– Daughter, family, friends, Coca-Cola. We have an apartment in Miami on the ocean. The place is absolutely wonderful, heavenly. We first came there when Lenya was recording a joint record with Al Di Meola. We lived in Miami for 1.5 months, and this was the first time in my life when I had a rest with pleasure. There was no feeling of guilt for the time spent aimlessly, no desire to pack our bags as soon as possible and leave somewhere ... Now my family lives there. Dad went through a rehabilitation course in America after a serious illness, and his daughter Lisa went to school there.

- A very large percentage of them account for the dark-skinned population - African Americans, Puerto Ricans. I don't know, it's some kind of genetic feature, I guess. – Do you have to “rescue” your daughter from hamburgers, chips and cola?
- In the US, there is now a social program to exclude fast food from the school diet, but still, out of habit, children eat both chips and terrible candies with dyes. Have to carry on with Lisa " homework”, to explain why fast and synthetic food is bad.

- It was a time when I could afford endless whims, when I was surrounded by the boundless care of loved ones. Pregnancy is somewhat similar to childhood - it turns out that you are in the same state as the person inside you is.

- I was not afraid to get better, my husband was afraid for me. In the second month, when I realized that I was pregnant and that I urgently needed to rest, Lenya took me to Spain. I only remember that I wanted pizza and pasta, and I declared this, and this was the only case when Lenya told me: “No, not for anything.” Its very good friend I also really wanted pasta when I was pregnant. I ate only them and recovered by 40 kg. And Lenya said: “Only not pizza and not pasta, I beg you.”
- And what did you eat?
- Meat, fish, vegetables. Limit your intake of sugar and salt. Do not eat flour. My husband helped me a lot during this period. I gained only 10 kg - as much as a pregnant woman should recover, and very quickly lost weight after giving birth. Immediately after fattening her daughter, she sat down on separate meals. And periodically until now, when I feel that I'm starting to gain excess weight, I pass to this diet, I drink it is a lot of water.

WHAT IS THE DIET!
- Tours. How do you keep fit while traveling?
- It is impossible to follow a diet during the tour, because ... it is organized by itself. I don’t eat before concerts: I feel very strong nervous tension. But I have breakfast. I love eggs - everyone says that there is solid cholesterol, and I cannot deny myself this pleasure. If there is a performance on that day, breakfast falls at 9-10 in the morning - then we only have dinner after the concert. When we play at 7 pm, it's good luck, you can eat at 10. And if at one in the morning, then we "lunch" at 5 am. However, artists experience such nervous overload that all these calories disappear somewhere. “Superfluous” accumulates only when I rest, when I can afford to lie on the couch, not go anywhere, read a book ...
- And in the raider (a list of the singer's requirements for the organizers of the tour. - Note ed.) you do not prescribe, for example, freshly squeezed juice, grilled meat?
- No. Our raider is very tough in terms of equipment. And for myself, I only ask that there be no construction site near the hotel and that there be a warm room and a padding pillow.

- I worked with Oleg Gusev, who shot my first video "The Artist Who Draws Rain", and with Fedor Bondarchuk - we also did some successful work with him. But there is very little that surprises me about this form of art now. Everything seems predictable. Therefore, I can not mobilize for a new job.
– “Cosmetics”, “Cosmetology”.
– I can’t decide on facial procedures. There are some fashionable, new ones - ozone therapy, mesotherapy. And I seem to see the result on my friends, and I like it. But there are so many unpleasant consequences... I have, of course, wonderful cosmetologists, but I'm still afraid to prick something in my face. I do only masks, moisturizing, toning procedures. I also love traditional European massage. I come from a tour, I come to the salon, I lie down and fall asleep for 1.5–2 hours. I tried, of course, the eastern one, but it’s hard to get up and sit down. I want to be lazy in the salon.
- How often do you manage to visit a beautician?
- In the summer, when loose tour schedule, twice a week. I swim in the pool once a week.

- I really love Ukrainian cuisine, and when my brother and sister come, we always go to a Ukrainian restaurant. Salo is, of course, something amazing. Pig's leg... Ah! In general, I really like protein foods - meat in the first place. And I need to force myself to drink juices, eat vegetables.
- Do you arrange fasting days for yourself?
- No. There are forced unloading days, when you run out in the morning, and during the day there is no time to eat. And to sit specially at home and drink kefir all day long is monstrous. Always want to eat at home!
Do you believe in dieting at all?
- Yes, sure. I believe quite definitely that a separate diet helped me stay in shape. And also, if I pull myself together and start drinking a glass warm water an hour or an hour and a half before eating, I just feel better.
- Did someone in your environment lose weight?
– Heard from friends about a diet with herbs and special oils. Rather, this is not a diet, but a cleansing of the body. But this method seemed to me somehow strange, stressful. - I love to cook, I got it from my grandmother. When I come back from a tour, I run to the store, buy groceries - and go to the kitchen. The main thing for me is to have a person nearby who will eat it all. When my husband leaves for the studio, I go to the country to feed my mother. She refuses: “Masha *, well, don’t, I’m on a diet,” and in this way my maternal instinct manifests itself.

- Everyone knows the truth: if a person does not love himself, he is not able to love others. I thought about it at the age of 27-28, when the feeling for another person surpasses any other love. Such a slightly painful state until you have established a joint life, until there is no energy interaction. When my mother saw that I was so selflessly involved in another person, she warned me, saying: “Be careful, take care of yourself, because this is fraught with unpleasant consequences.”

- Every year my concept of wisdom changes. It used to seem like it was knowledge, the ability to foresee. Now I think that wisdom lies in delusion, the ability to be surprised, to experience illusions. That alone gives life.

- Most recently, I began to understand what a mother is, what and how she lives. And I started taking care of her...

- Don't know. Sometimes it seems that a good mother is the one who is always there. But I big family and it depends on me. My brother has just started studying at the university. My sister is still looking for herself. And I can't hang this whole family on my husband. I have to work. - Never! I, as an idealist, spend so much time on it that sometimes I think: “It would be better if I worked out 10 concerts.” I don't like cleaning or washing. My element is cooking.

- I naturally watch my weight, and when I feel that I am getting better, I take drastic measures. How do I feel it? When I stop fitting into my favorite jeans. And so ... I feel comfortable in my body. I don't want to add or subtract anything. Since I have a small height - 164 cm, any fluctuations in weight are very noticeable. There was a case when I received an acoustic ear injury and was put on a salt-free diet. I lost 2 kg on it.
