I don't know who is the author of these beautiful lines that reflect the essence of my profession. One day, as a child, walking by music hall from a walk, I heard Yulia Pavlovna Komarova, music director, quoting these lines kindergarten which I visited. The person is emotional, sensual, proactive, with a huge margin creative ideas. Her classes and holidays remained in the memory of children and their parents for a long time. Yulia Pavlovna, unknown to herself and to me, played a special role in my life. Since then, answering the popular question of adults for every child, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”, I answered: “I want to be Yulia Pavlovna!”. Then I was five years old. At the age of six, my parents enrolled me in a music school. I studied there for seven years in the violin class. In addition, I played the piano, sang in the choir, participated in string ensembles and orchestras. From all my successes and achievements, my parents and I experienced indescribable joy and satisfaction with the results. I graduated from music school with honors. Shortly after graduating from the eleventh grade of school, I decided to enter the teacher's college. It seemed that then it was obvious that I would apply for the music department, but the unpredictable happened. Due to the peculiarities of my age, the contradictions that arose within myself, the desire to try myself in everything sent me to the door of the preschool department. But the music never left me. My piano at home has never been left unattended. During home holidays, evenings of meetings with relatives, my musical sketches have always been the main component of these events. I especially liked to perform romances with my mother, who is a laureate of the Autumn Voice of Romance contest.

After graduating from the Pedagogical College, I began to work as an educator. At music lessons, matinees, entertainment, I always slightly envied the role of the music director in these types of children's activities. I wanted to say “I know that too…”, “And I can play like that…”, “Let me write a script…”…

Every day, seeing the enthusiastic eyes of the kids, I realized that I have no right to take away the expectation of the miracle of these devoted creatures. And life got new meaning! I began to learn, together with the kids, to understand music in a new way, through the eyes and heart of a child. Sincerely, no lies. Unfortunately, it is not given to an adult sincerely, like a child, to believe, love and understand. Where, if not in a kindergarten, an adult will be able to meet Childhood again. Such meetings give me the opportunity to look at the world like a child, forgetting about everyday fuss and problems.

It is a great happiness to see the happy faces of children in music classes, when through a fairy tale, a game, they begin to understand the language of music, get acquainted with new concepts such as “genre”, “timbre”, “rhythm”. At entertainment and holidays, they sincerely rejoice at everything that happens, so that any adult can envy. The musical director is a universal teacher. He is both a musician and a singer, a sculptor and a reader, a screenwriter and a director, a director, an artist and a choreographer.

To the magical sounds of music, children express themselves, their inner state silently ... without words, only with movements. One stroke - and then a beautiful bird of happiness flew ... Depending on the circumstances, the music director has to act in different roles: either an ecologist, or an architect, or a rescuer, or a doctor. He is both a teacher who knows everything and teaches everything, and a playmate, and close person who will understand everything and help in Hard time. I always knew that I would make music with children. As soon as I realized that I am a musician.

But it didn't happen all of a sudden...

Piano lessons from the age of five, dances and songs in kindergarten, and of course, a teacher at a music school, who set me on this path, which I still follow.

I became a professional musician after graduating from Ivanovo School of Music in piano, and I received the highest level of musical education at the music faculty of Vladimir Pedagogical University. And now I am a music teacher, piano teacher, accompanist.

And now I can! What can I do? To do for kids what my first teachers did for me. These women - beautiful, soft, kind, cheerful - nurtured in me the seeds of beauty that music brings with it.

And so, six years ago, I entered the kindergarten's music room...

Everything is in place, I'm ready. And now they are looking at me - my first babies! They don't seem to be able to understand everything I know. But they soak it all up with open mouths and open eyes. It turns out that children at the age of four know a lot, they cannot tell correctly, but they definitely feel and even more than we do. Then I realized the most important thing for myself. I, like many adults, did not want to grow up, but next to the children it turned out to be very simple. And most importantly, you need to remain a child in order not only to convey to children all the beauty of the musical world, but to present it correctly. And I decidedstay in the world of childhood , and learn to feel music together with children in a new way - sincerely surprised with them.

How much joy, smiles, tenderness these first children brought me! Since then I love them all. Different in mood, in character, like children's songs. Together with them, I immerse myself in a fairy tale, make discoveries, play funny music games. It is important to show the children that I am in no way smarter than them, that we are equal with them. Then they will surely open up, and I have the opportunity to plant in their souls the very seeds of beauty, love and goodness that eternal music. After all, every person has a natural potential from birth, which I, as a teacher, cannot be overlooked.

I cannot predict who my children will become when they grow up, what professions they will devote their lives to, because to reap the fruits of our preschool education there will be other people. But it is very important to me what kind of sprouts will break through in their souls thanks to music. In the modern world, full of the cruelty of wars, weapons and profit, there is no place for morality and compassion. And these qualities will help to bring up Music. It brings purity and joy. The next important realization of my profession is that I am not just a musical director of a kindergarten,I am a universal teacher . It turned out that I am not only a musician, but also a singer, screenwriter, reader, choreographer and costume designer. I need to be such that I can fully realize all the goals and objectives set by myself and our education system.

I give children knowledge, skills, singing and dancing skills, develop a sense of rhythm and performing qualities. It sounds dry, mundane and uninteresting. But it depends on me how correctly the baby will develop, what harmony his little one will be filled with. inner world. My duty is to teach children to distinguish good from bad, beautiful from ugly. My approach to work

The work of a music director in a kindergarten can be compared to a stream, it is always in motion and polyphonic. And since the “stream” cannot be stopped, therefore I am always in motion, learning new, unknown.
It's been 7 years since I've been in this position. From the first day it became clear that this job is for me! I love children, I am very happy when we get what we have planned. I get pleasure when I see the happy faces of the children who perform in front of their parents and peers at the holidays, receive awards for winning competitions.
I like to see the success of the guys - my graduates. Many continue to be creative: they sing and dance, attending various circles in the House of Culture and the Children's folk art our city. Some of the guys, on my recommendation, continue their studies at a music school. In the Kindergarten, I work as a part-time job, and my main job is a teacher at a music school. My former students are my current students. It is very important to identify musical abilities in a child from childhood and develop them further. Studying at a music school, the guys become participants and winners of city, district and regional competitions and festivals. Their achievements are a part of my work, my talent, my soul!
My musical activity with children I build on the principles of development creativity what they contribute to: the creation of a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere in order to emancipate each child; activity and lack of uncertainty; implementation of children's ideas during classes; arranging the work so that the musical activity is attractive, playful and creative.

In my work, I work closely with parents, where I apply various forms work: consultations, master classes, preparation and holding of various thematic holidays. Parents really like this cooperation, and they are happy to take part in all our activities. Such cooperation brings success to our common work.
In my opinion, a music director should be a universal teacher.
