320 g boiled sausage;

180 g dried peas;

1 piece of celery, carrots and onions;

250 g of white cabbage;

head of garlic;

2.8 liters of water;

Paprika;

2.5 tablespoons of sunflower oil;

Cooking method:

1. Sort the legumes and remove the damaged kernels. Transfer the peas to a liter jar and fill with water, leave for 2 hours.

2. Rinse the chicken, dry it with a towel, divide it into several equal parts and put in a saucepan.

3. Add water to the same place and cook the broth for 55 minutes, periodically removing the resulting foam with a slotted spoon.

4. As soon as the chicken is ready, remove it from the broth and dip the washed peas into it. Boil for 40-50 minutes.
