Lead 2. And today we will talk about many interesting things, look into the distant past and find out what a circus, cinema and theater are.

The first team appears on the stage. Dressed in a costume of a jester or buffoon, the participant in the performance begins the narration.

Circus: how it all began

Why do people love the circus? First of all, for the fact that the circus is always a holiday. Music plays here, lights sparkle, artists do things that you never see in ordinary life. Here a person walks on his hands, rides a horse, standing upright in the saddle, or simply puts his head in the mouth of a predator. The circus is loved for sincerity, for complete openness and courage.

But how did it all start, you ask?

The word "circus" comes from the Latin circus - circle. The exact date of its appearance has not been established. But maybe this is great, because the art, which includes acrobatics, tightrope walking, juggling, clowning, animal training, despite its advanced age, is always young. Let's take a short journey into the depths of centuries, to those sources where the circus originates from.

In ancient times, in the countries of the East, artisans, wanting to prove the strength of the rope they made, pulled it between a goat (a log stand for sawyers), walked, ran, and even jumped on it. In ancient Persia, a warrior, in order to look around the surroundings, climbed a pole, which his comrade held by his belt or on his shoulder. When picking fruit from trees, pickers kept their balance on free-standing ladders and even jumped on them from one tree to another. When educating warriors in Africa, great importance was attached to acrobatic movements (turns in the air, somersaults on the ground and in the air), from which acrobatic jumps subsequently developed.

The performances of professional circus artists were already known in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Byzantium. In ancient Rome, chariot races took place in circuses, and acrobats, jugglers, and trainers performed between races. At the beginning of our era, circus performances were held in ancient Armenia and Georgia. The frescoes of the Hagia Sophia in Kiev (1037) depict an amphitheater, where there is a performance with the participation of fist fighters, musicians, tightrope walkers with a pole, as well as horse competitions and baiting of wild animals.

A special role in the development of the circus was played by wandering folk artists: in France - jugglers, in Germany - shpilmans, in Russia - buffoons, in Poland - dandies, in Central Asia - dorboz and maskharaboz. They performed comic skits, showed puppet shows, their program included performances of onomatopoeia, acrobats and jugglers, animal trainers, including horses. In 1619, Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich was entertained by Grigory Ivanov from Ryazan, who tamed a lion. In 1625, the tsar and his entourage were shown "elephant fun."

In Italy (and then in other European countries) in the XII century, riding schools began to be created. The first generation of circus performers was brought up here, the vault, the higher riding school, became widespread. Roughriders conducted demonstrative lessons, demonstrating training and equestrian art. Riders needed a special arena - about 13 meters in diameter (it remains so today), so the first semi-stationary circuses appeared. The world's first stationary circus was created in London in 1780 and it was called an amphitheater, and in 1807 the Franconi brothers built a new building in Paris, calling it the Olympic Circus. In Russia, the first stationary circus was opened in St. Petersburg on December 11, 1827.

Everyone who wants to participate in the quiz and win a prize answers the host's questions.

Questions to the audience

1. Trick, defeating the viewer with mystery. Skill - in the dexterity and speed of the hands, the movements of the performer, as well as in the optical illusion. A person who shows us miracles is called a manipulator. (Focus.)

2. A circus genre based on the ability to throw and catch several identical or different objects at the same time. (Juggling.)

3. This bird is very smart, it's easy to teach it to "count" on the abacus. All you need to do is put an abacus on the cage and put food on and under them. The knuckles will interfere with the bird, and you can get rid of the obstacle only by moving them, which our bird will do. (Crow.)

4. One of the poses of classical dance. In the circus, you can often see how a dancer, standing on a galloping horse, takes one leg back with an outstretched toe, and transfers the entire weight of her body to the other. (Arabesque.)

5. A conditional signal that one of the performers gives to his partner when it is necessary to clarify the moment of entering the trick or the moment of transition from one part of the passage to the next. ("An!")

Presenter 1. Well done!

Lead 2. Oh, this circus! Cheer up anyone! But what to do when the soul asks for drama, unceasing emotions, feelings...

Presenter 1. Then, my dear friend, you must visit the theatre.

The second team is invited to the stage. A participant in a mask comes out.

Theater: how it all began

Theater, as we know, has gone through a long history of development. The very idea of drama originated in religion.

Among the Chinese, the first performances looked like dances in their temples. Later, special platforms began to be used. These were simple scenes with no curtain or lighting, they only had a roof decorated like a temple roof.

Japanese theater begins its history from the 8th century. Kabuki genres were the first to appear, but. Performances also took place on venues with a roof in the form of a temple.

In ancient India, dramatic performances were given on specially constructed raised platforms with fabrics in the background.

Theater as we know it originated in ancient Greece as part of a religious ceremony. The stage was a circle covered with turf, on which the faithful danced around the altar of Dionysus. The stage was usually located at the foot of the hill so that the audience, who sat on its slopes, could see the dancers.

This marked the beginning of the traditional arrangement of Greek theaters - a semicircle of seats located on the slopes of a hill. The word "theater" is of Greek origin and means a place for viewing.

The theater built in Athens around 500 BC was round. Outside the circle, special rooms were built that looked majestic. This was the prototype of the current scene. And these rooms served as a dressing room for the participants in the performance. They were also the screen that became the backdrop for the action of the play. The Greeks made very little use of decorations and did not resort to artificial lighting at all, because the plays were staged during the daytime.

In Rome, the first stone theater was built in 52 BC. e. Roman theaters were very similar to Greek ones, but were built on a flat platform. The Romans were the first to install seats in the stalls, and the piece was played on a raised stage behind which was a screen. After the Romans converted to Christianity, no theaters were built for thousands of years. The first modern theater was the Farnese Theater in Parma, Italy. It was built in 1618 or 1619. His stage did not move far into the hall, into the stalls, but was located along one of the walls. A curtain was used to separate the auditorium from the stage, and the change of scenery could be done out of sight of the audience.

Thus, the high art of modern theater was born, but the history of its development and improvement is not over.

Questions to the audience

1. During whose reign did the English theater flourish? (Elizabeth I.)

2. There are three types of theatrical performances with the participation of puppet characters. Name at least two. (Puppet puppets, “glove” puppets, puppets on canes.)

3. Theatre, the repertoire of which consists mainly of small plays for one actor or some other types of so-called small forms of art, such as monologue, couplets, variety dance, circus number. (Miniature Theatre.)

All competitions are held by the Red Color, and the teacher helps the children cope with the tasks.

For example, a red light is on at a traffic light, what does it tell us about? (Movement Prohibition). Right. And when we pick mushrooms and meet a beautiful mushroom with a red hat with white spots, can we pick it? (No). And why? (This is a fly agaric. It is poisonous). Right. And if we pick berries, will we pick green or red ones? (Red, green - not ripe). All right guys, well, rested? Are we playing further?

4th competition "Red Artists".

Each participant receives a red pencil, and the teams are given an uncolored drawing. In 1 minute, the participants must color in everything that can be colored in red. The team that did the best in this competition wins. The winners are awarded a red chip. 5 contest "Red Flowers"

On the tables are laid out flower petals of different colors and round yellow centers for them. In vases cut out of colored cardboard, you need to collect “bouquets” of only red flowers from individual elements (fold flowers from petals and centers so that you get a bouquet). The team with the best bouquet wins. The winners are awarded a red chip.

Educator:

Well, our cheerful red holiday has ended. Now our jury will count the total number of chips you have won and determine the winners. Guys, did you enjoy playing with Red? The first ray of sunlight, breaking through the foliage of trees, gently touched the petals of the crystal bell. The bell chimed softly, welcoming the new day. Joy awakened from the ringing of the bell. She bowed to the sun and, having bathed in the morning coolness, rushed over the earth, bursting into cheerful laughter. On the way she met three sisters: Faith, Hope and Love. They embroidered flowers, smiles, birdsong, happiness and a fairy tale on a thin transparent canvas. The sisters were so engrossed in their work, preparing to cover the whole Earth with this canvas, that they did not notice the approach of Joy. Joy watched their work enthusiastically. And now the last stitch, and the veil, carefully picked up by a gentle breeze, slowly descended to the Earth.

The planet, frozen in tension, shuddered, absorbing the life-giving light, filled with it and already glowed from within. It seemed that grace descended on Earth - so it became free and easy for everyone. And it was no longer that little sad Earth that needed help. A renewed, pure, blooming Earth floated in space. She believed in the infinity of life, she breathed hope for constant renewal, she felt loved, she herself loved her beautiful and wise Mother Life! Joy embraced the sisters, and they spun in a merry round dance.

Stage 2:

Host: Good afternoon! Our competition program "Rainbow of Art" continues in all categories.

Throughout history, man and art have been inextricably linked.

Ancient people, using natural paints (coal, clay, stones), began to paint animals and plants on the walls of their caves. This is how the first art appeared. The first drawings of ancient people have survived to this day in Russia and Europe. They amaze with their accuracy of observation of the surrounding world. Images of mammoths, bison, scenes of everyday life became the first manifestations of human creativity.

Later, ancient people began to make figurines from wood and mammoth tusks. This is how the first sculpture was born. In the spiritual development of the primitive world, art played the same significant role as the invention of the first tools as field work. The emergence of religion and art is closely connected with the expansion of the perception of the world of consciousness of the first people. After all, these are inalienable things that are inherent in the life of every person. Thanks to their origin, a peculiar line was drawn that divided the development of man, brought him out of animal needs and made him a full-fledged personality.

In several caves where ape-men lived about 100 thousand years ago, archaeologists have found stones with spots of paint, as well as heaps of stones apparently laid out symmetrically. Apparently, the first people, who did not yet know how to draw and sculpt, were no longer indifferent to a certain combination of colors.

So, we are starting the second stage of the Art Rainbow competition program, where you can show your talents in all facets of art.

Summarizing. Rewarding

Leading

So our festival is over. Saying goodbye, we thank you for the great work of great teams, for your glowing eyes, your smiles, for your applause.

Be happy and have a peaceful sky,

So that laughter sounds everywhere, every time,

To light up the stars of the Bor school

Dare, strive, create. Good time!

Artist: Hello guys! Hello dear guests! Let me introduce myself - the artist, Modest Apollonovich Tretyakov, full member of the Academy of Fine Arts.
Guys, this year you started studying in the studios of the department of arts and crafts of the House of Children's Art. Today I invited you to a holiday called "Hello, creativity!". What is creativity?

(guys answer)

Creativity is the process of creating something new and beautiful. I hope that today you will be able to complete creative tasks and show that you can create!
But where is my assistant, Brush? She's probably painting and that's why she's late.

(Tassel appears)

Tassel: Hello guys! Hello Modest Apollonovich!

Artist: Tassel, but why did you linger?

Tassel: Dear Artist, I couldn't find the palette and your magic brush. They disappeared somewhere. Guys, do you know where?

(guys answer)

Artist: Mysterious phenomenon. A magic brush today is simply necessary for me. Without a magic brush, I will not be able to help the guys create beautiful things. What to do?

Tassel: Continue our holiday. I love the holidays, and I also love to draw!

Artist: Brush, what do you like to draw?

Tassel: Sun, nature, flowers, animals, people…

Artist: Tassel, we must remember with the guys what the images of nature, objects, people are called.
Guys, now I will read you a wonderful poem by the poet Alexander Kushner "What I learned." But the last word of each part of the poem is to be said to you:

If you see in the picture
The river is drawn
Or spruce and white frost,
Or a garden and clouds
Or a snowfield
Or a field and a hut,
It's a similar picture
It is called ... ( scenery)

If you see in the picture
A cup of coffee on the table
Or juice in a large decanter,
Or a rose in crystal
Or a bronze vase
Or a pear, or a cake,
Or all items at once,
Know what it is... ( still life)

If you see what's in the picture
Someone looks at us
Or a prince in an old cloak,
Or a climber in a robe,
Pilot or ballerina
Or Kolya, your neighbor, -
Be sure the picture is called ... ( portrait)

Artist: Guys, you got everything right! Brush, what's your favorite paint?

Tassel: Orange. To get it, you need to mix red and yellow paints.

(Purple Paint appears with palette and brush in hand)

Purple Paint: Artist, Brush! I also wanted to mix colors to get purple! For this I took a palette and a brush. But I didn't succeed.

(Crying)

Tassel: Violet Paint, don't be upset. Look how many guys are in the hall! They will help you.

Purple Paint: Guys, can you help me?

(guys answer)

Artist: Knowing which paints to mix to get different colors requires learning and having friends who will always come to the rescue. Purple Paint, do you have a friend?

Purple Paint: Yes! Tassel!

Artist: Brush, let's ask the guys what paints you need to mix to get purple paint?

(guys answer)

Yes, right. You need to mix red and blue paints. Do you understand, Violet Dye?

Purple Paint: Let's mix red and blue paint on the palette and see what happens.

(mixes colors)

Hooray, it worked! My favorite purple color!

Artist: Amazing! Violet Paint, stay with us on the holiday - you will learn a lot of interesting things! Let's invite two participants from each creative team. Let them also try to mix colors and get blue, pink, dark blue, gray, beige, light green.

(The guys mix paints and show what they got)

- Well done boys! You completed the task!

Purple Paint: Guys, do you know that purple is not mentioned in any song?

Tassel: None?

Purple Paint: None! There is an "Orange Song", a song about a green grasshopper and a green light, about a blue carriage, a song about a pink elephant, about a white apple of the moon and a red apple of sunset, about white snow, but not about purple.

Artist: I know how to help you. Let's announce a song contest among students, teachers and parents of the House of Children's Creativity. Everyone can participate! An indispensable condition is that the color purple must be mentioned in the song. Perhaps this song will be composed by a creative team. The competition starts!

Purple Paint: Do you guys agree? After all, it's great!

Artist: Tassel, write a contest announcement today. And our holiday continues! Dear friends, you need to guess the words in the crossword puzzle. These are the words:
