Ingredients:

- an almost full glass of milk,
- 1 chicken egg,
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- a little vinegar
- a pinch of rock salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (if you plan to serve pancakes with honey or jam, then you can reduce or not add granulated sugar at all),
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the dough,
- 2 cups of flour.

    Ingredients:

    • Water - 40 ml
    • Kefir - 250 ml
