Your April night Anime as a worldview

04.03.2019

yours april lie… Just three words, but how many feelings and meaning are hidden in them. For a long time I put off writing a review for this anime, for a very long time, but the time has come to overcome myself and overcome the storm of emotions seething in the depths of my heart. I warn you right away - purely physically Impossible to review Your Lie in April no spoilers. Therefore, I say in advance: this anime is definitely worth watching, you can proceed to watching. Just keep in mind that it is emotionally strong, and if, for example, you are in a state of depression, then watching it will only make it worse. If, for some reason, you are not afraid of spoilers (and in the case of Your Lie in April, they can really spoil the viewing experience), then you can continue reading the review. I warned you!

Brief intelligence

So, musical anime Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso ("Your Lie in April") was released in late 2014 - early 2015 by the studio A-1 Pictures. A total of 22 episodes were shown, and also released in the spring of 2015. additional episode(OVA) about very young main characters. The series aired on Japan's Fuji TV as part of the block noitaminA. This time, the popular anime acts as the original for the anime. manga, and one is associated with it interesting fact: The manga ended just a month before the end of the anime! That is, even the most ardent fans learned about the ending only a month earlier than everyone else. A curious technique, thanks to which the anime managed to attract increased attention while boosting manga sales.

your april lie tells the story of a talented pianist - fourteen Kosei Arima (Kousei Arima). As a child, he won absolutely every competition in which he participated, thanks to relentless training under the guidance of his strict mother. However, his mother was seriously ill, and after her death, Kosei lost the ability to hear his own playing, as a result of which he abandoned playing the piano. Since then, the whole world seems to him monotonous and devoid of bright colors. The only joy in his life is his friends - a neighbor and a friend. This went on until a masterful violinist named She brazenly burst into his gray life, she will help the protagonist return to the world of music, whether he wants it or not.

The first impression is deceptive. I made sure of this own example. When I watched the first episode of Your Lie in April, I abandoned further viewing until better times. I thought it was just another stupid anime about ordinary schoolchildren, which in free time play on musical instruments and find out the relationship with each other. Damn, I've never been so wrong in my life...

Returning to watching a month later, I watched all 22 episodes in a couple of days - the whirlpool of emotions is so addictive. I again felt like an ordinary fourteen-year-old schoolboy who is not watching what is happening through the monitor screen, but is standing somewhere near the characters at a distance outstretched hand. As if everything happens not with drawn anime characters, but with people you know well, with your friends. I haven't experienced anything like this in a very, very long time. The feeling of such viewing is many times stronger than usual.

Characters

Okay, it's time to take a closer look at the main characters. There are four of them in total:

A pianist who has lost the ability to hear his own playing. Even though Kosei was afraid of his mother, he loved her and tried to win every competition in the hope that it would make her feel better. Not surprisingly, after her death, Kosei lost his purpose in life. So he would have lived at half strength, if he had not met him on life path one daring violinist.

I think many people might not like such an insecure and "ordinary" protagonist. But think for yourself: how would you grow up, constantly being under the yoke of your mother? What would you be like if you lived through everything Kosei went through? Even though he also wanted to have fun with his friends, he trained hard all day to please his mother. I liked Kosei: he is a simple, talented guy who has survived many cruel trials. As the plot develops, he opens his soul to others, which causes even greater sympathy.

A wonderful violinist, living a full life, kind and sweet. When she was little, she saw Kousei perform, and since then, her dream has been to play a duet with him. Since childhood, Kaori had poor health, which often ended up in the hospital. Knowing that she did not have long, she decided to live the way she wanted so that she would not regret anything in heaven. Since Kaori knew that Tsubaki would not be happy to be asked to introduce her to Kosei, she decided to go for a little trick - "your lie in April". She said that she was in love with Ryota, because it was the only way to get closer to the inseparable trio. And only in this way could she finally meet the person who inspired her to play the violin, and play a duet with him.

One of the finest female characters of all that I have seen. It's impossible not to fall in love with her. There are people around whom a special atmosphere literally hovers - an atmosphere of positive and joy of life. Therefore, it is not surprising that Kosei fell in love with Kaori, because in her he saw his opposite, he strove to become like her: do what you want, play the way you want, in general - enjoy life. Many people should learn optimism from Kaori, otherwise sometimes you walk down the street, look at the lean faces of others, and you yourself become sick.

Kousei's childhood friend. She was always by his side. Honest and fair, she always puts the interests of her friends ahead of her own. About Kosei, she expressed herself as follows: "He's like a bad little brother to me" . However, as the story progresses, the fact that she is in love with Kousei becomes apparent. Everyone sees it, except for themselves. Tsubaki is the only one who was childhood friends with Kosei despite his strict mother. Tsubaki is very athletic and is on the baseball team at school.

Yes, we can say that Tsubaki has a stereotyped type - a childhood friend who is in love with the main character. But you know, I don't have the guts to say that. Still, she turned out no worse than Kaori. Tsubaki herself did not understand how much Kosei was dear to her, did not understand until she began to lose him. As the saying goes, we don't appreciate what we have until we lose it. So appreciate what you have!

Another friend of Kosei. Football team captain, noble heartthrob. What doesn't stop him from being good friend for both Tsubaki and Kosei. Moreover, he is one of the first to realize that Kaori actually loves Kousei.

Even though he is one of the four main characters, he was assigned a small role in the plot. It seems to me that he was added in order to show his contrast with Kosei. After all, to be happy, it is not necessary to be popular with girls and win sports competitions. It is enough to do what you love, and not go a single step from the chosen path. Even when it's hard and you want to give up.

In addition to the listed four main characters, there are also about six or seven minor ones. I will not give a detailed list, but I will note that all minor characters in their places. I don’t see any superfluous among them, each conveys some idea and plays a role in the plot. For example, Takeshi Aiza and Emi Igawa demonstrate that competition can lead to positive results, and that it is not worth making idols for yourself so that you do not have to be disappointed later. Or, for example, Kosei's mother is a prime example what you should not try to realize in your children own dreams. In general, I have no questions about the choice of characters: each in his place.

Plot

Plot can easily be divided into two parts of eleven episodes each. If the first part is light and bright, and is devoted mainly to Kosei's internal struggle with his mother, then the second part is much more sad. An attentive viewer will notice that even the color scheme is changing - if in the first part of the series the picture is pink and light, then the second part becomes gray shades. In general, such a construction of the plot is more than justified: only in this way can the maximum psychological effect be achieved. The viewer needs to get common memories with the anime characters so that later they can empathize with them.

If I have no complaints about the second part of the plot, then in the first part I did not like a couple of moments. The first one is lots of flashbacks, that is, scenes where the characters remember what happened in their past. This was especially abused in the moments when the characters play the piano. And the second is story line about Kosei's mother. It's too long and I found it boring. Not everyone will be interested in watching the mental anguish of the protagonist, especially if his psychological problem may seem strange. Summing up: the first part of the anime is a bit long and not without flaws, the second part is just gorgeous.

A few words about ending. I heard a lot negative reviews on this occasion. However, I strongly disagree with them - in my opinion, a better ending couldn't be imagined. Happy ending would spoil the impression. I would never exchange a pleasant melancholy in my heart for a cloying sweetness from a good ending. In addition, with a happy ending, we would not have that wonderful letter, each line of which penetrates to the depths of the soul. A young violinist with sparkling eyes will remain in my memory for a long time, as well as in the memory of millions of viewers who watched this anime. And this means that we fulfilled the main desire of Kaori. “You came from where it is always spring. You exist only there, and nowhere else.

Panache

Okay, the characters were considered, the plot was considered. Time to move on to drawing. She is unique and strikingly beautiful. At first, the design of the characters (especially their lips) may seem unusual, but after watching a couple of episodes, you don’t notice such little things. Gorgeously drawn backgrounds, gorgeously drawn characters. I knew A-1 Pictures was good at drawing, but in Your Lie in April they outdid themselves. Another very cool fact is that the color scheme matches the overall atmosphere and conveys the mood. I made a huge number of screenshots, everything is clearly visible on them.

Music

Music. The primary reason for watching "Your Lie in April" for me was the music. I love musical anime, what can I do. Of course, she did not disappoint me: the immortal classic will never get old. Music is the key to people's hearts, it is the universal language of communication. Classical music can in a special way reach the most hidden corners human soul. And I'm grateful to Your Lie in April for motivating me to keep playing the guitar. I think that for you, watching can also serve as an impetus to engage in creativity, because this is the easiest way to stay in people's memory forever, as Kaori wanted.

Drama

When I started watching, I did not expect to see in this anime at all drama. Yes, there are a couple of moments in the plot when Kaori unobtrusively hints about her illness, but I still wasn’t ready for the ending. Until then, only Clannad was able to squeeze a stingy male tear out of me, now to this short list added your april lie. If I, a person who is not sentimental, could be touched by the story of Kaori, then for some it can act extremely strongly. The hospital rooftop scene is just something. And reading a letter on the roof of the school is in no way inferior to her. The most painful thing is to realize that somewhere in our wide world a similar story could really happen, the heroes of which were real people. I can't even imagine what they went through. Watching what is happening from the outside is one thing, but experiencing it on your own is another. Especially if you, like the anime characters, are only fourteen years old.

I think some of you might say: “What’s wrong with that - anyone can come up with a tearful story. Nothing special, and it’s not worth admiring such a thing. ” . You know, I've already seen so many anime that I've lost count. And only two scenarios were able to break through the defenses of my heart, and made me truly empathize with the main characters. To do this, we must intertwine beautiful and Touching story , well-chosen characters, high-quality drawing and music. And it is extremely rare that all these characteristics are simultaneously on high level. It takes a titanic amount of work on every aspect of an anime to make it look like Your Lie in April. I bow to the work done by A-1 Pictures.

Humor

For all its drama, the anime is very skillfully diluted. humor. Just like our life - it also consists of a series of black and white stripes. No one can be sad or happy all the time. Proper use of humor makes the characters closer to the viewer, this is what makes them alive. Few people want to empathize with a depressive lump of hopelessness. The more valuable Kaori's character seems to me: even knowing that she will die soon, she does not give up and enjoys every minute she lives. Isn't that the meaning of life? Who knows…

Ratings

Characters - 10.0. I just can't put Kaori in anything else.

The plot is 8.0. The second part of the anime is very powerful. I have several complaints about the first part, which I described above in the review.

Drawing - 10.0. Just look at the screenshots.

Music - 10.0. Excellent. Not only is classical music used in the anime, but also the openings and endings are gorgeous. Listen and enjoy

Drama - 10.0. I do not want to repeat myself, I have already described all my feelings above. I can only say one word - incredible.

Conclusion

You know, I've been thinking for a long time how I should put the final mark. From an emotional point of view, the anime deserves the highest rating. I remember another week away from the first viewing Your April lies- it had such a strong effect on me. So emotional strong anime It hasn't been seen in a long time and probably won't be in the near future. Watching is a must, but be prepared for the fact that it can affect you both motivatingly and depressingly. It all depends on your interpretation life position.

For a long time I puzzled over how I should write my commentary on this anime, so that it would be clear how much and why I liked it and at the same time describe it in such a way that it would be clear what awaits a potential viewer. I even second time before watching last episode I rewatched the series and to my surprise I was not at all bored, as I expected. After the second viewing, I swept all my ideas aside and decided to write differently:

I rarely post numbers in comments. Immediately, I decide to build a commentary on the numerical assessment of the anime. For me, it consists of four parts: 1 Drawing/graphics (whatever you like, call it that). 2 Atmosphere. (all those small parts which make the anime atmospheric including music, pauses in dialogues, setting static frames, opening with an ending, etc.) 3 Plot (including characters). 4 The human factor or corny my emotions that arose for the anime.

1 And so drawing. She is very, very good. The anime is very beautiful, probably the most beautiful of those that I watched. What the hell is worth drawing the moment when Watari scares Arima in one of the episodes or Arima's embarrassment when Kaori touches his palm with her own. There are a lot of similar episodes, but they are less significant. If all the comedy inserts were replaced with such a drawing, it would be a masterpiece. But the situation with the series is such that this is not yet possible. In any case, I think few people will argue with this, according to the schedule, this anime has 10 out of 10.

2 Atmosphere. Sometimes she broke down. It was torn first of all by the authors' excessive enthusiasm for flashbacks. But the main disadvantage of the atmosphere is not this. And in the fact that I will describe in the category of the plot (what spoils this anime). Trying to be objective, I give the atmosphere 8 out of 10.

3 Plot. The biggest bone of contention among viewers. Many talked about secondary character, many about wooden characters, many about predictability, and so on.
Characters. I'll start with them. Whatever one may say, there is only one main character in this anime and this of course is Arima Kosei. Dot. All other characters are secondary or even in the background. As important as Kaori is, as important as Tsubaki or Watari are to the plot, they are only minor characters that affect Arima or show how Arima affects them. In the center is only Arima with his broken psyche due to the tragedy in his life connected with his mother. Arima who is a brilliant musician, Arima who is about to break down if nothing happens, Arima who has already done a lot and who has already experienced a lot, despite such a young age, because he is only 14.
The secondary characters turned out to be uneven: Watari is an athlete and a womanizer, to be honest, for me he remained a moving picture. Tsubaki, then one friend said that she was from the category of gray mass and I was surprised: an athlete, a Komsomol member and just a beauty, an uninteresting gray mass, besides, she is far from stupid and with a twinkle in her eyes ... well, well. I would like to live in a world where such people are a gray mass. Well, Kaori, the most important among the minor ones: eccentric, overly emotional, poorly balanced, which is not surprising, is a violinist who breaks into Arima's life like a storm. I love images like this, no matter what they are. For all the characters I can say this: everything is in place and to the court. It was not possible to reveal and revive everyone completely or not at all (I hint at Watari), as for the rest of the characters appearing on the horizon, they generally go by the wayside and have remained moving pictures.

And now what spoils this anime. There will be a couple of SPOILERS here.
The predictability of the plot is definitely a minus. In this work, the predictability is extremely ridiculous. Already in the third series, when Kaori gets off at the bus stop with the name Tatsuhara University Hospital, it becomes clear that Kaori is not a tenant, but there is still hope. For what the author did with Kaori's sweetheart, I want to tie him to the table and pull out all the paws with pliers. Already at the end of the 11th episode, when Kaori mentally tells Arima that he would not get used to the fact that she is nearby, the fact of her future death becomes undeniable. At this point, there was a desire to drop the series. An experienced anime viewer can predict what happened next from two notes, or even do without notes at all, which some famously did in the ongoing bot.
SPOILERS ARE OVER.

In fact, secondary and predictable are the same thing. If anime is secondary, then it is predictable and vice versa, isn't it. Yes, it is secondary with a bunch of templates and so on. But all this does not prevent him from being interesting. Unfortunately, the words go on so I do not like: in spite of. So, despite all the secondary nature, it was interesting for me to follow how Arima comes to his senses and how he gets on his feet as a musician. It was interesting for me to watch the competitions and how Arima struggles with himself and the circumstances. And music. The music was wonderful, no matter what anyone said, the music in the anime is wonderful, as well as the fact that the characters play and the opening with the ending, as well as the music to accompany the anime. Flashbacks, although they spoiled the atmosphere, made it clear to the viewer what Arima had gone through and what he had to deal with. The characters were correctly placed so as to show how Arima managed, including thanks to them, to get up from his knees, even though some of them remained just pictures on the screen. Well, the end came out predictable but very beautiful with great music, whatever one may say.
And that, trying to be objective, according to the plot of this anime, I can put only 6. Nothing more. Not even. More precisely, it will be 5 points.

By a simple calculation of the arithmetic mean, we get an objective 7.6 points.
And here the fourth factor influencing the rating of this anime comes into play. It hooked me. It hooked me so much that I watched it twice almost before I finished watching it. I am deeply paralleled by all those minuses that experienced anime people dug up, and judging by their commentary, it’s not very foolish people. I am deeply parallel to the secondary nature and even what I would like to do with the authors, described in the paragraph with spoilers. All the stupidities that cynical viewers will see in this anime are deeply parallel to me (I would like to advise them separately to go to the topic of Onizuka and disassemble the anime into pieces there). All this is parallel to me, because: romantic, touching, musical, a couple of fun and just insanely bright and beautiful.
So only 10 out of 10.

In conclusion: I don’t think that I managed to describe this anime in such a way that the viewer who didn’t watch would fully understand what awaits him. But I think I managed to convey, at least in part, my impression of this work. Naturally, I recommend it for viewing and I hope that you will like it as much as I do, or at least half as much as I do.

Beloved by many NoitaminA in the face of "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso" returned again in a quality way on big screens Fuji Television. If someone is not in the know, this is a program block that broadcasts titles of a certain subject. The goal is to attract young people to anime female audience. Notable products of this opera are Honey and Clover, Nodame Cantabile, Bunny Drop, as well as Eden of the East and Shiki with Guilty Crown. Notice the connection? All this is more of a quality product, which is dominated by a romantic and dramatic filling. It is played, as a rule, in a stylistically unique visual taste. In other words, the drawing boasts signature features, gravitating towards an original style.

The genre basis is romantic-dramatic. It is quite logical that the plot is linear and develops at a daily pace. The setting, in turn, is school, and there are four acting characters: all 14-year-old schoolchildren. The breakdown of which is funny in the sense that the protagonists are passionate about their occupation and are not lazy, one couple are athletes, and the other is musicians. No, not everything is as banal as it seems, the school setting does not crush stereotypes. There are no circles with clubs and a student committee, and also there are no festivals and other templates, the abundance of which sparkles on seasonal soap dishes. Time flies unnoticed, and the setting is replete with beautiful landscapes of everyday life and, of course, no less amazing music. This anime shows from the very first episodes that it is a strong project, with which seasonal junk was not even close.

The focus is on Arita, whose terminally ill mother dreamed of making him a great musician, resorting to a cruel upbringing beat and scolded him so that he would not relax for a minute and honed his piano playing skills. Arima really was inimitable won all the local children's competitions. It thundered so loudly that all the beginning musicians in the area knew it. When his mother left him, Kosei-kun suffered severe psychological trauma and was unable to play the piano. However, he ended up with good friends Tsubaki and Watari. In particular, the neighbor Sawabe Tsubaki still that tomboy was always with him supporting in difficult moments and the positive Watari-kun, the local handsome boy from the school football team, was always able to give parting advice. Arima was pleased that he was spending time with friends, until one day a girl appears who changes his life. The irresistible Kaori-chan is a free-spirited violinist whose playing style reflects her personality. She helps Kosei-kun to return to the music scene and show that music can be made to listeners from the heart, and not as structured as he was taught before.

When I saw the shonen tag in the information for the title with the neighboring romance, a doubt crept in, because shonen and romance are a rare combination. As a rule, such a neighborhood ends with stupid harems for the most part and no less stereotyped ecchi. In addition, the character design and the general style of drawing gravitate towards shojo, which, well, does not fit in with the declared shonen. However, the first half really is the most shounen to eat. A hero from a stubborn and insecure personality without a spark of joy in life, with a difficult past, seeks to find motivation for a new life. In most cases, his lifesaver is friends who, through dialogues and conversations, breathe new life into the hero, motivating him to exploits. And only thanks to friends he achieves the goal, overcoming thorny paths full of obstacles and difficulties, mother from day to day morally. In other words, not only the local romance, but the entire frame as a whole is built according to the traditional and painfully familiar shonen formula. Is that the hero and the setting are not like in "Naruto" and he does not have to fight, reaching the goal, but to play the piano. Only when the first half ends and Arita seems to have collected his thoughts, the drama with hints of romance begins to dry out and the whole seinen that seemed obvious goes into the shadows.

In principle, "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso" does not offer anything new, but presents the forgotten old in modern wrap. However, when viewing, a feeling of novelty appears, which does not let go until the very end. Well, behind the templates in the form of a childhood friend, a womanizer boy and a downtrodden protagonist, beautiful picture and beautiful style hides real drama. Symbiosis life situations and just bright and at the same time sad story with a strong emotional background. Touching characters with wonderful music create a unique energy that pervades each episode. If you don't like musical anime, feel free to watch it. For there is no pronounced dominant genre, well, in any case, it's definitely not music.

The soundtrack matches the tension of the emotionality of each scene. This is the case when the emotional background is conveyed to the viewer not only visually, but also by ear. In addition to everything, the animation of not only the characters, but the animation of the project as a whole, is beautiful, with rich and vibrant colors of symbolism. One can notice a visually perceptible transition for the characters the passage of time, especially in relation to Kaori-chan. Not only that technical execution incomparable, so it is also thought out. Simply put, in technical aspect everything is stylish, fashionable and youthful.

Undoubtedly, "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso" is a favorite of the winter season and a contender for best anime 2015. Such conclusions can be drawn already now, since there are doubts that someone will be able to significantly surpass the title in terms of emotionality, drawing and just style with music. Yes, it is not perfect, because it is built on a shonen frame, and the characters are not very original. However, overall performance aerobatics. Such titles are piece goods. In other words, a quality product that you should not pass by.

"I want to play with you always."

Your April lie ... Only three words, but how many feelings and meaning are hidden in them. For a long time I put off writing a review for this anime, for a very long time, but the time has come to overcome myself and overcome the storm of emotions seething in the depths of my heart. I warn you right away - it is purely physically impossible to write a review on the anime "Your Lie in April" without spoilers.

Brief information

So, the musical anime Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso ("Your lie in April", "Your lie in april") was released in late 2014 - early 2015 by A-1 Pictures. A total of 22 episodes were shown, and in the spring of 2015 an additional episode (OVA) was released about very young main characters. The series aired on Japan's Fuji TV as part of the noitaminA block. The original for the anime this time is a popular manga, and one interesting fact is connected with it: the release of the manga ended just a month before the end of the anime! That is, even the most ardent fans learned about the ending only a month earlier than everyone else. An interesting gimmick in which the anime managed to gain increased attention while boosting the sales of the manga.

"Your Lie in April" tells us the story of a talented pianist - fourteen-year-old Kosei Arima (Kousei Arima). The only joy in his life is his friends - neighbor Tsubaki Sawabe (Tsubaki Sawabe) and friend Ryota Watari (Ryota Watari). This continued until a masterful violinist named Kaori Miyazono brazenly burst into his gray life. She will help the main character to return to the world of music, whether he wants it or not.

The first impression is deceptive. In this I was convinced by my own example. When I watched the first episode of Your Lie in April, I abandoned further viewing until better times. It seemed to me that this is another stupid anime about ordinary schoolchildren who play musical instruments in their free time and sort things out with each other. As if everything happens not with drawn anime characters, but with people you know well, with your friends. I haven't experienced anything like this in a very, very long time. The feeling of such viewing is many times stronger than usual.

Main characters

Okay, it's time to take a closer look at the main characters. There are four of them in total:

Kosei Arima.

A pianist who has lost the ability to hear his own playing. Even though Kosei was afraid of his mother, he loved her and tried to win every competition in the hope that it would make her feel better. Not surprisingly, after her death, Kosei lost his purpose in life. So he would have lived at half strength if he had not met one impudent violinist on his life path.

Kaori Miyazono.

Since Kaori knew that Tsubaki would not be happy to be asked to introduce her to Kosei, she decided to go for a little trick - "your April lie". She said that she was in love with Ryota, because it was the only way to get closer to the inseparable trio. And only in this way could she finally meet the person who inspired her to play the violin, and play a duet with him.

One of the most beautiful female characters I have ever seen.

Tsubaki Sawabe.

Kousei's childhood friend. She was always by his side. Honest and fair, she always puts the interests of her friends ahead of her own. About Kosei, she expressed herself as follows: "He is like an unlucky younger brother to me." However, as the story progresses, the fact that she is in love with Kousei becomes apparent.

Ryota Watari

Another friend of Kosei. Football team captain, noble heartthrob. Which does not prevent him from being a good friend to both Tsubaki and Kosei.

I will not give a detailed list, but I will note that all the secondary characters are in their places. I don’t see any superfluous among them, each conveys some idea and plays a role in the plot. For example, Takeshi Aiza and Emi Igawa demonstrate that competition can lead to positive results, and that it is not worth making idols for yourself so that you do not have to be disappointed later. Or, for example, Kosei's mother is a vivid example of the fact that one should not try to realize one's own dreams in one's children. In general, I have no questions about the choice of characters: each in his place.

/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /

The plot can easily be divided into two parts of eleven episodes each. If the first part is light and bright, and is devoted mainly to Kosei's internal struggle with his mother, then the second part is much more sad. An attentive viewer will notice that even the color scheme changes - if in the first part of the series the picture is pink and light, then the second part acquires gray shades. In general, such a construction of the plot is more than justified: only in this way can the maximum psychological effect be achieved. The viewer needs to get common memories with the anime characters so that later they can empathize with them.

If I have no complaints about the second part of the plot, then in the first part I did not like a couple of moments. The first is a huge number of flashbacks, that is, scenes where the characters remember what happened in their past. This was especially abused in the moments when the characters play the piano. And the second is the storyline about Kosei's mother. It's too long and I found it boring. Not everyone will be interested in watching the mental anguish of the protagonist, especially if his psychological problem may seem strange. Summing up: the first part of the anime is a bit long and not without flaws, the second part is just gorgeous.

A few words about the ending. I've heard a lot of negative reviews about this. However, I categorically disagree with them - in my opinion, it was simply impossible to come up with a better ending.

Okay, the characters were considered, the plot was considered. It's time to move on to painting.

/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /

The primary reason for watching "Your Lie in April" for me was the music. I love musical anime, what can I do. Of course, she did not disappoint me: the immortal classic will never get old. Music is the key to people's hearts, it is the universal language of communication. Classical music knows how to reach the most hidden corners of the human soul in a special way. Watching can serve as an impetus to engage in creativity, because this is the easiest way to stay in people's memory forever, as Kaori wanted.

/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /

When I started watching, I did not expect to see drama in this anime at all. Yes, there are a couple of moments in the plot when Kaori unobtrusively hints about her illness, but I still wasn’t ready for the ending. Before that, only Clannad made me cry over and over again. The hospital rooftop scene is just something. And reading a letter on the roof of the school is in no way inferior to her. It is most painful to realize that somewhere in our vast world a similar story could really happen, the heroes of which were real people. I can't even imagine what they went through. Watching what is happening from the outside is one thing, but experiencing it on your own is another. Especially if you, like the anime characters, are only fourteen years old.

I think some of you may say: “What's wrong with that - anyone can come up with a tearful story. Nothing special, and nothing to admire like that. You know, I've already seen so many anime that I lost count (537). And the number of scenarios that could break through the defenses of my heart, and made me truly empathize with the main characters, can be counted on the fingers. To do this, a beautiful and touching story, well-chosen characters, and high-quality music must intertwine together. And it rarely happens that all these characteristics are at the same time at a high level. It takes a titanic amount of work on every aspect of an anime to make it look like Your Lie in April. I bow to the work done by A-1 Pictures.

/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /-/ :black_small_square: /

For all its drama, the anime is very skillfully diluted with humor. Who knows…

Let me just say one word - awesome.

Conclusion

You know, I thought for a long time how I should put the final grade. From an emotional point of view, the anime deserves the highest rating. I remember walking away from the first viewing of "Your Lies in April" for another week - it had such a strong effect on me. Such an emotionally strong anime has not appeared for a long time, and is unlikely to appear in the near future. Watching is a must, but be prepared for the fact that it can affect you both motivatingly and depressingly. It all depends on the interpretation and your life position. However, with all the pluses, I can not give the highest rating due to the weak first part of the plot.

Two years have flown by in Naruto's world. Former rookies have joined the ranks of experienced shinobi in the ranks of chūnin and jonin. The main characters did not sit still - each became a student of one of the legendary Sannin - the three great ninja of Konoha. The guy in orange continued his training with the wise but eccentric Jiraiya, gradually ascending to a new level of martial prowess. Sakura has moved into the assistant and confidants of the healer Tsunade - the new leader of the Leaf Village. Well, Sasuke, whose pride led to expulsion from Konoha, entered into a temporary alliance with the sinister Orochimaru, and each believes that he is only using the other for the time being.

The brief respite ended, and events once again rushed with hurricane speed. In Konoha, the seeds of old strife, sown by the first Hokage, sprout again. The mysterious leader of the Akatsuki set in motion a plan for world domination. Restless in the Village of Sand and neighboring countries, old secrets pop up everywhere, and it is clear that someday you will have to pay the bills. The long-awaited sequel to the manga has breathed new life into the series and new hope into the hearts of countless fans!

Yato is a wanderer japanese god in the form of a thin blue-eyed youth in tracksuit. In Shintoism, the power of a deity is determined by the number of believers, and our hero has neither a temple nor priests, all donations fit in a sake bottle. The guy in the neckerchief moonlights as a jack of all trades, painting ads on the walls, but things are going very badly. Even the tongue-tied Mayu, who for many years worked as a Shinki - the Sacred Weapon of Yato - left the owner. And without a weapon, the younger god is no stronger than an ordinary mortal magician, you have (what a shame!) To hide from evil spirits. And who needs such a celestial anyway?

One day, a pretty high school student, Hiyori Iki, threw herself under a truck to save some guy in black. It ended badly - the girl did not die, but gained the ability to “leave” her body and walk on the “other side”. Having met Yato there and recognized the culprit of her troubles, Hiyori convinced the homeless god to heal her, for he himself admitted that no one can live between worlds for a long time. But, having got to know each other better, Iki realized that the current Yato did not have enough strength to solve her problem. Well, you need to take matters into your own hands and personally direct the tramp on the true path: first, find a good-for-nothing weapon, then help earn money, and then, you see, what will happen. No wonder they say: what a woman wants - God wants!
