I have been making music since I was seven years old, my uncle is a conductor, my aunt is a singer. She sings Portuguese songs, bossa nova, and I prefer the American style - Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez. As a child, my mother even took me to the doctor, she thought I was crazy - I never stopped singing and dancing. I was taken to the children's show of the queen of our show business - Shushi, then at the age of 12 I was a soloist in a successful teenage group. Those who heard me at that time, but did not see me, said: you sing like another woman, a big woman. I mean, an adult.
In general, I had a good career there - they recognized me as the best young voice of Rio and even gave me a diploma of an honorary citizen of the city for a song about homeless children, and then I came to Russia as part of the Terra Brasil show. Including we performed at the Old Havana restaurant, where I met businessman Vitaly, who went there, as he says, not to listen to songs, but to look at Brazilian asses. We began to meet, but I was afraid of him and at first I took my friend and colleague, a gay man, a good singer and a wonderful person, to all dates.
Since Vitaly wanted to impress, the first things I saw were Moscow clubs, Opera, Diaghilev before the fire, Soho Rooms. Surprised first of all by the prices for drinks. It was also strange that go-go girls dance disco with open breasts. I asked: are we in a strip club, or something, came? In our country, people generally wear a thousand times less clothes on themselves, but bikini dancers usually do not take off. Men often came to these clubs with some girls, sat down and began to make eyes at completely different ones. Brazilians are probably much more jealous, we can’t behave like that.
Russian food seemed tasteless to me at first, especially chicken noodle soup. Just boring water with pasta. Then I got used to it - and now I really respect the Uzbek manti. Some Moscow restaurants are amazing: they look like grandma's apartments. I was especially struck by "Marie Vanna" and "Taras Bulba".
The first time I did almost nothing here, I just watched TV. I really liked the show "Battle of Psychics" and I wanted to make friends with one winner - Lilia Khegay. In general, I was bored and I wanted to return to my mother, but Vitaly promised that if I stay here, he will help me with my career as a singer. This is what we are doing now. You can see me in Soho and Paradise, I have already performed at the New Wave festival, I am filming in various shows for television. At one of the parties my dream came true - I met Lilia. She predicted success for me and saw me surrounded by important politicians and presidents. And indeed, after a while I was invited to speak at the President's New Year's reception in the Kremlin - I sang a duet with Sergei Mazaev, and in addition, I spoke to the governor of Penza and met the president of my country in Moscow.
Every city has its own rhythm. In Rio it's samba and bossa nova, while house music fills the streets, coffee shops and shops of Moscow. I hear almost nothing else here. Of the Russian artists, I like Grigory Leps the most. He is a singer, as they say, from God. My Russian is not yet good enough to understand all the metaphors in his song "A glass of vodka on the table." I guess it's blues about vodka. In Brazil, songs about beer are popular and there is another hit about caviar - there is about the fact that almost no one has eaten this very caviar, but everyone wants it. In general, concerts in Russia differ from Brazilian ones in that they often sing to the soundtrack here. For this, the audience in some restaurant or concert hall would simply throw bottles at the artist.

- For me, the hero is my husband Vitaly! I appreciate many qualities in him, he is a real man, he works hard, brings money home, pays all bills, supports his family. She also understands and supports me as an artist. But not every spouse will allow his wife to be realized, some are ready to close their beloved at home so that she is only engaged in housekeeping and raising children. My husband understands that the man who has a happy woman is happy. Therefore, it gives me freedom in terms of implementation. And it's priceless.
- You are bright and spectacular, he is not jealous of you?
- We have been together for nine years, the passions have subsided. I became a wise woman, because by nature I am much more jealous than Vitaly. Now I am calmer than before. I know that we have mutual understanding and trust in relations, Vitaly and I are very similar. And it's easy for us to understand each other's actions.
- Looking at you, it's hard to believe that you have two children. How do you keep such a beautiful figure?
I don't know, I have no secrets. I go to the fitness club once a week because I don't really like sports, but I dance all the time. I like to move, feel my body, control it. And enjoy the dance. I don't follow any diets, but I don't smoke or drink alcohol. It seems to me that the most important recipe for a good shape for any person is happiness. Stress always negatively affects the body.

- At the end of August, we are planning to go to Dubai, Italy or Spain with the whole family, until we decided exactly where. But exactly where the heat is, the sea, the sun, the beach!
Your daughter is going to first grade this year. Have you already chosen a school? Is this a Russian school?
– My daughter speaks fluent Russian, Portuguese and English. To be honest, she speaks three languages better than me. To study Gabriella, we chose a British school and are looking at the musical one. Previously, my daughter was engaged in dancing, but now we are thinking about developing her vocal talent. I want to find a serious teacher who will give her a good base. I do this not because I want Gabriella to become a singer - this is a very difficult profession - but because my daughter really likes to dance and sing.
- Is Mikael already showing creative abilities?
- He is only three years old, and for now he just copies everything, imitates his sister. Our son sings and dances. Everything repeats after Gabriella. It is very funny. I really like spending time with my children, seeing their smiles, kissing, playing with them, feeling like a happy mother. True, it is not always possible to allocate time for pleasure, it is necessary to work. But sometimes I still cancel rehearsals to be with the children.

I started my career in my hometown of Rio de Janeiro when I was 7 years old. At 12 she already performed under the banner of the largest record company PolyGram. In Russia, I performed for the first time at the New Wave international competition, where I became a finalist and later continued my career in Russia.
On the one hand, it is very honorable and significant. On the other hand, this is a big responsibility, which does not give you the right to make a mistake. I started singing on stage at the age of 7. I earned this title at the age of 23. My school was constant concerts. I have no professional education. My technique was formed in the process of numerous performances. And of course I have a hearing. But I know that my potential is much greater, so I will definitely continue to study. Although many do not believe that I never studied it professionally.
In my family, my maternal aunt was a professional singer. And my grandfather was a conductor. So I come from an artistic family.
- Your main goal is popularity, love of the public or just singing? Who is your most appreciative audience?
My dream is public recognition! And most importantly, perform in front of a large audience. It is very important for me to always sing. If I don't sing for a month, I get depressed. After all, this is the only thing I can do and my audience for me is my oxygen.

- What difficulties did you have to cope with in Russia?
At first, it was very difficult for me because of not knowing the Russian language. But over the past couple of years, I have become better at speaking Russian. And I can even quite safely participate in various television talk shows. Before, this was unthinkable for me. Of course, the career of a singer is not the easiest profession. But I love my job and have been doing it since childhood. So any difficulties can be overcome.
- Gabriela, what attracts you to Russia?
I really like the culture and architecture of Russia. Very diverse and interesting people live here. I think that Russian girls are the most beautiful!
- Now looking back, do you regret that you stayed in Russia?
I don't regret it at all. After all, I have a wonderful family and a favorite job. And what else is needed for happiness?)) Of course, at first it was very difficult for me in Russia, especially in winter. But, over time, I got used to it, my work began, friends appeared and I felt at home! But I still miss my native Rio De Janeiro. Therefore, I try to fly to Brazil 1-2 times a year.
- Tell us about your personal life in Moscow? Tell us about your family?
I ended up here just because of my personal life. I never imagined that I would live in Moscow. I met my future husband while touring Europe with a Brazilian show. And after 2 years of not a simple romance, when we flew to each other, crossing half the globe, I moved to Moscow.
Today we have two wonderful children. The eldest daughter is Gabriella (5 years old) and son Mikael (2 years old). My mother often flies to Moscow to visit us, and we try to fly to Brazil with the whole family so that the children know about their second homeland.
- Do you have a passion, a hobby?
Trips. When I have rare free time, I try to go to some new place. It helps me to relax and gain strength.
- Who is working on your style? What clothes do you prefer on stage and in everyday life?
Now I'm doing my own style. I used to have a stylist Oleg Tarnopolsky, who taught me a lot. For this I am very grateful to him. I always choose sexy and comfortable style. Can't wear low-soled shoes. Always high heels. My stage costumes are very bright and extravagant and very different from everyday clothes.
- Tell us what is happening in your life now, including your creative one?
Now I'm working on a Russian-language album. Already in the next month I will present my first work in Russian. This is a very sensual and emotional song called "Stop Me". And a little later I will have a very interesting duet with a domestic performer. Who exactly, I'll keep a secret for now.
