Rules of kvn and decrees of the president ms kvn. What is KVN? Club of cheerful and resourceful In what year was KVN created

20.01.2021

KVN today is not only an abbreviation for a popular TV show. This is a game that connects several generations and a huge number of representatives of different countries and cultures. After the next birthday of the club, let's remember the history of KVN, the founders and how it all began.

In the beginning it was VVV

Although the official history of KVN dates back to 1961, the basis of the popular program was laid a little earlier. In 1957, on the eve of the World Festival of Youth and Students, the center of which Moscow was chosen, at the Komsomol meeting it was decided to introduce the humorous program "An Evening of Merry Questions" into the television program. It is worth noting that the prototype of this program was the Czechoslovak TV show "Guess, Guess, Fortune Teller". The creators of this game were Sergey Muratov, Albert Axelrod and Mikhail Yakovlev, and the composer Nikita Bogoslovsky and the aspiring actress Margarita Lifanova were chosen as the hosts of the program.

The format of the TV show "Evening of funny questions" was significantly different from KVN, to which we are accustomed. First of all, the game was broadcast only live, and its participants were directly the audience. Unfortunately, despite its great popularity, the program went on the air only three times, due to an overlay on the air, the project was canceled.

The birth of a club of cheerful and resourceful

Only four years after the closing of the Evening of Funny Questions program, the idea of creating a humorous TV game "The Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful" (or simply KVN) was born. The authors of the games of the humorous club were the same people who were engaged in the games of BBB. "An evening of funny questions" was closed due to overlap with the audience, who wished to participate in the program. In this regard, the founder of KVN Sergey Muratov decided to make the game purely television. Yes, and the name KVN came in handy: in those days, this was the name of the KVN-49 TV brand. It was at this time that the format of the game-competition in wit between different teams, familiar to us from childhood, was laid.

The debut of the new TV show took place in November 1961, and Albert Axelrod and Svetlana Zhiltsova turned out to be the hosts of KVN some time after the start of the broadcast of the games.

Members of the club's first games

Unlike the current teams, the first members of the club were students of institutes and universities. In the debut game, the participants were teams from MISI (Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering) and the Institute of Foreign Languages. The first programs were broadcast live in the same way as the "Evening of Funny Questions" program had once been. And although there was no script as such initially, and some of the competitions were invented on the go, and the rules were improved in the process, the popularity of KVN grew at an amazing rate.

The KVN movement quickly spread throughout the country. Games began to be held not only among students, but also among schoolchildren and vacationers in pioneer camps, at enterprises. To get into the game that was on TV, the teams had to go through a serious selection, which only the best of the best managed to overcome.

Leading KVN - Alexander Maslyakov

Until 1964, Albert Axelrod was the main host of the TV show, but he left the TV project along with other founders - Sergei Muratov and Mikhail Yakovlev. Instead of Axelrod, Alexander Maslyakov, a student of the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers, was appointed to the post of game manager, who to this day is the leader of the club's major league games.

However, the program was not destined to be on television for a long time. The players were often ironic about the ideology of the Soviet regime, so the records of the club's games began to be censored. Over time, censorship became more severe, and sometimes even reached the point of absurdity. So, KVN participants could not go on stage with a beard - the censors saw this as a mockery of Karl Marx. And in 1971, due to the overly sharp jokes of the teams, the program was closed by decision of the head of the central television, Sergei Lapin.

We start KVN

Thanks to the efforts of one of the participants in the first KVN, the TV show was aired again. The new founder of KVN Andrey Menshikov, the captain of the MISI team, left the format of the program and the presenter (Alexander Maslyakova). But there were some innovations: an invited jury appeared (in the first editions, these were the founders of the game), new contests and a scoring system. Among other things, the host of the program had to take on the role of editor.

So, in 1986, the first game of the revived club of the cheerful and resourceful was shown on the country's television screens. It was at this moment that the club's anthem "We start KVN" appeared, and past games began with a song performed by Oleg Anofriev.

The TV show needed only a few episodes to reach the same level of popularity as previous projects. The Kvnov movement also revived, moreover, it spread not only in Russia, but also in some countries of Western Europe and in the United States of America.

KVN today

To date, KVN is one of the highest rated television programs. Kvnov games are held not only in schools and universities, but also in various enterprises. This humorous club brings together participants not only from Russia and neighboring countries, but also from many European countries. Since the return of the game to television screens, more than 100 different teams have taken part in the major leagues alone.

And although the rules of the game can change even during the competition, regardless of the level of the league (including in the major league of KVN), there are several basic, mandatory conditions. Firstly, KVN is a team game, one participant will not be released onto the stage. The team must have a captain or front man representing it at the captains' competition, if such is included in the program. Secondly, teams are tested for their ability to joke in several competitions, for example, it can be a warm-up, homework or biathlon. Moreover, each game has a thematic name that sets the direction.

On television, you can now see the games of the major leagues, premieres, international and releases of children's KVN.

The most famous kvnschikov

In the very first KVN games, which took place from 1961 to 1971, the participants were such celebrities as Boris Burda, Mikhail Zadornov, Gennady Khazanov, Leonid Yakubovich and Julius Gusman (who has long been a permanent member of the jury of major league games).

In addition, almost all the founders of the popular comedy television project "Comedy Club" left KVN. So, Garik Martirosyan led the team "New Armenians", Mikhail Galustyan - "Burnt by the Sun", in which Alexander Revva also performed, Semyon Slepakov - the team of the city of Pyatigorsk, Pavel Volya and Timur Rodriguez were members of the team Valeon Dasson.

In addition, over the years, Alexey Kortnev, Vadim Samoilov, Alexander Pushnoy, Pelageya, Alexander Gudkov, Vadim Galygin, Ekaterina Varnava and many other kvnschiks who became famous took part in the club's games.

The KVN team "Ural dumplings" releases a show of the same name, in which, like in KVN, Dmitry Sokolov, Dmitry Brikotkin participate. The first team that continued to joke on television in their own show was "Odessa Gentlemen", by the way, with their light hand, or rather, a joke uttered in one of the games, Alexander Vasilyevich Maslyakov was proclaimed the president of the club of the cheerful and resourceful.

The best KVN teams. What are they?

To earn the title of the best KVN team, the participants needed to win the major league games. Over the long history of the TV show, the cup of winners has received many teams, each of them can be called the best.

Over the years, the best were the participants of one of the most titled teams "Children of Lieutenant Schmidt", the national team of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, the Tomsk team "Maximum", "County Town", "Juice", "Triod and Diode", "SOYUZ", "Asia MIX" and many others.

Who was on the jury of the major league of KVN?

Celebrities are invited to the KVN jury - show business stars, former KVN participants, producers, actors or TV presenters. And although the composition of judges changes regularly, it is never less than 5 people. So, let's remember the most eminent members of the referee team of the club.

In the entire history of the KVN game, a huge number of celebrities have been in the role of judges. So, the founder of KVN Andrey Menshikov was present at the first games as a member of the jury. As mentioned earlier, a permanent member of the jury of major league games - He has been evaluating the ability of the participants to joke for over 30 years. - the chairman of the judging panel of the game of the major league - is present at almost all games of this level. Permanent members of the jury also include Leonid Yakubovich, Ekaterina Strizhenova, Valdis Pelsh and Mikhail Galustyan.

In addition, at various times, media personalities participated and continue to participate as members of the jury of the major league in KVN: Alexander Abdulov, Igor Vernik, Semyon Slepakov, Ivan Urgant, Andrey Malakhov, Pelageya, Leonid Yarmolnik, Andrey Mironov, Vladislav Listyev, Larisa Guzeeva and a lot others.

The best KVN teams will forever remain in the hearts of spectators and participants and go down in the history of the game as legends. Throughout the existence of the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful, the game has seen many ups and downs, successful and failed performances, as well as sparkling jokes that have firmly entered the life of KVN fans. All this was provided by ordinary students - only their long and hard work on each performance helps to treat everyday problems with humor and light irony.

The KVN team "Odessa gentlemen" showed itself in 1986, when it became the champion of the revived game led by captain Svyatoslav Pelishenko. After that, the title of champions came to the Odessa gentlemen again in 1990.

In each game, young people showed excellent results, taking prizes. The unique charm of the participants was borrowed in the 60s, and jokes with a philosophical touch were an unsurpassed success. Everyone could recognize the Odessa gentlemen by their indispensable attribute - white scarves, with which young people did not part at any joint performance.

It was the "Odessa Gentlemen" who first proclaimed Alexander Maslyakov the President of the Cheerful and Resourceful Club, and since then this title has never left the host of the game.

Although the team left the grid of the KVN championships literally in the last century, many "gentlemen" are still known and loved - read about the destinies KVNshchikov after KVN.

Ural dumplings

Perhaps " Ural dumplings"can be called the old KVN team, because they finished their last season at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. After playing five seasons, they were able to achieve the championship title and leave the Club scene in the prime of their glory. This helped the "dumplings" to establish their own show, which is still popular today.

An interesting fact is that even now, almost 20 years after the last performance as the KVN team, the participants of the Ural dumplings are shown on television screens and concert venues in the country with almost the same original composition. Undoubtedly, this is the only team that has been able to maintain its integrity and carry it through such a long time.

Children of Lieutenant Schmidt

During the merger of the Tomsk "Lux" and the Barnaul "Kaleidoscope" in 1996, no one suspected that the resulting composition of "Children of Lieutenant Schmidt" would win the popularity of viewers throughout the country.

Three championship titles, as well as multiple awards in various humorous competitions, made the “children” one of the most titled KVN teams. Like "Odessa Gentlemen", the "children" chose the elements of clothing recognizable by all - jackets and caps in black and white stripes. And to highlight the individuality of each participant, they were helped by multi-colored scarves. These are the "Children of Lieutenant Schmidt" forever remained in the hearts of KVN fans.

Burnt by the sun

For a long time" Burnt by the sun"not only entered the list of the best KVN teams, but also headed it! Ever since the very first performance back in 2000, young people have earned the recognition of viewers across the country. And a little later, when Mikhail Galustyan became the leader, an unprecedented success came to Burnt by the Sun.

All their jokes were on the verge of what was permitted, which added spice to every game with their participation. Daring humor, combined with an amazing acting game, fully met expectations - "Burnt by the Sun" took silver, the Summer Cup several times, and in 2003 they deserved the championship.

county town

Perhaps none of the teams can boast of such a history as the “County Town”. Over the years, Burnt by the Sun and the team from St. Petersburg got in their way. Only a few points separated them three times in a row from participating in the final.

As a result, in 2002, Maslyakov decided to take the County City to the final games, regardless of the results of the current competitions. This decision became a fateful one for the "County Town", because it was this time that they were able to win the champion title.

It is noteworthy that it was the participants of the "County Town" who began to use repetitive images in all their games, which was later used by other teams.

RUDN University

RUDN, better known as simply the KVN team of Friendship of Peoples, is still the only one of its kind, because its composition included young people from more than ten different nationalities who performed in a unique symbiosis.

The current line-up of the national team has not yet had time to fully prove itself, but the classic RUDN University showed itself simply brilliantly in 2006, when it managed to win the championship, and also twice at the festival in Jurmala, winning KiViNa in gold.

Most of the RUDN University jokes are based on its composition - a slight undermining of representatives of various peoples and nationalities helped the audience look at their lives from a different angle, somewhere to understand the current lifestyle of their neighbors, and somewhere to reconsider their attitude towards them. Despite the fact that many jokes have a political connotation, they are all very sincere and contain good humor, which has become the fundamental success of RUDN University.

Today, the RUDN champion team gathers only for very important events, such as the anniversary of your favorite club, but some of the participants can be seen on TV screens - Pierre Narcisse, Ararat Keshchyan and Sangadzhi Tarbaev - the best captain of RUDN University.

Diesel

Ukrainian KVN team "Diesel" originated at the very beginning of the 21st century, but at that time performed only on the territory of Ukraine. Three years later, young people managed to break into Moscow and take part in the Major League.

This is one of the few Ukrainian teams that showed an excellent result, although they could not take the championship. One way or another, Diesel paved the way for the performances of Ukrainian KVN participants on Moscow stages, which was a great help for Dnipro, which was able to take an almost unattainable height of the championship.

Team Dnipro

Currently, there is only one composition of the Dnepr KVN team, captained by Igor Lastochkin. The national team was founded in 2005, but the true success came to young people a little later. Dnipro's best performances came in 2013, when they became vice-champions of the Major League.

And, although the Dnipro team did not manage to become champions, they won the favor of many spectators and fans of the Club. The popularity of the KVN team was brought by the duet "Igor and Lena", which enjoyed undoubted success. The story of a young couple in various life situations made it possible for the audience to look at themselves and their loved ones from a humorous side, which is why it was so close to the people.

In the most successful year of 2013, Dnipro completed its performances in the Premier League.

Raisa

The Raisa team became a breath of fresh air for KVN, while never ceasing to amaze the audience and the jury. The fact is that all the participants of "Raisa" are girls, which in itself is unusual for the Club.

Everyone expected some kind of softness, tenderness and special femininity from "Rais", and yes, their expectations were justified, but not always. The humorous numbers of the team were sometimes very far from women's jokes, and the abundance of props was simply amazing.

All this allowed the Rais to break into the Major League and win bronze in 2012.

metropolis

This is the Moscow team, whose performance on the stage of the Club was like a hurricane. In 2004, Megapolis presented its performances in the Premier League for the first time. All numbers were an unsurpassed success, which allowed Megapolis to take part in the final in the first season.

A year later, the team already proved itself in the games of the Higher League, where it shared success with the team from Abkhazia.

Despite the rapid ascent, Megapolis quickly disintegrated and did not consolidate its success. Today, some of its participants still delight us with their humor in shows such as ProjectorParisHilton and Comedy Woman.

Team of the Kamyzyak Territory

"Kamyzyaki" began their ascent to the top of fame in 2010 and still appear on the stage of the Club.

The beginnings of young people's creativity cannot be called very successful, because they paved their way with perseverance, constantly working to correct their mistakes and trying again and again. And, as a result, all their efforts were justified, because in 2015 Kamyzyaki managed to become the champions of the Major League. In addition, their achievements include the Moscow Mayor's Cup, which they won in 2013.

Over the seven years of the existence of the composition, "Kamyzyaki" were able to present people with a lot of jokes on various topics, but most of all, viewers remembered humorous numbers on acute social topics, as well as miniatures about the Kamyzyak court. Thanks to these performances, the Kamyzyaki were able to pave their way to the top of the Major League.

Union

The Soyuz team from Tyumen is by far the most titled team of the last decade. And this title went to the team members for a reason. During the five years of their existence, they were able to win many championship cups, including in the Higher League, became the owners of five different KiViNs and won the Moscow Mayor's Cup.

The feature of the "Union" is a humorous rehashing of popular songs on the actual problems of the Russian people. In their repertoire you can find political jokes, humorous numbers about the relationship between men and women, and much more.

Soyuz is today the most popular team, and so far no one has been able to repeat their success.

The legendary KVN teams are not only sparkling jokes, unsurpassed acting and original musical and dance numbers. The true legends of the Club are the people that new members look up to, people whose ideas serve as inspiration for new numbers, whose images remain in the hearts of game fans.

08.02.2012 - 15:09

Everyone knows that we cannot live without humor. On television, this truth has been realized for a long time, and every year there are more and more programs and series in this direction. Unfortunately, quantity does not always translate into quality, but there is a program that has been holding its own for many years and pleases us with not just funny, but really witty and intelligent jokes. It will not be difficult to guess what kind of transfer it is. Of course, this is KVN!

The beginning of time

This game has existed for many years and is so popular that the International KVN Day, which, at the suggestion of the club's president Alexander Maslyakov, has been celebrated since 2001, does not need official approval. November 8 was chosen as the date of the holiday - the day when in 1961 the first game of the Cheerful and Resourceful Club took place.

The club did not arise from scratch: four years before the first game, a program appeared that became the prototype of today's KVN. In 1957, the program “An Evening of Merry Questions” was aired, created in the image of the Czech quiz “Guess, guess, fortune teller”.

The first script for it was written by Mikhail Yakovlev and Andrey Donatov. There were no teams at that time - in the studio, and live, they asked questions, and the audience answered, and the wittier the better. It was the first program where the audience participated on a par with the professionals. The success was stunning.

In the first edition, Nikita Bogoslovsky and Margarita Lifanova became the hosts, and already from the second part, Albert Axelrod and Mark Rozovsky, who were still students at that time, took their place. The audience was called to the stage using various tricks, for example, the presenter launched a parachute into the hall and the lucky one who caught him was on stage.

The transfer involved funny jokes, which resulted in the winner being revealed. On the first transfer, the task was given to bring the seventh volume of Jack London, a ficus in a pot and a turtle to the studio. Not everyone has such a set at home, so there were few winners (twenty people for three prepared gifts), but in third gear there was a more serious misfire ...

Following the folk wisdom “Prepare a cart in winter, and a sleigh in summer”, it was decided to invite the audience to come to the studio in a sheepskin coat and felt boots. But in our area it is too easy even in the summer, so to complicate the task, it was also necessary to find the issue of the newspaper dated December 31 of the previous year. But it was about this “restrictive” task on the air that they forgot ...

At first, everyone had fun: the most agile spectators in winter clothes began to burst into the studio, people in fur coats and felt boots hurried through the streets on a warm September day in all types of transport and on foot to the Moscow State University building. But soon the crush at the entrance reached catastrophic proportions and it was no laughing matter: the people who broke into the studio turned into an uncontrollable crowd, the scenery flew down, the broadcast had to be interrupted ... The screensaver "Break for technical reasons" appeared on thousands of television screens.

In fact, in case of disruption of the live broadcast, a backup feature film was prepared, but here one behind-the-scenes circumstance was formed. The young man in charge of the film asked the program director Xenia Marinina for a date and took with him the keys to the safe where the backup films were stored. So it was impossible to air the prepared film. Of course, there was a scandal, of course, the program was closed, but fortunately, the break "for technical reasons" lasted only four years.

Mind Football

The new program, edited by Elena Galperina, who proposed at her own risk to revive the spirit of the “Evening of Merry Questions”, was called KVN, which, in addition to the well-known transcript, was also the brand of the KVN-49 TV. At first, the transfer was conducted by Svetlana Zhiltsova and Albert Axelrod, who was eventually replaced by Alexander Maslyakov. Soon he turned into the only presenter who has been and remains the face of the program for many years.

Two teams were invited to the first game, which took place on November 8, 1961 - InYaz and MISI. Each team had 11 people and 2 substitutes. The participants went on stage to the football march. At first, KVN was a quiz, where, without preparation, it was necessary to answer a number of special questions, preferably correctly, but also with humor. Most of the program was impromptu, only the topic of the homework was known in advance, which also did not appear immediately. Gradually, the set of competitions expanded, more and more jokes appeared, quickly becoming popular.

The creators of the program recall various episodes with pleasure, for example, a fan contest when they had to dance in support of their team. And from one team there is a wonderful dancer, and their rivals have no one to put up. Suddenly, a red-haired guy comes on stage and, without any sense of rhythm, begins to dance. It was already funny in itself, but when the presenter asked: “Where did you study?”, the redhead answered “I am a nugget”, the audience could not straighten up with laughter.

The popularity of the program grew, and with it the popularity of educational institutions, whose teams took part in KVN, grew. And this opinion was supported not only by students, but also by the teaching staff. After the victory of the Fiztekh team, Kapitsa Sr. said: “You know, we have a lot of good things at the institute, but the most important thing is that we won KVN, we became KVN champions!”

A word about censorship

Of course, the jokes, of which there were more and more in the program, could not remain neutral. The teams were increasingly ironic about Soviet reality and ideology. And these jokes were the most popular. Therefore, after a while, the program began to go on television in recordings: “incorrect” jokes were cut out, censorship increased, and then the KGB became interested in the program.

The texts began to be carefully reviewed, the captains were called to the authorities, it was impossible to go on stage with a beard - a mockery of Lenin or Marx, about the Jews - it was impossible, with a burr speech - it was impossible ...

There were ill-wishers in the team itself: the head of central television, Sergei Lapin, had long wanted to close KVN. But for two years he did not close, but in every possible way discredited the program itself and its participants. Contests, according to Gusman, took on the character of “who will spit further” and “who will grunt louder”, and then a wave of rumors swept about KVN workers who send diamonds to Israel. Soon the transfer was closed again.

But the spirit of KVN penetrated deeply. Before closing, the programs were played in almost every university, in every school, almost by yard teams. Such popular love is not easily destroyed even by the most skillful methods. Increasingly, as a member of the Supreme Council, voters began to ask Lapin questions about the fate of his favorite program.

3-4 years after the closure, Bella Sergeeva, the former director of the program, received an offer to start airing KVN again. Sergeyeva replied to this proposal: “I will agree only if they return Gyulbekyan, give me Maslyakov and Zhiltsova, but I can’t do without them.” “Lapin asks very much,” Yury Zamyslov persuaded Bella, but the director was inexorable: “Yes, even if she gets on her knees.” Lapin did not kneel, the composition of the creative team was not restored, and therefore the question of the revival of KVN was postponed for many years.

With the beginning of perestroika, it became possible to restart the transmission. Under the old sign, it was planned to create a new program in which everything should be in a new way. However, the "cool" innovations did not last past the third season. Only the new song of the Club “Again in our hall...”, written by V.Ya.

Starting all over again was not so easy: the traditions were interrupted, and in the mid-80s no one knew how to play KVN. But the new teams that applied for participation had a great desire, a great sense of humor and a willingness to work. The first game of the updated KVN between the teams of the Moscow and Voronezh Civil Engineering Institutes went on the air on May 25, 1986 and since then continues to delight with new jokes and helps us live.

November 8 - International Day of KVN. The idea of the holiday was proposed by the president of the international KVN club Alexander Maslyakov, and the date was chosen because it was on November 8, 1961, that the first game of the club of cheerful and resourceful people went on the air.

The idea of creating a television project reminiscent of the Czech television program "Guess, Guess, Fortune Teller" (GGY) was born in 1957. Its authors were Sergei Muratov, an employee of Central Television, now a professor at Moscow State University, doctor Albert Axelrod and engineer Mikhail Yakovlev. Together they came up with a game similar in genre and name - VVV - "Evening of funny questions."

The first script for "VVV" was written by Mikhail Yakovlev and Andrey Donatov in the spring of 1957. Sergei Muratov was the editor, and the popular composer and wonderful wit Nikita Bogoslovsky and the young actress Margarita Lifanova were presenters. The game was not with the teams, as later in KVN, but with the audience. The program was a great success, but was released only three times. After a live overlay, it was removed. And only four years after that, the idea of the KVN game - "The Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful" appeared. The authors of the idea wanted the project to be purely television, so this name was very suitable: in those days, the TV brand was called KVN. Thus, an entertainment program appeared on television, in which the best team is determined annually in a competition of wit and resourcefulness.

The first broadcast went on the air on November 8, 1961. Among the first hosts were VGIK students Elem Klimov, Alexander Belyavsky, aspiring film actresses Natalya Zashchipina and Natalya Fateeva. Over time, a permanent duo of presenters developed - Albert Axelrod and Svetlana Zhiltsova. Since 1964, Alexander Maslyakov has been the permanent host of KVN.

Students of institutes played in KVN. In the first game, the participants were from the Institute of Foreign Languages and the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering (MISI). Initially, there was no transfer script, all competitions were born spontaneously and the rules of the game were improved gradually. Since 1968, KVN programs began to be recorded, before that they were broadcast live.

In 1971, the program was closed by the leadership of the USSR State Radio and Television. According to the old-timers of the Club, this happened because the then chairman of the USSR State Radio and Television Sergei Lapin did not like the program. The actual reason for the closure was the excessive sharp jokes of the participants in the program.

On May 25, 1986, the first game of the first season of the revived KVN aired. Its founders were former KVN workers. In the new KVN, everything was new: new competitions, a rating system, a transmission structure and television show techniques. The host, as before the closure, was Alexander Maslyakov. But it still has new functions - editorial.

The team of Odessa State University became the first champion. At the same time, the now well-known mascot of the Cheerful and Resourceful Club was born. It was also invented by KVNshchik, an artist from the MISI team Dmitry Skvortsov. The talisman did not yet have a name, and Alexander Maslyakov invited the audience to send variants to the editorial office. Of the eight pre-selected options, the name of the cheerful bird and the KVN mascot - Kivin was determined. At first, the talisman was a rolling talisman - it was handed over to the storage of each newly won team, but then they began to be handed over to the champions.

KVN is played according to different rules, sometimes they can change right during the game, but there are rules that are followed in any case. KVN is played by teams, which must contain at least two members. Each team must have a captain. The KVN captain must also represent his team at the captains' competition if he was included in the game program. The game should be divided into separate contests. Each competition must be judged by a jury headed by its chairman.

In addition to the games themselves, the festival of KVN teams (takes place in Sochi), the KVN music festival, the KVN summer cup, international friendly games in KVN (the KVN team plays with teams of other countries) are annually held.

Popular KVN teams are the "Club of Odessa Gentlemen", the teams of KhAI, MAGMA, "Guys from Baku", "Squadron of Hussars" (champion of 1995), "Zaporozhye-Krivoy Rog-Transit" (champion of 1997), "New Armenians" (Yerevan, champion 1997), "Four Tatars" (Kazan), "Service Entrance" (Kursk), "Children of Lieutenant Schmidt" (Tomsk, champion 1998), "Ural dumplings" (Yekaterinburg, champion 2000), " Burnt by the Sun" (Sochi, champion in 2003), "Narts from Abkhazia" (Sukhumi, champion in 2005), "Ordinary People" (Moscow, champion in 2007) and others.

In KVN, the traditions of the first games continue, although the competitions "Business Card", "Warm-up", "Captains Competition", "Music Competition", "Homework" have become mandatory. Sometimes there are such competitions as "Exit", competition of STEMs (student theaters of variety miniatures), etc. The game of the teams is evaluated by a professional jury. Among the jury members were: Konstantin Ernst, Leonid Parfyonov, Yuli Gusman, Leonid Yarmolnik, Valdis Pelsh, Sergey Sholokhov, Gennady Khazanov and others.

Founded by Alexander Maslyakov, the International Union of KVN is divided into interregional leagues, from the Far East to Krasnodar. Today, an organized KVN movement exists in 110 cities of Russia, not counting the Baltic countries, Belarus, Ukraine, and far abroad. About 1,000 student and 2,000 school teams compete constantly. Every year, KVN games are attended by over 5 million spectators.

KVN now covers not only the countries of the former USSR, but the whole world. Since 1986 - the year of the revival of the legendary game - more than a hundred teams have played in the highest league of KVN alone. Now every university considers it an honor to have its own KVN team, KVN is played in schools and factories. Academicians and workers, businessmen and teachers come to this game. Both first-graders and 60-year-olds can play in the same team and on the same stage.

For many, playing KVN becomes a profession, and many people connect life with art thanks to the game. Absolutely everyone knows what KVN is. The World Game, in which not only young people take part, but also older comedians, ranks first among all comedy television shows. The KVN team of the Russian Federation takes part in games with other countries. For some comedians, this is just entertainment, but for some, over the years, it turns into a profession.

What is KVN?

The most popular TV show with a humorous bias at the moment takes first place on television. This game is watched by young children, teenagers and adults. You can talk a lot about what KVN is and how it earned popularity. But every inhabitant of the planet knows that this is a good way to have a great evening and laugh heartily.

Universities, enterprises, various educational institutions have the opportunity to take part in KVN. The major league only accepts the best players, giving them more motivation to create new jokes and improve their performances. The guys create miniatures, skits and interesting numbers on their own and this will make quite a lot of people around the world laugh. The main competitions are:

  1. Business card. The team of participants is given a specific topic, based on which they must present themselves, as well as their own city. Of course, all this should be in a humorous form.
  2. Warm up. The jury, opponents and people from the audience ask certain questions, to which the participants must find the most ridiculous answer in a short period of time.
  3. Homework (from 3 to 7 minutes, the team must present a story invented on its own, with musical inserts).
  4. One song contest (the final stage, where participants choose absolutely any song, remake it in a humorous way and present it to the audience).

In addition, there are also video contests, as well as biathlon and triathlon. But they are not used in every game. Although the rules in them are just as cruel and only professionals in their field can cope with them.

Transmission prototype

Some time before the moment when the Club of the cheerful and resourceful appeared on the screens, there was a similar program called "Evening of cheerful questions." Here questions were asked to the audience and members of the jury, and, of course, humor was evaluated. In Soviet times, it was the most popular and fun program that everyone loved to watch, and many would like to take part in it.

Despite the fact that this program was very popular, it was aired only three times. The presenters decided to hold an interesting contest, where the audience had to visit the studio in a fur coat and with the New Year's newspaper of the previous year. But, unfortunately, they forgot to mention the newspaper when the competition was announced, so the next day the hall was filled with a huge number of people in winter outerwear. After this point, confusion began, and the program was closed.

Humorous TV programs at any time were in the first place for family circles who love to spend time together. Therefore, KVN and its prototype have gained really great popularity.

Leading

Albert Axelrod was appointed the first leader in the Club of cheerful and resourceful, but after three years he left this game. After him, Alexander Maslyakov took the place of the host. At that time, he was not broadcasting alone, but together with the announcer Svetlana Zhiltsova. It was after the arrival of a new host in the KVN game that teams began to compete.

Due to uncertain circumstances, the program was closed due to incomprehensible pressure from the ministry on the organizers, but the game soon recovered and began to gain popularity. There is only one presenter left - Alexander Maslyakov. Initially, he came to the game as a student, but now he is already an experienced host and comedian.

Rules of the game

Laid-back and fairly simple rules apply to the game. Each KVN team must consist of more than two people, and one of them must be the captain. The host of the game independently comes up with contests, adding new ones over time, in which all teams must take part.

Participants must joke in each of these contests and receive jury marks (from 1 to 5). At the end of each competition, an average score is given. Then they are summed up. And, accordingly, the team with the highest result wins.

All young viewers and teams are interested in what kind of participants were in the early years of KVN. The Major League is really proud of these people, as the hall was always filled with laughter during their appearance on stage.

Special Games

It is always scary for every participant to play in KVN for the first time, because it is difficult to take a huge number of people calmly. But this never stopped the guys, and they still continued to go on stage, make the audience laugh and get points.

In addition to the main games, there were also additional ones, that is, special ones:

  1. "Voicing KiVin" is a music festival.
  2. Birthday of the game KVN.
  3. Summer Cup.

Each of the additional games brought a storm of emotions to both spectators and team members. The best players for a certain time took part here, so the jokes were always funny, and the audience did not have sad expressions.
