By summing up the scores obtained as a result research work, we got the following results presented in the table.
High level - from 8 to 10 points;
Average level - from 6 to 8 points;
Low level - from 0 to 5 points.
In the control group, 5 people have high level, 9 people - the average level, and 6 people have low level the formation of the ability to apply methods of comparison and classification in the study of the numbering of numbers.

In the theoretical part of our work, we studied the psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of studying the numbering of numbers of younger students.
We also studied the methods of teaching junior schoolchildren the methods of comparison and classification in various methodological systems.
The approach to solving the problem, in which the study of the numbering of numbers acts as an object of study, and its solution as an object of applying the methods of comparison and classification, made it possible to assume that the purposeful and systematic application of the methods of comparison and classification in the process of teaching mathematics and, in particular, the study of the numbering of numbers , will allow younger students to form the ability to study the numbering of numbers in various ways.
In the practical part of the study, we conducted experimental work at the first stage, which formed the objectives of the experiment, determined the sample size: the control and experimental groups were selected to participate in the formative experiment, the ascertaining stage of the experiment was carried out in order to establish the actual initial state of the object of study before the formative stage of the experiment . At this stage of the pedagogical experiment, the most adequate research methods were: observation, pedagogical experiment.
A control experiment was also carried out, and a comparison of the results with the hypothesis, a generalization of the research materials. Research methods: pedagogical experiment, observation, methods of mathematical statistics.
So, our goal was achieved, the tasks set were completed. But at the same time, this study does not exhaust the content of the problem, as new issues have been identified that need to be addressed.
Further research can be done in following directions:
