Oleg Sergeev is the new head coach of FC Salyut Belgorod.
The agreement with the 50-year-old specialist was concluded for 1.5 years. Oleg Vyacheslavovich joined the coaching staff of our team. His experience and skill will help our team to progress and achieve all the goals.

Oleg Vyacheslavovich, being a player, played for CSKA Moscow, became the champion and silver medalist of the USSR championship, the owner of the USSR Cup. In the Premier League of Russia, in addition to the Moscow army team, he played for Dynamo, Lokomotiv and Vladikavkaz Alania. He was called to the national teams of the USSR, CIS and Russia. He spent the last years of his playing career in the Belgorod "Salute". He played 64 matches for our team and scored 9 goals.
In Belgorod, Oleg Sergeev began his coaching career. Then he was a head coach in Rostov SKA and NIKA, Kursk Avangard, Moscow Lokomotiv-2. In the 2011-2012 season, he again returned to the Belgorod Salyut, was a member of the coaching staff of Maxim Vasiliev. He spent 3 years in the Macedonian "Vardar".
Upon returning to Russia, he changed 2 FNL clubs: in 2017 he helped Valery Esipov in Volgograd Rotor, in 2018 - Igor Shalimov in Khimki.

Maxim Vasiliev, who has been the head coach of FC Salyut Belgorod since September 2018, was unable to continue working at the club for family reasons. The contract was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.
Oleg Sergeev was appointed the new head coach of Salyut, who spent the last years of his career in Belgorod, played 64 matches and scored nine goals, the press service of the club reported.

Sergeev began his career at CSKA Moscow, where he became the champion and winner of the USSR Cup. After that he played for Moscow Dynamo and Lokomotiv, Vladikavkaz Alania.
