Mkts mode of operation. The most modern and comfortable electric trains in Russia

25.09.2019
The Moscow Central Circle of the MCC is a global and largest project in recent years related to the urban development of Moscow. The Moscow Central Ring of the MCC is another type of public transport in Moscow. The MCC is called the road of the future, capable of breathing new life into the industrial districts of Moscow.

The Moscow Central Ring is a city ring railway that will connect the metropolitan subway, rail and surface transport in Moscow into a single transport system. An important function of the MCC will be to relieve pressure on public transport, in particular, on the metro. There is a version that the construction of the MCC is an alternative to the construction of another circular metro line. It has already been calculated that with the full implementation of the MCC system, the average Muscovite will reduce the average travel time to work by twenty minutes. Some routes will become as optimized as possible. For example, from the Vladykino metro station to the Botanichesky Sad station, now you need to travel ten stations and make two transfers. Under the new system, this will be one stop and the travel time is three minutes. There are many such examples.

Moscow Central Ring photo:

Over time, at seventeen stations it will be possible to transfer to the metro, at thirty-one stations - to land transport (bus), and crossings at ten stations will allow you to transfer to suburban trains. Moreover, all transitions by 2018 will be classified as “dry feet”, that is, you will not need to go outside for a transplant. Even figures are given: the average time for a transfer will be twelve minutes, and the minimum - only thirty seconds.

History of the Moscow Central Ring

At the beginning of the 20th century, on the orders of the tsar (Nicholas II), the District Railway was built around Moscow. The task at that time was to establish uninterrupted and timely movement of cargo flows, because the main burden of transporting goods around the city at that time fell on ordinary cab drivers who ran from railway stations throughout Moscow. Railway radial lines did not solve the problem of the ever-increasing freight traffic, and on the railways of that time, freight trains were forced to stand in line for several hours. During the design and construction, a uniform design format for the buildings of the Okruzhnaya Railway stations was even developed, everything looked very decent and fit into the general style of the city. The construction was personally supervised by the Moscow governor-general. The district railway was used to transport goods, the passengers were mainly workers from adjacent factories. Since 1934, the District Railway has been used only for the transport of goods. Gradually, entire industrial zones were formed around the railway, some of them have recently been used as warehouses or rented out for a variety of purposes. The general condition of Moscow's industrial zones was also not satisfactory. The launch of traffic along the Moscow Central Ring will also stimulate the development of many former industrial zones, they will be integrated into the overall architectural and economic system of the city.

Where is the Moscow Central Ring

Moscow is getting closer to remote areas. The MCC passes through twenty-six districts of Moscow. In some areas where there is no metro, new MCC stations will appear - Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, Kotlovka, Beskudnikovsky, Koptevo, Nizhegorodsky, Metrogorodok. In addition, the Moscow Central Ring covers the so-called academic ring, on which the famous universities of the capital are located.

Moscow Central Ring scheme

On September 10, 2016, on the Day of the City of Moscow, the first stage of the launch of the Moscow Central Ring took place. Our President became the first passenger. The first stage of the MCC has been opened - twenty-six stations, at ten of them you can transfer to the metro. By the end of the year, the plan is to launch the second stage and seven more stations. There will be thirty-one stations in total. Commercial real estate, shops, cafes, shopping malls will appear in the nearest industrial zones. The MCC will be marked on the Moscow metro map as the 14th metro line.

From the unusual - passengers will see trees, chargers for phones, benches. Entrance - through turnstiles, it is possible to pass through a bank card.

High-speed Lastochka trains will run on the MCC. Each train has five wagons. The average waiting time is six minutes. For comfortable movement, all trains will have toilets, sockets, Wi-Fi, an air conditioning system, video cameras, ramps for passengers with limited mobility. There are also bike racks available. To open the car door for entry and exit, passengers will need to press a button that is active after a complete stop of movement.

On financing the MCC project Moscow Central Ring

Half of the funds for the construction and reorganization of the Moscow Railway were allocated from the federal budget, the second half from the Moscow treasury.

To attract Muscovites and guests of the city to use the new type of public transport, the Moscow authorities have made free travel on the Moscow Central Ring for one month from September 10, 2016. This action is designed to show and prove the convenience and efficiency of the new road system.

Moscow Central Ring fare

Travel along the Moscow Central Ring should be economical, namely: without transfers to other modes of transport - here is a one-time payment. If the journey is combined with the metro, then, suppose, the passenger pays for the passage at the entrance to the metro, then pays nothing - transfers to one of the MCC stations, then pays nothing again, returns to the metro and exits the city. There is some clarification. When entering the subway for the second time, you just need to attach the ticket used at the first entry to the turnstile, if less than ninety minutes have passed since the first entry, you don’t have to pay, if more, sorry, but here you will have to pay for the entrance again.

Moscow Central Ring what are the tariffs and what about the tickets? The MCC tariff system will be identical to the metro. Metro tickets that can be used according to the above scheme must be purchased no earlier than September 01, 2016. If the ticket was purchased earlier, then it must be reprogrammed at the metro ticket office. The subway is constantly talking about it. The most hassle-free way is to use the TROIKA card, there is nothing to restart or reconfigure. The possibility of using a bank card is promised by the end of 2016 with the launch of the second stage.

About pleasant

During the first free month - exactly, further - is still unknown, but MCC passengers, sitting in comfortable chairs, will be able to listen to the story of the electronic guide, about the history of the MCC and the sights of the city that flicker outside the window.

Combining all types of public urban transport into a single system in Moscow is so far the only example in Russia. But far from the only one in the world. In particular, many cite a similar system in Berlin, Barcelona and other European cities as an example. The unified and coordinated public transport scheme "MCC Scheme" is already on the new Moscow metro scheme.

Reconstruction of the Moscow Central Ring (MCC)- a unique project not only for Moscow, but for Russia as a whole. The MCC has become a full-fledged light metro, integrated into the metro system.

The MCC scheme is inscribed in the metropolitan metro map. It indicates the approximate time of ground transfers from the MCC.

In addition, the diagram shows possible transfers from the MCC to surface urban transport, the interval of traffic, etc.

The movement along the ring was launched on September 10, 2016. This gave a new impetus to the development of the abandoned industrial areas of the capital, and also made it possible to cut the Gordian knot of transport problems hanging over the capital.

The Moscow Central Ring is the road to the future. Thanks to the ring, trips around the capital take an average of 20 minutes. Another unique feature of the MCC was that it connected the garden and park ensembles of the capital: the Mikhalkovo estate, the Botanical Garden, the territories of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements and the Losiny Ostrov National Park, the Vorobyovy Gory nature reserve and others.

The MCC is a new life for the industrial zones of Moscow

Since 1908, the Moscow Central Ring served the industrial zones and mainly performed the function of transporting goods. However, over time, many industrial areas around this ring fell into disrepair, some industries closed. A number of industrial zones were used as warehouses at best. Now these territories are being actively reorganized, housing with social facilities, sports complexes, etc. are being built here. And developing territories require convenient transport links.

The launch of passenger traffic along the MCC solves the issue of transport support for industrial zones. In addition, the ring connected commuter trains and electric trains that go to the city center with MCC stations. Passengers can, before reaching the city center, transfer to the MCC trains and move on practically throughout the entire territory of Moscow.

All MCC stations were built in the form of transport interchange hubs (TPU). They will include offices, shopping malls, shops and cafes. This concept meets both the interests of investors, for whom it is important to recoup investments in construction, and the needs of citizens.

On September 10, passenger traffic is launched on the Moscow Central Circle, in fact, the second ring line of the metro, only on the ground. The MCC will unload the subway by at least 15%, and will provide residents of several districts with convenient modern stations near their homes.

“This is an unprecedented project,” says Deputy Mayor for Transport Maxim Liksutov. “In fact, the entire 14th metro line, which will connect areas that used to be the periphery, but now they are almost in the center of Moscow. Immediately six districts where there is no metro now will receive new stations: Metrogorodok, Beskudnikovsky, Koptevo, Kotlovka, Nizhegorodsky, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki. For the first time, we are launching such a large-scale infrastructure, and even with a huge margin of carrying capacity." On September 10, 24 stations will start working, and 7 more will open before the end of the year. From them it will be possible to carry out 14 transfers to the metro, and five of them in a warm circuit: Vladykino (metro station "Vladykino"), Kutuzovskaya (metro station of the same name), Lokomotiv (metro station "Cherkizovskaya"), Delovoy Tsentr (mezhdunarodnaya "), Gagarin Square (metro station "Leninsky Prospekt"), nine more - with access to the street, as well as six transfers to the radial directions of the railway: Kazanskoye, Belorusskoye, Yaroslavskoye, Leningradskoye and Savelovskoye. In 2017-2018 transfers will be added to the Riga and Paveletsky directions of the railway, for which new stations will be built there, and the Severyanin platform will be pulled closer to the ring in the Yaroslavl direction. In total, the opening of the new ring will give metropolitan passengers 350 new transfer options, if we also take into account the new surface transport routes connected to each station.

Six districts where there is no metro now will receive new stations

So, for example, to arrive from "Partizanskaya" on the highway of Enthusiasts, now it takes 25 minutes, and after the launch of the MCC, 5 minutes will be enough. Or another of the most promising routes - Leninsky Prospekt - International. Now, to overcome this path by public transport, you need at least half an hour, and from Saturday 10 minutes will be enough. For examples of routes, how and how much time can be saved on each, see transport.mos.ru. On the ring site mkzd.ru, using an interactive map, by entering your address, you can find out how to get to the nearest MCC station. In order for passengers to start looking closely at new routes in advance, already at the end of August, they began to put up a new scheme of the Moscow Metro with MCC stations in metro cars. In addition, the route lanes have also been updated in the metro - this is a list of stations and transfers on each platform. At all stations, so far covered with white stripes, signs of transfers to the MCC have appeared. At the same time, the transport complex of the capital does not count on a full house in the first year. “We believe that for about a year or a year and a half, passengers will get used to it, use it from time to time, change their transport behavior,” says Maxim Liksutov. “Residents, especially in Moscow, are very conservative in choosing their routes. We think that in the first year Approximately 75 million people will use the MCC, trains will run every 6 minutes during peak hours, then gradually reach 300 million passengers a year."

Meanwhile

In the last days before the opening of passenger traffic, workers are polishing the ring itself and around it. According to the press service of the municipal economy complex, about 20 thousand people are now working on the improvement of the territories. Now 56 buildings have been repaired. Industrial enterprises located in the territories adjacent to the ring are putting the facades in order. A fence and 16 noise screens are installed around the ring for safety.

Six news about the MCC

Speaking of birds

What do Muscovites need to know, who will soon travel along the new railway ring, which, after a comprehensive reconstruction, has turned into one of the most modern and passenger-friendly transport systems in the world?

1. Ticket prices - like in the subway

For the first month, admission to the MCC will be free. And from October 10, well-known tickets will be valid at the MCC: "Troika", "United", "90 minutes". The cost of the trip will be the same with the subway: a single ticket costs 50 rubles, a one-time trip along the Troika - 32 rubles, a one-time "90 minutes", automatically activated when passing through the Troika - 49 rubles. A "single" ticket for 20 trips will cost 650 rubles, for 40 trips - 1300, for 60 - 1570 rubles, and so on. Travel cards will also be accepted - payment cards issued by many banks. In addition, absolutely all the benefits that apply to urban public transport have been preserved for Muscovites.

2. Transfers from the metro - free for 90 minutes

Transfers from the metro to the ring and back within 90 minutes will also be free, and they will remain free after October 10. The press service of the metropolitan metro "RG" explained that the following order of passage through the turnstiles will operate: if a passenger changes from the metro to the MCC and plans to make another transfer back to the metro within 90 minutes, then he needs to go through turnstile with a special yellow sticker. The software will record the time of the passage, and with the same ticket you can then go back to the subway for free. If a passenger simply enters the MCC from the street or, having changed seats from the metro, he does not plan to return again within an hour and a half, then he can use any other turnstile.

3. Tickets purchased before September 1 must be reflashed

Important clarification: in order to enter the MCC, you must activate your ticket for trips along the new ring if it was purchased before September 1 of this year. You can do this at any metro ticket office, the Moscow Monorail or the Moscow Transport Center. Card activation is free of charge and without changing the number of trips. As for the activation of Troika, it is enough to replenish it for any amount, starting from one ruble, or if tariffs are written on the card, then activate it at the box office. Social cards do not need to be reactivated.

4. Available to everyone

Conveniences start from the very entrance to the MCC and accompany the passenger throughout the journey. All stations are fully accessible for passengers with limited mobility and people with disabilities: there are elevators everywhere, turnstiles with wide doors are required in all lobbies, and a window with a low level for wheelchair passengers is equipped in each ticket office. In addition, there are toilets at the stations.

5. The most modern and comfortable electric trains in Russia

Every 6 minutes during peak hours and 15 minutes the rest of the time, Lastochki, one of the most convenient electric trains operating in Russia, should arrive at the station. In carriages with well-thought-out interior space, everyone is comfortable: both passengers with disabilities, and people with luggage, with strollers, bicycles. There is climate control inside, dry closets in the head cars, Internet access and sockets for recharging phones throughout the train. The maximum capacity of the train is 1200 people.

6. Passengers will open doors in Lastochka on their own

Or rather - with the help of buttons installed on both sides. This was done because of the predicted small passenger traffic, in the future they can be made automatic.

Historical reference

The small railway ring was designed at the end of the 19th century - the need for it arose due to the fact that the radial railway lines of Moscow practically stood up. It took about seven years to build, and its opening saved the city from a transport collapse. By the way, when the ring was launched, there was passenger traffic on it, as it is now - it was thanks to him that beautiful stations appeared along the road. Nevertheless, the residents of the capital did not really like to travel along it, they preferred to travel to neighboring - then still the outskirts of Moscow - on land, rather than rail transport, and as a result, in 1934 only freight trains remained here.

But since the late nineties, the need to resume passenger traffic has become obvious - Moscow has grown significantly, and roads have become scarce. The project was hampered by the fact that the ring remained non-electrified - only diesel locomotives and diesel trains could pass through it. Over the past twenty years, there have been many projects, up to the purchase of diesel buses, and it was only in 2011 that the decision was made to electrify and reconstruct the ring.

Transfers to 11 metro lines and nine radial railway lines, 31 stops, 54 kilometers of tracks, about 40 thousand new jobs, trips around the city are 20 minutes shorter. Behind the dry numbers of statistics - comfort and speed. What will the Small Ring of the Moscow Railway be like?

The Small Ring of the Moscow Railway (MKZhD) is more than a hundred years old. Previously, passenger trains ran along it, but over time, the bulk of traffic was the transportation of goods. The ring served industrial zones, many of which eventually fell into disrepair and were used as warehouses at best.

Now these territories are being reorganized: housing, sports complexes, and social facilities are being built here. Developing industrial zones need good transport links. On the rails, where only freight trains used to go, in 10 years up to 300 million people a year will be able to go. However, the city does not refuse cargo transportation along the Moscow Ring Railway: freight trains will run along the tracks. For cargo traffic, additional tracks are being laid with a length of about 30 kilometers.

The main goal of the current reconstruction is to create a light underground metro on the basis of the old ring and connect it with the subway and other transport with a system of convenient transfer hubs. The second metro ring and the Moscow Ring Railway, which are under construction, will complement, not duplicate each other. The third interchange circuit is shifted to the south, and the railway is to the north of Moscow. In neighboring areas, for example, from the northwest to the northeast, passengers will be able to get very quickly.

Investors are also showing interest in the territories around the Moscow Ring Railway, who will be able to invest in areas that were previously inaccessible to transport. It is planned to build more than 300,000 square meters of hotels, 250,000 square meters of retail space, 200,000 square meters of new offices and technology parks. This will create approx.

Mini-stations and dry transfer

The stations, of which there will be 31 on the Moscow Ring Railway, are entire mini-station stations in the form (TPU), which will connect the metro, railway and public transport. From them it will be possible to transfer to 17 stations of 11 metro lines (radial lines and the Third Interchange Circuit under construction) and to nine radial directions of the railway. At the stops of the ring there will be transfers to ground transport. Its routes will be specially adjusted so as to bring passengers here.

The transfer will take a matter of minutes, and 11 stations will be organized according to the principle. This means that you will not have to go outside from the stations. The system of covered passages and galleries will protect pedestrians from rain, snow, and cold. And there will be four stations so that there is natural light in the lobbies.

Motorists will be able to park their car in park-and-ride parking lots and transfer to public transport. For people with limited mobility, elevators, escalators, lifts, and tactile tiles will be installed.

Three times faster in Moscow

During peak hours, trains will run every six minutes, the rest of the time - at intervals of 11-15 minutes. It will be possible to drive a full circle along the Moscow Ring Road in an hour and a quarter. The new transport circuit will make the trip around the capital an average of 20 minutes shorter.

Now, to get from the metro station "Leninsky Prospekt" to "Mezhdunarodnaya", you need to make two transfers and drive six stations. This will take approximately 28 minutes. And it will be possible to get to the business center "Moscow-City" 2.5 times faster via the Moscow Ring Road. At the Gagarin Square transport hub, you will have to take a train, drive three stations to the City stop and get off at the Mezhdunarodnaya metro station. This route will take .

And the travel time from the metro station "Boulevard Rokossovsky" to "Vladykin" will be reduced three times. Now, to get from one station to another, you need to transfer twice and travel 12 stations, spending 39 minutes on it. And along the Moscow Ring Road - only four stations without transfers in 12 minutes.

Today it takes 45 minutes to get from the NATI platform to the Kutuzovskaya metro station: first by rail, and then by metro with a change. On the Moscow Ring Road, the journey will take about 28 minutes. These are nine stations without transfers.

The opening of passenger traffic along the ring will improve transport accessibility - Metrogorodok, Beskudnikovsky, Koptev, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki and Nizhny Novgorod. More than a third of all Moscow Ring Railway stations will be located here. Residents in these areas will spend an average of 15 minutes less on trips to the center.

According to preliminary calculations, the travel time between stations will be from 1.6 to 4.2 minutes. The fastest route is from the ZIL station to Varshavskoye Highway. The shortest distance is between City and Shelepikha, and the longest distance is between Luzhniki and Kutuzov.

With comfort and breeze: what trains will be allowed on the Moscow Ring Road

A Lastochka for 1,250 passengers will be launched around the ring. Up to 100 pairs of trains will run per day, which can accelerate to 120 kilometers per hour. Depending on the load, the number of wagons in the train can be changed from five to ten. The cabin will have Wi-Fi, sockets for charging phones and other gadgets. Information in the squads is in Russian and English, which is especially relevant on the eve of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Only TPU "Luzhniki" near the stadium of the same name, where several matches of the World Cup will be held, will be able to serve up to nine thousand people at rush hour.

Each car has a climate control system and three doors so that passengers get in and out faster. Inside, it will be convenient for people with limited mobility, cyclists and parents with strollers. There will be toilets on the trains. They will appear and It is planned to install separate rooms for men, women and people with limited mobility on 28 of them, and on Avtozavodskaya, Botanical Garden and Volgogradsky Prospekt there will be one common toilet for all passengers.

Protective screens and the so-called velvet tracks will save Muscovites from unnecessary noise - without the sound of wheels. Railway tracks are laid using lashes from a rail-sleeper lattice of increased length in some sections over 800 meters. Electrified rolling stock is also noticeably quieter than diesel locomotives.

Lastochka is being equipped with a train system similar to the one used at the Sochi Winter Olympics. At first, it will be a partial autopilot: the system will work in the mode of hints to the driver. In the future, it will be able to control the movement of trains completely automatically, but a person will still be entrusted with controlling the process.

To work on modern trains, 320 drivers and assistant drivers. The simulator simulates a trip on the Lastochka under different weather, time of day and possible malfunctions. And in theoretical classes, drivers are taught how to act in emergency situations and communicate with passengers.

Free transfers and benefits

There are no fares yet, but it will be possible to pay for trips with the help of, such as Troika and United. Passengers will not have to pay twice: transfers from the Moscow Ring Road to the metro will be free for an hour and a half. This time should be enough to go down to the subway, and not necessarily to the nearest station.

Beneficiaries will retain the right to the ring. They will be able to use the social card of a Muscovite. Students and other students will be able to travel along the Moscow Ring Road with preferential metro cards.

Ring of gardens and parks

The Moscow Ring Railway will connect the landscape gardening ensembles of the capital: the Mikhalkovo estate, the Botanical Garden, the territories of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements and the Losiny Ostrov National Park, the Vorobyovy Gory nature reserve and others.

If you go to Moscow, which is under construction in the north, you can see the Mikhalkovo estate, a monument of garden and park art. Red brick entrance towers with kokoshniks are visible even behind the lush foliage in summer and behind the snow in winter. Cascades of ponds and gazebos-rotundas, towers of the western gates, southern gates decorated with teeth in the form of swallowtails, southeastern, front gates, and an office building have survived to this day. The southwest wing is now a hotel.

The territory, which is planned to be built near the Moscow Ring Railway and metro stations of the same name, is adjacent to the water protection, coastal and coastal zones of the Yauza River from the west, and the Botanical Garden from the south. From the future Belokamennaya and Yaroslavskaya transport interchange hubs, it will be possible to get to the Losiny Ostrov National Park, from the Luzhniki TPU - to the Vorobyovy Gory nature reserve.

What about abroad?

Light rail transport is being actively developed in other large cities, such as Berlin and Istanbul. The total length of railway tracks in the latter is about 175 kilometers. About 400 million people are transported by various types of rail transport in Istanbul every year. A feature of the transport system of the Turkish city is the tunnel under the Bosphorus, which connects the European and Asian parts of the city.

There are also several types of rail transport in Berlin. The length of the U-Bahn lines (metro) is 147 kilometers (173 stations), the S-Bahn lines (city train) are 331 kilometers (166 stations). Together they carry about 900 million passengers annually.

The opening of the Moscow Central Ring (MCC) took place on September 10, 2016. There are 31 stations available for passengers. RIAMO correspondent learned how to use a new type of urban transport.

On the launch day, 26 stations were put into operation: Okruzhnaya, Likhobory, Baltiyskaya, Streshnevo, Shelepikha, Khoroshevo, Delovoi Tsentr, Kutuzovskaya, Luzhniki, Gagarin Square ”, “Crimean”, “Upper boilers”, “Vladykino”, “Botanical Garden”, “Rostokino”, “Belokamennaya”, “Rokossovsky Boulevard”, “Locomotive”, “Highway Enthusiasts”, “Nizhny Novgorod”, “Novokhokhlovskaya”, "Ugreshskaya", "Avtozavodskaya", "ZIL", as well as "Izmailovo" and "Andronovka".

In 2018, the construction of warm transitions will be completed: it will be possible to make transfers without going outside. In total, 350 transfers will be available for passengers, so travel time should be reduced by 3 times.

Fare

To get to the MCC station, you can use any travel cards of the Moscow Metro ("Troika", "Ediny", "90 minutes"), as well as social cards. Within 90 minutes from the moment of ticket validation, the transition from the metro to the MCC and back is free. It is also possible to pay for travel by credit cards.

MCC schemes

Three variants of MCC schemes have been developed for passengers. The first one, in addition to metro lines and MCC stations, indicates the stages of opening stations and crossings, the distance between transfer stations and the time it takes to transfer.

The second version of the scheme will help passengers of electric trains orient themselves: the map shows railway stations, existing metro lines, as well as MCC stations and "warm" transfers to the metro.

The third scheme shows the stops of urban ground transport near the MCC stations, as well as the interval of its movement during rush hour. For example, from the Luzhniki platform of the Moscow Central Circle, you can go to the Sportivnaya metro station in 2 minutes. Buses 806, 64, 132 and 255 run regularly there, so getting to the right place is not difficult.

In addition, the map shows all the main attractions of the city, forest parks and nature reserves. Many of them are within walking distance of the MCC, for example, the Losiny Ostrov park and the Vorobyovy Gory nature reserve.

Transplants

The MCC is integrated into the Moscow public transport system with the possibility of transferring to the metro, Moscow Railway trains and surface public transport.

From September 10, you can transfer from the MCC to the metro at 11 stations (Business Center, Kutuzovskaya, Luzhniki, Lokomotiv, Gagarin Square, Vladykino, Botanical Garden, Rokossovsky Boulevard, " Voykovskaya", "Highway Enthusiasts", "Avtozavodskaya"), by train - by five ("Rostokino", "Andronovka", "Okruzhnaya", "Business Center", "Likhobory").

By the end of 2016, the number of transfer hubs will increase to 14 and 6, respectively, and in 2018 there will be 17 transfers from the MCC to the metro and 10 to the train.

To make a metro-MTC-metro transfer free of charge (within 90 minutes), you need to attach a metro ticket to the turnstile with a special yellow sticker at the entrance to the MCC station.

Passengers who plan to travel only along the MCC or are going to make one metro-MTC transfer or vice versa can apply tickets to any turnstiles, including those without yellow stickers.

If you missed 1.5 hours, you must pay the fare again when transferring.

Trains and intervals

New luxury trains Lastochka with a capacity of 1,200 people run at the MCC. Their maximum speed is 160 kilometers per hour; they travel along the MCC at an average speed of 50 kilometers per hour.

The trains are equipped with air conditioning, dry closets, information panels, free Wi-Fi, sockets and bike racks.

The cars open manually: to enter or exit, you need to press a special button installed on the doors. The buttons are active (green illumination) only after the train has stopped on the platform, at other times the doors are locked for safety reasons.

In the morning and evening peak hours, the traffic interval is only 6 minutes. The rest of the time, "Swallow" you need to wait from 10 to 15 minutes.

Renewal (activation) of travel cards

In order to get to the MCC with 90 minutes, Unified for 20, 40 and 60 trips, Troika, bought or replenished before September 1, 2016, you need to renew them. To do this, you can contact the metro or monorail ticket office, as well as the metro passenger agency (Boyarsky per., 6) or the Moscow Transport service center (Staraya Basmannaya st., 20, building 1).

Holders of the Strelka card for traveling by train must exchange it at the metro ticket office for a card with the Troika application.

Activation is carried out without changing the balance of trips and the validity of the ticket, while the new reprogrammed travel documents will allow free transfers from the metro to the MCC and back.

Also, the Troika electronic card can be updated independently by topping up the balance at ticket machines at stations, on the troika.mos.ru website, via SMS or at payment terminals. As for social cards, their activation is not required.

Help and navigation

You can find out detailed information about ticket renewal, transfer hubs and navigation on the MCC from consultants at the entrance to the ring metro stations or at metro stations adjacent to the MCC. Volunteers will also help passengers navigate the new transport. A special mobile application is also being developed, with the help of which it will be possible to choose the best route.

Here you can see new convenient routes through the MCC.
