All the truth and lies about the wedding of Alena Vodonaeva and Alexei Cosinus. Alexey Cosine: Pure music DJ cosine personal life

02.07.2019

Alena Vodonaeva recently became the wife of musician Alexei Kosinus. The star's wedding was not without scandal, as, indeed, most of her novels. Alena loudly declared herself, becoming a member of the Dom-2 project. The girl tried to build her love with Stepan Menshchikov, whom she met for several years under the guns of television cameras. The novel was quite stormy - quarrels, fights, dramatic reconciliations. He made the couple some of the show's most popular contestants. Despite the love of Stepan and Alena for fame, they could not drag out the relationship for a long time and broke up. Now Stepan periodically flashes on the screens, manages his own event agency and has a row with his ex-wife.

The next chosen one of Alena Vodonaeva on the project was Roman Tertishny, better known as May Abrikosov. In this relationship, there was also a place for drama and fights. If Alena managed to maintain popularity even after she left the perimeter, then Roman, after exile, preferred a quiet life in the village.

Alena's first husband Alexei Malakeev was very different from Stepan and May. A calm, balanced young man really liked the fans of the celebrity. When Alexey took Alena as his wife, their joy knew no bounds. But the idyll did not last long. Alena Vodonaeva said that she was divorcing her husband, as they have too different views on love and romance. Apparently, the star did not have enough fights and violent reconciliations. After the divorce, Alena swore that she would never marry again, and the followers complained that she missed such an exceptional man. Now Aleksey and Alena maintain friendly relations and raise their son Bogdan together.

After the divorce, Alena returned to her favorite type of men - party-goers and playboys. She was seen in the company of millionaire Arseny Sharov and Slava Panterov.

Then Alena Vodonaeva began a period when she met men younger than herself. Among them were the twenty-four-year-old owner of a real estate agency, Yuri Ande, and racing driver Artyom Markelov. If with Yuri there were words first about the wedding, and then about betrayal, then the celebrity hung out with Artyom and parted peacefully.

Fans of Alena Vodonaeva again heard serious discussions about the wedding from the lips of the idol when the star began dating tattoo artist Anton Korotkov. Gigabytes of sweet joint photos, general plans for the future and a planned wedding ended with Alena's philosophical posts on Instagram and discussions about why she needs a man who lives at her expense, feeds her with promises and watches TV all day long.

The second husband of Alena Vodonaeva, Alexei Cosinus, like the first, stands apart from all her boyfriends. Alexey is handsome, he is an ardent supporter of a healthy lifestyle, he seems to earn money himself, but at the same time he loves parties and travel. Alena admitted that she laid eyes on Alexei five years ago. However, it took her a long time to change the status of a friend to a bride.

Perhaps Alena finally managed to find the man of her dreams and with Alexei Cosinus she will be truly happy.

His club parties are a real firework of bright emotions and incendiary shows. They don't get bored.

And Aleksey Kosinus, one of the most famous DJs in St. Petersburg, really knows how to organize them.

The gallery of his images is similar to the filmography of a film actor.

Either he appears before the audience in the form of an angel with huge wings behind his back, or in the company of luxurious strippers.

Alexei Kosinus (real name Alexey Komov) is known as DJ Cosine. This is the host of the western project Zeskullz (electronic music), a well-known DJ from St. Petersburg and a talented musician. He composes music himself.

Born June 26, 1982. By this time, he became famous as one of the best DJs not only in St. Petersburg, but also in European countries.

Athlete and musician

Alexei has been involved in athletics since childhood and showed great promise. His coach planned a sports career for him. However, as it turned out over time, his real vocation was not sports.

It all started with meeting Sergei Grashchenkov, who became the teacher of Alexei.
The future DJ studied all his free time. He spent 5 hours a day learning how to work as a DJ, from which his neighbors silently suffered.

However, the boy's natural perseverance and his love of music brought results. Alexey learned the profession of a DJ very early and realized that this was his vocation for life.

The first performance in a nightclub took place at the age of 14. Despite the extreme excitement, this boy, still a schoolboy, performed in such a way that real professionals appreciated this performance. He called this stage his turning point. The novice DJ's performances were associated with the Scottish techno direction.

This is how one of the most interesting and unusual DJs in Russia, Dj Kosinus, created himself. Although at that time he was not yet sure that he would connect his life with music, and this occupation would become his main income. After school, he completed hairdressing courses.

It did not become his profession, but, according to Alexei, he still cuts his friends' hair from time to time. Haircuts and hairstyles have become a favorite hobby.

And the music has always come first. Alexei was lucky - he was noticed. Soon he was invited to the main techno team in Russia - Underground Experience (UE). In parallel, he worked as a promoter - he organized club performances for UE.

1997 was the year of the beginning of performances in St. Petersburg clubs. Until 2000, Komov performed in the style of Scottish techno, and after 2000, the synthepop and house styles became a priority.
In 2004, Komov was awarded the status of the best DJ in St. Petersburg.

Each set of Cosine is unique, imbued with incredible energy. Professionals note the excellent musical abilities and professionalism of the DJ. In addition to his work, Alexey is also a wonderful artist who knows how to get the audience going.

He - headliner the most famous St. Petersburg parties, his sets create an incomparable atmosphere of delight and intoxication with music, blow up crowds of thousands of people at the largest events in the city. His performances are bright shows that are remembered for a long time and make you want to visit them again and again.

Komov - International DJ. He works in the best disco bars in different Slavic countries. In 2003-2005, Komov had the largest number of club mixes published - 40 releases.
He performed on the same stage with such famous musicians as Wally Lopez, Westbam, Boogie Pims and others.

Since 2010, he has been participating in a Western project Zeskullz which has earned him worldwide fame. Zeskullz is especially popular in Europe and America. Abroad, Komov cooperates with serious foreign music companies.

Family life

WITH Alena Vodonaeva- the star of "House 2" and television Alexey has known since 2013. Vodonaeva attracted fans with her bright beauty and charisma.

At this time, there were friendly relations between them, and Cosine had a relationship with another girl. However, last year a romance broke out between Alena and Alexei, and soon he proposed to the girl. “I was ready to get married 5 weeks after the start of the relationship,” Komov says, “Everything was so wonderful with us: you meet your beloved and wish to be with her always.”

At first, the couple hid their relationship until the happy Alexei began posting their common photos on the Internet. The photos appeared on Instagram and it immediately became obvious to everyone that they were a wonderful couple. Relations developed not without difficulties, circumstances interfered.

They lived in different cities: Alexei in St. Petersburg, Alena in Moscow. However, the lovers overcame everything - Alena came to St. Petersburg, Alexei to Moscow.

September 11, 2017 they got married. And before registration, they rode a rare "Seagull" around the city. It is curious that only the newlyweds themselves were present at the ceremony.

I thought that all DJs were alcoholics and drug dealers, and then I met Cosine, who only does what changes the world for the better - the Human3000 and RockStarYoga projects are the work of his hands. He also writes music, produces music, and in his spare time stands on his head and arranges daytime discos. Sober, of course, since he himself has not been drinking for 4 years.

Lesha, do not take it for flattery, but you look like a superhero. Maybe you never drank?

He drank, but not much. The first time it happened was at school. I was 13 then - this is the very beginning of my career as a DJ. I washed down my fear of performing with beer, but I quickly realized that alcohol only harms me and does not solve internal problems - all this is a hard self-deception.

Got drunk?

In utter drabadan and trash. Sports saved me - as a child I was seriously involved in athletics, so there was no hard frenzy. No after-party, binges and the like. I only played in clubs, I didn’t go there without work.

At the age of 18-19, he worked as a stylist in beauty salons and got very tired in a week. Over the weekend, it was necessary to "reset". This is a common phrase - like, I'm tired, I'll drink alcohol, reset to zero, and everything will be high for me. Another brutal self-deception. True, I myself realized this only 4 years ago, with the advent of yoga.

Let's get back to yoga. It’s clear with you - you worked in an environment where everyone is extinguished by something. And an ordinary person, not a DJ, why is he applied?

A man is looking for a solution to problems in a bottle. I'm tired - I'm resting, drinking. I have problems in life - I forget, I drink. As a result, instead of rest, a person gets even more tired - both physically, because alcohol breaks the body, and mentally. You put yourself into this tailspin and the more you get involved, the worse life becomes. I saw close friends go into an alcohol tailspin, and, unfortunately, not everyone returned.

I was lucky in this regard: I work a lot and quickly understand how the state of intoxication affects my performance - and if the result does not suit me, I don’t do it anymore. For the most part, people succumb to collective propaganda: “sometimes you can, everyone drinks, it’s customary with us.” I remember how I woke up with a square head and a broken body after such a “fun holiday” and how I could not work at full strength the whole next day. I always work: both weekdays and weekends. The alcohol got in the way, so I made the tough decision to stay sober.

What did your friends say to that?

Friends went on strike. I came to the party and did not understand what to do there, if not to drink. I didn’t understand how to hang out, have fun and relax, because the people around were completely drunk. One of my friends persuaded me: "why don't you drink, let's just one glass, but what's the problem." They began to communicate less with me, but soon other people appeared nearby - who shared my point of view. There were also family holidays, at which you also “need” to drink. After some time, everyone realized that I never drink at all - even a glass of champagne for the New Year. Not because I am such a hard opponent of alcohol, but because I simply do not see the point in drinking for myself. I constantly cleanse the body, so even a glass of champagne will feel strong. And in a small amount, alcohol is toxins, poisoning the body and a serious condition - why do I need all this? The brain of a person who has drunk alcohol does not work as it should - even after four days he is not able to make a clear decision.

I cut out alcohol because I like to be successful, confident, poised and look classy. Alcohol does not contribute to this, which means it does not suit me. Everything is simple.

The final point for me, as a musician, was the fact that in a post-alcoholic state, your ears do not work as they should. You don't hear high frequencies as they get quieter. As a result, you can’t mix properly and it’s difficult for you to adjust the sound when performing.

What to do with it?

Canadian musicians I know use a special effect called an alco-preset for this purpose. It is hung on the general sound, the frequencies are tuned to a certain range - if you are in an alcoholic state, use the alcohol preset, and everything will be fine. Smart guys - found a way. Only this is not an option, you understand. If alcohol threatens your product, your success, just remove it from your life, and no presets are needed.

What can you say about the great drunkards who wrote great music? The same Mussorgsky, the same Amy Winehouse.

Yes, these and other talented people were prone to abuse. But it's not that alcohol or other drugs helped in writing music. The ability to create creativity is given from above. Alcohol has nothing to do with it at all: it cannot help create a work, because it reduces our abilities. As a result, initially gifted people do less than they could, unfortunately. I say this with complete confidence, as I have seen it in the example of loved ones who were defeated by alcohol. At first their drinking was tolerated because of their genius, but as a result they lost their talent. And if they managed to maintain their health and sober mind, they would have achieved much more.

Lars von Trier once said that he could not create without alcohol. He wrote the script of "Nymphomaniac" sober - it took 18 months, while the drunk "Dogville" - in 12 days. I don’t know about Trier himself, I like Nymphomaniac more - a different level of creativity.

When you can independently, without doping, introduce yourself into a state of creative flow, this is a different level of development. You can develop yourself and achieve better results. I have never written music under alcohol. As for performances, it's like comparing sex with a loved one or with a prostitute: an exchange of a completely different level. By staying sober, you give people clean energy, and you get the same in return. In a clouded state, you give away part of your turbidity, and you receive the same.

People justify their lifestyle with someone else's negative example - "oh, cool, the rock musician is stoned - so I can too." All this is complete bullshit - this is the opinion of a sucker. So write: the one who says that it's cool to write under alcohol or drugs is not creative and talented, but just a sucker. If you cannot compose in a pure state, then you are not developing – that is the problem. The weak are always looking for a reason. Those who "create" under alcohol simply do not want to work. They dream of free money, of easy success, but this does not happen. Admit that you are so weak that without alcohol you are not able to put yourself into a state of creative flow. You need to work: on yourself, on the environment - then everything will be cool. This is the key: if you can focus and manage your creative energy on your own, this is the level that shows how developed you are. To do this, we need to take care of ourselves, learn and practice.

What about rest? For many, after all, if you haven’t drunk, then you haven’t rested.

Another deception. Alcohol does not relax, but depresses the nervous system. At the moment of intoxication, it seems to you that you have relaxed, but let's remember what will happen after. It's time to learn to really relax, and not poison your body. I found yoga and meditation for myself, or you can go to the gym, run a little, swim in a relaxed way, relax in the sauna. You need to find a state for yourself when you forget correctly. Sports, reading, music, nature - look, choose what suits you personally. Each person can find for himself a kind of natural battery that frees, resets, relaxes and, thanks to this, charges with new energy.

In New York, I learned about the concept of meditation lunch - a very popular topic now. Businessmen and other successful people start their working day at about seven in the morning. Around two o'clock the tired guys come to the meditation classes. Just imagine: a person comes and goes straight from the office into the forest. Half an hour to be alone with yourself, to meditate in the most pleasant, harmonious state is priceless. You can choose the sounds of nature, the surf or the crackling of the fireplace. This relaxation is on a completely different level than alcohol. You just have to look, try different options to find what suits you personally. But first you need to understand once and for all that alcohol does not help - it is not a solution to problems. Everything can be solved differently.

Well, what about stress?

Stress is primarily an imbalance. Four years ago, I had a difficult period in my life: difficulties at work, problems in the family, I constantly cursed with my girlfriend - in short, continuous experiences. I signed up for yoga. No one advised me - I decided to try it myself.

So, it all started with yoga? You practice, at the same time refuse alcohol, switch to vegetarianism ...

Yes. Yoga has launched changes in the body, in the mind. Most importantly, you love it! You compare yourself "before and after" and see that what you are doing is really cool! You feel awesome and easily solve any problems. You begin to understand that most of the problems a person creates himself, winding himself up. But if you calmly realize the situation, look at it from different angles, then everything is decided differently. I am not promoting yoga. It works for me and I consider myself lucky to have found mine so quickly. Like I said, you have to look. The most important thing is to want. Understand what you want to get from life, what goals to achieve. If you understand that alcohol does not help you in this, but, on the contrary, destroys and spoils everything in life, then you need to start working on it.

The first thing is to realize what exactly this problem is bothering you. Then you will start doing something, changing yourself, reprogramming - everyone can do it. The main thing is to want.

You said that you are doing very well with willpower. Most people cannot boast of the same. Can you advise how to download?

If the case is difficult, then it is better to find a person who wishes you well and trust him to accept help. Perhaps it will not even be a close person, because we do not always perceive family members as authority. It can be someone from outside - a coach, mentor, therapist or friend. It is important that he be authoritative so that you want to listen to him. It's hard to fight alone.

Do you have moments of despair?

Certainly. But I do not give in, but I work through. The state of despair stimulates me: to do more, to work more on myself. I'm not a superman, it's just that I've always been quite conscious and sports have helped me. When you need to run a distance in a certain amount of time, you understand that you must do it. "Whether you like it or not" - there is no such thing in sports.

Are you strict with yourself?

Very. I never feel sorry for myself. I can work for a week without stopping in a variety of areas: perform at night, and run somewhere in the morning. I live like this.

I noticed that the new generation of young people are more conscious. They already have their own values and goals, they want to develop. But the culture of drinking and pernicious rest must be eradicated. This is not easy to do, but the main thing is that the bricks are already being laid.

Many fans of the electro-house musical direction are interested in the biography and personal life of Alexei Kosinus, who is a popular DJ and one of the brightest representatives in the world of modern music.

The future popular musician was born in 1982 in St. Petersburg. Cosine is a pseudonym that arose later, the real name of Alexei is Komov. From childhood, the boy grew up very athletic and was fond of athletics. But his serious vocation was music, which he understood from his teenage years.

The talent was revealed at a party dedicated to Comrade Alexei's birthday. The celebration of the celebration took place in one of the clubs in St. Petersburg called the Planetarium, where Lesha met musician Sergei Grashchenkov. The meeting turned out to be fateful, as the teenager began to seriously study music from his new acquaintance.

This was followed by the acquisition of the Radiotehnika turntable, with the help of which Alexey began to learn the basics of working with professional equipment. He devoted all his time to this after school, classes sometimes lasted about 5 hours in a row.

At the age of 14, his first performance in a nightclub took place. The young man introduced the direction of techno, and since then his life has been closely connected with musical activity.

It is worth saying that after graduating from school, Alexei graduated from hairdressing courses. He was very attracted to this profession, and subsequently he made it his hobby, periodically creating original haircuts for his friends.

Music

Despite the passion for hairdressing, music in the biography of Alexei Cosinus invariably takes first place. Due to the fact that he devoted himself with enthusiasm to performing in clubs, he was noticed by the Underground Experience team.

At first, the talented DJ represented the techno direction, but after that he began to lean towards synthepop and house. Cosine was recognized as the best DJ of 2004 according to a number of publications and the TV show "Dance Class". His activities make an indelible impression on the public, thanks to the following.

  • Technique. Those who at least once heard the creations of Cosine note the amazing musical taste of the celebrity and the truly filigree performance technique.
  • Bright memorable presentation. Cosine showed himself not only as a talented musician, but also as an outstanding showman. Each time he appears in new images, developing costumes for this and choosing original accompaniment. So, many people remember his exits with strippers or with the participation of the travesty of the show.

Alexey conquered not only nightclubs in Russia, he periodically performs in different countries, among which Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, Estonia can be listed.

Cosine prefers to work with his friend, who at one time brought him into the world of music - this is Sergey Grashchenkov, aka Slutkey or Kisloid.

In 2010, a turning point in the life of a musician takes place - he reaches a new level by organizing the international project Zeskullz. It becomes extremely popular in Europe and America.

Personal life

Celebrity fans are extremely interested in learning about the biography and personal life of Alexei Cosinus. Many believe that it was thanks to the relationship with his beloved that he became even more famous. The chosen one of the young man was the ex-participant of the Dom-2 project and the popular TV presenter Alena Vodonaeva.

The couple met in 2013, but for a long time there were exclusively friendly relations between them. Cosine at that time had an affair with another girl. He began dating Alena only in 2017. From that moment on, the novel developed very rapidly, and a few months later Alexei made an offer to Alena.

In September 2017, the star couple played a wedding, which took place in St. Petersburg. There were no guests on the mural, and only the newlyweds themselves were present. Before official registration, young people rode around the city in a rare Chaika car.

Alena became the first wife for Cosine, but he is her second husband. The first husband of a celebrity was Alexei Molokanov, from whom she has a son, Bogdan.

Many fans considered Alena and Alexei one of the most beautiful couples in Russian show business, they looked great together. Vodonaeva, against the background of Cosine, looked like a fragile girl, since the guy's height is 180 cm.

Unfortunately, the happiness of the lovers did not last long. After a certain time, provocative materials about Alena's betrayals began to appear on social networks. So, the reason for the scandal was the picture posted in his microblog by rapper Alexei Dolmatov.

On it he was in bed with a naked girl. Although her face was not visible, many decided that it was Vodonaeva, since the mole in the photo was identical to the one Alena has.

Alexey Kosinus, aka Zeskullz, is a St. Petersburg DJ, music producer, turbo-engine of a number of projects in the Wellness style, including the organizer of a new movement for Russia - non-alcoholic wellness parties. Read about the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, yoga and music in the interview.

I saw you with the singer Polina at Urgant - I was glad. What else is new in life?

Apart from music and fashion, the two main projects are Human 3000 and RockstarYoga. The latter began as an Internet project aimed at a foreign audience. I wanted to establish communication between people from different countries who are united by concern for their health. Then we held one offline event in St. Petersburg, then another ... and away we go. Organized a two-day presentation with workshops at the Four Seasons Hotel, brought to life the idea of doing a yoga-related party to attract young people to a cool and proper vacation. So, in a year we have done more than 30 events - the Human 3000 project has become an urban one.

Cool. But you're not the only one doing this, right?

Of course not. The project is driven by the four of us: my mother (she is a doctor, PhD) conducts practices, talks about women's health and nutrition, my sister (a psychologist by education) writes content for social networks and my friend Sergey 'Bad Bonus' (a psychologist by education) - everything the rest we do with him. It so happened that we focus on the female audience, as girls are more concerned about their health. Of course, I would like the guys to join, but so far there are very few of them.

What do you think, what is it connected with?

The fact is that it is still difficult for them to move away from stereotypes. I notice it myself. I have been practicing yoga for 4 years, when I started, my friends were surprised: “What kind of nonsense ?! Yoga for girls! Guys want to make themselves a cool relief body, but they believe that this is only possible in a rocking chair. By my example, I show how wrong they are. For this, I perform with a naked torso - all in the name of an idea!

I thought so. And what is Yoga Rockstar, tell me?

People who are far from the topic are afraid of yoga because of the touch of ethnicity. Therefore, I want to carry out a light urbanization of yoga culture, wrap it in an accessible and understandable shell. The literacy of the internal presentation will not suffer from this, but the visual itself and the mood will be sort of Californian. I associate it with Adam Levin and Jared leto - cool rock musicians who lead the right lifestyle. Hence the name - Rockstar.

And what is the direction? Or is it fusion?

A distinctive feature of our project is the objective coverage of various aspects of a healthy lifestyle. We give our participants the opportunity to learn as much information as possible about existing approaches, to reveal the pros and cons of each of them. Rockstar Yoga is based on my experience of combining different types of yoga - it's like a designer, everything is individual, and the main thing is that after practice you feel the tone. As part of the project, we opened two specialized halls in St. Petersburg: one - on Bolsheviks, the other - on Zvezdnaya. In America, sports have long been combined with the practice of yoga. We are developing this movement in our country, focusing on young families. It's great: while the children are doing jiu-jitsu, moms go to yoga.

Rock music, like electronic music, is poorly associated with a healthy lifestyle, rather the opposite.

This is a stereotype that I intend to destroy - this is exactly what all my projects are about. Recently, my friend The Dual Personality and I recorded RockstarYoga vol.1, which will be released in December of this year. This is an hour-long record of electronic music for yoga. No standard ethnic motifs, this is experimental electronic music for yoga practice. I would like modern musical trends to intersect with such healthy stories, I try to promote it in Russia. By the way, the British producer Goldie also recently opened a yoga room ‘Yogangster’ – and he’s not the only one – the musicians of the new generation prove by their own example that the stereotype “electronic music = unhealthy lifestyle” is hopelessly outdated. The message that we are trying to convey to the masses is that if you are healthy, then everything in your life is going well. I am pleased with this trend, I believe that this is the future. Perhaps even a new musical direction will develop, because music written under alcohol or drugs is different from “pure” music.

Have you experienced the negative effects of doping yourself?

Yes, in the noughties my friend and I had a duet called ‘Kosinus & Slutkey’. Then we parted ways, because he is an active participant in various "doping" stories, and I am against this. But no one guessed about it. People thought I was “under something” because I was always super-peppy, and he was always calm. Eventually 'Slutkey' broke this situation, he quit music, which is very sad, because he certainly had talent. Unfortunately, many worthy people have killed themselves with various "doping".

This is a common legend - that creativity, supposedly, is born like that. After Morrison, Cobain and Amy Winehouse, it's hard for people to believe that this is also possible: get up at dawn, yoga, meditation, smoothies, piano. Suspiciously sterile!

I never understood those who look for inspiration at the bottom of a glass. I love music, it invigorates and inspires me in itself, energizes me so much that I have it many times more than ten inadequate DJs combined.

However, there are other situations as well. Someone is so afraid of the public, his hands are shaking before going out. For him, alcohol and drugs are the key. He needs it to avoid stress. I, on the contrary, absorb the energy of the hall, recharge it, and for this you need to be included, clean. When you are under something, you play somewhere outside yourself, you don’t understand what you are doing and where you are. But, if you are a really creative person, then creativity should be in yourself, and not in substances.

But what about the audience itself? A sober person is unlikely to go to a nightclub. The last time I was in the club was 7 years ago. Then she refused, stopped drinking - and immediately goodbye.

This is a different story. That's why we organize parties where electronic music is mixed with healthy entertainment. Also a pro-American story - in the States they have been doing this for several years, 3-4 years. There it is called Yoga Rave. But we abandoned the word 'Rave', because in Russian people it is strongly associated with drugs. I call it "non-standard recreation for young people." Non-standard, because a set of a night club, a bar, alcohol and drunken dances is still considered standard in our country. Parties take place at the right time - evening or afternoon, last a couple of hours and are accompanied by tea, fresh juices or shots based on the same wheatgrass. In the role of an MC - a trainer, he conducts a simplified yoga training, from the basic, most simple movements. This unites and energizes people, and in half an hour an unreal, crazy energy reigns on the dance floor. Living, healthy energy! If we compare the success of our healthy lifestyle parties and club parties, then our success is much more stable. I used to play 8 times a week in clubs, of which only 1-2 parties were really cool. And here every party flies with a bang.

I can’t believe that you have always been such an ardent healthy lifestyle person, given the specifics of your work and the years when you started - in the 90s, only the dead did not drink or smoke.

I'll be honest: at first I occasionally performed under alcohol - I thought that in this way I was more liberated. But it did not become a system. I realized that alcohol only gets in the way. As for sports, I have been a professional athlete since childhood - even before music, from the age of 9, I went to a sports school, ran 60 meters, won prizes. The coach had hopes for me, so when in the 9th grade I was about to leave sports for music, the coach came to my school and persuaded me not to ruin my career.

I think she would be happy to see your results today. Has yoga changed you mentally?

Definitely. I am constantly at work, I can run around the city from 7 am to 12 am, and then go to perform. This is the standard mode. Before, there was such a confusion in my head, as if you were rushing under 200 km / h in a Lamborghini, in terrible tension, because you had just learned to drive. Now you continue to rush at the same speed, but you feel much more confident, calmer, you understand where to go further and where to turn. Thanks to yoga, my productivity has increased, I calculate actions faster and more clearly, plus I have freed up extra time. Friends are shocked, they don’t understand how I do it all, but I just get high.

How difficult was the transition from a traditional diet to a healthy diet for you?

I gradually gave up products that did not carry sufficient benefits. You understand what it's like: one refuels with diesel - fast food and Coca-Cola, the other - with jet fuel - organic products. Calling for something is meaningless, everything is known in comparison. It needs to be experienced for yourself. For example, my musician friends love teas, they bring them from Asia. While we were working in the studio, they treated me. A month later, I ordered green tea from a café. I drank and was stunned, because this is not tea at all and it is simply impossible to drink this! This is the last comparative story that cheered me up.

In terms of nutritional restructuring, the most difficult thing for me was the rejection of sweets. I was looking for substitutes, gradually switched to dried fruits, and then discovered the existence of very cool vegetarian desserts. I never thought that it is so tasty, and even healthy! In fact, I never make them myself. The maximum that I make at home is a fruit smoothie.

Speaking of smoothies. Heard you were doing some super cool detox. Will you tell?

Yes. Mom teaches the course "Cleaning Energy Channels", which came to us from Asia. The bottom line is to give up chewing functions for a month, drink smoothies, juices, puree soups. In the first week, the intestines, mucous membranes and the whole body are cleansed. Since liquid food is better absorbed by the body, less energy is spent on digestive processes, and then there is more strength. In the spring, I went through this program myself and felt the effect on myself. My head reconfigured itself: no matter what I did, the algorithms lined up like in a computer, and much faster than usual.

How does the brain react? Doesn't require crackers to chew?

It is present literally the first two days, then passes. You eat, your body is not hungry. And the reaction of the head is a deception.

If we are talking about the head, let's talk about meditation. Do you practice?

Certainly. Meditation is the most correct state to recover. For me, acquaintance with this experience was another confirmation that no “doping” works, only your inner state works. If you are internally calm, then life goes differently. If, after running around, I realize that I am mentally exhausted, I go home and meditate.

Oh, Lyosha, everyone would have your consciousness!

Meditation practices are a global trend. Yoga lunches are being introduced in New York business clusters. Especially for businessmen working hard from 7 am. They come there, meditate for 30 minutes, reset themselves and go back to work. Meditation is a great topic and I want to develop it, but it's hard. I think, first of all, such a cluster will appear among conscious business people who understand that it works.

Where did you study meditation?

From master practitioners who suggest in which direction to move. It is important to understand where to go. You need to be brought to this state at least once, and then you yourself will learn how to achieve it.
