Despite the fact that the film uses computer animation relatively new to the Walt Disney Company, the film continues the tradition of classic Disney animated musicals.

Frozen became the highest-grossing animated film in Disney history, as well as the highest-grossing cartoon in cinematic history and only the second cartoon to exceed a billion dollars in worldwide box office (the first cartoon was Toy Story 3).

The cartoon won two Oscars in the nominations "Best Animated Film" and "Best Song" for "Let It Go", as well as a number of other awards.

He is slightly gullible, so he often finds himself in interesting incidents. But he is happy about this, because he is inquisitive and needs a change of scenery. And most importantly, his desire is to meet the summer, because he is delighted with the warmth. One day, with his friends, he went on a very dangerous and possibly even deadly campaign. But what is the outcome of these journeys and what else this character will please the viewer - you will see everything in the film itself.

Hans- elegant, refined, a real prince. He is the youngest of 12 brothers. Hans knows firsthand what it's like to be the youngest, growing up in the shadow of his older brothers. He, like Anna, was almost invisible in his family. Perhaps that is why he and Anna got along so quickly. Anna tries to find in Hans the attention that she has always lacked from her sister. A military bearing is immediately visible in it. At the first acquaintance, his gallantry and ideal manners attract attention. Together with his family, Hans comes to Arendel for Elsa's coronation. It was at the coronation that he saw Anna, the prince immediately liked the girl and he promises her that Anna will always be in the center of attention for him.

Kristoff- a nice fellow and a real lover of nature. He lives high in the mountains, extracts ice and sells it to the inhabitants of the capital Arendale. Anna accidentally meets this mountaineer on her way and he agrees to take her to the Snow Queen's castle. Uncouth in appearance, Kristoff is actually strong, honest and loyal. Romantic Anna during their journey did not care about her safety at all. From the outside it might seem that she just went out for a walk. That is why Christophe had to be always on the alert. He knows exactly how insidious and dangerous this beautiful ice can be! While he may at first appear to be a hardened loner, he actually just doesn't get along very well with people. But he always has his best friend with him - a charming and very smart deer named Sven.

Sven - reindeer. If you recall the latest Disney cartoons, then there was always a horse or donkey that was much smarter than its owner. Disney writers like this type. Same with this cartoon. Reindeer Sven is Kristoff's wise helper. But in this cartoon, the authors did not reward Sven with a voice. But he is very smart and manages to tell the owner this or that thought without words. And Christoph, in turn, voices the deer's thoughts in a funny voice, which irritates Sven very much. He always takes the owner's side and cheers him up when Christophe is in doubt. But resentment, fear and anger do not allow her to concentrate, and she makes mistakes. By chance, Elsa plunges the whole country into eternal winter. She is unable to correct the mistake and locks herself in her castle. She looks at herself in horror realizing that she is turning into a monster, that there will never be a way back. She does not hope for anyone's help, and who can help her, and most importantly, whether she wants to.

1. 50 people worked on the scene in which Elsa builds her palace. It took 30 hours to create one frame. But in the cartoon, Elsa took 36 seconds to build the palace.

At first, the cartoon was planned to be hand-drawn, but John Lasseter, after reading the script, said that he would be better suited to use CGI / hand-drawn animation, as in Rapunzel. In an early version of the cartoon plot, Elsa was a one-sided and pronounced negative character. However, after negotiations with the filmmakers, it was decided to rework the character and complicate his character. The idea arose to add a sister to the Snow Queen - this is how the sisterly relationship was born, and at the same time it turned out to make the antagonist complex and unpredictable.

Also, the plot of the film provided not two snowmen, but a whole snow army, which the Snow Queen, embittered at the inhabitants of Arendelle, created to attack. Despite the fact that the cartoon was released in 2013, already in 2014, the American scriptwriters of the Once Upon a Time series decided to introduce the main characters of Frozen Elsa and Anna, Kristoff and Hans into their plot in season 4.

Attempts to make a cartoon based on Andersen's fairy tales, in particular the story of snow queen, began at Disney as early as 1937. But the story did not develop in any way, and many projects remained under development. But this did not go in vain, all these creative torments led to the fact that an absolutely incomparable cartoon “Frozen: Frozen” appeared. However, not everything was going smoothly with this story either: the plot did not stick together, the characters seemed fake, until the creators of the project came up with the idea of ​​turning Anna, personifying Gerda, into Elsa's sister, the Snow Queen. And Elsa, in turn, from an evil, heartless heroine turned into a very vulnerable girl who suffers from the inability to control her own magic. In many ways, Elsa's change was facilitated by the creation of the song "Let It Go". The cartoon "Frozen" turned out to be so alive and memorable precisely because the characters stopped conforming to the templates and began to live their own lives. Yes, "Frozen: Frozen" bears little resemblance to Anderson's "The Snow Queen", but the main thing is that it conveys the fairy-tale spirit hidden in his stories.
