The single "Thinking about you", written together with DJ Romeo in 2011, became one of the soundtracks of Valeria Gai Germanika's serial film "A Short Course in a Happy Life". In 2015, Zhenya moved to Moscow and began a solo career. In winter, Zhenya Polikarpova's first video for the song "Promise" is released. First, the organizers evaluated the choreography of potential soloists, dressing them in revealing bodysuits, and then the girls' vocal abilities. At the same time, each participant underwent a psychological test: after the performance, the invited journalist inquisitively interrogated the performers, asking tricky questions like: “Are you ready to become a prostitute?”, “Will you sleep with the producer if he demands it?”.
Embarrassed and frightened, the girls tried to avoid a specific answer, but at the same time they assured those present that for the sake of the cherished place in the group they were ready for anything.
We gave them a terrible test. Not only did we undress them, for which they were absolutely unprepared. We also had a journalist who asked them vicious murderous questions. I blushed and turned white and wanted to fall under the floor myself. If I had been asked such questions, I would probably have burst into tears, but they are great, ”Anna Pletneva told Life. - I will teach them, young and yet inexperienced young ladies, how to handle a whip and be "bad girls."
