Maksakova's performance at Eurovision. Maksakova: I was two steps away from Eurovision

29.06.2019

In the show "Let them talk" Maria Maksakova spoke about Eurovision and argued with Stas Sadalsky.

The show “Let them talk” discussed the scandalous Eurovision Song Contest 2017, which ended in Kyiv, in which the representative of Russia could not perform due to the ban imposed by the SBU against the singer.

The guests of the talk show expressed their opinion about the winner of a large-scale musical project, and also supported the young performer, who was deprived of the right to fulfill her dream.

One of the interesting moments of the show was a teleconference with. The host of “Let them talk” contacted the opera diva, who recently lost her husband, to clarify what she thinks about the completed competition, which she could not ignore.

In a conversation with the presenter, Maria stressed that recent talk about her possible participation in Eurovision has nothing to do with reality.

"I was ready for any experiments and adventures, including Eurovision. Due to the circumstances that happened, this was ruled out," she said, referring to the murder of her husband Denis Voronenkov.

Maksakova also commented on the situation with the Russian woman Yulia Samoilova and said that she did not see anything strange in her. In her opinion, if Samoilova had not traveled to the peninsula, she would have calmly performed in Kyiv.

"This is a decision that is connected with the legislation of Ukraine," said Maksakova. "Here, it is quite obvious that it was violated by Yulia, because she performed in Crimea, and this was the reason for the ban on entry."

Maria Maksakova vs Stas Sadalsky. Let them talk. Blacklist for Eurovision

The word was taken by the one who was in the studio, who for many years has been friends with the mother of Maria Maksakova, Lyudmila Vasilievna. Seeing an opera singer on the screen, the artist could not restrain himself and decided to speak out on the topic of the recent conflict between mother and daughter. He reproached the singer for not calling her parents.

“I am a friend of my mother, not Masha. And Masha is a great master of cooking porridge. Masha cooked well in the Duma, now Masha cooks porridge in Kiev. At one time there was such a video on television: “Dima, call mom.” I just want Masha say: “Call mom and dad.” You just don’t need to build such eyes!”, – said the actor.

“Stas, can I do without your advice?” Maksakova answered him.

To which Sadalsky asked his girlfriend's daughter not to "poke" him. The singer, in turn, admitted that she could not yet forgive her mother.

“I am grateful to my mother for everything she did for me. I still love her. But, unfortunately, there are actions that make our communication impossible. As Tolstoy said, I can forgive, I can’t hug - my hands are cut off. I think , they will understand me here!” Maria said, adding that she was not going to leave Kiev.

Made a splash at Eurovision 2017...

Opera diva, singer 39 years old is no longer in mourning, after the murder in Keva of her husband, a former State Duma deputy, she first appeared in public in the capital of Ukraine.

The other day, the singer, among the spectators, visited one of the stages (the second semi-final) of the Eurovision music contest in Kyiv. The artist came to the competition with the well-known columnist and music critic Artur Gasparyan.

On the night of today, 05/15/17, a photo of a noticeably thinner opera diva was posted on the #mariamaksakova page on Instagram while visiting this competition (see photo under the text).

Maksakova shared her impressions of this event with the media. The famous Performer said that she visited the competition for the first time and noticed that there were many young people among the spectators. At the same time, in her opinion, in Europe the competition is perceived as one of many and is not turned into the main event of the year.

Maria gave the following assessments to its participants:

"Actually, this is my first time at this competition, although it was held both in Moscow and in other cities where I could theoretically be. Nevertheless, this is the first time that I came to see how it happens with my own eyes. Very I was happy for "our" Bulgarian (Kristian Kostov). He deservedly reached the final. I liked the Irishman (Brian Murray). He was very different from the other participants, it's a pity he didn't make it to the final. An extremely unusual timbre, "MK quotes her words.

“It seems to me that in Europe there is no such attitude towards Eurovision as some kind of fateful, almost the main musical and political event of the year. This is just a music competition, a popular entertainment format,” the singer believes.

Actually, it was Gasparyan who persuaded Maria to go out and unwind a little. As the journalist writes, Maksakova looks thinner, but overall quite cheerful and very attractive. Arthur discussed the participants of the show with Maria, and the artist did not hide that, in principle, she liked Eurovision.

To the question of Gasparyan, Maksakova would not want to shine among the participants in the show, Maksakova replied: “Oh, I don’t know. Watching the audience, I see that this is a very young competition. I'm not talking about the participants, but mostly about the audience, and it seems to me that this sets the main tone for what is happening. It seems to me that in Europe there is no such attitude towards Eurovision as some kind of fateful, almost the main musical and political event of the year. This is just a music competition, a popular entertainment format, and in this sense, Eurovision, as well as from the scrip and prison, should not be renounced. Well, you never know what can happen in my life?

ProZvezd discussed with the People's Artist of the USSR, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Culture Iosif Kobzon the flight of his colleagues, deputies Maria Maksakova and Denis Voronenkov to Kiev and the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest.

- Iosif Davydovich, Eurovision will be held in Ukraine soon. At first they said that Alexander Panayotov would represent our country, and now Channel One has chosen Yulia Samoilova ... Do you think we should go there at all?

– Definitely not! And many in the committee on culture are of the same opinion with me. If we send some artist there, we will set him up. These nationalists, who staged a coup in my homeland, beloved Ukraine, will arrange endless provocations for us.

- After all, there will be the organizers of the competition - Europeans who keep order. Do you think they will not cope with this task?

- What are you talking about! I myself have already encountered these bandits operating in Ukraine. When I was performing there, there was a fire at my concert. Therefore, you can wait for anything. Why should we go to Kyiv at all? We had a great Olympics in Sochi, we showed a lot to the world, but there is no point in participating in such contests as Eurovision.

- Singer Anastasia Prikhodko, who represented Russia at the competition in 2009, demanded that an armed escort be assigned to our delegation, hinting at disqualification. How do you think?

- Prikhodko is a Ukrainian litter (a 29-year-old girl became a member of the radical party of Oleg Lyashko 2 years ago. - Auth.), Like Maria Maksakova, who, together with her husband, communist deputy Voronenkov, betrayed her homeland and left for Kiev.

- Do you know how Maria's mother, People's Artist of Russia Lyudmila Maksakova, reacted to her daughter's departure?

- I talked to her, she is crying! Lyudmila Vasilievna does not support her daughter's act, she cannot believe what happened at all. Her daughter became a traitor to the Motherland. Of course, they communicate, but it is very difficult for them to find a common language, they have quarreled before, I sometimes reconciled them. Masha, apparently, hopes that the nationalists in Kyiv will make her a star. In Russia, she was an average singer, not particularly outstanding, while, I will not hide, she is a very charming woman. Masha is from a famous family, her grandmother Maria Maksakova is a legendary opera singer, her mother is a wonderful theater and film actress. She cast a shadow on her entire family - it's a shame. I think that none of her relatives will support her in this decision.

Recall that the deputies of the State Duma, 45-year-old Voronenkov and 39-year-old Maksakova, left Russia in December 2016 and received a residence permit in Ukraine. A number of criminal cases were initiated against Denis Nikolayevich in Moscow regarding the raider seizure of a building in the center of the capital, fraud and a number of other articles of the Criminal Code. The couple got married in March 2015, the whole beau monde walked at their wedding: the then chairman of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin, the same Iosif Kobzon, Nikolai Baskov, Boris Moiseev and, of course, Valentin Yudashkin and his wife. Not so long ago, the Maksakova and Yudashkin clans became related: Pyotr Maksakov, the son of Maria's brother, married the fashion designer's daughter Galina. At the wedding, they warmly congratulated the newlyweds, and now they also do not share their political positions. Maria was a member of the United Russia party, and Denis was a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the bride sang at the wedding: “Apricot-colored lips, And I sing cleanly. During the day I love United Russia, at night I love communists.

Opera diva Maria Maksakova (who recently left to live in Ukraine with her husband Denis Voronenkov) spoke about Eurovision and, in particular, about the composition of the representative of Russia. According to the opera singer, her song is better.

The other day, Maria Maksakova literally blew up the media space by presenting a video for the song "You will be mine." The opera singer performed in a new image of a pop singer. Interestingly, the song for Maria was written by Leonid Gutkin, the creator of the hit by Yulia Samoilova, the representative of Russia at the International Music Contest "Eurovision", which will be held on May 11 in Kyiv.

"It's funny. And they are already saying that I should have been sent to Eurovision, because I have more chances to win sympathy here - due to my views and position," Maksakova commented on this coincidence.

However, Maria noted that she would hardly have agreed to participate in the song competition. At the same time, Maksakova spoke about the choice of Channel One. To begin with, the singer said that she had once participated in the jury of music competitions and always advocated that no one put pressure on pity.

At the same time, Maksakova expressed the idea that any person, regardless of physical condition, should sing if he wants to and if he has talent. "But in the context of the competition, where the participants must still be on an equal footing, certain ethical questions arise for such a choice," Maksakova concluded.

Maria compared Julia's song with her own. "It seems to me that mine is better. It was written especially for me, so it has a radically different energy message. But if this song, as they say, went, resonates, then thank God ..." - quotes Maksakova "Moskovsky Komsomolets" .

At the same time, the singer admitted that she had reasons for some embarrassment. "We often prepare something special for Eurovision, they say, here's a surprise for you in a wrapper, and we'll see what you will do with it. And who are these people, who were they before the competition, who knew them? This is not right, there is an element of speculation in this, and a very unhealthy one, and a complete lack of fair motivation," Maria said.

The singer believes that people who “fully engaged in and lived creatively independently of any Eurovision” should go to the contest. As an example, Maksakova cited Sergey Lazarev, Polina Gagarina, Dima Bilan and Alla Pugacheva.

"Otherwise, it turns out that we are going there not with an open visor, but, as in a court, with a good lawyer. The competition is not a place for speculative projects, like Buranovsky Babushki and others, but for artists, after all ..." - summed up Maria Maksakova.

It turned out that after the murder of Voronenkov, Maksakova lost 16 kg. She stayed to live in Kyiv and receives guests from Moscow. At the same time, at the Eurovision Song Contest itself, she was happy for the participant from Bulgaria, Christian Kostov.

“Actually, this is my first time at this competition, although it was held both in Moscow and in other cities where I could theoretically be. intkbbee however, this is the first time that I have come to see how it happens. I was very happy for "our" Bulgarian (Christian Kostov). He deserved to be in the final. I know that he is a Muscovite, that even at the children's "Voice" he had Dima Bilan as a mentor, and in such a continuation of the career of this young man there is a certain symbolic sign of fate, given the role that Eurovision played in the life of Bilan himself, - said the artist .

According to the singer, she also liked the Irishman Brian Murray, but he did not qualify for the final.

Maksakova admitted that she continues to work, prepare an album, is "almost two steps away from Eurovision", and continues to think about her husband.

“I was really looking forward to spring in Kiev. I didn’t think, of course, that this spring would bring me so much personal grief, but this has nothing to do with the city, it is beautiful, as always… But life goes on,” she said.
