Dear viewers!

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules for visiting the theater so that our meetings are pleasant and comfortable for all parties. We will be grateful if you read them to the end.

We hope that you will become our regular viewer, and the charm of the theater will not leave you at any age.

Purchasing tickets

Every spectator, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of December 29, 2010 N 436-FZ “On the protection of children from information harmful to their health and development”, we recommend paying attention to age restrictions (information is indicated on posters and tickets), the responsibility for non-compliance with this condition lies on parents.

Tickets can be purchased at the theatre's box office, on the theater's website online (through the Radario LLC platform), through official distributors and authorized theater employees. Payment at the box office is made in cash or by bank card; upon purchase, the cashier issues a ticket on a strict accountability form and a cash receipt. We ask you to keep the receipt until the performance, Refund of a ticket without this receipt will not be possible.

To enter the performance, you need to present the original ticket form, a printout of an electronic ticket or a QR code of an electronic ticket on the screen of your mobile device.

It is not possible to print e-tickets at the theater box office.

Preliminary requests for booking tickets are accepted, which must be redeemed 3 days before the date of the show (in the amount of 1-10 tickets) or 14 days in advance (in the amount of more than 10 tickets).

When buying tickets for a group of school-age children (at least 20 people), one accompanying adult goes free of charge.

Disabled children, orphans, children from large families and children from families of social risk have the right to free admission to repertory performances (with the exception of festival and touring performances) upon prior agreement with the theater administration and subject to availability on the day of the performance.

If you want to come to the theater on the day of the performance without a pre-purchased ticket, find out the day before about availability by calling the box office 265 37 82 and 8 987 745 55 21. Otherwise, you may be left with a spoiled mood at the door, and we will regret that you have not read these rules.

Ticket refund

Tickets are refunded in accordance with Federal Law No. 193FZ “On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation “Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture” dated July 18, 2019.

The amount of money returned depends on the reasons and timing of the return.

In case of cancellation, replacement or rescheduling of the event at the initiative of the theatre, if the visitor refuses to attend the event 10 or more days before the event or for valid reasons, 100% of the ticket price is refunded.

If the visitor refuses to attend the event 5-9 days before the event, 50% of the ticket price is refunded.

If the visitor refuses to attend the event 3-4 days before the event - 30% of the ticket price.

If the visitor refuses to attend the event less than 3 days before the event, the cost of the ticket is not refundable.

Tickets purchased at the theater box office are handed over by the spectator at the box office with an identity document, the original ticket and a cash receipt.

Refunds for electronic tickets purchased on the theater website are made by the official distributor of Radario LLC. To do this, in the section Poster press To buy a ticket next to the name of the performance, then click Write to support to write a letter to [email protected] and indicate the date, time, ticket number and reason for the return.

Refunds for tickets purchased at the box office of official distributors are made at the box office of official distributors.

The Theater Administration reserves the right to make changes to the cast of the Theater events without prior notice. Changes in the cast are not sufficient grounds for a ticket refund. The theater administration reserves the right to change the announced performance.

Visiting a performance

Entrance to the Theater is carried out with a ticket. One ticket entitles one person to visit the theater.

The entrance to the theater opens 45 minutes before the start of the performance, at which time the cloakroom and buffet open.

In accordance with the requirements of the civil defense and emergency authorities to ensure safety during mass events, large-sized backpacks, sports bags, plastic, paper and other opaque bags must be handed over to the wardrobe. In case of loss by the spectator of the number token (number), the cost of the lost number in full is recovered from the spectator. The entrance to the auditorium opens after the first call.

We have to remind you that it is not allowed to enter the auditorium in outer, sports and dirty clothes, as well as with drinks and food. Smoking in the theater is prohibited. While in the theatre, spectators are obliged to observe public order, theatrical etiquette and fire safety rules.

If you are late for the performance, you can exercise your right to “take a seat according to the purchased tickets” during the intermission.

Take one and a half to two hours of precious time for yourself - turn off your mobile phone. Calls disrupt the atmosphere of the play, irritate your neighbors-viewers, and greatly interfere with the work of the actors.

We remind you that photography and video filming during the performance is prohibited! The theater has obligations to the Russian Authors' Society, which protects the right of the playwright, artist, composer, choreographer to their intellectual property. The brilliance and flickering of photo flashes in a darkened hall blinds the artists and disturbs the audience.

We will be grateful to you if you do not leave the hall before the actors leave the stage.

You can give them flowers, as gratitude for the emotions experienced, during the final bow.

These Rules are developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992. No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data”, Federal Law No. 193-FZ of July 18, 2019 “On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation “Fundamentals of Legislation of the Russian Federation about culture" and approved by the director of the MBUK "Vera Theater" Gorshkov M.S.

Before coming to the theater, we ask you to find out about the performance on the website or by phone and pay attention to the indication of the age of the audience. We recommend visiting our children's performances with children from 3 years old. Do not rush time, and do not be offended if your child has not yet reached the indicated years - perhaps the performance will be difficult for him to perceive because of the duration of each action, the bright theatrical conventions or the “maturity” of the topics and questions raised. We do not limit your possibilities, we remind you of the responsibility for the emotional impressions of the child.

Visiting evening performances by children of primary school age is possible only if accompanied by parents or other adults.

We advise you to come with the baby early - you have the opportunity to walk around the lobby, tell the child about the rule of "three theatrical calls", explain the meanings of the words intermission, applause, actor, role, performance. Be sure to buy a program for your child. Bright, adapted to children's perception, it will introduce your baby to new information, become an occasion for conversation and a memory of a pleasant event.

"Take a tour" of the common areas to feel comfortable during the performance.

Show your child an example of respect for artists and turn off your mobile phone. Just remember your childhood, look at a fairy tale. Sometimes its meaning is most relevant for us adults.

The performance, where instead of speech the child will meet with dance and singing, may seem incomprehensible to him from the first minutes. Do not swear and do not pull him sharply. It is better to quietly explain to him the "rules of the game" on stage. Children accept the world of theatrical conventionality easily and quickly.

Do not "sweeten" the performance with sweets, apples, cookies, etc. Arrange a holiday for your child during the intermission and treat them to juice or cake in the buffet - this is a whole event and part of the theatrical ritual!

For any person, visiting the theater is not just entertainment, but an event that requires attention and mental work. And for a baby, this is a special, very emotional event. Don't get angry with your child if he starts acting up. Preschoolers get tired quickly. This is a feature of age psychology. After the performance, take a short walk and be sure to discuss what you saw in the theater. We will be very happy if the results of such a discussion come back to us in the form of drawings, letters, entries in the Guest Book or in the Vkontakte theater group.

I. General provisions

1.1. These Ticket Sales Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) contain the main provisions governing the relationship between the Buyer (Spectator) and the Seller (Theater) when selling tickets at the State Budgetary Institution of Culture of the City of Moscow "Moscow Theater "ET CETERA" under the direction of Alexander Kalyagin" (hereinafter - Theater), which organizes and conducts performances, spectacular performances and events for which tickets are sold.

1.2. The ticket is a contract for the provision of paid services in the field of culture, it is a printed form of strict reporting, on which ticket information is applied in accordance with the form approved by Order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation No. 257 dated December 17, 2008: ticket series and number; the name of the performance; place, date and time of the performance; row and location of the Spectator in the hall; ticket price and other details characterizing the specifics of the service.

1.3. By purchasing a Theater ticket, the Buyer (Spectator) undertakes to comply with the established rules for selling tickets and visiting the Theater set forth in these Rules.

II. Purchasing tickets

2.1. The location of the Theatre, directions, addresses and opening hours of the box office are posted on the website www.site.

2.2. In order to avoid misunderstandings and conflict situations, please carefully read these Rules for visiting the Theater before purchasing a ticket.

2.3. By purchasing a ticket for a performance, the buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and bring them to the attention of other persons who will visit the Theater using the tickets purchased by him (if any).

2.4. The ticket is valid for visiting the Theater by one person (the bearer of the ticket). Every adult and every child, regardless of age, must have a separate ticket.

2.5. The ticket must be kept until the end of the performance and presented upon request to representatives of the Theater administration.

2.6. When purchasing a ticket for a performance of the Theatre, it is necessary to take into account age restrictions and other warnings about the features of the performance indicated in the repertoire plan and on posters, as well as learn about them from the cashiers of the ticket office of the Theatre.
In the presence of such restrictions and features, claims from viewers are not accepted!
The Theater is not responsible for non-indication or incorrect indication of age limits for performances (signs of information products) in information materials and on the Internet sites of distributors and ticket agencies.
The buyer bears full responsibility for the authenticity of the ticket in case of purchasing it from hand.

2.7. Purchasing tickets for minors (in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of December 29, 2010 No. 436 - FZ "On the protection of children from information harmful to their health and development":

For morning performances, we invite viewers at least three years old;

Children under 7 years old go to the Theater to watch the performance only accompanied by their parents or persons replacing them;

When purchasing tickets for minors, we recommend assessing the adequacy of their perception of the stage action and the possible specifics of their behavior when watching the performance;

The Theater Administration has the right to require the accompanying person to fill out a form - a statement of acceptance of responsibility for the child's access to information shown during the performance, which may harm his health and (or) development. In this case, a minor viewer is allowed to view only with the specified accompanying person;

Persons accompanying children are obliged to monitor the observance by children of the rules of conduct during the performance, including the child's observance of silence, being in their place, and they are also responsible for the actions of children that may interfere with the perception of the performance by other spectators and cause damage to the property of the Theatre. If the controllers on duty in the auditorium detect facts of inappropriate behavior of the child during the performance, they have the right to demand from the accompanying actions aimed at observing the rules of behavior by the child, or demand the exit of the child and the accompanying person from the auditorium;

The accompanying person, who left the child in the auditorium or other premises of the Theater unattended, is responsible for the child’s improper behavior in his absence, including that which caused harm to his health by the child, and is also liable in the amount of the cost of damage caused by the child to the property of the Theatre;

Controllers on duty in the auditorium during the performance have the right to take a child left unattended out of the auditorium if he does not comply with the rules of conduct and not let him into the auditorium without an accompanying person;

If the appearance of the child does not correspond to his actual age, the viewer has the right to confirm the achievement of the age specified in the sign of the information product by presenting an identity document;

The employees of the Theater who are authorized to refuse admission of children to the performance are administrators and supervisors.

2.8. Refund of tickets and the cost of tickets is made in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules:

In case of cancellation of the performance, tickets will be returned within ten calendar days from the date when the canceled performance was to be held;

In case of replacement of the performance, the return of tickets is possible before the date of the performance, but no later than the beginning of the replaced performance;

At the end of the above terms, the Theater does not refund the cost of tickets;

Service fee and other fees charged by distributors and ticket agencies are not refundable by the Theatre;

Damaged ticket forms cannot be returned or exchanged. The purchased ticket must be in proper condition: without cuts, punctures and have all the attributes of the originally purchased ticket;

The decision to return tickets from the audience for reasons beyond the control of the theater is made by the Theater Administration on an individual basis on the basis of a personal written application written no later than the date of the performance. In the application, the viewer must indicate the last name, first name, patronymic, title, as well as the date and time of the start of the performance, the cost of the ticket, the procedure for paying for the ticket;

The form of the ticket is attached by the viewer to the application. If a decision is made, the refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application by the theatre.

2.9. The Theater Administration reserves the right to make changes to the cast of the Theater performances without prior notice. Changes in the cast are not grounds for ticket refund.

2.10. The Theater Administration reserves the right to replace one performance with another.

III. Passage and presence in the Theater

3.1. Spectators enter the Theater 60 minutes before the start of the performance. Access to the Theater is carried out strictly by tickets through the main entrance and the entrance to the Efrosovsky Hall.

3.2. Any excuse for being late to the performance will not be accepted. Spectators must independently ensure timely arrival at the beginning of the performance.

3.3. In order to avoid queues at the entrance to the Theater before the start of the performance, related to the control of tickets and checking with metal detectors for the presence of prohibited items, it is necessary to come to the performance in advance.

3.4. When entering the Theatre, spectators must follow the rules and comply with the requirements of the administrator and controller authorized to check tickets at the entrance to the Theatre, as well as those who check spectators using metal detectors.
When passing through the Spectator control:

Presents a ticket in expanded form with a control coupon to the controller;

There is a special control, equipped with stationary and manual metal detectors, in order to identify objects prohibited from being brought into the Theater.

In the event that the Spectator is found to have objects prohibited for bringing into the Theatre: piercing and cutting objects, weapons, self-defense equipment, as well as audio and video recording equipment, he, at the request of the Theatre's security service, is obliged to deposit them. The seized items are stored in the administrators' room in a metal cabinet under lock and key.
If the Spectator is unwilling to pass control or deposit items prohibited for bringing to the Theatre, the Theater administration has the right to refuse to visit the Theatre.
If the Spectator leaves the Theater, the controller has the right to demand a ticket from him when returning back to the Theater to watch the performance.

3.5. It is forbidden:

To enter the Theater in working or dirty clothes, as well as in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication;

Bring large and shopping bags and carts to the Theater.

to litter, to scatter rubbish;

Move interior items;

To enter the Theater with firearms, cold steel, gas weapons, self-defense items, pyrotechnics, flammable liquid, bulky and dirty items.

3.6. When an organized group of spectators passes, the leader of the group passes the tickets to the controller, steps back and lets the entire group of spectators pass in turn in front of him.

3.7. It is strictly forbidden to be in the Theater without a ticket and in any office premises of the Theater outside the audience area (auditorium, foyer, buffet, cloakroom, toilets).

3.8. After the performance, no later than the closing of the cloakroom, the audience must leave the premises of the Theatre.

IV. Entrance to the auditorium and watching the performance

4.1. Entrance to the auditorium is possible with the first call (not earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the performance).

4.2. Spectators are required to take seats according to the row number and seat indicated on the ticket.

4.3. It is forbidden to occupy seats other than those indicated on the tickets.

4.4. The Theater Administration has the right to check the availability and validity of tickets from the audience.

4.5. Entry to the auditorium after the third bell is prohibited.

4.6. Spectators who are late, as an exception, can watch the first act of the performance in the available seats (if any) on the mezzanine or in the boxes, while taking the seats offered by the controller (free extreme seats, and seats in the last rows), and change seats during the intermission to the seats indicated on the tickets.

4.7. It is forbidden to stand between the rows, in the aisles and at the doors during the performance.

4.8. For the duration of the performance, you must turn off mobile phones or switch them to silent mode.

4.9. During the performance, it is forbidden to walk in the auditorium, make noise, talk, eat and drink, and talk on the phone.
Parents or educators should ensure that their children do not interfere with other spectators watching the play.
For violation of order in the auditorium, the administration of the Theater has the right to demand that the violator leave the auditorium.

4.10. Photo, video, audio recording of the performance is prohibited.

4.11. After the end of the performance, you must remain in your seats until the lights are turned on.

4.12. When a group attends a performance, the head of the group and the parents take full responsibility for each child of the group. During the performance, attendants are also responsible for the behavior of their wards.

4.13. It is strictly forbidden: to enter the auditorium in outer clothing and headgear or bring them into the auditorium; bring into the auditorium: oversized backpacks, large packages, oversized bags, briefcases, suitcases, cameras, video cameras, players, tape recorders, other audio and video recording devices, food and drinks; objects that stain chairs.

Can I ask a neighbor for a program or binoculars?

Is it convenient to share impressions during the performance?

It's even worse than asking your neighbor for a program. Any conversations during the performance are unacceptable. They are a gross violation of etiquette. You have time during the intermission or after the performance to share your impressions.

What is the best way to go to your seat if you are late for the start of the performance or concert?

The hallmark of a well-bred person is punctuality. To be late for the beginning of the performance is a violation of the rules of good manners. Moreover, being late is extremely rarely associated with really good reasons. In most cases, it is the result of poor upbringing.

Latecomers break the silence in the hall, distract a lot of people, getting to their chair, do not have time to properly tune in to watching the performance, listening to music.

When visiting the opera, you need to know

Musical works do not begin with the raising of the curtain, but with the first note sounded in the orchestra at the beginning of the overture.

What should be the outfit of a woman and a man when visiting the theater?

The current fashion is distinguished by its democratic character. In addition, today people come to the theater almost immediately after a working day.

They simply do not have the physical ability to do, for example, a haircut in a beauty salon. Therefore, it is enough to dress neatly, a suit and an evening dress without excessive decorations are most appropriate.

An overly lush outfit in bright colors with an abundance of valuable jewelry will be dissonant compared to the clothes of most viewers and indicate that the lady wants to attract the attention of others.

A man should come to the theater in a dark suit, light-colored shirt and tie.

With all the democratic nature of fashion, it is indecent to appear in a theater in jeans. They are allowed (with some stretch) except for students.

Perfumes are good in moderation

When visiting the theater (as well as any other public place) one should not choke too much.

A light aroma should not turn into a strong smell, which not everyone likes and only indicates a woman’s lack of taste.

It so happened that theatrical etiquette largely repeats the etiquette of official celebrations and receptions, so it has many conventions and restrictions. AiF.ru recalls the basic principles of behavior in the theatre.

1. Going to the theater, take care of your wardrobe. In the 21st century, women no longer need to wear an evening dress to a performance, and men a tuxedo, unless a special dress code requires it. However, it is recommended to come to the theater dressed more festively than usual. Men can wear a dark suit, light-colored shirt and tie, and women can transform their outfit by accessorizing it. 6. If you find that your seats are occupied, present your tickets to those sitting on them and politely ask them to leave. If an error occurred and several tickets were issued for one seat at once, then contact the theater employees, they are obliged to solve the problem.

Remember that it is indecent to occupy other people's places. Firstly, you are causing anxiety to those people who will have to prove that this is their place. And, secondly, it will be embarrassing for you yourself when you will be “driven away” in front of the whole hall.

7. It is indecent to be late for the theater (you can only enter the box after the lights have been turned off in the hall). In other cases, theater employees have the right not to let you into the hall until intermission. But if you are allowed to enter, then do it as quietly as possible and sit in the first free seat. It is unacceptable to sneak into your seats in the middle of the action - during the intermission you will be able to take those indicated on the ticket.

8. Having taken seats in the auditorium, you should not put your hands on both armrests - this may cause inconvenience to your neighbor. You should not sit very close, clinging to each other, as those sitting in the back may not see the stage behind you.

Crossing your legs, spreading your legs wide, sitting on the edge of a chair, leaning on the back of the front seat and resting your feet on it is also indecent.

9 . Even if it seems to you that it has become stuffy in the auditorium, do not use the program as a fan. And remember that you can not look at the theater binoculars people in the hall. It is intended solely for watching the action on stage.

10. The main rule in the theater is the observance of complete silence. 11. During the intermission, you can stay seated in the hall, visit the buffet or take a walk in the lobby. The same rules of behavior are observed here as on the street. Having met acquaintances, you can exchange impressions, but quietly. If a woman wants to stay in place during the intermission, the companion stays with her. And if he needs to go out, he apologizes and leaves her for a while.

12. Leaving the hall during the action is a clear indicator of the viewer's low culture. Even if you are disappointed with the performance, wait for the intermission and only then leave the theater. Of course, it is unacceptable to fall asleep during the performance, even if you had a hard day and the production turned out to be boring.

Showing excessive pleasure from what is happening on stage during the action is also considered bad form. Applause should be organic: separate claps sounded in complete silence can bring down the actors. But after the end of the performance, you can not hide your positive emotions. Applause is an expression of gratitude from the audience, but whistling, shouting, stamping your feet in the theater are unacceptable.

13. If you want to give flowers to an actor you especially like, then do it at the very end of the performance, while not going up to the stage. Wait for the final bows, when all the participants of the performance line up on the proscenium, and hand over the flowers, standing in the aisle between the stage and the first row of the stalls. 14. At the end of the performance, do not immediately run to the wardrobe to get your clothes. Artists often take their bows more than once, so wait until the curtain closes. Only then can you slowly leave the auditorium.

If, due to some circumstances, the viewer needs to leave the theater earlier, then according to the unspoken rules, he watches the last act on the balcony, then, without disturbing anyone, leaves.

2. The purpose of these rules is to ensure the safety of the Theatre's property, the protection of public order, and the safety of spectators and employees of the Theatre.
3. By purchasing a ticket for a performance of the Theatre, and presenting it for control at the Theatre, the viewer expresses his consent to these Rules and undertakes to comply with these Rules and public order in the Theatre's building.

1. Purchasing a ticket.

   1. In order to avoid misunderstandings and conflict situations, please carefully read these Rules for visiting the Theater before purchasing a ticket.
   2. By purchasing a ticket for a performance, the buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and bring them to the attention of other persons who will visit the Theater using the tickets purchased by him (if any).
   3. The ticket is valid for visiting the Theater by one person (the bearer of the ticket). Every adult and every child, regardless of age, must have a separate ticket.
   4. The ticket must be kept until the end of the performance and presented upon request to representatives of the Theater administration.
   5. When purchasing a ticket for a performance of the Theatre, it is necessary to take into account age restrictions and other warnings about the features of the performance indicated in the repertoire plan and on posters, as well as learn about them from the cashiers of the ticket office of the Theatre.
      In the presence of such restrictions and features, claims from viewers are not accepted!

   6. Purchasing tickets for minors:

      • for morning performances we invite viewers not younger than 7 years old;
      • watching evening performances is not recommended for children under 12 years old;
      • children under 14 years old go to the Theater to watch the performance only accompanied by their parents or persons replacing them;

      When purchasing tickets for minors, we recommend that you evaluate the adequacy of their perception of the stage action and the possible specifics of their behavior when watching the performance.

   7. The Theater Administration reserves the right to make changes to the cast of the Theater performances without prior notice. Changes in the cast are not grounds for ticket refund.
   8. The Theater Administration reserves the right to replace one performance with another.

Passage and finding in the Theater.

1. The start of the audience to the Theater begins 45 minutes before the start of the performance.
   Entrance to the Theater is carried out strictly by tickets through the central entrance of the Old and New Stages of the Theatre.
2. Any excuse for being late to the performance will not be accepted. Spectators must independently ensure timely arrival at the beginning of the performance.
3. In order to avoid queues at the entrance to the Theater before the start of the performance, related to ticket control and checking with metal detectors for the presence of prohibited items, it is necessary to come to the performance in advance.

4. When entering the Theatre, spectators must follow the rules and comply with the requirements of the administrator and controller authorized to check tickets at the entrance to the Theatre, as well as those who check spectators using metal detectors.

   When passing through the control, the viewer:

   • presents the ticket in expanded form with the control coupon to the controller;
   • undergoes a standard screening procedure for personal belongings and special control, equipped with stationary and hand-held metal detectors, in order to identify items prohibited from being brought into the Theater.

   In the event that a viewer is found to have objects prohibited for bringing into the Theater: piercing and cutting objects, weapons, self-defense equipment, alcoholic beverages, as well as audio and video recording equipment, he, at the request of the Theatre’s security service, is obliged to deposit them. For their storage control is equipped with special safes.

   If the viewer is unwilling to pass control, or deposit items prohibited for bringing into the Theatre, the Theater administration has the right to refuse to visit the Theatre.

5. If the viewer leaves the Theater, the controller has the right to demand a ticket from him when returning back to the Theater to watch the performance.

It is forbidden:

• enter the Theater in working or dirty clothes, as well as in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication;
• the administration also has the right to prevent persons with obvious signs of a severe cold from entering the theater;
• bring large and shopping bags and carts to the Theater.
6. When an organized group of spectators passes, the leader of the group passes the tickets to the controller, steps back and lets the entire group of spectators pass in turn in front of him.
   The teacher meets the late child, accompanied by the parent, at the entrance.
7. It is strictly forbidden to be in the Theater without a ticket and in any office premises of the Theater outside the audience area (auditorium, foyer, buffet, cloakroom, toilets).

2. Access to the auditorium and view of the performance.

   1. Entrance to the auditorium is possible with the first call (not earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the performance).
   2. Spectators are required to take seats according to the row number and seat indicated on the ticket.
   3. It is forbidden to occupy seats other than those indicated on the tickets without the consent of the administration.
   4. The Theater Administration has the right to check the availability and validity of tickets from the audience.
   5. Entry into the auditorium after the third bell is prohibited.
   6. Spectators who are late for the performances of the New Stage, as an exception, can watch the first act in the amphitheater, on the balcony or galleries - if there are free seats there, while taking the seats offered by the controller (free extreme seats, and seats in the last rows). In the absence of free seats, latecomers will be asked to wait for intermission in the foyer or ticket office. At the performances of the Old Stage, entrance to the hall during the action is categorically impossible.
   7. It is forbidden to stand between the rows, in the aisles and at the doors during the performance.
   8. For the duration of the performance, you must turn off mobile phones or switch them to silent mode.

   9. During the performance, it is forbidden to walk in the auditorium, make noise, talk, eat and drink, talk on the phone, comment or discuss the performance with other spectators, translate, use personal lighting.

      Parents or educators should ensure that their children do not interfere with other spectators watching the play.

      For violation of order in the auditorium, the administration of the Theater has the right to demand that the violator leave the auditorium and, in case of failure to comply with the requirement, remove him from the auditorium.

   10. Photo, video, audio recording of the performance is prohibited.
   11. After the end of the performance, you must remain in your seats until the lights are turned on.

   When a group attends a performance, the head of the group and the parents take full responsibility for each child of the group.

   During the performance, attendants are also responsible for the behavior of their wards.

   12. It is strictly forbidden: to enter the auditorium in outer clothing and headgear or bring them into the auditorium; bring into the auditorium: oversized backpacks, large packages, oversized bags, briefcases, suitcases, cameras, video cameras, players, tape recorders, other audio and video recording devices, food and drinks; objects that stain chairs.

Theater buffet.

1. The theater buffet is open 45 minutes before the start of the performance.
2. After the third call, the theater buffet closes and does not serve the audience.

3. Wardrobe.

   1. Outerwear must be handed over by the spectators to the cloakroom.

      The theater is not responsible for the loss of money, other currency values, securities and other precious things left unattended by the viewer or handed over to the wardrobe, along with outerwear.

   2. In case of loss by the viewer of the number from the wardrobe, the viewer will reimburse the Theater for its cost in the amount of 500 rubles.
      Clothing for a spectator who has lost his number is given out last.
   3. After the end of the performance, the cloakroom is open for 30 minutes.

Other conditions.

1. While at the Theatre, spectators are obliged to: take care of the property of the theatre, observe cleanliness, public order, fire safety rules and these Rules.

   The Spectator in case of material damage caused to the Theater is obliged to compensate it in full, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. At the Theatre, Spectators are prohibited from:

   • litter, scatter rubbish;
   • move interior items;
   • enter the Theater with firearms, cold steel, gas weapons, self-defense items, pyrotechnics, flammable liquids, bulky and dirty items.
3. The spectator is obliged not to allow disrespectful attitude towards the administration of the Theater and the attendants, violation of the generally accepted rules and norms of behavior (obscene language, aggressive behavior, breaking the silence in the hall, the use of objects that create a noise effect and interfere with the audience).
4. Smoking is prohibited in the Theater.
5. It is strictly forbidden to enter the stage, technical and service rooms.
6. Spectators who do not follow the legal instructions of the Theater administration and maintenance personnel, who violate the rules and norms of behavior, can be removed from the Theatre, while the cost of services (tickets) is not compensated or returned.
