  • Storage. Chilled breasts should be stored in a showcase with a temperature of 0 to +2 degrees.

Important! Choose medium-sized, chilled breasts with smooth edges that are free from bruising, defects, cuts, and muscle tears. The meat should be elastic with dense fibers.

  1. Break the chicken egg into a bowl.
  2. Pour 100 ml of water into it.

  3. Salt to taste. Add 150 grams of flour and mix.
