All this time, the producers did not show the contract to the girl, and in the end they never signed it.

To replace Asmolova, they took Zhanna's younger sister. The girl did not last in the "Brilliant" and the year. Officially, the departure was explained by her desire to continue her education. In fact, Andrei Shlykov admitted that Natalya did not want to "plow like Zhanna."

Semenovich was replaced by a former soloist of the Strelka group and a friend of a famous tennis player. In autumn, the radio premiered a new version of the song "Like a Star", recorded with the participation of Yulia Kovalchuk, Nadezhda Ruchka and Anastasia Osipova.

In 2008, according to the results of the casting, held with the support of LOVE Radio, new participants were selected - Anna Dubovitskaya and Nadezhda Kondratieva. However, the latter never became a soloist. In June, Yulianna Lukasheva took the place of Natalia Friske. Yulianna participated in the filming of the video and the recording of the Odnoklassniki album. At the end of 2008, the group shot the video "You know, honey." Lukasheva left the team in 2009 of her own free will. Dubovitskaya worked in the group until 2011.

At the "Golden Gramophone" in November 2009, "Brilliant" performed with the participation of Marina Berezhnaya. Marina got into the group by accident - she came for the company with a friend. With her arrival, the atmosphere in the group, previously overshadowed by frequent line-up changes, became kinder. The girls recorded such popular songs as "Green Eyes", "Love", "My Dear".

In June 2011, Ksenia Novikova returned from maternity leave, Anna Dubovitskaya went on the same leave in October. In the fall of 2012, Ksenia recorded the song “I so want to forget you”, making it clear that she wants to pursue a solo career.

In the summer of 2015, Anastasia Osipova left the group, but not for the sake of a solo career, as is usually the case. Nastya is the official representative of the NEAUVIA Organic cosmetic brand. Ksenia Novikova again left the "Brilliant", this time for good.

In June 2017, it was the turn of Nadezhda Ruchka to go on maternity leave. The singer said that she did not intend to return to the group.

There are many opinions in the assessment and criticism of the "Brilliant" group. As soon as the girls were not called, their costumes, plastic, songs. But the girls have achieved that light dance music can not only be listened to, but also “watched”.

The clip "Oriental Tales", released in 2005, caused a wave of indignation among some of the followers of Islam. On the one hand, the video was called depraved. Other experts urged not to involve pop music in matters of religious morality.

In 2008, the album Odnoklassniki was released, which, according to some critics, is better to buy than download on the Web. This compilation contained the group's singles for 15 years, covered by 12 members.

In January 2010, the single "Ball" was released, for which a video was later shot. In November of the same year - a new song "Morning". Over the next three years, the songs “From What”, “Birthday”, “To the Equator”, “Lost” and the video of the same name for the latter are presented to the audience.

Group "Brilliant" now

The former soloists of the "Brilliant", who left the band for the sake of a solo career, with the exception of Zhanna, did not achieve significant success comparable to the group. But they were realized in another way. Ksenia Novikova, who went through a forced separation from her children, created the Our Meaning of Life charity foundation. The Foundation promotes the protection of the rights and interests of the family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood. Yulia Kovalchuk, Nastya Osipova and Nadya Ruchka are happy in their families and have become mothers. Olga Orlova became a TV presenter.

Unlike her bandmate, at a young age, Zhanna Friske preferred dancing, and after school she wanted to become a journalist, but fate decreed otherwise. In 1996, Zhanna Kopylova changed her last name to grandmother's and began working in the Brilliant group. The spectacular brunette became one of the most famous members of the group and gained great popularity both in Russia and abroad. In 2003, Zhanna, like Olga Orlova, participated in the reality show "The Last Hero-4" and reached the final. Immediately after returning from the island where the filming took place, Friske announced her departure from the group and the beginning of a solo career. But Anna got into the group "Brilliant" by accident: she interviewed the soloists of the group for one of her programs, after which the producers of the group offered her a job in the group. However, Anna could not take away her love for figure skating, so in 2006 she again began to skate as a participant in the Stars on Ice and Ice Age projects.

Since 2008, Anna Semenovich began a solo career, which she successfully combines with filming in films, TV shows, commercials and music shows. Now the girl not only sings, but demonstrates her culinary skills as the host of the Young Lady and the Culinary program on the TV Center channel along with Mikhail Plotnikov.

Julia Kovalchuk

Charming blonde Yulia Kovalchuk joined the Brilliant group in 2001. Ksenia Novikova can be safely called a "long-liver" in the "Brilliant" group. She worked in it longer than all the soloists (no less than 8 years!) And became incredibly popular. However, her passion for music woke up from childhood. At the age of five, Ksenia became a soloist of the famous Loktev Choir, and from the age of ten she sang in the youth group "Class". In 1999, after graduating from the State Music College of Variety and Jazz Art, Novikova was invited to join the Brilliant group, with whom she recorded many wonderful songs. In mid-2007, Ksenia left the group and devoted herself to her family. During the three years of absence, the girl had two sons: Miron and Bogdan. In June 2011, four years after leaving, Ksenia returned to the group. Now she is engaged in music, takes part in television projects, brings up her sons and arranges her personal life.

I can’t say that the music of the Ksyusha group will be radically different from what I perform by the Brilliant. To date, a new branch in popular music has not been invented. Our group, which includes three girls, has already recorded six funny songs - about love, about women's joys and all kinds of women's things. Of course, I know that new girls have come to the Brilliant, and I hope that the team will benefit from this and finally get off the ground, the singer summed up.

In addition to Novikova, the brightest soloists of the group were Olga Orlova, Yulia Kovalchuk and Nadya Ruchka. The pen is the watchdog of the group, which will soon celebrate its 12th anniversary.

In place of Semenovich, Anastasia Osipova is taken into the group. Anna's departure led to the departure of another girl - the "long-liver" of the group Ksenia Novikova. So the younger sister of Zhanna Friske Natalya Friske appeared in the group, who was introduced to the world in October 2007 at the MTV RMA awards ceremony, where the Brilliant group performed with an expanded line-up, inviting almost all former participants of the Brilliant project to participate in the show.
