Gymnastics is rightfully considered the most elegant, aerial sport. Colorful outfits, impressive stunts, surprisingly flexible and graceful athletes - all this cannot but arouse sincere admiration. So let's learn how to draw a gymnast.

Draw a gymnast standing on her hands

Gymnastic exercises are tricks, body weight work, a combination of flexibility and strength. One of the interesting positions is the handstand - we will depict it. So we will figure out how to draw a gymnast with a pencil.

First, we will depict the arms and head of the gymnast. The gaze is directed down, the hair is gathered in a tight bun - so as not to interfere.

Then we draw the body. The spine will be arched forward, the muscles - as tense as possible.

And, of course, you need to finish the strong long legs of the athlete - the gymnasts have them very trained. They will form a straight line - the girl will, as it were, stand in a split. Only upside down.

To make the drawing look more beautiful and natural, we will finish the surface of the floor and the shadow. The shadow parts can be shaded, or you can simply tint, slightly shading the pencil with a napkin or finger.

Everything, now our athlete is drawn completely.

Twine standing - draw a gymnastic exercise

One of the basic exercises of gymnastics is the twine. And not only sitting splits - one of the very beautiful and useful exercises is standing splits or vertical splits. It is on it that we will learn how to draw a gymnast in stages.

First of all, we outline the position of the body and head. The torso in this position is very strongly curved forward - the spine almost takes the form of a semicircle.

Now let's work on the limbs: one leg is directed down (the toe is extended forward, the lower leg, on the contrary, stretches back), the other is up. Hands clasp the raised leg just above the knee. You can also outline a hairstyle - hair gathered in a bun.

Let's add details. It is necessary to draw facial features, fingers and toes, clothes, individual strands of hair.

Let's draw the shadows. It is important not to overdo it here - it is better to apply strokes carefully, without pressing on the pencil.

Number with a ribbon - learning to portray a girl in flight

Separately, it is worth talking about numbers with various gymnastic equipment and, in particular, with a ribbon. The spectacle when a girl makes intricate pirouettes and at the same time a bright ribbon winds around her in patterns is truly indescribable. So we will learn how to draw a gymnast with a ribbon.

First, let's draw the head of the athlete and the line of the hand adjacent to it.

Then we draw the neck and arms entirely. Almost entirely - so far we are doing the brush only on the girl's left hand. It will hold a tape stick.

Now the torso and downward leg. The toe will be strongly extended forward.

The second leg will go diagonally up. And still it is necessary to finish the second brush.

And now the most interesting - the tape. It will bizarrely bend, forming a complex ornate figure. Let's make the girl's hair black.

Hooray, we did it - the picture is finished.

Split jump

Flying, jumping, somersaults - all this is an integral part of such a sport as gymnastics. But the split jump is a true embodiment of flexibility and airiness. Looking at this, you can really believe that people are able to fly. And learning how to draw a gymnast on a twine is not difficult at all.

First of all, you need to draw auxiliary elements. Let's draw a ball, a quadrangle and another ball arranged vertically - these are blanks for the head, torso and pelvis, respectively.

Now the guides for the arms and legs are curved lines with quads at the ends.

Let's add details to the head - a graceful girlish profile and a tight ball of hair.

Then - the outlines of the body. The waist should not be too thin - gymnastics requires developed abdominal muscles.

Now the arms and pelvis. The arms will also be strong, muscular, filled with energy.

Also, legs in gaiters. The legs will form a single line - remember, we are drawing a twine.

It is necessary to depict brushes - one hand will be clenched into a fist, and on the second the fingers will be protruding in different directions.

The more details, the more natural it will look, so let's add folds and dots.

Let's make the outlines neater.

And at the end we will erase all auxiliary lines and shapes.

That's it, we're done - our athlete is ready.

Many children love to draw sports cars. Dynamic beautiful design and attractive streamlined body attracts the attention of every boy who dreams of getting behind the wheel of a racing car. But drawing sports and racing cars is not easy. It is very difficult to convey its dynamic shape of the hood and other details. However, step by step drawing lessons make this task easier and step by step you can accurately draw a sports car and the drawing of the car will be similar to the original. In this lesson we will learn draw a sports car company Lamborghini Aventador in stages.

1. Draw the contour of the body of a sports car

First you need to draw the initial contour of the body of a sports car. Start at the front of the car. Draw the contours of the windshield and bumper, and then apply the contours of the side part with light pencil strokes.

2. Details of the hood and bumper

Continue to draw the outline of the hood and with an arc emphasize the bulging wing of the sports car.

3. Headlights and wheels of a sports car

Now we will draw the headlights for our sports car. To do this, above the two front pentagons, draw two other polygons. In addition, you need to "insert" the wheels into the square cutouts of the mudguards and mark the center of the wheel with a dot.

4. "Ribs" of rigidity of the car body

At this stage, you need to add some additional lines along the body, the so-called stiffeners. Thanks to these "ribs", the thin metal does not deform when overloaded while the car is moving at high speed and rigidly holds the shape given at the factory. Make stiffeners in the middle of the hood and on the side of the car. Add some additional elements of the bumper and side of the body of the sports car.

5. How to draw wheels

Now we need to draw the wheels of the sports car, "refine" and correct the preliminary outline of the wheels. Blacken the tires with a pencil and draw a small circle in the middle of the wheel. After that, the square fender liner cutouts made in the early stages also need to be rounded off to fit the shape of the wheel. Next, from a rectangular roof, you need to make a streamlined part of the body of a sports car and add glass. Don't forget to draw the side mirrors.

6. The final stage of the drawing

At this step, the body of the sports car needs to be voluminous and give dynamics to the racing car. This can be done with a soft simple pencil. But first, let's draw beautiful wheel rims. This is a fun activity because you can draw your own model sports car rims, like a star. Make branches from the center of the wheels a and paint over the voids between them. Then, with a pencil, you need to shade the glass, and the spaces in the bumper and on the side of the body. Add a Lamborghini Aventador badge to the hood. I hope you were able draw a sports car perfect. Now, if desired, you can make a small surrounding landscape and draw a road.

In this section, we will try to draw a crossover class car. A car in this class is much larger than its car counterparts and more like a sports car. Therefore, the wheels of this car are much larger and wider than those of passenger cars.

The tank is one of the most complex military vehicles in terms of design. It is based on caterpillars, a hull and a turret with a cannon. The most difficult thing to draw in the tank is its caterpillar track. Modern tanks are very fast, of course, he will not catch up with a sports car, but a truck can.

Drawing an airplane is not so difficult. In order to draw an airplane, you only need to know some of the features of its structure. Military aircraft are different from passenger aircraft. They have a different, more dynamic shape, as there is no passenger compartment, only the cockpit.

If you color the helicopter drawing with colored pencils, the picture of the helicopter will be bright and attractive. Let's try to draw a helicopter in stages with a simple pencil.

Let's try to draw a hockey player in motion step by step, with a stick and a puck. You may even be able to draw your favorite hockey player or goalkeeper.

At the request of our reader, I prepared a lesson on how to draw an athlete with a pencil. This time I took Wladimir Klitschko as a test subject. Although lately he has become more of a politician than an athlete. But before that he definitely was and deserved the title of champion. In general, sport is a kind of human activity that does not require much mental effort. More physical and mental. Sports give great pleasure to both the participants and the spectators. It is especially useful for us artists. On their example, you can easily study the anatomy of the human body and train. This is what we'll do.

How to draw an athlete with a pencil step by step

Step one. I am sketching the human body. All main parts can be seen in the figure below: Step two. I start painting the face. Eye level is approximately in the middle of the head. The distance from the chin to the nose should be equal to the distance from the nose to the eyebrows. Step three. I begin to draw in detail the entire head and take up the body. Step four. Pay attention to emotions. The shadow near the eyes and the folds in the skin between the lips and nose should be visible. I will add shadows all over the body. I made more drawing lessons of other sports, look here.

How to draw an athlete will be discussed in this article. Step by step instructions with detailed explanations will also be given here.

Basics for a budding artist

Today there are cameras, camcorders. Nevertheless, the art of drawing still lives and flourishes. And although it is believed that in order to draw well, you need to have talent from God, practice proves that the skills of artistic depiction of the world around you should be learned in the same way as knitting, reading, singing, and physical education. And, of course, it is very important to constantly train, watch the work of experienced masters and draw conclusions. It is also important to read the relevant literature and know the basics of artistic representation of a variety of subjects.

The basis of auxiliary constructions in the depiction of the human figure

Not everyone knows how to draw an athlete with a pencil in stages. Therefore, in order for a person to turn out to be proportional, one should make additional constructions before starting drawing - sketch the “skeleton” of the image with hair lines. Since drawing an athlete is, first of all, depicting a person in motion, the basic rules for the proportion of the human body must be strictly observed.

Proportions of the human figure

  1. The distance between the fingertips of the outstretched hands is equal to the height.
  2. The hip point - the place where the legs begin - divides the main auxiliary line in half.
  3. The point dividing the lower half of the auxiliary line in half marks the knee.
  4. Dividing the upper half of the auxiliary line in half, you can find the location of the nipples.
  5. The upper quarter of the line (from the nipples to the end point), divided in half, will help you find the eighth part - it will be occupied by the head in the figure.
  6. Forearm slightly shorter than elbow
  7. The width of the hips of a man is equal to the width of the chest.

How to draw an athlete step by step

Master class: "Draw a skier"

Since it is possible to draw an athlete on skis without additional construction, simplified, we will consider this option as well.

  1. First, draw the head of the athlete.
  2. Now we depict arms bent at the elbows at a right angle.
  3. It should be remembered that the elbows are located at the level of the waist, and, observing these proportions, draw the upper part of the body already.
  4. Depict the legs should be of such length that the point of their connection divides the figure in half.
  5. Now you can finish the skis and poles for the skier.

This is the simplest version of the image of a person in motion. Therefore, he, most likely, will be the solution to the problem of how to draw an athlete to a child.

Preliminary work before the image of the skier going down the mountain

This task will be more difficult than the previous one, when the artist was faced with the task of drawing a person simply walking on skis. Since you need to draw an athlete who overcomes the descent at speed in a certain position, at an angle, it would first be nice to carefully consider photographs of skiers in motion.

It should be noted that during the mountain descent, the figure of a person leans almost 45 degrees to the horizon. Also pay attention to the bent legs and arms - the body seems to be concentrated, leaning sideways and forward.

Additional constructions for the image of a skier moving down the mountain

  1. Having found out the main points in the image of the skier during the descent, one should make auxiliary constructions, that is, build the angle of inclination of the athlete's figure. The lower beam should not be horizontal, but correspond to the slope of the surface - the descent. The ray of inclination of the figure will be equal to approximately 45 degrees. But here one should take into account the following fact: the steeper the descent and the higher the speed of the athlete, the more the person leans and, therefore, the smaller (sharper) the angle.
  2. When depicting the body of a skier, the proportions of the human body should be observed, since it is necessary to draw an athlete in accordance with generally accepted standards. Therefore, the location of the hip joint (in the figure in this place is the point from which the legs diverge) should divide the full height of a person in half.
  3. The elbow bend of the arm falls on the athlete's waist, which is slightly higher than the hip joint.
  4. The point of the knee divides the line of the leg from the point of the hip joint to the ankle of the foot approximately in half.

Master class image of a skier during the descent

  1. After the necessary auxiliary constructions, the skier's head should be drawn.
  2. The next step will be drawing the upper body of the skier to the waist. Here it should be borne in mind that the chest should be wider than the head.
  3. Hands are drawn bent, because the athlete is in motion. The angle of the fold of the left hand and the right hand is different.
  4. The lines of the skier's legs during the descent cannot be parallel. One leg can be only slightly bent, and the second is located almost at a right angle to it.
  5. Skis should be drawn parallel. The sticks can be either parallel or at an angle to each other.

Image of ski jumper

Before drawing, it is recommended to consider the pose of the athlete. In a ski jump, the skier concentrates, crouches, tilting the upper body forward. The line of the figure, as it were, takes the form of a zigzag. The legs in this position are usually parallel to each other, and so are the skis. Sticks are drawn horizontally.

  1. The head of the athlete is depicted in a round shape, a mask is drawn in front of the eyes.
  2. The arm is extended towards the viewer, so its length is shortened - this is according to the rules of projection. The stick should be placed at a very slight angle to the skis, you can even draw it parallel to the skis.
  3. The line of the back runs at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal. Of course, the back itself should be drawn round, not perfectly straight. The line with the line of the back make an angle of approximately 60 degrees. Under the same slope, the leg is drawn after the knee bend.
  4. Since the artist depicts the skier as if from below, the ski must not be drawn exactly horizontally, but with a slope of about 30 degrees.
  5. The second ski is shown parallel to the first.
  6. If the artist decides to make the drawing in color, then you can make a stripe highlight on the glasses.

To become a real artist, you need not only to have natural abilities, but to learn a lot of drawing theory. In order to depict an athlete, a draftsman should study the structure and proportions of the human body. Studying the works of masters can help in acquiring drawing skills. And the most important condition: practical training for an artist is just as important as daily training for an athlete.

Drawing a skier in stages for children

Drawing on the sports theme "Skiers". Master class on drawing a skier with children 6-7 years old

Drawing a skier with a step by step photo.

Bodnar Svetlana Viktorovna, teacher, gymnasium No. 1551.
Description: the master class is intended for children 6 years and older, as well as teachers and parents.
Purpose: consolidate children's knowledge of skiing, learn to draw the figure of a skier in motion.
Target: image of a figure of a skier in motion.
Tasks:
1. Learn to convey the characteristic features of a skier's figure (posture, costume, attributes).
2. Consolidate children's knowledge of skiing.
3. Continue to teach how to subordinate various expressive means (color, shape, technique, composition) to achieve the integrity of the image.
4. Develop: visual-figurative thinking, visual-effective thinking in the process of creating an image.
5. Continue to cultivate accuracy when working with visual materials and tools.

When drawing with older preschoolers a skier or a person in general in motion, it is necessary to teach children the ability to make quick sketches of a person's figure in various positions. This skill appears in children with systematic exercises. To achieve a more successful completion of the task, it is necessary to select the appropriate illustrations. On the eve of the image of an athlete, it is good to have a conversation about different sports and athletes.

The teacher invites the children to draw each of their skiers with a number (negotiate the number in advance), so that after drawing they can gather all the skiers and organize the Ski Competitions at the exhibition.
Let's get to work.

1. For a more successful explanation of the athlete's position to children during skiing, it is very good to use special puppets in which the elbows and knees are bent.

2. At preschool age, visibility is very important.

3. We arrange the sheet vertically. With a simple pencil, we outline the lines of the mountains.

4. Making the background: top (sky) - light blue; bottom (mountains) - white.

5. Now we make a sketch of the skier: draw a circle (head) in the upper right corner.

6. With the help of lines, we sketch the location of the torso, arms and legs in motion.

7. Next, draw a large circle - the torso to the waist, a smaller circle - the pelvic part. Then we draw ovals - arms to the elbow and after the elbow, ovals - legs to the knees and after the knees.

8. With the help of smooth lines we draw a neck, also with the help of smooth lines we collect the whole drawing: connecting the torso - circles, ovals - arms and legs.

9. Now that our pencil sketch is ready, we erase the auxiliary lines with an elastic band and dress our skier, draw the details: face, hair.

10. Add skis and sticks to our image.

11. We finish the landscape with fir trees and a bush.

12. We take watercolors and start working in color: a tracksuit and a cap can be offered to children to model in any color.

13. Add a scarf, mittens, boots to the image.

14. We color the skis, sticks, and cover the spruces and bushes with white gouache, making them snowy.

15. To highlight the lines of the mountains, add a drop of black paint to the white gouache, achieving a slightly gray tint, and shade the mountains.
Our skier is ready!
Now you can arrange a competition!
