Channel One reported that when buying the program "So far, everyone is at home" from the manufacturing company, he did not know about the production of the heading "You will have a child" at the expense of the state, about the participation of the creators of the program in tenders and about the registration of the trademark "video passport", reported RIA News .

Earlier, the media reported that the production of the so-called video passports for orphans for the heading "You will have a child" within the framework of the program "So far, everyone is at home" was taken from several sources at once: from the state, from the TV channel and from sponsors.

On Wednesday, an official representative of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation said that the department had organized an audit of information previously posted in the media about violations during the filming of the TV show "So far, everyone is at home" on Channel One - in particular, they will check the use of 110 million rubles allocated, according to media reports, by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for commercials about orphans.

“Channel One bought the program “So far, everyone is at home” from the manufacturer, the Dom company, including the heading “You will have a child.” The channel did not know that the heading was being produced at the expense of the state, as well as about the participation of the creators of the program in tenders and registration of the trademark "video passport". As a result of publications in the media and public reaction, we decided to close the program. At the moment, the contract with the producer of the program has been terminated, "the press service of Channel One said.

The program "So far, everyone is at home" first went on the air in 1992 and since then has done it every Sunday at 10.30 am, according to the project's website. The program is served "just in time for a family breakfast: on one side of the screen at the table - a family of spectators, on the other - the family of a famous artist, writer, athlete or musician." The permanent host of the program was Timur Kizyakov. Kizyakov's wife Elena led the column "You will have a child."

In December 2016, at a seminar-meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Olga Vasilyeva drew the attention of the regions to the unfair work of funds for placing children in families that are not related to the relevant program and give up to 30% of the return of children, recalling the work TV presenter Timur Kizyakov, who prepares the appropriate passports for orphans and helps them settle into families.

In August 2017, it became known that Channel One in the new television season would not purchase the program "So far, everyone is at home." According to a source familiar with the situation, this decision is related to the results of the audit, which revealed how the program was funded.

Timur Kizyakov, TV presenter of the program "So far, everyone is at home," said that the sponsoring companies did not transfer money to the program's accounts, but sent it to the guardianship authorities. According to him, strict accountability was provided for the state funds allocated for the program. As noted, the TV presenter considers reports about the sources of the program to be slanderous.

It is noted that it was decided to close the traditional program in April 2017. The reason is the drop in ratings, the source believes. However, the final decision was made because of the scandal with orphans, which caused viewers to lose confidence in the TV show.

The program was produced by LLC "Dom", with it "Channel One" and terminated the contract, RBC reports, citing a source. This happened due to an internal review of the channel, initiated due to media reports that the hosts of "So far, everyone is at home" Timur And Elena Kizyakova took money from several sources for the production of video passports for orphans. The videos were shown under the heading "You will have a child." They told about children from orphanages who are waiting for adoptive parents. Data on fraud were confirmed and Channel One decided to close the program.

According to the source of the publication, "Dom" received funds for the rubric from the TV channel, the state and sponsors. The company is 49.5% owned by Kizyakov, the remaining shares belong to the TV presenter's business partner Alexander Mitroshenkov and leader Nina Podkolzina.

Earlier, Vedomosti reported that the companies that created Poka Vse Dom received about 110 million rubles to create video passports from both the federal Ministry of Education and Science and regional authorities. According to the publication, the cost of producing one video is 100 thousand rubles, Channel One pays Dom about 1.5 million rubles for the release of one program. In addition, the program has a separate sponsor, part of whose funds are also received by the creators of "So far, everyone is at home."

The program “So far, everyone is at home” on Channel One will no longer air, RBC reports, citing its sources. According to the publication, this is due to the scandal over the financing of filming videos about orphans.

The contract is terminated with Dom LLC, the company that makes the transfer. According to a source close to the leadership of Channel One, this decision "was not made today, but about a month ago."

“The main reason is the damaged reputation of the program,” said another source.

This decision was made after an audit organized by the TV channel due to media reports that the hosts Timur and Elena Kizyakov took money from several sources for the production of "video passports" for orphans. They were shown in the section “You will have a child”, which told about children from orphanages who need adoptive parents.

It turned out that LLC "Dom" received money for this section from the TV channel (for the production of the program on outsourcing), from the state (for the production of "video passports" for children) and from sponsors.

The press service of Channel One has not yet commented on the information about the termination of the contract with Dom LLC. Timur Kizyakov, as well as the co-owner of the Dom company, Alexander Mitroshenkov, said that they were not aware of the termination of the contract.

orphan scandal "while everyone is at home": what is it about?

In December 2016, Vedomosti reported that companies owned by the creators of the So Far All at Home program received about 110 million rubles to create videos about orphans from the Ministry of Education and Science and at the same time from regional authorities. According to procurement documents examined by the newspaper, the production of one such "video passport" costs 100,000 rubles.

Then a representative of Channel One, which buys content from the creators of Poka Vse Dom, including videos about orphans, told the media that he was not aware of state support.

The TV channel promised to check the new information for compliance with the terms of the contract with the producers of the program.

Dom LLC was registered in Moscow in November 2015. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRLE), 49.50% of LLC belongs to Timur Kizyakov, the same share belongs to his longtime business partner Alexander Mitroshenkov, another 1% belongs to the head of the company, Nina Podkolzina.

“So far, everyone is at home” has been airing on Channel One since 1992. The heading "You will have a child" appeared in 2006.

The program “So far, everyone is at home” will no longer be aired on Channel One. Timur Kizyakov, together with the film crew, resigned from the TV channel.

On Channel One, the show “So far, everyone is at home” will no longer be aired with host Timur Kizyakov.

Channel One terminated the contract with the company that produced the program. Since the program does not belong to "First" and was created by the manufacturing company, it will no longer be broadcast on it.

TV presenter Timur Kizyakov explained the reasons for leaving Channel One: together with the project “So far, everyone is at home,” he resigned of his own free will back in May, after the scandal with the video passports of orphans.

Kizyakov insists that at the beginning of June, the producer of the program, Dom LLC, on his own initiative, sent an official notice to Channel One that he would no longer create a program for them: “We did this because of the unacceptable methods of work of the channel’s management.” Kizyakov refused to disclose the essence of the claims. “We don’t know anything about the fact that the channel supposedly decided in April not to work with us anymore,” he told reporters.

However, according to Kizyakov, the break in relations with Pervy for Dom is not directly related to the video passport scandal: “Although it was extremely unpleasant for us that the channel did not protect us in this situation.”

Earlier, the media reported that the decision to terminate the contract with the company "Dom", which produced the program "So far, everyone is at home", was made about a month ago. Allegedly, this happened as a result of an internal audit, which was organized by the TV channel after the publication in the media of information that the presenters Timur and Elena Kizyakov received money from several sources at once for the production of so-called “video passports” for orphans (they were shown in the heading “Your will have a child). They told about children from orphanages who need adoptive parents.

It turned out that the company received money for this section from the TV channel (for the production of the program on outsourcing), from the state (for the production of "video passports") and from sponsors (for example, from one of the well-known manufacturers of ceramic tiles).

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 49.5 percent each of LLC Dom is owned by Kizyakov and his longtime business partner Alexander Mitroshenkov, and another 1% by the head of the company, Nina Podkolzina.

At the end of last year, the companies owned by the creators of the “So far, everyone is at home” program received funding from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and at the same time from regional authorities in the amount of about 110 million rubles to create videos about orphans. "Vedomosti".

According to procurement documents studied by the newspaper, the production of one such "video passport" costs 100,000 rubles.

The representative of Channel One, Larisa Krymova, then noted that they were not aware that the company producing the program was filming “video passports” with money received from the state.

According to the publication, Channel One paid about one and a half million rubles for one episode of the program “So far, everyone is at home”. The heading “You will have a child” also had a separate sponsor - the same tile manufacturer, and the creators of the program also received part of this money.

Channel One suffers only losses - after Andrei Malakhov and Alexander Oleshko, Timur Kizyakov left the channel.

Eminence grise

They say that the sword is also raised over such old-timers as “What? Where? When?" and "Test Purchase", and over the projects that have become familiar in recent years - "Let's Get Married", "Fashionable Sentence", "First Studio". None of the authors of these programs confirmed the information about the closure to the Sobesednik. At the same time, concern for their own fate is clearly heard in their comments. Now everyone on Pervoy feels that a big purge is underway.

About the new "broom" - producer Natalya Nikonova, who arranged this whole - "Interlocutor" writes the third issue in a row. Judging by the scope of her activities, Nikonova can be compared with Tatyana Mitkova, who in her golden years on NTV was given the definition of "gray eminence" - for her ability to weave behind-the-scenes intrigues and properly influence management decisions.

People who know Nikonova closely told Interlocutor that she was clearing the space. And they call it the goal of building such a vertical, in which there will be almost no people left in her subordination (someone - for example Maslyakov - is still too tough for her), capable of getting into direct contact with Ernst.

"So far everyone is at home" temporarily homeless

A month ago, no one could have imagined that “Let them talk” would have a new presenter. But Nikonova proved that no one is irreplaceable. Malakhova will most likely appear in Tonight, having decided to close Alone with Everyone.

The holy place will not remain empty even after the departure of the “So far, everyone is at home” program, especially since already now on the “First” right in front of it on Sundays there is an analogue - with Yuri Nikolaev. The departure of Timur Kizyakov, who drank tea with bagels visiting the stars for 25 years in a row, became known only last week. But the notice of termination of cooperation, according to the presenter, was sent to the channel back in May. At the same time, Nikolaev also launched his guest project - apparently, not by chance ...

The departure of "So far, everyone is at home" is mistakenly associated with an old scandal, when a number of media outlets accused Timur Kizyakov of fraud in receiving money from the state for the production of video passports for orphans. These videos were shown under the heading “You will have a child”: the host’s wife, Elena Kizyakova, traveled to the country’s orphanages and prepared half-hour stories about each child. Only a fragment was aired, but on the Videopassport website the material was laid out in full - for this purpose, companies owned by the Kizyakovs received budgetary funds (approximately 100,000 rubles per video).

"Kizyakov cashes in on orphans" - the headline, of course, is loud. But deceitful. Timur himself calls the accusations only a convenient pretext used by the "First" to get rid of the program with history. Do not consider reproaches of fraud and charitable foundations that also deal with adoption issues.

“We are grateful to the “So far, everyone is at home” program for raising the topic of adoption at such a high level, for showing that orphans in orphanages can and should be filmed,” says Ekaterina Lebedeva, head of the program for creating video questionnaires for orphans at the charity Foundation "Change one life". - I would like the topic of orphans to be not abandoned as a result of what is happening with the program.

And then the politics

Why is Kizyakov leaving? In a conversation with Sobesednik, Timur refused to explain what he meant by "unacceptable methods of work of the channel's management with producers." According to our information, “First”, having learned about the “additional financing” of the program through government contracts, decided to take advantage of the situation and offered Kizyakov half the amount for the program.

“This is a very effective tool for squeezing out programs,” the TV producer shared with us, who asked not to be identified, since he himself collaborates with the First. - So at one time the channel got rid of the One to One program, as a result of which the project switched to Russia 1, and Ernst began to produce tracing paper on his own - Just the Same. And with "Who wants to be a millionaire?" figured it out. TV producer Sergei Kordo, who dispersed this engine, was removed from the further creation of the show and handed over on a silver platter to the Red Square company, which belonged to Ernst's wife.

In an interview with the Dozhd TV channel, Kizyakov dropped the phrase that "the reasons for his departure are similar to those that Andrey Malakhov was guided by." And he was asked to switch to deputies, governors and show them as exemplary cute family men?

“I don’t think it’s a problem for the viewer to press not the first, but the second button on the remote control,” Kizyakov cheers, hinting at a possible appearance on the Russia 1 channel. On August 30, the presenter will turn 50 years old, and a new place of work will probably be the best gift for him.

However, as we know, Kizyakov's prospects are not very bright. The Supreme Council (Timur joined last year) is going to expel him from its membership. Is it for refusing to woo the ruling party?
