Bedtime story about New Year

Once upon a time there was Santa Claus. He was tall, handsome, and had a rich white beard. He lived in a beautiful little house with painted shutters, a high porch and patterned glass in the illuminated windows. Every winter, Santa Claus congratulated all the inhabitants of the Fairytale Forest on the New Year. The inhabitants of the Fairy Forest dressed up in carnival costumes, and it was impossible to tell which of them was a fox and which was a hare. Santa Claus congratulated everyone, and often went to the neighboring Azure Forest to congratulate local residents on the New Year.

Once upon a time there was a story. Early, early, a little titmouse flew to Santa Claus and told him that Baba Yaga was asking to visit her.

"What does the venerable rogue want?" - thought Santa Claus, but did not refuse the invitation.

“I’ll come to dinner,” said Santa Claus.

But he did not manage to come to dinner, and he showed up at the house on chicken legs only in the evening. At the very house of Baba Yaga there was a stump. Santa Claus accidentally touched him with his staff, the stump swayed, shook himself and mumbled:

- What kind of case did you complain about?

“Baba Yaga herself called,” Santa Claus answered.

“Come in,” the stump said peacefully.

Baba Yaga treated Santa Claus with bagels, and then says:

“In the Far, Far Forest, you, Red Nose Frost, have never been seen. And there were no spruce trees there; there only witch-oaks grow. Get ready, take the Christmas tree and gifts to the inhabitants of the forest there.

- What am I going to do there? Santa Claus asked. “My horses don’t even know the way there.

“So be it, let’s go together in my mortar,” said Baba Yaga.

“But it will be too small for the two of us,” said Santa Claus.

“Don’t worry about it,” Baba Yaga said.

- Why are you so kind? Santa Claus hesitated.

“So for once you gave me a gift today - you gave me a new broom and fixed the stove, otherwise I, the old one, began to freeze completely.

And they decided the next morning to fly to the Far, far away forest. Santa Claus put on a warmer coat, took gifts and a Christmas tree. And Baba Yaga found fur mittens, and pulled on woolen socks, but she didn’t take any gifts, because Baba-Yozhka doesn’t give any gifts, and she waved a broom.

Baba Yaga knocked on her mortar with a broom, which immediately increased in size, Santa Claus and Baba Yaga sat in the mortar and flew off.

How long, how short, but they flew to the Far, far away forest. As the inhabitants of the forest saw the flying Baba Yaga, they hid in all directions.

Santa Claus and Baba Yaga landed, gathered to congratulate the inhabitants of the Far, Far Forest on the New Year, but no one was there. They were screaming, yelling, no one was there. What to do? Whom to congratulate?

And with them in flight, a small titmouse tagged along. When Santa Claus and Baba Yaga were going on the road, she darted into the pocket of Santa Claus's fur coat, and sat there all the way.

When Santa Claus and Baba Yaga began to look for animals and birds, she got out of her pocket and said:

“Don't worry, I'll bring the animals and birds to you now.

And she flew off to look for the local titmouse. She found and told them that Santa Claus and Baba Yaga had arrived to congratulate everyone on the New Year and give gifts. And they brought something else.

It turned out to be a Christmas tree, which was seen by the inhabitants of the Far, Far Forest itself, who ran to the Silvery Glade. They were invited by numerous tits.

The inhabitants of the Far, Farthest Forest gasped when they examined the beautiful Christmas tree with toys, lanterns and lights. Santa Claus presented gifts to everyone, and Baba Yaga told a New Year's fairy tale. Little titmouse made riddles.

And when the clock of Santa Claus struck twelve times, everyone shouted in unison:

- Happy New Year! Hooray!

And they danced together. And then the little sparrow said that he was tired and wanted to sleep. The cubs, wolf cubs, and squirrels also wanted to sleep.

Well! Sleep is also a small holiday. A holiday of happy events, fabulous transformations. Children grow up in their sleep. It's great!

Grow up too, my friend. Gain strength and health. Santa Claus asked me to tell you that everything will be fine with you!

In Dr. Strelkov's house there were always two Christmas trees at Christmas; one was called Big Christmas Tree. It was made on the first day of the holiday for children, Masha and Vasya, and their little friends and acquaintances were invited. The next day, Masha and Vasya themselves made a Christmas tree for the children of the janitor, the cook, the milkmaid, the water carrier; they also called the children of poor patients who were treated by their father. This Christmas tree was called small.

Preparations for this small Christmas tree began long before Christmas. Masha, who was already quite good at sewing, began to alter and mend her and her brother's dresses, which were worn or out of which they had already grown, and hemmed small scarves. Vasya repaired old toys, glued old books and pictures, made new boxes.

On the first day of the holiday, when mother and nanny began to clean up the big Christmas tree after mass, Masha asked to be allowed to go into the kitchen and cook something delicious for her guests herself.

Look, Masha, just don't get your dress dirty, - said my mother, - or better put on an old one for now.

I'd rather wear a big apron, Mom, and be careful. And the old dresses are all ready for the small Christmas tree.

Masha went into the kitchen, tied up a large apron, and with the help of the cook, Avdotya, cooked chocolate, which she grated herself, then prepared the dough for the biscuits. A little more sugar was missing, and Masha ran after him into the rooms. Passing by the hall, she heard the old nanny grumbling something...

Oh he! How did he get in here? You won't catch it.

What is there? - asked Masha. - Who crawled where?

Yes, there is a cockroach or a Prussian on the Yolka. Must have climbed in while she was heating in the kitchen. Watch out that he doesn't leave, and I'll bring the brush and sweep him.

Masha came up and looked.

Leave him, nanny, please, this is not a cockroach or a Prussian, but a squeaky beetle, with a big mustache, you know, there were a lot of them in the forest in summer!

All the same, you have to throw it away, - the nanny continued to grumble, - otherwise, is it easy, the Christmas tree is so smart, and suddenly such rubbish will crawl on it.

No, no, dear nanny, - Masha cried almost with tears, - leave it, please, leave it! Mom, tell the nanny to leave him. He is so good. And we will definitely have summer. There is snow in the yard, and we have a green tree and a live bug crawling on it.

It was decided to leave the squeaky beetle.

Masha calmed down, took some sugar and went back to the kitchen to continue her cooking.

In the evening, guests began to gather. Sonya and Liza, Masha's cousins, came first. While the Christmas tree was not yet lit, Masha invited them into her room, laid a clean napkin on a large armchair, put a tea set and began to give her guests chocolate with pies and biscuits of her own preparation. Little Whiteleg also came to try Masha's pies.

When the Christmas tree was lit, everyone was called into the hall. There they danced, played hide-and-seek and forfeits, ring and rope. The evening went off without a hitch and a lot of fun.

When all the guests left, Masha did not want to sleep yet and asked to be allowed to stay in the hall in order to begin preparations for the small Christmas tree in the evening.

Just stay a little longer, - said my mother, - and look, do not fall asleep. You must be tired today.

Left alone, Masha took laces, ribbons and scissors, brought prepared things and began to decorate her little Christmas tree.

One side was already almost ready; Masha examined her, saw that everything was fine. She wanted to continue cleaning, but it was late and she wanted to sleep. Leaning on the table, she thought about whether she should continue to clean the Christmas tree or postpone it until tomorrow. At the same time, she remembered the creaking beetle. Where is he, poor thing? He must have huddled in a corner somewhere, frightened by noise and light. And she remembered those squeaky beetles in the summer in the grove, when she, with the orat and the nanny, went for mushrooms and for berries. How good and fun it was in the grove, where there are many Christmas trees like the one that stands in front of her, many flowers, and birds, and insects! Will summer come again soon? she thought. Suddenly she heard that someone was calling her softly: "Masha, Masha!" She looked back. There was no one in the room. But the same quiet, thin voice continued to call her. Masha raised her head and saw on the last branch of the Yolka a creaking beetle, which moved its whiskers and affectionately nodded its head to her.

Masha, - said the squeaky beetle, - you are a kind girl, you did not let me throw it away. But I can't stay here. Come with me to the grove, I will make a feast for you.

How can you, - said Masha, - go to the grove at night and in such a frost! We won't find the way; moreover, I could put on my warm coat, and you will just freeze.

Do not be afraid, - answered the beetle, - we will have both warm and light. Let's go as soon as possible so we can get home in time.

Masha agreed and they went. Dear beetle told her about his life, and she did not notice how they came. It seems as if she had just left the house, and now the grove. And strangely, there was no snow at all in the grove, but the grass was green, and although Masha came out in one dress, she was not at all cold. Only the grass was somewhat damp, as if from dew. The beetle walked ahead, felt with its antennae where it was dry, and showed her the way.

Finally, they came to a beautiful clean clearing: young Christmas trees grew all around, and grass and moss were green below. The beetle stopped.

Here is our house, - he said, - bend down a little, and we will enter. The guests must be waiting for us.

Masha bent down and saw that under the big forest there was still a small forest of tiny Christmas trees, blades of grass, moss, grass and flowers. Bushes of wild strawberries rose above it, and in some places multi-colored mushrooms stood.

How, - Masha was surprised, - have your berries and mushrooms ripened already?

It's made for our friends, the barefoot kids. As soon as the sun rises, they will come running here in droves, and then they will have fun!

The creaking beetle gave her a paw, and Masha, arm in arm with him, continued to walk in a forest of moss and blades of grass.

Finally they came to an arch of two fir cones. Behind her one could see whole bushes of flowers: wild poppies, bluebells, pavilika, lilies of the valley, forget-me-nots; both in the grass and in the flowers a multitude of greenish lights shone, and there was noise and crackling and whistling and buzzing. Masha stopped in amazement.

Let's go in, - said the squeaky beetle, - this is our dance hall. The musicians had all already gathered, the fireflies lit their lanterns: the ball must have already begun.

They entered. Indeed, the ball was already in full swing. Grasshoppers sawed on their violins, flies and bees buzzed, bugs and ladybugs sang, butterflies flew, and all this crowded, circled, fluttered around the flowers and sang in different voices.

We will dance too, - said the creaking beetle and gave Masha its front paws. - I'll introduce you to our guests.

But Masha did not have to get acquainted with them. She knew and loved them all. She began to whirl with them, climbed the flowers, inhaled their fragrance, drank drops of sweet dew.

How good and fun you are! - said Masha, tired of dancing and sitting down to rest on a leaf of lily of the valley.

Stay with us, - the creaking beetle asked her, - you are so kind and good, we loved you so much. Stay! You will be our queen...

Saying this, the beetle knelt before her.

No, - said Masha, - I can't stay with you. I have to hurry home, take care of your friends, the barefoot kids. My Christmas tree is not ready for them yet. Take me quickly. When we move to the countryside in the summer, I will often come to you.

I can’t see you off,” said the creaking beetle, “I only know the way to the grove, but I don’t know how to get to you in the city. Stay better with us.

I can’t, I can’t,” Masha said. - Goodbye!

And she ran out of the grove at a run.

Masha, Masha! She heard a familiar voice, as if in the distance. - Masha, wake up!

She woke up. Her mother stood over her and woke her up.

And where is the squeaky beetle? she asked, rubbing her eyes.

We'll find the beetle tomorrow, - said my mother, - and now go to bed soon.

Waking up the next day, Masha, together with Vasya, began to especially diligently clean the Christmas tree. And when her little guests gathered in the evening, she tried to make them have as much fun as she had fun visiting the squeaky beetle.

V. Dal "Girl Snow Maiden"

Once upon a time there was an old man and an old woman, they had neither children nor grandchildren. So they went out the gate on a holiday, to look at other people's children, how they roll lumps of snow, play snowballs. The old man raised the bundle and said:

And what, old woman, if we had a daughter, so white, so round!

The old woman looked at the lump, shook her head and said:

What are you going to do - no, there is nowhere to take it.

However, the old man brought a lump of snow into the hut, put it in a pot, covered it with a rag and put it on the window. The sun rose, warmed the pot, and the snow began to melt.

So the old people hear - something squeaks in a pot under a rag; they are to the window - look, and in the pot lies a girl, white as a snowball, and round, like a lump, and says to them:

I am a girl Snegurochka, rolled up from the spring snow, warmed and blushed by the spring sun.

So the old people were delighted, they took it out, but the old woman rather sew and cut, and the old man, wrapping the Snow Maiden in a towel, began to nurse and nurture:

Sleep, our Snow Maiden,

Sweet chicken,

Rolled up from the spring snow,

Warmed by the spring sun!

We will drink you

We will feed you

Row in a colorful dress,

Mind to teach!

So the Snow Maiden grows to the delight of the old people, but so-and-so smart, so-and-so reasonable, that such people only live in fairy tales, but in reality they don’t exist.

Everything went like clockwork with the old people: it was good in the hut, and it was not bad in the yard, the cattle overwintered the winter, the bird was released into the yard. This is how the bird was transferred from the hut to the barn, and then the trouble happened: a fox came to the old Bug, pretended to be sick and belittled the Bug, begging in a thin voice:

Bug, Bug, little white legs, silk tail, let it warm up in the barn!

The bug, who had been running after the old man in the forest all day, did not know that the old woman had driven the bird into the barn, took pity on the sick fox and let it go there. And the fox of two chickens strangled and dragged home. As soon as the old man found out about this, he beat Zhuchka and drove him out of the yard.

Go, - he says, - wherever you want, but you are not fit for me as a watchman!

So the Beetle went, crying, from the old man's yard, and only the old woman and the girl Snegurochka regretted the Beetle.

Summer has come, the berries have begun to ripen, so the girlfriends of the Snow Maiden are calling into the forest by the berries. The old people don't even want to hear, they don't let them in. The girls began to promise that they would not let the Snow Maiden out of their hands, and the Snow Maiden herself asks to pick berries and look at the forest. The old people let her go, gave her a box and a piece of pie.

So the girls with the Snow Maiden ran under the arms, and as they came into the forest and saw the berries, everyone forgot about everything, scattered around, taking the berries and haunting, in the forest

A bear is walking, brushwood is crackling, bushes are bending:

What, girl, what, red?

Ay-ay! I am a girl Snegurochka, rolled up from the spring snow, toasted by the spring sun, my girlfriends begged me from my grandfather, grandmother, they took me into the forest and left!

Get off, - said the bear, - I will bring you home!

No, bear, - the girl Snegurochka answered, - I will not go with you, I am afraid of you - you will eat me!

The bear is gone.

Running gray wolf

Get down, - said the wolf, - I will bring you home!

No, wolf, I will not go with you, I am afraid of you - you will eat me!

The wolf is gone.

Lisa Patrikeevna is coming:

What, girl, are you crying, what, red, are you crying?

Ay-ay! I am a girl Snegurochka, rolled up from the spring snow, toasty with the spring sun, my girlfriends begged me from my grandfather, my grandmother into the forest for berries, and they brought me into the forest and left!

Ah, beauty! Ah, clever! Ah, my miserable one! Get down quickly, I'll bring you home!

No, fox, flattering words, I'm afraid of you - you will lead me to the wolf, you will give me to the bear ... I will not go with you!

The fox began to walk around the tree, look at the girl Snegurochka, lure her from the tree, but the girl does not go.

Gum, gum, gum! barked the dog in the forest.

And the girl Snegurochka screamed:

Aww, bitch! Aw, honey! I am here - the girl Snegurochka, rolled up from the spring snow, toasty with the spring sun, my girlfriends begged me from my grandfather, my grandmother into the forest for berries, they brought me into the forest and left. The bear wanted to carry me away, I did not go with him; the wolf wanted to take away, I refused him; the fox wanted to lure, I did not give in to deception; and with you, Bug, I'll go!

That's how the fox heard the dog's barking, so she waved her fur and was like that!

The Snow Maiden climbed down from the tree. The bug ran up, kissed her, licked her whole face and took her home.

There is a bear behind a stump, a wolf in a clearing, a fox darting through the bushes.

The bug barks, floods, everyone is afraid of it, no one starts.

They came home; The old people wept with joy. They gave the Snow Maiden a drink, fed her, put her to bed, covered her with a blanket:

Sleep, our Snow Maiden,

Sweet chicken,

Rolled up from the spring snow,

Warmed by the spring sun!

We will drink you

We will feed you

Row in a colorful dress,

Mind to teach!

They forgave the bug, gave it milk to drink, took it in mercy, put it in its old place, and forced it to guard the yard.

V. Stepanov "Silver Key"

Just before the New Year, the Hare wanted carrots. Where can I get it in winter? Winter is not summer.

The Hare descended into the ravine, and there, under the pine tree, the forest spring beats. The Hare leaned over to the spring, began to drink water and found a silver key at the very bottom.

The Hare galloped to Elk.

Come on, he says, change. I'll give you a silver key, and you give me a carrot.

I would love to, - sighed Elk, - only I have nothing but lingonberry berries, and they are running out. Better go to the Hamster.

You have a good key, - the Hamster praised the Hare. Just right for my closet. Only I have nothing but wheat grains, and even those are running out. You better run to the village, to the people.

The Hare threw a bag over his shoulder and galloped to the village: across the field, across the river, across the birch bridge.

The Hare stopped at the extreme hut. I just wanted to knock on the window, when, out of nowhere, the owner's dog jumped out. She barked, growled.

The Hare was frightened and took to his heels.

The Hare ran into the forest, caught his breath, and Santa Claus was walking towards him. Goes, looking for a silver key. The Hare showed him his find - he is the very key.

Well, Hare, - Santa Claus was delighted, - now ask me for everything you want.

I, grandfather, do not need anything other than carrots. But where can I get it in winter? Winter is not summer.

That's right, not summer, - Santa Claus smiled. What about the silver key?

Santa Claus clapped his hands - a trio of horses harnessed to a sleigh appeared. And on the sleigh - a chest.

Santa Claus opened it with a silver key and began to get gifts from the chest.

Cowberry - for Losenok. Grains - for the Hamster. Carrot - for the Hare.

And you and I - a New Year's cake.

S. Kozlov "How the Donkey, the Hedgehog and the Bear cub celebrated the New Year"

A blizzard raged in the fields all the week before New Year's Eve. There was so much snow in the forest that neither the Hedgehog, nor the Donkey, nor the Bear Cub could leave the house all week.

Before the New Year, the blizzard subsided, and friends gathered at the Hedgehog's house.

That's what, - said the Little Bear, - we don't have a Christmas tree.

No, agreed Donkey.

I don’t see that we had it, - said the Hedgehog. He liked to express himself intricately on holidays.

We must go look, - said the Bear cub.

Where can we find it now? Donkey was surprised. It's dark in the forest...

And what snowdrifts! .. - the Hedgehog sighed.

And yet you have to go for the Christmas tree, - said the Bear cub. And all three left the house.

The blizzard subsided, but the clouds had not yet dispersed, and not a single star could be seen in the sky.

And there is no moon! Donkey said. - What tree is here ?!

And to the touch? - said Little Bear. And crawled through the snowdrifts. But he couldn't find anything either. Only large Christmas trees came across, but they still wouldn’t fit into the Hedgehog’s house, and the small ones were covered with snow.

Returning to the Hedgehog, the Donkey and the Bear Cub were sad.

Well, what a New Year it is! .. - Bear cub sighed. “If it were some kind of autumn holiday, then the Christmas tree might not be obligatory,” thought Donkey. “And in winter it’s impossible without a Christmas tree.”

Meanwhile, the hedgehog boiled the samovar and poured tea into saucers. He gave the little bear a jar of honey, and the Donkey a plate of burdocks.

The Hedgehog did not think about the Christmas tree, but he was sad that for half a month now, as his clock-clock broke, and the watchmaker Woodpecker promised, but did not arrive.

How do we know when it's twelve o'clock? he asked Bear.

We will feel! Donkey said.

How are we going to feel? - Bear was surprised.

It's very simple, - said Donkey. - At twelve o'clock we will have exactly three hours to want to sleep!

Right! - the Hedgehog was delighted.

And don't worry about the tree. We will put a stool in the corner, I will stand on it, and you will hang toys on me.

Why not a Christmas tree! shouted Little Bear.

And so they did.

A stool was placed in the corner, the Hedgehog stood on the stool and fluffed the needles.

The toys are under the bed, he said.

The donkey and the Bear cub took out toys and hung a large dried dandelion on the upper paws of the Hedgehog, and a small spruce cone on each needle.

Don't forget the light bulbs! - said the Hedgehog.

And three chanterelle mushrooms were hung on his chest, and they lit up merrily - they were so red.

Are you tired, Yolka? - asked Little Bear, sitting down and taking a sip of tea from a saucer.

The hedgehog stood on a stool, like a real Christmas tree, and smiled.

No, said the Hedgehog. - What time is it now? The donkey was dozing.

Five minutes to twelve! - said Little Bear. - As the Donkey falls asleep, it will be exactly the New Year.

Then pour me and myself cranberry juice, - said the Hedgehog-Yolka.

Do you want cranberry juice? - asked the Little Bear from the Donkey.

The donkey was almost completely asleep.

Now the clock should strike, he muttered.

The hedgehog carefully, so as not to spoil the dried dandelion, took a cup of cranberry juice in his right paw, and began to beat the clock with his lower paw, stamping his feet.

bam! bam! bam! he said.

Three already, - said the Bear cub. - Now let me hit! He tapped his paw on the floor three times and also said:

bam! bam! bam! .. Now it's your turn, Donkey!

The donkey hit the floor three times with his hoof, but said nothing.

Now me again! - shouted the Hedgehog.

And everyone, with bated breath, listened to the last: “Bam! bam! bam!

Hooray! - shouted the Little Bear, and the Donkey fell asleep completely.

Soon the Little Bear fell asleep.

Only the Hedgehog stood in a corner on a stool and did not know what to do. And he began to sing songs and sang them until the morning, so as not to fall asleep and not break the toys.

Kosolapov Fedor from 1 "a" class and his fairy tale "How the boar Borka met the New Year".

Winter came. White fluffy snow fell. All the paths and paths were covered in the forest, but Borka could not sit at home, he wanted to take a walk in the forest. He got out of the hole and was surprised: there was a commotion all around, everyone was running, hurrying somewhere, in a hurry. He does not understand anything - what happened? And then Borka saw a crow on a tree. She told Borka that the New Year is coming today, so everyone is in a hurry to meet him. And he went to the forest to look for the New Year.

He walks through the forest and thinks: “Who is this New Year, and where can you meet him?” He walked and walked and got lost. Suddenly a wind came up, a blizzard arose, and snow began to fall. The trees sway and creak. The wind makes it difficult to go. The boar Borka was frightened and hid under a bush. He sits, trembling with fear.
And then three wolves jumped out into the clearing. They were arguing about something and looking around. Borka listened to their conversation. The wolves were talking about some Santa Claus and a bag of gifts, and about the New Year.
Borka was delighted: "That's who will help me celebrate the New Year." And so that the wolves would not see him and eat him, he decided to carefully follow them.

Soon they came to a clearing where some grandfather was sitting on a stump, and next to him lay a huge bag. Suddenly, the wolves ducked and began to cautiously creep up to the bag. Borka guessed - they want to steal the bag, and he decided to stop them. He squealed with all his might so that grandfather almost fell off the stump in surprise, and the wolves rushed in all directions. Borka himself was frightened and rushed to his grandfather. He just grunted and couldn't say anything. Finally, everything was quiet. Grandfather reassured Borka and said that he was Santa Claus and was bringing gifts for the New Year. He opened his bag and took out a whole bag of delicious acorns. Borka was happy! So he learned what the New Year is.

Gracheva Sofya from 1 "b" class and her "The Tale of the Penguin and the Fish".

Once upon a time there was a little penguin, and his name was Pinky. He lived in an ice house. And one day he went to the river to fish. And he caught one big fish, the other small. And then he caught another fish, not a simple one, but a golden one. And the fish said to him:
- Don't eat me, I'll still be useful to you, I'll be your friend.
"Okay," Pinky said.
- What is your name? the fish asked.
- I'm Pinky the penguin, - said Pinky. - And you?
"My name is Rina," Rina introduced herself.
- Do you know when the New Year will be? Pinky asked.
- I know, January 1, - said Rina.
- And what did you wish Santa Claus for the New Year? Pinky asked.
- Become the same as you, a penguin. In our family, it is customary to choose one cherished desire - it can be any desire - and make a wish for the New Year, - Rina answered. - This is my cherished wish.
"Even if you're a different animal?" Pinky asked in surprise.
"Yes," Rina replied.
"A strange desire," said Pinky. - And I want skis for the New Year, so that I can ride down the hill. Rina, can you come to visit us?
- No, I'm sorry, I live under water and I can't go on land, - said Rina. If I get on the snow, I will immediately freeze. We are not equipped to walk on dry land. Can you come to visit me, swim together?
- Well, only on the day off, when there will be school holidays, - Pinky answered.
- And what number will it be? Rina asked.
"December 23," Pinky replied. - Rina, why are you so golden?
Because I was born that way. We are all like that, goldfish. Different types of fish look different. Pinky, why do all the birds fly and you don't?
Because we were born like you, - Pinky answered.

Fifteen days later, Pinky the penguin and Rina the fish met.
- Here comes the New Year. We have a Christmas tree, - says Pinky.
- And we have a Christmas tree, elegant and beautiful, - says Rina.
- Oh! Look, there is a sleigh and Santa Claus with a bag of gifts, - Pinky saw.
- Yes. Soon the night will come and all wishes will come true.
- Alas, it's late, - said Pinky, - it's time to go home.
And they went home. Santa Claus came to everyone and brought gifts to everyone. The penguin got skis, not simple, but magical. They can not only ride, but also fly. And the fish got a small box. Rina showed it to Pinky.
- What do you think is in it?
"Probably what you thought of," Pinky answered.
- But I wished to become the same penguin as you. This is my cherished desire! Rina exclaimed.
Rina opened the box, and it contained ice cream. She looked at him in surprise, but ate, and she wanted to sleep. Rina said goodbye to Pinky. And in the morning, as if nothing had happened, I decided to swim. Then Pinky swims up and says:
- Rina, it's you, what's wrong with you?
- And what!? the fish was surprised.
"You've become a penguin like me," Pinky replied.
- Really?! ... - Rina said, barely breathtaking. So my wish came true!
"Yes, as you can see," Pinky clarified. - Well, let's go for a walk.
Pinky took a ride on his magic skis. True, they almost took him to the other side. He stopped in time and gave Rina a ride. They enjoyed spending the whole day together. And they became good friends. They walked and played together. And they returned home happy and cheerful.

Sysoeva Marina from 2 "a" class and her fairy tale "Winter Adventure".

Once upon a time there was a girl Eva. It was winter, but there was no snow for a long time. Without snow, everyone was sad - both adults and children. She went for a walk in the forest. And in that forest lived a snowman. But he was very, very sad. The girl saw the Snowman and asked:
Are you sad without snow too?
- I know why there is no snow. The Evil Queen stole the Snow Pegasus, and if he is not rescued, there will be no snow,” the Snowman said sadly.
- Is there anything I can do to help? Eva asks.
- I don’t know ... We need to find a solar crystal, and then the evil Queen will become good and let Pegasus go.
Eva suddenly remembered that a small copy of the solar crystal was given to her for her birthday. Handing her the crystal, her friends cryptically said that the day would come when she would be able to help everyone, all adults and children. At that time, she paid no attention to their words. And now the girl told this to the Snowman, and he was very happy. Eve promised that she would soon make her way with this crystal to the castle of the evil Queen, and Pegasus would be released.
The snowman gave her a map that could be used to find the place where the evil Queen lives, and ... soon it began to snow again. And the joy of children and adults had no end. The Snowman was also happy, and became even more cheerful when he saw Eve flying in the distance on Pegasus.

But in the 2nd "b" class, two winners were revealed: Oleg Petukhov and Artem Ponomarev. Meet.

Petukhov Oleg and his "Good Tale".

On one distant desert island lived a strange little kind dragon named Drakosha.
The island was very far from the mainland, so no one came to visit him, did not fly in or sailed. The dragon was very sad and lonely. He did not know what friends and comrades were. He didn't have holidays. He did not know that once a year there is such a fun holiday as the New Year. He has never seen snow, a Christmas tree, Father Frost and the Snow Maiden.

And then one day in one of his lonely days, when Drakosha was walking along the seashore, in the distance he saw a ship that was heading exactly to his island. "Who could it be?" Draco thought. He was very happy: “Soon I will not be alone, cheers!”
The ship sailed closer and closer, and Drakosha saw a black flag on its mast. He didn't like it very much. He decided to hide in the thicket of the forest and look. When the ship sailed to the shore, Drakosha saw that very scary, evil little men were descending from it and leading a bound old grandfather with a white beard and a very beautiful girl in a wonderful blue cap and fur coat. One of the most formidable little men said: “Let's leave them here, soon it will be hot and the Snow Maiden will melt, and let grandfather sit and grieve. And we will take all the gifts and surprises to our island and eat sweets and play with interesting toys that they have prepared for the children for a whole year. And let the children sit for a long, long time and wait for the holiday. And they led their captives into the forest.
"It's terrible," Drakosha thought, "how such a beautiful girl can melt." He felt sorry for the old grandfather and those guys who sit and wait for gifts. And he decided to release the girl and the old grandfather.

The dragon was kind, but he did not like evil and unjust people very much. And once upon a time, his grandfather Dragon Dragon taught him several magical things. He could turn living beings into dry trees, stones, stumps for a while.
An angry Drakosha rushed into the forest. First, he decided to negotiate with the little men in an amicable way. "Please let the poor old man and the girl go!" Drakosha shouted to them. But in response, they just laughed at him. “Who are you to tell us? they squeaked. "We'll connect you now." And the evil little men rushed to Drakosha. But Drakosha was very dexterous and courageous. He released fire from his mouth and the first three men quickly turned into round stones. For a few seconds, the little men froze, but then they again rushed at Drakosha. But he did not lose his head and turned a few more of them into dry trees. There are only four villains left. They got scared and decided to run to the ship.
“No, you won’t leave,” said Drakosha, and four dry stumps appeared on the road. He ran to the grandfather and the girl and untied them.

Thank you so much, dear Dragon! - the grandfather and the girl told him. - You saved us and a lot of guys who are now waiting for us, waiting for gifts, waiting for the New Year! After all, if we do not come, the holiday will not come.
- What is the New Year? Drakosha asked.
- You don't know what New Year's is? – the girl was surprised. - My name is Snegurochka, and this is my grandfather - Santa Claus. We invite you to our holiday!
The dragon was very happy. He had never been to a party before in his life.
- Then they quickly ran to the ship, because soon my magical action will end and the evil little men will come to life.
And all three rushed to the ship.

After a few days of sailing, the ship sailed to land. But she was all white and shone with multi-colored lights.
- What it is? - Drakosha asked the Snow Maiden.
“It’s snow,” the girl said. - You're so funny.
They got into the sleigh and rushed through the forests and fields covered with snow. There is very little left before the start of the new year.
"How beautiful!" Draco thought. And now a huge house appeared in front of the Drakosha. There were many, many guys there. But as soon as the guys saw Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden on the threshold, they shouted with joy and clapped their hands.
- Happy New Year, dear guys, with new happiness! Santa Claus said. - We are very glad to see you. We were in a hurry, but on the way we met evil robbers who did not want the New Year to come. But our new friend Drakosha saved us and our holiday. Therefore, our New Year will be the year of the good Dragon!
- Hooray! the guys shouted.
- Hooray - shouted Drakosha.
And the holiday has begun! He was very happy, because now he is not alone - he has a lot of kind and good friends!

And Ponomarev Artem with his fairy tale "Factory of Santa Claus".

Once upon a time there was a boy named Petya. Once at school, he heard from high school students that Santa Claus does not exist. He was very sad and when he came home, he decided to make a strange wish. If it does not come true, then the older guys are telling the truth. If it comes true - all notions. And his desire was this: to visit the magic factory of Santa Claus.

On New Year's Eve, when he had already forgotten about his desire, the boy woke up from the cold. Opening his eyes, he saw that all the windows in his room were open. Sitting down on the bed, Petya looked through the open window at the magical Troll, who was sitting on a shining snow sleigh and, as it turned out, was expecting a boy. And suddenly the Troll says to him: “Well, you are a sleepyhead. Stop sitting, or someone will see me. Hurry! We are still waiting for two of the same unbelieving guys.” The boy quickly jumped off the bed and miraculously found himself in the sleigh. A few seconds later, two more guys were sitting next to him: Styopa and his sister Olya.
- Where are we going? Olya whispered softly.
- You wanted to visit the magic factory of Santa Claus! The troll replied with a laugh.
Nothing was visible. Everything is white-white. In the white icy desert stood an icy house. From icicles, all shone. Santa Claus was waiting for the guys there!

The sledge slowly descended. And Petya, Styopa and Olya could not move. They didn't believe their eyes. It was actually the magic factory of Santa Claus. The children entered the factory and were amazed. Toys glittered all around, sweets, cookies and confetti rained down. A serpentine flew around the factory and slowly descended into gift bags. Snowflakes fell from the ceiling. And cheerful dwarfs in smart collars and white gloves neatly packed gifts. Various magical toys were created in the toy shop.
- Well, guys, do you like my factory? - the children heard the voice of Santa Claus and turned around.
- Certainly! This is just a miracle! the guys shouted.
- I will tell you a secret: I come only to those who believe in me.
And suddenly each of the guys suddenly woke up in his bed, and under the tree he found a red bag showered with confetti and serpentine.
The tale is a lie, but there is a hint in it, a lesson for good fellows. Believe - it turns out and then everything comes true!

Symonenko Vika from 3 "a" class and her fairy tale "Seven Stars".

The boy Dima lived in Krasnoyarsk. He was seven years old. On New Year's Eve, Dima and his parents began to prepare for the long-awaited holiday. They called guests, decorated the house, cut salads. And here Dima approaches his mother:
- Mom, are we going to celebrate the New Year without a Christmas tree?
- Oh, right. We didn't buy a tree!
They got together and, together with dad, went to the mall to get a Christmas tree. Of course, there were not only Christmas trees, but also firecrackers, Christmas decorations and stars. But most of all Dima liked the garlands. He went to them. They shimmered like that: now red, then yellow, then green, then blue. Dima really wanted to decorate a New Year tree with one of the garlands. He went to his parents and wanted to tell about it, but they were gone. Dima was horrified. He started running around the store, but they were nowhere to be found. Some passer-by approached Dima:
- What happened, boy?
- My parents are gone!
- How did they disappear?
- Well, we came here for the Christmas tree. I went to the garlands, and when I returned, they were gone.
- Do you remember your address?
- No, I'm only seven years old!
- Well then, stay here and don't go anywhere, but I'll come soon and everything will be fine.

She left. But for some reason the boy was afraid. He saw some shadows. Then Dima got even more frightened. He began to run around the mall and ask everyone: “Have you seen my parents?”. But everyone just looked at him very strangely and passed by.
Then Dima ran out into the street and began to remember the way home.
Everything around was unfamiliar. Then Dima sat down on the snow and tears flowed from his eyes. "I'd give anything to go home," he muttered, sobbing.

And suddenly he saw the stars lit up in the sky. He stopped sobbing and looked at them. Then he started counting them. There were seven of them. “Wow, I have never seen such bright stars,” thought Dima.
They burned so intensely that the boy's eyes hurt. He closed his eyes. Then the light went out. Dima opened his eyes. Strange, but he was no longer on the snow in an unfamiliar place, but in front of his house. “Is this my house!?” - the boy was surprised.
Dima ran into his apartment.
- Mommy, daddy!!!
- Dimochka, dear! Mom and dad rushed to him.
- I missed you so much!!! But why did you leave me at the mall?
- Son, it was you who suddenly disappeared somewhere, and we were looking for you for a long time.
Everyone was very happy, dressed up the Christmas tree together and began to celebrate the New Year.
When Dima went to bed, he was tormented by one question for a long time: “How did I get home?”

Shraer Valeria from 3 "b" class and her fairy tale "Christmas adventures of schoolchildren".

Once, third-graders gathered in their class for the New Year's holiday and began to discuss Santa Claus.
- Santa Claus exists! Petya said. - Santa Claus always comes to us with the Snow Maiden and gives us gifts.
- Santa Claus does not exist! Anya and Kolya assured him. - It's the parents asking the actors to come to our house.
- Santa Claus exists! Masha exclaimed. - Where do the actors get so many gifts ?!
- Santa Claus exists! Eva screamed.
And then the argument began. The guys were arguing and arguing, but suddenly they felt dizzy, their eyes darkened, it became dark.
And then the sun shone, the guys woke up and they became very cold. The students looked around and to their surprise found that they were in the forest.
- Where are we? the children asked with one voice.
- Guys, help! - a very young girl in a blue fur coat and cap ran to the children.
Golden curls lay on her shoulders, and blue eyes looked at the schoolchildren.
- Yes, it's the Snow Maiden! Masha exclaimed.
- Yes, that's right, - the Snow Maiden nodded, - and you ended up in a magical forest where Santa Claus lives. Unfortunately, you won't be able to return home until you help us. The New Year is under threat. The Evil Ice Dragon took Santa Claus prisoner. We must save him!

So the guys and the Snow Maiden went to save Santa Claus. They walked and walked, and a blizzard attacked them.
- What do we do? Kolya asked.
- Come up with a magic spell, - said the Snow Maiden.
The guys consulted for a long time, argued, and finally came up with magic words. As soon as they said them, the blizzard stopped, and in the distance the guys saw some kind of cave. The Snow Maiden said that the Ice Dragon lives there.
Friends decided to go there. They went inside the cave and saw an ice statue of Santa Claus.
"We need to warm him up," Eve said.
The guys began to dance around Santa Claus and warmed him up. But then the Ice Dragon appeared.
- Who is in my cave? he growled menacingly.
- It's us, schoolchildren! the guys shouted. - We want to give you New Year's gifts, because on New Year's Eve everyone gives each other gifts.
- Present? Nobody has ever given me gifts.
- You just got offended and became angry. Let Santa Claus go and come with us to our holiday, - friends said.
And then suddenly everything began to spin in a whirlwind and the children again found themselves in their class.
- And yet Santa Claus exists! - the guys exclaimed in unison. They spun in a round dance and the fun began.
Do you believe in Santa Claus?

Don't be sad! We have selected for you short stories and novels by your favorite authors, which will improve your mood and will not take much time. Read on the run and enjoy the New Year and Christmas!

"Gifts of the Magi".

14 minutes

Readers know this story almost by heart, but still remember it year after year on Christmas Eve. The story of two "stupid kids" who sacrifice their most precious things for each other has been inspiring us for over a century. Its moral is this: no matter how poor you are, love makes you both rich and happy.

New Year's holiday of father and little daughter.

11 minutes

A very short and bright story about a man who spent the best years of his life on some work unknown to the reader and did not notice how his daughter grew up.

In the "New Year's Holiday ..." one feels the cold and hopelessness that the author himself experienced in an unheated St. Petersburg room in the terrible year 1922, but there is also that warmth that only close people can give. In the case of Green's hero, this is his daughter, Tavinia Drap, and in the case of the writer himself, his wife Nina Mironova.

"Angel".

25 minutes

Sasha is a thirteen-year-old teenager from a poor family, eccentric, embittered, used to enduring beatings and insults. On Christmas Eve, he is invited to a Christmas tree in a rich house, where the boy is surrounded by clean and happy children of the owners. In addition to this, he sees his father's first love. The woman he still remembers.

But on Christmas, as we remember, miracles happen, and Sasha's heart, which has been squeezed by an iron vise until now, melts at the sight of a toy angel. In an instant, his usual rudeness, hostility and callousness disappear.

"Christmas tree". Tove Jansson

15 minutes

A charming story about unknown to science, but so beloved Moomin. This time, Tove Jansson described how a familiar family celebrated Christmas. Not knowing what it is and how it is celebrated, the Moomin family managed to arrange a real holiday with a Christmas tree and gifts for whips (even more mysterious animals).

The story, of course, is for children, but adults will also be pleased to re-read it on New Year's Eve.

"Anniversary". Narine Abgaryan

20 minutes

A realistic story, devoid of even a hint of magic, nevertheless leads to the most joyful New Year's thoughts. "Jubilee" is a story of friendship, old and newly acquired, a break with an unpleasant past and the hope of fulfilling all the promises made with the advent of the New Year.

"Not just around Christmas."

30 minutes

A fly in the ointment in our barrel of honey: a satirical story about how Christmas suddenly became a daily unbearable torture. At the same time, the whole essence of the holiday, its religious and moral overtones came to naught because of people's love for "tinsel". A masterpiece from the Nobel Prize winner in literature, Heinrich Böll.

1 hour, 20 minutes

Both adults and children know that the blacksmith Vakula had to make a deal with the devil himself for the sake of Oksana's little boots. "The Night Before Christmas" is the brightest, funniest and most atmospheric thing in Gogol's cycle "Evenings on a Farm near Dikanka", so do not take it for work, take an hour and a half for the pleasure of spending time with your favorite characters.
