now, in many schools, instead of regular textbooks, children use special tablets. Many of the lessons they do with the help of the Internet thanks to special sites. Also among Moscow schools, the MRKO service has become popular, the electronic journal of the site new.mcko.ru, which opens up new opportunities for parents and teachers so that they can monitor the progress of their students.

This is an affordable and multifunctional service. Its main function is to monitor the educational process.

Such a system was successfully launched in Moscow quite recently. And during this period of time, she managed to prove herself exclusively from the best side. Since then, the functionality of this system has been constantly upgraded. It is updated, made better so that it can more effectively cope with the tasks assigned to it.

Magazine

Today we can say that this resource is used in most educational institutions of the city of Moscow. It has created and effectively operates a system of electronic monitoring of the educational process. Possibilities appeared:

  • view the electronic journal;
  • study student diaries.

Magazine

Do not forget about the many other parameters of the educational process. For this reason, it is now much easier to monitor student progress. MRKO electronic journal of the new.mcko.ru portal is a unique feature that greatly facilitates the work with statistics and monitoring of the educational system. You no longer need to waste time for the staff of the educational institution on summarizing the statistics. The program will handle this task on its own.

The purpose of this system is to make the educational process more visible and open. Also, the MRKO program of the electronic journal has special mechanisms that allow timely identification and neutralization of emerging difficulties during the training period.

The main idea of the project

Items

The main idea of this project is to significantly improve the quality of education received. This is due to the use of an effective monitoring tool.

This process is achieved due to the fact that a single information field is created. Parents, teachers and students themselves have access to the data. Teachers got a chance to view the electronic journal and keep it. They can also apply information about each student as needed.

Lessons in a journal

Grade check

MRKO electronic journal at new.mcko.ru allows each parent to monitor their child much faster and more efficiently. With the help of this service, you can view at any convenient time:

Over the past years of use, this service has been able to prove itself exclusively on the good side. This is confirmed by many positive reviews.

School performance

Functionality of the electronic journal

MRCS is focused on managing the quality of educational services provided. This can be achieved even if a particular organization has multiple profiles. For example, you can select the section Replacement of teachers and correct the data there.

Replacement of teachers

The director of an educational institution, when using the MRKO electronic journal, opens up a number of opportunities. He has all the relevant reports on the work performed, useful tools that will allow you to monitor and identify the necessary information from the logs.

One of the most important features that this unique opportunity has is special services. They significantly simplify the work of the portal new.mcko.ru, make it more efficient and functional. In this case, the following main services should be noted:

  • downloading information and storing it in a database;
  • electronic journal of teachers.

Powerful functionality opens up opportunities for obtaining data on personal achievements of students, and also simplifies the process of recording educational activities in order to demonstrate timely reporting. Additionally, each user of the Internet site has the opportunity to display reports in various forms that will be convenient for him on the MRKO portal using the new mcko ru electronic journal function.

For each employee or parent who has access to information in the journal, an individual entrance to the personal account is created, since different functionality is available. For example, the following employees can use very special functions:

  • system worker;
  • chief deputy director;
  • secretary.

Each role has its own specific access rights, with which you can use the new.mcko.ru resource. If parents and students can only view the available information, then employees have the opportunity to use an expanded range of actions.

This means that they can change the data. That is, they have the ability to correct certain information depending on how it changes.

Information on the site for users

The external design of the site attracts special attention of each visitor of this portal. Color solutions are characterized by restraint, but not dullness. At the same time, pop-up windows do not spoil the review, and there are no extra graphics. This means that using the MRKO platform, namely the new mcko ru electronic journal, is as convenient as possible.

The upper field is occupied by the business card of the organization, as well as information about the user who visited the portal. If there are several roles available, then it is possible to switch from one account to another, as it will be convenient for the guest of this portal.

The main menu is presented in the form of pinned informer tabs. These are special modules with sections that have a visualized drop-down list as soon as the cursor is hovered over it.

When management is carried out by the administrator, it is possible to adjust the specifics of the academic year. In this case, this user can determine the availability of rights. The head teacher performs the following functions:

Tips on the site

Master link sets are located on each resource page used. The main image displays the news about important events, as well as the exact schedule of lessons for the coming days. The control module has pop-up windows that inform you of a lot of useful information, like hints or pop-up errors.

If there is such a need, then such notifications are moved to another area of the screen. Each function of the program is carefully thought out to make the process of use as easy as possible.

It is important to consider that if MRKO is used, namely the electronic journal new mcko ru in families with several children, then the progress of each child in this family is shown in the personal account. In the event that a student or his parent needs to regularly get quick access to a resource, then you can download an electronic application for this. This will allow you to view the schedule at any convenient time.
