As far as we know, Mr. Shiryaev was told: “We need to define the goal, understand: what do we want from this tour? If you are talking about "we are moving into new era epoch" - we want to declare ourselves as a new academic theater or do we want to make money? Let's decide: either money or fame? ... Or scandalous fame, as we actually did. Shiryaev was directly told that the tickets were over 300 - 350 rubles. they just won't sell. I would like to emphasize the point that when a performance is taken out, the number of seats in the hall, which we are counting on, rent, is taken, and we are guided by the sold-out cost. I apologize for interrupting. Do I understand correctly that all touring venues are rented? Yes. That is, the cost of the ticket initially also includes rent? Naturally. As a result, the first site was determined - in Volzhsky. The rent was fine, everything was fine. The services responsible for the preparation of the departure were initially oriented: to organize away performances no further than 100 km from Volgograd. But then the ideas rushed: let's go further, let's get bigger, let's take big halls. Colleagues counted the halls no higher than 300 people, it turned out to be normal in order to show a performance, announce a new direction for the theater and, of course, take some money, without damaging it. And everything seemed to be going fine, until Shiryaev came up with an idea... In general, we were oriented towards selling tickets for the performance without informing our viewers that the premiere would take place! He did not want to advertise all these trips. Phenomenon 2. This is amazing, by God. To be honest, I've never experienced anything like this. Everyone was surprised. Apalikov wrote that he had an article “for some reason, the living theater rents in the city of Volzhsky, it’s only 30 km from the city center, the site, but no information passes through the media.” And this is not the whole truth. The truth is that Shiryaev introduced a complete ban on informing about this performance and about the tour in general. Settlement, in Leninsk. It was canceled in Gorodishche because only 8 tickets were in demand! Tickets of the established form for the city of Volzhsky were handed over by Granina Svetlana Mikhailovna, but contrary to the ban, in spite of everything, she ... She printed out something like a flyer, some kind of tissue paper with our abbreviation, she herself entered the rows, places, price by hand. This is pure fraud. Why she did this... We don't know. Does she explain in any way? Did you communicate with her? Does she say anything about this? No. Neither we nor the employee who is her head communicated with her. As far as we know, the police spoke with Granina. The same gentlemen-investigators called her leader. Phenomenon 5. Is it already approximately clear the loss that the theater will incur from these tours? Here the time has come to talk not about the loss from the tour, but about the losses from the incorrect preparation of the work plan. The city of Frolovo was worked out, it's 130 km in general, the overhead costs are not so great and they brought something, say, within 100 thousand rubles, not enough, but at least some money was brought to the theater. Those that were canceled, they are at zero, and those that the administrators went to work, they simply will not be paid, because there is no way out, it is written in their contract: "according to the amount of money handed over from this event." The girls simply rode for their money, looked at our cities. It's hard to talk about Volzhsky, we don't know how they signed the lease there, because the chief accountant and Shiryaev sign the lease. That is, you do not know how the lease was formalized: with a fee or an advance payment? We don't know. Everywhere has its own nuances. Say, district recreation centers. According to the Charter, each of them has his own, someone is authorized to rent out the premises, someone says that holding joint activities. In the city of Volzhsky, I do not know how it was.
