    The State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Mordovia State Pedagogical Institute named after M.E.     The Mordovian State Pedagogical Institute was organized on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR of June 30, 1962 No. 899 and the Order of the Minister of Education of the RSFSR of July 19, 1962 No. 277.

Admission to study in educational programs of secondary vocational education is publicly available and is carried out: 4.1. The term of study is 3 years 10 months (full-time education); on the basis of secondary general or secondary (complete) general education: “Teaching in primary grades”. The term of study is 3 years 10 months (full-time education). 5. The target figures for the admission of citizens for training at the expense of the federal budget are established on a competitive basis in the specialties implemented by the Institute that has state accreditation. 6. The Institute has the right to carry out, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education, admission in excess of the established admission target numbers for training on the basis of contracts for the provision of paid educational services.

Admission of foreign citizens to study in educational programs of secondary vocational education at the Institute is carried out under contracts for the provision of paid educational services or at the expense of the federal budget in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation. 8. The Institute transfers, processes and provides personal data received in connection with the admission of citizens to the Institute in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data. 9. Admission to study in educational programs guarantees the observance of the right to education and enrollment from the number of applicants with the appropriate level of education, the most capable and prepared for the development of the educational program of the appropriate level and relevant orientation of persons. II. ORGANIZATION OF ADMISSION TO THE INSTITUTE 10. Organization of admission to study in educational programs of secondary vocational education is carried out by the admissions committee of the Institute. The chairman of the selection committee is the rector of the Institute. 11. The composition, powers and procedure for the activities of the selection committee are regulated by the regulation on it, approved by the rector of the Institute. 12. The work of the selection committee and office work, as well as the personal reception of applicants and their parents (legal representatives) is organized by the executive secretary of the selection committee, who is appointed by the rector of the Institute. 13. To organize and conduct entrance examinations in the specialty "Physical Education", which requires applicants to have certain physical qualities (hereinafter referred to as entrance examinations),

The powers and procedures for the examination and appeal commissions are determined by their regulations, approved by the chairman of the selection committee. 14. Upon admission to the Institute, the observance of the rights of citizens in the field of education, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, publicity and openness of the work of the selection committee are ensured. 15. In order to confirm the authenticity of the documents submitted by applicants, the selection committee has the right to apply to the relevant state (municipal) bodies and organizations. III. ORGANIZATION OF INFORMATION OF APPLICANTS 16. The Institute acquaints the applicant and (or) his parents (legal representatives) with the Charter, License for educational activities, Certificate of state accreditation, Educational programs and other documents regulating the activities of the Institute and the implementation of educational activities, the rights and obligations of students . 17. In order to inform about admission to study, the Institute posts information on its website on the Internet information and telecommunication network, and also provides free access to the Institute building to information posted on the information stand of the admission committee and (or) in the electronic information system. 18. During the period of acceptance of documents, the admission committee daily posts on the website of the Institute and the information stand of the selection committee information on the number of applications submitted for each specialty of full-time education. The Admission Committee of the Institute ensures the functioning of special telephone lines for responding to applications related to admission to the Institute.

    6 IV. ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANTS 19. Admission to the Institute for educational programs is carried out for the first year at the personal request of citizens. Acceptance of documents for the first year of full-time education begins on June 20 and ends on August 15, and if there are vacant places at the Institute, the acceptance of documents is extended until September 25 of the current year. Acceptance of applications from persons entering for training in the educational program in the specialty "Physical Education", which requires certain physical qualities from applicants, is carried out until August 10. 20. When submitting an application (in Russian) for admission to the Institute, an applicant submits the following documents: 21.1 Citizens of the Russian Federation: - original and (or) photocopy of documents proving his identity, citizenship; - the original or a photocopy of a state document on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications; - 4 photos; - a medical certificate of the established form Foreign citizens, stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad: - a copy of the identity document of the applicant, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation, in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law of July 25 2002 115-FZ "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation"; - the original document of a foreign state on education and (or) qualifications (or its duly certified copy),

    7 if the education certified by the specified document is recognized in the Russian Federation at the level of the corresponding education in accordance with Article 107 of the Federal Law (in the case established by the Federal Law, also a certificate of recognition of a foreign education); - a duly certified translation into Russian of a document of a foreign state on education and (or) qualifications and its appendix (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document was issued); - copies of documents or other evidence confirming that a compatriot living abroad belongs to the groups provided for by Article 17 of the Federal Law of May 24, 1999 99-FZ "On the State Policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad"; - 4 photos; - a medical certificate of the established form. The surname, name and patronymic (the last one, if any) of the applicant, indicated in the translations of the submitted documents, must correspond to the surname, name and patronymic (the last one, if any) indicated in the document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation. 22. In the application, applicants must indicate the following mandatory information: - last name, first name and patronymic (the last one, if available); - Date of Birth; - details of the document proving his identity, when and by whom issued; - information about the previous level of education and a document on education and (or) qualification confirming it;

    8 - the specialty for which he plans to enroll at the Institute, indicating the conditions of study and the form of education (in terms of admission targets, places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services); - the need to provide a hostel. The application also records the fact of familiarization (including through public information systems) with copies of the license for educational activities, certificates of state accreditation of educational activities for educational programs and attachments to them or the absence of a copy of this certificate. The fact of familiarization is certified by the personal signature of the applicant. The applicant's signature also certifies the following: - receiving secondary vocational education for the first time; - familiarization (including through information systems) with the date of submission of the original document on education and (or) qualification. In the event that an applicant submits an application that does not contain all the information provided for in this paragraph, and (or) information that does not correspond to reality, the Institute returns the documents to the applicant. 23. Upon admission to training, the applicant submits the original or a copy of the medical certificate in the form 086-U. A medical certificate is recognized as valid if it is received not earlier than a year before the date of completion of the acceptance of documents and entrance examinations. If the applicant has medical contraindications established by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, the Institute ensures that he is informed about the consequences associated with these contraindications during the period of study at the Institute and subsequent professional activity.

Applicants have the right to send an application for admission, as well as the necessary documents through public postal operators, as well as in electronic form in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 149-ФЗ “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection ”, Federal Law of July 7, 2003 126-FZ “On Communications”. When sending documents by mail, the applicant shall attach to the application for admission photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, a document on education and (or) qualifications, as well as other documents provided for by these Rules. The notification and inventory of the attachment are the basis for confirming the acceptance of the applicant's documents. Acceptance of documents to the Institute is carried out no later than the deadlines established by paragraph 19 of these Rules. In case of personal presentation of the original documents, applicants are allowed to certify their photocopies by the Institute. 25. A personal file is created for each applicant, in which all submitted documents are stored. 26. Upon personal presentation of documents, the applicant is issued a receipt confirming the acceptance of documents. 27. Upon a written application, applicants have the right to take the original document of education and (or) qualifications and other documents submitted by the applicant. Documents must be returned by the Institute within the next working day after the submission of the application. V. ENTRY TESTS CARRIED OUT BY THE ORGANIZATION INDEPENDENTLY 28. Entrance tests for admission to study in the educational program in the specialty "Physical Education" are held in the form of passing standards in athletics and gymnastics.

The schedule of entrance examinations is approved by the chairman of the selection committee or his deputy and brought to the attention of applicants no later than June 1 of the current year. VI. PECULIARITIES OF ENTRANCE TESTS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE AND CITIZENS WITH DISABLED HEALTH POSSIBILITIES 30. Disabled and disabled persons, upon admission to the Institute, pass entrance examinations taking into account the peculiarities of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and state of health. 31. GENERAL RULES FOR SUBMISSION AND CONSIDERATION OF APPEALS 32. According to the results of the entrance examination, the applicant has the right to submit to the appeal commission a written statement about the violation, in his opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the test and (or) disagreement with its results (hereinafter referred to as the appeal). 33. Consideration of the appeal is not a retake of the entrance test. During the consideration of the appeal, only the correctness of the assessment of the results of passing the entrance test is checked. 34. An appeal is filed by applicants in person the next day after the announcement of the assessment for the entrance test. At the same time, the applicant has the right to familiarize himself with his work, performed during the entrance test, in the manner prescribed by the educational organization. The Admissions Committee ensures the acceptance of appeals throughout the working day. Consideration of appeals is carried out no later than the next day after the day of familiarization with the work performed during the entrance examinations. 35. When considering appeals, it is recommended that representatives of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation exercising public administration in the field of education be included in the appeal commission when considering appeals. 36. The applicant has the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal. The applicant must have an identity document and an examination sheet with him.

    12 37. One of the parents or other legal representatives has the right to be present with a minor applicant. 38. After consideration of the appeal, the decision of the appeal commission on the assessment of the entrance test is made. 39. In the event of disagreement in the appeal commission, a vote is taken, and the decision is approved by a majority of votes. The decision of the Appeal Commission drawn up by the protocol is brought to the attention of the applicant (against signature). VIII. ADMISSION TO THE INSTITUTE 40. The applicant submits the original state document on education and (or) qualifications before August 18 (before hours). Enrollment in state-funded places is carried out only if there is an incoming original document on education in the personal file. 41. Enrollment is carried out in the following order: 1) persons with a higher average score of a document on education; 2) persons with a higher score in general education subjects; 3) persons with a higher score in the entrance exam in physical education (only the specialty "Physical Education"). 42. In case of equal results in mastering the educational program of basic general or secondary (complete) general education, applicants with the best results in mastering the specialized academic disciplines of basic general or secondary (complete) general education, indicated in the submitted state documents on education submitted by incoming documents on education, shall have the priority right to enroll. Profile academic disciplines are determined taking into account the specialty of secondary vocational education.

    On August 13, the Rector of the Institute issues an order on the enrollment of persons recommended by the selection committee for enrollment and who have submitted the originals of the relevant documents.
