Transfer the mixture to a bowl with eggs and crab meat. Also add canned corn. Mix the mixture thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional. You can squeeze a clove of garlic.

  • Cherry tomatoes - 300 gr

  • Ham - 200 gr
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr
  • Dill greens - 50 gr
  • Mayonnaise - packaging
  • Salad mix - packaging

Cooking:

Hard boil eggs. Cool, clean. Grate on a large grater. Also, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into small cubes. In a convenient container, combine all the prepared ingredients. Season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, mix until smooth.

Cut the cucumber into slices, approximately 0.5 cm thick. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Just half an hour and the original holiday fly agarics are ready.

Now, when eggplants can be bought in the store all year round, you can pamper your guests with the Teschin Tongue appetizer not only in summer. It will be a spicy addition to various dishes and is perfect for strong drinks.

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise - 20 gr
  • Sunflower oil - 100 ml
  • Salt to taste

Cooking:

Boil squid carcasses in lightly salted water for 2-4 minutes. It is important not to overcook them, otherwise they will become rubbery.

Stuff the prepared carcasses tightly with the curd mixture and refrigerate for several hours. Before serving, cut the squid into portions.

Light snack - ready.

Lavash is a universal basis for all kinds of snacks. Each time you wrap a different filling in it, you get a completely different dish. This version of the appetizer includes crab sticks in its recipe, which allows you to create a tasty, satisfying and at the same time, budgetary dish. You can also use ham, chicken or fish.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash thin - 2 pieces
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Crab sticks - 200 gr
  • Russian cheese - 100 gr
  • Processed cheese - 200 gr
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Greens (parsley, dill, green onion) - to taste

Spread 1 pita bread on the table and carefully coat it with half of the filling. Try to distribute it evenly. Next, lay the second pita bread and spread it with the second half of the filling.

Put the roll in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, and preferably at night.

Before serving, remove the film and cut into pieces 3-4 cm thick.

Lavash is also a popular and convenient form of serving snacks on the festive table. It is also convenient because pita rolls can be prepared in advance and then there will be more time for other things before the arrival of guests. The simplest appetizer for which you will always find the right ingredients at home. Preparing quickly, but again, you will have to work hard in advance.

Ingredients:

Fish snacks are not only a decoration of the festive table, but also a certain element of well-being. After all, snacks with red, and even more so with black caviar, salmon or salmon, have long given the owners of the feast solidity. We will not abandon such a beautiful tradition, and we, especially dishes with fish and caviar, are unusually beautiful, and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked salmon - 400 gr.
  • Cream cheese - 400 gr.
  • Green onions - for garnish
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry - 450 gr.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • Camembert or Brie cheese - 100 gr.
  • salted salmon - 200 gr.
  • butter - 50 gr.
  • cream - 150 ml
  • parsley and basil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • dill for decoration

Defrost frozen puff pastry, cut into diamonds and place on a baking sheet greased with butter. Lubricate the diamonds on top with beaten egg yolk and place in an oven preheated at 170 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Whip cream. Using a blender, mix Camembert (or Brie) cheese with butter, add cream and finely chopped parsley and basil. Put cream on each diamond, and a slice of salmon on top. Making rolls requires certain skills and time, but the appetizer will turn out to be branded, you will receive many compliments and words of gratitude from the guests. Rolls and rolls can be prepared from meat, cheese, vegetables. And there are a lot of toppings for this dish!

Ingredients:

  • pork (preferably neck or chop) - 1.5 kg

  • cognac - 50 gr.
