Therapeutic fairy tales from Semignomochki. Questions of education

13.06.2019

In a certain kingdom, in a children's state, there lived a fairy tale. She loved children very much, made strong friendship with them, taught them and helped them. She told the children about the world around her, about strange countries and their inhabitants; shared deep knowledge about a person, his life and customs - and the children understood themselves and other people better, the inner world of the children became richer, they became smarter and more confident. Together with the heroes of the fairy tale, children overcame obstacles and grew up strong, fair and resilient. And when the fairy tale was fun and eccentric, the children also had fun, and their souls were filled with peace, joy and kindness. From meetings with a fairy tale, the childhood of the children was also a little fabulous. Therefore, the children were very fond of the Fairy Tale as the kindest and best friend. And parents loved the fairy tale because it was easier to raise and educate children with it.

But other times have come. The children grew up, they became adults and smart people, and complex and “smart” mechanisms appeared in their lives - TVs, mobile phones, computers, slot machines ... And when the former children had their own children, the adults decided that the Fairy Tale was outdated and not suitable for the modern world... And adults decided to find new friends for their children...

So the kids got "cool" toys, fashionable games, exciting cartoons, and then an almighty computer. The fairy tale was not listed among friends, it was forgotten and felt abandoned and useless. Children played for long hours with ready-made toys, spent time in front of a screen or monitor, and adults went about their business.

So the days went by. Suddenly, parents began to notice that the faces of their children were becoming gray, their bodies were haggard, and their eyes were dull. Over time, more and more often communication with children ended in outbursts of anger or crying, and some of the children even began to get sick. Parents were perplexed, because they do so much for a happy childhood! The children continued to grow sad and wither away and could not explain to the adults why. And teachers in kindergartens and teachers in schools wondered why the children became so aggressive, why they don’t know how to make friends ... Doctors also shrugged ...

One day, one boy played on the computer for a long, long time and defeated all the monsters and bandits. But he could not understand why he felt so bad after that. He hit his beloved dog, was rude to dad and, while talking on the phone, quarreled with his friend... Neither he nor the adults could understand what was happening... He sat with his head on the table, and no one knew how to help him...

And then his mother quietly approached him, stroked his head and said: “I want to introduce you to the best friend of my childhood…”

And who is it? the boy asked incredulously.

This is my children's story.

Read, the boy asked. Mom opened the book and quietly began, “Once upon a time…”, and then “in a certain kingdom, in the thirtieth state…”, and then “Once upon a time there was an old man with an old woman…”.

And - about a miracle! Mom saw how with every page her boy seemed to be filled with joy, light, strength, goodness and health. She took a short break to call other parents and let them know - the cure for the child's soul has been found! And then she returned to her child, and together they continued the magical healing that evening and many, many more evenings in a row ...

IN what is the power of a fairy tale?

The fairy tale develops the cognitive world of the child, broadens the horizon, improves speech and thinking, national identity.

Fairy tales instill respect for world of living beings, nature and ecologically educate the child.

Magical Adventures in fairy tale reduce anxiety, aggression of the child, help to take a break from stress, gain strength.

Through the fairy tale, the child gains knowledge about people's lives, their problems and their ways overcoming. IN the subconscious of the child is laid "a bank of life situations and decisions”, which a person uses all his life.

True fairy tales fill the child's world with life-affirming power: good conquers evil, and together with heroes, the child gains confidence in their And to his strength.

In while reading a fairy tale, the nervous system of children is in special condition, during which there is an unconscious processing of their own psychological problems, the inner world of the child is restored and harmonized.

How to communicate with children's fairy tale?

Fairytale growing up!

Wisdom is the experience gained by a person, fixed deep in the neurons. We cannot teach anyone wisdom. Stepping on a rake, burning your fingers - all this is the path that our children must follow. But how to follow this path with minimal trauma to yourself, your psyche, physical health, reputation? Therapeutic stories help us pass on knowledge from generation to generation. Reading them lays in the subconscious mind important attitudes that will affect life in the future. The night tradition - to read a good fairy tale before going to bed - is a connection between generations, a way to calm down, develop imagination and help your future self make the right choice.

Therapeutic fairy tales for children

Mother reading a fairy tale to her daughter and sitting on a rainbow Fairy tales are a situation in which the main characters experience difficulties but find a way out of them. Reading seems to lay down an important mechanism of action and shows ways to resolve the situation. History teaches us to fight, not to give up, to always get what we deserve, to share. Eric Berne, in his legendary book "People Who Play Games," attached great importance to fairy tales. He believed that with their help, scenarios are imposed by society, analyzing fairy tales, you can learn a lot about a person and reach deep levels of understanding.
Even the good old "Ugly Duckling" can hide danger. His script - a duckling turned into a swan without effort and attempts to improve himself. Many mothers wait for their teenage children to flourish as well, without making any effort to develop and develop them. Fairy tales about princesses teach that a man can become good after marriage, women turn a blind eye to flaws, expecting them to change in the future.

A fairy tale can also become a kind of psychotherapy for a person. She not only programs the script, but can also help you get out of it. You can read therapeutic fairy tales before going to bed to relieve the baby of tension, fears, explain the paradigms and programs of this world, and clarify the principles.
The child does not sleep well. A story invented by parents about how a fairy-tale hero could not fall asleep, but then overcame himself, will help solve the problem. A brief scenario of a fairy tale can be as follows: a fairy fairy flew to all the children at night to give them dreams. She worked very hard, but forgot to rest during the day, and at night she was forced to fly again to the children. After a while, the fairy was so tired that she fell asleep, and her kids could not sleep and see magical dreams. A whole city of children did not sleep, tossing and turning in their beds, distracting their parents from sleep. When the fairy woke up, she realized what she had done. I was very frightened and the next night I flew to give the kids the most magical and sweet dreams. After that, the wishes of the child should be voiced. For example, if a son loves the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, say that the fairy brought cartoon characters to the children in their dreams.

The child does not want to study. With the help of a fairy tale about a Bunny who did not want to study, you can explain to the kid the benefits of studying. You should not condemn and intimidate a child if he does not want to gnaw at the granite of science. You just need to tell him a bedtime story about an animal that has made its choice in favor of cartoons, festivities, sweets. Bunny got a lot of pleasure while his friends read books, studied. As a result, friends were able to build a house for themselves, buy a swimming pool, fly by plane to the sea. Here it is important to list what the child dreams of. You can read psychotherapeutic fairy tales in Ukrainian on the website dobranich. net.

A therapeutic fairy tale can be told by a child. Ask him to come up with a wish for the night or a story. So you will understand what the baby is thinking about, how much he understands you, other people and their needs, what he is afraid of. Dream up together, come up with tests for the hero, ask how the baby wants to get out of these difficulties, with the help of strength, cunning, kindness, intelligence or dexterity.

Therapeutic fairy tales from Semignomochki

Once upon a time there was a little mouse Pim.

He played hide and seek with his brothers all day. But when night fell on the earth, Pim began to be afraid.

He was very afraid of the dark. It enveloped a familiar closet and turned it into the big black cat that Pym feared more than anything. And when steps were heard outside the window, the little mouse imagined a hedgehog that had gone hunting at night.

And if a bright light flickered in the dark sky, it seemed to Pim that it was an owl looking for it. After all, both the hedgehog and the owl hunt mice. And then Pym the mouse crawled headlong under the covers and trembled with fear.

Once, when night fell again, Pym crawled under the covers, closed his eyes tightly, and wished that everything around him became as bright as day. And so, when the little mouse opened his eyes, it became light around him, like a sunny day, and he himself found himself in a beautiful forest.

Pim happily ran down the path! But then he heard someone crying. In the middle of the path sat a small black creature and wept bitterly. Pim felt sorry for the stranger, he approached and asked:

Who are you and why are you crying?

I am Darkness, - the creature answered - And I cry because I am sad and lonely. Everyone is afraid of me, and no one wants to be friends with me! Every evening I come to visit every house, and I can't find friends anywhere. And I'm so sad alone, so I want to find a friend!

And Darkness cried even harder. Pym felt sorry for the Darkness.

Let me be your friend! - he said.

And since then, Pym the mouse and Darkness have become friends. Every night when the Darkness came to visit, Pym no longer trembled with fear. He imagined that the closet was a big piece of cheese, and being afraid of cheese is ridiculous!

Steps outside the window - this is the dog Pufik wandering around, guarding at night. And the light in the dark sky is a shooting star... Pim closed his eyes and calmly fell asleep. And the Darkness covered him with a warm blanket, lulled him to sleep and made sure that no one prevented the little mouse from getting a good night's sleep...

Mouse Pim and porridge. Author Valentina Ushaeva (

Pym the mouse did not like to eat porridge. Not because it tastes bad. Mom cooked porridge very tasty.

But Pim still wanted to eat something more interesting for breakfast. For example, a piece of cheese, or a chocolate bar. Yes, and it's a pity to waste time on porridge, when you can do so much!

But my mother always repeated that porridge is very healthy.

One morning, when his mother put the bowl of porridge in front of Pim again, he said:

I won't eat porridge anymore! Don't want!

And what will you eat? Mom was surprised.

Nothing! I'll wait until dinner, suddenly there will be something delicious for lunch! Or maybe I won’t eat at all, I’m not bad at all!

But porridge is so useful, it has everything for you to grow up healthy and strong. And you need strength to play, run and jump! Mom answered. “Ask anyone, everyone eats healthy food.

But Pim the mouse no longer listened to her, he ran to play in the yard.

There was a big tree in the yard! Pim decided to find out how it grows, because it does not eat anything. The tree has no mouth!

Of course I eat. The tree laughed. “Just not like you. My roots feed me. They are deep in the earth, and take a lot of useful substances from it. That's why I'm growing so well.

The little mouse was very surprised, and a little upset. After all, he wanted to show his mother the one who does not eat, and at the same time lives wonderfully! He ran behind the fence, where a small river flowed. “She definitely doesn’t eat anything,” Pim thought, “She has neither a mouth nor roots.”

Well, what are you, little mouse, - the river murmured - underground springs feed me. Without them, I would have remained a thin stream. Now look how wide and fast I am! I drink springs and also rain water.

No, I don't eat anything. - Angrily answered the stone. He spoke very reluctantly.

The joyful little mouse ran home and told his mother about the stone.

You see, - said the little mouse, - he does not eat or drink anything, and at the same time he feels good.

Well, - Mom smiled, - if you want to be like a stone, then, of course, you can not eat anything. You will lie all day and do nothing. After all, the stone always lies motionless. You will not grow, because the stone does not grow. And everyone will trip over you.

No no! - The mouse screamed. – I don’t want to lie still, because I love to play, run and jump so much! And I want to grow up like a dad, big and strong. And I really don't want everyone to trip over me! The little mouse was almost crying. He suddenly became so afraid that he would turn into stone.

Mom, quickly give me a delicious millet porridge! he asked. Mom put his favorite bowl of porridge in front of him with a smile. Pim ate everything and even asked for more!

Since then, Pim the mouse always ate porridge for breakfast, because he so wanted to remain a cheerful and nimble mouse, and did not want to be a boring gray stone at all.

Mouse Pym and spring. Author Valentina Ushaeva (

Pim the mouse was looking forward to spring. After all, in winter you need to wear so many clothes! And in the spring you can run in the same pants and jacket.

And finally, Pim put on his new pants and a new jacket. The pants were brightly striped: blue as the sky, yellow as the sun, and green as grass. These were the mouse's favorite colors.

The sun was shining outside, and Pim ran to the far end of the yard to play football with his friends.
When the mouse ran up to his friends, they suddenly began to point fingers at him and laugh out loud.

Look, the Striped came running, ha-ha-ha! they shouted. - Striped, Striped!

Pim realized that his friends were laughing at his panties. But Pim liked those pants so much. The rest of the mice had pants without stripes: red, black or purple. Pim felt very hurt and ran behind the old barn.

He could not understand why his friends did not like his bright pants so much. “I should ask my mother to sew purple pants for me,” thought the mouse. - "But I don't like purple so much, and black too."

Behind the old shed began the meadow. There were so many flowers in this meadow: delicate daisies with white petals, and blue cornflowers, and sunny yellow dandelions, and even tall bright red poppies.

And colorful butterflies fluttered over the flowers. The little mouse admired the flowers and butterflies so much that he even forgot about his offense.

Just then, a large beautiful butterfly landed on a flower in front of him.

Good afternoon - Said the butterfly. “Why are you sitting here alone, where are your friends?” she asked the little mouse.

Then Pym remembered what had happened to him.

They play football in the yard,” he replied. - And I ran away, because they did not like my pants and they began to call me names.

But you have very beautiful pants, - the butterfly was surprised, - don't you like them yourself?

Like it very much! - Said the mouse.

Then why didn't you tell your friends about it and stay? Look around, how many different butterflies do you see? Here is a yellow lemongrass, and here is a blue-winged moth. And here is the cabbage, it has white wings with stripes. In my opinion, not very beautiful, but she likes it! And the shape of the wings is different for everyone. But it never occurs to any of us to call each other names. The butterfly's antennae trembled with indignation.

Everyone is proud of their appearance, everyone has their own beauty. she continued. - Look at the flowers. Wouldn't it be better if they were all the same? After all, it would be very boring! Birch leaves are different from rowan leaves, and even each nettle bush looks different. So you can be proud of your panties and wear them even if someone doesn't like them.

Then the butterfly easily fluttered from the flower and, nodding goodbye to the little mouse, flew away. And Pim rushed to the yard to play football with friends. He realized that his panties were no worse than others, and no longer began to take offense at his friends. Friends were very happy with Pima, because he scored the best goals.

Over time, they stopped calling him Striped, and some even began to wear plaid pants and polka dots. After all, everyone is so different, everyone has their favorite clothes, favorite fairy tale, favorite toy, not at all the same as the other. And it's great!

Baba Yaga. Author Ratushnaya Svetlana (

This fairy tale helped us stop being afraid of Baba Yaga

Once upon a time there was a bear, he had a bear mother and a bear father. The little bear was very afraid of Baba Yaga. One day he went to the forest to eat raspberries, which were his favorite berries. The bear went deeper and deeper into the forest, picking berries.

He was very passionate about this process and did not even notice how he found himself in the depths of the forest. He wanted to go home to mom and dad, but got even more lost. The bear was very frightened and did not know how to get out of the forest and where to go. He walked and walked and suddenly saw a hut on chicken legs, such as Baba Yaga used to live in. The bear was very frightened, he was trembling all over. Suddenly Baba Yaga came out of the hut and said:

Hello, bear!
“Hello, Baba Yaga,” the bear answered in a trembling voice.
- What are you doing here?
- I got lost.
- Do not be sad, bear. I will help you.

Baba Yaga took the cub by the paw and led him to the house where mother bear and father bear lived.

Well, here we are, here is your house, bear.
- Thank you, Baba Yaga - answered the bear.

Since then, the bear was no longer afraid of Baba Yaga, because she is not always angry. Sometimes she helps animals and children.

A fairy tale about a bunny: why sleep is needed. Author Elena Lemm (

A little hare lived in a forest. And he was cheerful and perky, no one in the forest ran faster than him, and did not jump as far as he did.

From morning to evening, the bunny played and had fun with his friends bunnies. But the evening came, all the friends ran away to their homes and fell asleep in their beds, and our bunny really did not like to sleep. He came up with many different reasons for not sleeping. And one day the bunny never fell asleep. The stars with the moon looked into his window, offering to tell a beautiful fairy tale, but the bunny did not listen to them. The sweetest morning dream whispered its story into his ear, but the bunny drove him away too. The sun has already woken up, and the cockerel crowed good morning to him. And the bunny never closed his eyes.

He should rejoice, he won the dream. But what is? The porridge has become tasteless, the birds sing sadly and the sun does not shine brightly. Nothing pleases him. A bunny came out with friends to jump and run, but not to play. The eyes strive to close, the paws do not obey ... Suddenly, out of nowhere, the wolf jumped out. All the hares rushed in all directions, but our bunny cannot even move its paw. If the squirrels hadn't helped, the wolf hadn't been thrown with cones, it would be a disaster. Then the bunny understood why sleep was needed, and from that time on he always went to bed on time.

Seven gnomes. Author

Once upon a time there were 7 gnomes.

They were very, very friendly. Each dwarf had his favorite pastime. The first loved to cook tasty and healthy. The second one did an excellent job of keeping the house clean. The third liked to read books. He read not only to himself, but also to other gnomes. Everyone sits down and listens. There were a lot of good books in the house! The fourth dwarf had "golden hands". Everything was repaired, sewn up, glued, repaired.

I must say that the gnomes were very accurate. But if anything, the Fourth Dwarf was right there. The fifth dwarf adored flowers. He bred them, and then looked after them. Flowers were not only in the house and on the street. And the Gnomes' house itself was decorated with fresh flowers. Beauty! The sixth dwarf sang excellently, played musical instruments and danced. And he always came up with the most interesting entertainment, games and contests for his brothers.

They always had fun in the house! And what about the Seventh Dwarf? What did he love? What was he responsible for? This gnome was the smallest. He still knew little, but he had a very important task. The seventh gnome kept everyone in a good mood. How did he do it? Differently. The main thing is that the brothers smile and begin to do their business with pleasure. But one day a very sad story happened! The little dwarf woke up in a terrible mood, did not smile at anyone, did not wish good morning, became capricious and gloomy went somewhere. What started here?

The first one could not cook anything tasty, and what happened was not useful. The second did not want to clean the house, only made even more mess. The third did not even touch the books. And they did not finish reading one very interesting tale. The fourth did not want to lubricate the creaking door (even she felt sad). And he himself accidentally broke a stand for flower pots, he did not repair it. When flowers fell from the stand (fortunately they did not break), the Fifth was not even upset. He did not want to look at his flowers at all, did not water them.

But the Sixth Dwarf did not stop singing. But he hummed such a sad song that everyone only wanted to cry. What will happen now? And then the Seventh returned home.

When he saw what was happening, he immediately realized that his bad mood was to blame. After a moment's thought, he approached each brother, whispered something in their ear, and smiled. And as if by magic, everything returned to its place. Everyone was happy to do their favorite things, singing a cheerful song in unison. Can I tell you what Seven whispered? “I love you, you are very dear to me!” That's all.

Most likely, children do not suffer from this disease. It may not even exist. But doctors determine it and prescribe cocktails from dangerous medicines.

Two-year-olds are diagnosed with bipolar disorder and prescribed powerful, even deadly, psychotropic medications, even though the kids are not sick at all. The incidence of these disorders in adolescents and children over the past ten years has increased forty (!) times. We can say that an epidemic of bipolar disorders has begun, and the Pharma industry has thrown a certain part of the “firewood” into this “cauldron”.

Fear coping skills. training

how to relax before and during stressful situations;
how to deal with irrational anxious thoughts in a stressful situation.

Basics

Donald Meichenbaum (1977), one of the leading psychotherapists who developed training in fear skills, argues that the fear response involves the interaction of two main elements: the first is psychological arousal, the second is thoughts that interpret the situation as threatening or dangerous, adding psychological arousal to emotions of anxiety or fear. The stressful situation itself has almost nothing to do with your emotional reaction. How you assess danger and how you determine your body's response are the real factors that influence your emotional response. Therefore, the same person is delighted, jumping with a parachute, but in mortal horror jumps into a chair, barely seeing a tiny mouse on the floor.
